To ensure the autonomy of nursing care aetivies is one of the major and most interesting issues in the field of nursing. The pertaining autonomy demands the nurse to make decisions of her or his own with out interference and free of help from other sides of health care agency. The whole process of autonomous nursing behavior should be judged and conveyed by the nurse only on the basis of the internal factors of her care to solve the problems of the client's disorder in health. Truth of nursing science and relevence of nursing conduct depend on our construction of internal basis and establishment of self-sufficient reference system. The information for efficient decision-making at the scene of nursing can only be supplied by a systematic body of nursing science consisting of true or properly corroborated propositions. The science of nursing can be autonomous when we have framework of explanation, independently of other sciences and the behavior of nursing care can factually be independent of and peculiar to that of other but similar fields only when the science of nursing is correspondently autonomous.

High temperature creep behaviour of Al-5 wt% Mg alloy reinforced with 7.5% BN flakes was studied. The composite specimens showed two main creep characteristics : (1) the value of the apparent stress exponent of the composite was high and varied with applied stress (2) the apparent activation energy for creep was much larger than that for self-diffusion in aluminum The true stress exponent of the composite was set equal to 5. Temperature dependence of the threshold stress of the composite was very strong. Which could not be rationalized by allowing for the temperature dependence of the elastic modulus change. AIN particles which were incorporated into the Al matrix during fabrication of the composite by the PRIMEXTM method were found to be effective barriers to dislocation motion and to give rise the threshold stress during creep of the composite

The subject collects information and constructs the outside world mainly through the sense of sight, though he cannot help but always see things from the viewpoint of the self-aware ego. While we are able to access the unconscious of which the latent desire is reflected in involuntary images and dream images, the substance of desire cannot be easily accessed due to the censorship of the ego and the super-ego, which makes images of the unconscious nonlinear, and allows us to pursue fantasies for pleasure. The original human desire to record and express visual objects has come true with technological fulfillments, and furthermore, digital technology has realized visual pleasure and desire, through simulation. The images that the unconscious produces and the images that digital technology produces are a visualization of objects by the subject's desire, and the subject realizes his pleasure through a visual fantasy. This study, based on the mechanism of the unconscious and the formal stamps of digital images, explores the interrelationship between the unconscious and digital images, both of which seek pleasure and desire.

Globally, civil infrastructures are deteriorating at an alarming rate caused by overuse, overloading, aging, damage or failure due to natural or man-made hazards. With such a vast network of deteriorating infrastructure, there is a growing interest in continuous monitoring technologies. In order to provide a true distributed sensor and control system for civil structures, we are developing a Structural Nervous System that mimics key attributes of a human nervous system. This nervous system is made up of building blocks that are designed based on mechanoreceptors as a fundamentally new approach for the development of a structural health monitoring and diagnostic system that utilizes the recently developed piezo-fibers capable of sensing and actuation. In particular, our research has been focused on producing a sensory nervous system for civil structures by using piezo-fibers as sensory receptors, nerve fibers, neuronal pools, and spinocervical tract to the nodal and central processing units. This paper presents up to date results of our research, including the design and analysis of the structural nervous system.

As the economic society develops very exceedingly, the gap of production and consumption elarges gradually. So the current function to connect them and the function to communicate are needed. I think the advertisement take the charge of this role. This advertisement is so essential to today's economic society that its power influences variably both the economic society and the consumers. The enterprisers, advertising owners stick to the maximization of profits and neglect the principle of true advertisements. They but tise not the information for the consumers to choose reasonably but the false, exaggerating advertisement and unfair manifestation very frequently, which is the main trouble in the current problems of consumption. Therefore, on the one hand, in this study from protecting the consumers not to be involved in the false, exaggerating advertisements, the establishment of advertising ethics as advertising owner's self-control is discussed. On the other hand, the legal control regulation in Korea, involving Japan and U.S.A. are analyzed. The cases of false, exaggerating advertisements and unfair manifestation in Korea are also demonstrated. Finally, the proposals to improve the advertisements are made from the Point of government, enterprisers, and consumers.

This is a Phenomenological study to describe the experience of nursing students on blind persons. Report and individual interviews were conducted on subjective experience of 5 nursing students. Data were analyzed through Giorgi's method in which meaningful statements. The results were from significant statements on reports and interview. These were clustered into 17 theme and 4 central meaning. Nursing Students started practice with prejudice, fear, and expectation at the same time. They also experienced complicated feelings (expansion of consciousness, growth of self, expansion of emotion, true presence)for the blind person. Make a situational structural description from theme and central meaning. Make a general structural description from situational structural description.

The purpose of this study is to propose a topological design principles and to analyze the space of digital architecture applying topological invariant expressive characteristics. As this study is based on topology as a science of true world's pattern, we intented to explain the concepts and provide some methods of low-level and hyperspace topological invariant Properties. Four major aspects are discussed. Those are connection theory, boundary concept, homotopy group, knot Pattern theory as topological invariant properties. Then we intented to make understand topological characteristics of the Algorithms, luring machine, cellular automata, string theory, membrane, DNA and supramolecular chemistry. In fine, the topological invariant properties of the digital architecture as genetic algorithms based on self-organization and heterogeneous networks of interacting actors can be analyzed and used as a critical tool. Therefore topology can be provided endless possibilities for architecture, designers and scientists intended in expressing the more complex and organic patterns of nature as life.

Health is an important topic of 21st century and its meaning has been changed in the direction of more inclusive and diverse way. The meaning of health became 'Community Property' to find in the social relations, and true health is considered to be made when forming 'sense of self' through their role in social relations. The community is the basic mechanism that builds social relationship, therefore it is an essential element to realize the health of modern society. In the modern concept of community, imaginal link is considered more important than physical spatial boundaries, and there is a tendency to depend more on the inter-relationship within it. This is based on the concept of health and community that formed in the changed paradigm, this study covers the concept of health community through a new approach.

The purpose of this study is to implement game content within the generative artificial intelligence module Chat-GPTs, grounded in the humanistic discourse of self-reflection. This content aims to empower the dignity of the silver generation, which has been marginalized by digital technology. Simultaneously, we intend to prototype a digital psychotherapeutic tool. The development of a flexible device that adapts to the silver generation's living environment and temporal constraints is also part of our plan. However, there are still few commercially available products, and digital therapeutics developed in the form of content are virtually nonexistent. The goal is to implement game content that allows the elderly, who have been marginalized by digital technology, to find their true dignity. Simultaneously, we plan to commercialize a prototype of digital psychotherapy that can flexibly adapt to the range of living environments and time constraints of the elderly. This study has been extended based on the game content 'Daily Run' created by Hyein Kwon, an undergraduate student at Kyungil University.

Because rectal prolapse in pediatric age was known to have a self-limitting natural history in weeks to years, this disease is prone to be regarded as a minor condition to the most of surgeons. But to the children and the parents who have to be suffered each time could be a heavy distress. Even though operative or nonoperative methods can be applicable for treatment, the main problem is in surgeon's side, whose preference is based on the experiences of adult patients. The authors have experienced 16 cases of ano-rectal prolapse for 9 years since 1986. Eleven of them were true rectal prolapses. In 7 cases of true type, injection therapy has been tried. One ml of five percent phenol in glycerine was injected into the submucosal layer of the ano-rectal angle level at both lateral and posterior sides. After first trial of each cases, 5 of them were cured completely so far. Recurrences were in two cases, but one of them was temporary to be subsided afterward. Complete bowel cleansing and adequate sedations were required as preoperative preparations. Two days' oral antibiotics and two weeks' laxatives for free of defecation straining were recommended after the procedure. The safety of sclerosis was supported by the experimental histology. In pediatric rectal prolapse, sclerosis seems to be a safe and effective treatment of choice without any significant morbidity.
