아세안지역의 국가간 여객통행수요 추정모형 구축에 관한 연구 (Development of International Passenger Travel Demand Models for the ASEAN Region)

  • 기존의 아세안지역 국가간 여객통행수요예측에 있어 적용된 방법론은 자료의 한계로 인하여 모형을 이용하기보다는 개략적인 분석방법론과 가정위주로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 아세안 지역의 국가간 여객통행 수요예측을 위해 개발된 모형을 제시한다. 통행발생과 통행분포 모형을 개별적으로 추정하기에는 해당지역의 통계자료구축이 미흡한 상태이기 때문에 국가간 출입국 통계자료를 이용하여 통행발생과 통행분포를 동시에 고려하는 직접수요모형을 개발하였다. 또한 현재 연구대상지역의 경우 국가간 통행에 대한 수단선택모형이 존재하지 않기 때문에 본 연구에서는 수단분담율 산정을 위해 명시선호기법을 이용하여 수단분담모형을 추정하였다. 통행거리에 따른 수단선택행태의 차이를 반영하기 위해 세 개의 거리대로 구분하여 수단분담모형을 추정하였다. 추정결과 모형의 설명력과 변수의 유의성 측면에서 대체적으로 양호한 결과가 도출되었다. 본 연구에서 구축한 모형은 향후 아세안지역의 통행수요예측에 있어 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

DESIGN OF OPERATOR FOR SEARCHING TRAFFIC DEPENDENT SHORTEST PATH IN A ROAD NETWORK

  • Recently, Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) has been applied to satisfy increasing traffic demand every year and to solve many traffic problems. Especially, Advanced Traveller Information System(ATIS) is a transportation system to optimize the trip of each other vehicle. It is important to provide the driver with quick and comfortable path from source to destination. However, it is difficult to provide a shortest path in a road network with dynamic cost. Because the existing research has a static cost. Therefore, in this paper we propose an operator for searching traffic dependent shortest path. The proposed operator finds the shortest path from source to destination using a current time cost and a difference cost of past time cost. Such a method can be applied to the road status with time. Also, we can expect a predicted arrival time as well as the shortest path from source to destination. It can be applied to efficiently application service as ITS and have the advantages of using the road efficiently, reducing the distribution cost, preparing an emergency quickly, reducing the trip time, and reducing an environmental pollution owing to the saving the fuel.

존별 특성을 반영한 교통사고밀도 모형 - 청주시 사례를 중심으로 - (Traffic Accident Density Models Reflecting the Characteristics of the Traffic Analysis Zone in Cheongju)

  • PURPOSES : This study deals with the traffic accidents classified by the traffic analysis zone. The purpose is to develop the accident density models by using zonal traffic and socioeconomic data. METHODS : The traffic accident density models are developed through multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, three multiple linear models were developed. The dependent variable was traffic accident density, which is a measure of the relative distribution of traffic accidents. The independent variables were various traffic and socioeconomic variables. CONCLUSIONS : Three traffic accident density models were developed, and all models were statistically significant. Road length, trip production volume, intersections, van ratio, and number of vehicles per person in the transportation-based model were analyzed to be positive to the accident. Residential and commercial area ratio and transportation vulnerability ratio obtained using the socioeconomic-based model were found to affect the accident. The major arterial road ratio, trip production volume, intersection, van ratio, commercial ratio, and number of companies in the integrated model were also found to be related to the accident.

  • 여객역(旅客驛)이 대개 도심(都心)에 위치(位置)하고 있는 탓으로 도시(都市)의 성장(成長)과 함께 교통혼잡(交通混雜)의 요인(要因)이 되고 있다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 부산(釜山)을 예(例)로 하여 여객역(旅客驛)의 입지(立地)에 대한 대안(代案)을 설정(設定)하고 시내통행(市內通行) 및 시외연계(市外連繫) 접근통행별(接近通行別)로 통행발생(通行發生), 통행배분(通行配分), 수단선역(手段選擇), 노선배정(路線配定)의 모의실험(模擬實驗) 과정(過程)을 통하여 여객역(旅客驛)의 입지(立地)가 도시교통체계(都市交通體系)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 비교(比較) 분석(分析)하였다.

TRIP형 복합조직강판의 기계적 성질에 미치는 2단 열처리 영향 (The Effect of Second Stage Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties of TRIP aided Triple Phase Steel)

  • Heat treatment conditions and the formation of microstructures were studied for improving the transformation-induced plasticity(TRIP) effect of retained austenite and mechanical properties of Fe-0.2%C-1.5%Si-1.5%Mn sheet steel. An excellent combination of elongation about 30% and high strength over 760MPa was achieved by processing of intercritical annealing and isothermal holding Intercritical annealing the sheet steel produced fine particles($1{\sim}2{\mu}m$) of retained austenite which were stabilized due to C enrichment by subsequent holding in bainite transformation range. Heat treatment conditions were depended on the shape and distribution of second phases as well as the volume fraction and stability of retained austenrte. In this work, the heat treatment condition of optimal strength-elongation balance was obtained by holding the steel at $400^{\circ}C$ for 200sec, after intercritical annealing at $790^{\circ}C$ for 300sec.

ARM 프로세서를 이용한 저항성 누전 차단기 개발 (The Development of Resistive Leakage Current Circuit Breaker using a ARM Processor)

  • 본 연구에서는 저항성 누설전류를 검출 및 차단할 수 있는 누전차단기를 32 bit ARM 프로세서를 기반으로 개발하였다. 개발된 누전차단기는 기술표준규격(KS C 4613)에서 규정하는 0.03초 이내에 저항성 누전을 차단을 할 수 있도록 구현되었다. 이러한 누전차단기는 스마트분전반에서 전기화재 및 감전 예방을 위한 차단기로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구에서는 mA급 유효성분(저항성) 누설전류를 감지할 수 있는 모듈을 개발하였다. 감지된 누설전류를 기술표준규격에서 규정하는 0.03초 이내에 차단을 할 수 있도록 16 bit 신호처리 프로세서인 MSP430 프로세서를 사용하여 모듈을 구현하였다. 개발된 모듈은 스마트그리드의 스마트분전반에서 감전예방을 위한 모듈로 적용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Characteristics of the Warm Deep Drawability of a Transformation-Induced Plasticity Steel Sheet

  • Warm deep drawability in a square cup drawing was investigated using a newly developed high-strength steel sheet with retained austenite that was transformed into martensite during formation. For this investigation, six different temperatures between room temperature and 250℃, and five different drawing ratios ranging from 2.2 to 2.6 were considered. The results showed that the maximum drawing force and the drawing depth were affected by the change in temperature, and a more stable thickness strain distribution was observed at elevated temperatures. However, blue shortness occurred at over 200℃. FEM analysis using the LS-DYNA code was used to compare the experimental results with the numerical results for the thickness strain distribution.

저압 배전선로의 누전 및 배선용 차단기의 오동작 방지를 위한 고속형 전기안전 보호장치 (Electric Safety Protection Device of High Speed for Incapable Operation of ELB and MCCB Using the Low Voltage Distribution Line)

  • This paper is studied on a novel Electric Safety Protection Device (ESPD) of high speed for incapable operation of Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELB) and Molded_case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) using the low voltage distribution line. The major causes of electrical fire are classified to short circuit fault, overload fault, electric leakage and electric contact failure. The occurrence factor of the fire is electric arc or spark accompanied with electrical faults. Residual Current Protective Device (RCD), that is ELB and MCCB, of high sensitivity type used at low voltage wiring cuts off earth leakage and overload, but the RCD can't cut off electric arc or spark to be a major factor of electrical fire. As the RCDs which are applied low voltage distribution panel are prescribed to rated breaking time about 30[ms] (KS C 4613), the RCDs can't perceive to the periodic electric arc or spark of more short wavelength level. To be improved on such problem, this research development is proposed to a novel ESPD of high speed to trip of distribution line on electric arc or spark due to electrical fire. Some experimental results of the proposed ESPD are confirmed to the validity of the analytical results.

계통 연계 풍력발전단지의 출력 조건을 고려한 배전선 과전류 계전기 정정 (Correction of Overcurrent Protective Relay on Distribution Feeders Considering the Power Output of Wind Farm Interconnected with Utility Networks)

  • This paper describes the correction of overcurrent protective relaying set value in distribution networks interconnected with wind farm by dedicated line. The wind farm composed of wind turbine generators is one of the great energy sources; however, it would be also highly possible that the current in the point of common coupling is influenced by the output power of wind farm. So, the overcurrent relay applied in distribution feeders might generate trip signal for normal operation. In order to prevent the mal-operation of overcurrent relay, it is necessary to correct the relay's setting value according to the output power of end farm. This paper presents the influence of wind farm on the overcurrent relaying set value in distribution feeders for cases of fault as well as normal operation and proposes the basic strategy for correction of overcurrent relaying set value.
