Electrochemical mechanical planarization (ECMP) was developed to overcome the shortcomings of conventional chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). Because ECMP technology utilizes electrochemical reactions, it can have a higher efficiency than CMP even under low pressure conditions. Therefore, there is an advantage in that it is possible to reduce dicing and erosions, which are physical defects in semiconductor CMP. This paper summarizes the papers on ECMP published from 2003 to 2021 and analyzes research trends in ECMP technology. First, the material removal mechanisms and the configuration of the ECMP machine are dealt with, and then ECMP research trends are reviewed. For ECMP research trends, electrolyte, processing variables and pads, tribology, modeling, and application studies are investigated. In the past, research on ECMP was focused on basic research for the development of electrolytes, but it has recently developed into research on tribology and process variables and on new processing systems and applications. However, there is still a need to increase the processing efficiency, and to this end, the development of a hybrid ECMP processing method using another energy source is required. In addition, ECMP systems that can respond to the developing metal 3D printing technology must be researched, and ECMP equipment technology using CNC and robot technology must be developed.

Background: Regardless of countries, the myth that rain makes the body ache has been worded in various forms, and a number of studies have been reported to investigate this. However, these studies, which depended on the patient's experience or memory, had obvious limitations. Google Trends is a big data analysis service based on search terms and viewing videos provided by Google LLC, and attempts to use it in various fields are continuing. In this study, we endeavored to introduce the 'value as a research tool' of the Google Trends, that has emerged along with technological advancements, through research on 'whether toothaches really occur frequently on rainy days'. Methods: Keywords were selected as objectively as possible by applying web crawling and text mining techniques, and the keyword "bi" meaning rain in Korean was added to verify the reliability of Google Trends data. The correlation was statistically analyzed using precipitation and temperature data provided by the Korea Meteorological Agency and daily search volume data provided by Google Trends. Results: Keywords "chi-gwa", "chi-tong", and "chung-chi" were selected, which in Korean mean 'dental clinic', 'toothache', and 'tooth decay' respectively. A significant correlation was found between the amount of precipitation and the search volume of tooth decay. No correlation was found between precipitation and other keywords or other combinations. It was natural that a very significant correlation was found between the amount of precipitation, temperature, and the search volume of "bi". Conclusion: Rain seems to actually be a cause of toothache, and if objective keyword selection is premised, Google Trends is considered to be very useful as a research tool in the future.

This study aims to discuss sustainable fashion trends and sustainable design directions that fashion companies are practicing with ESG in the post-corona new normal era. As a research method, this study examined sustainable fashion trends and ESG practices through empirical case studies focusing on each fashion brand's website, including previous research and literature research, using materials such as newspapers and magazines. As for ESG practice plans, they were divided into four categories: technology orientation, design orientation, consumption orientation, and social value pursuit orientation. The sustainable fashion trends were also divided into four categories. First, the trend exhibits cyclical sustainability using pro-environmental materials, such as pro-environmental fibers, recycled fibers, biodegradable fibers. Second, high sensitivity and rare value sustainability were shown using reuse and upcycling. Third, consumption-oriented trends were promoted through slow fashion. Fourth, in order to realize eco-friendly sustainable fashion and ESG as practical ways to pursue social values, there is a trend of integrating sustainability through changes in perception considering people, society, and the environment. Beyond spreading concern about value consumption trends and the environment, it presents a direction for future industries concerning core values with social roles, responsibility, and ethical awareness from various perspectives.

The purpose of this study was to determine characteristics of research trends in human development. For this purpose, 134 attachment articles were selected from 7 reliable Korean academic journals. The articles were analyzed by research type, subjects, data collection methods and attachment assessment methods. Results showed that (1) most of articles were published in the field of child study, (2) the greatest quantity of research type was quantitative study, (3) young children were the most frequently sampled population, and (4) the main content for child research was the role of attachment in social development and social/emotional problem behaviors. The main content for adolescent research was social development and the main theme of adult research was adjustment.

The purpose of this research is to identify topics discussed by Korean mathematics education studies and examine research trends for 15 years. I applied latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) to the original text datasets including English abstracts of 3,157 articles published in eight journals indexed by the Korean Citation Index (KCI) from 1997 to 2019. I identified an LDA model with 60 topics, then research trends in 2,884 articles between 2002 and 2018 were as follows; mathematics educators have paid most attention to teacher education through 2010 to 2015 and curriculum analysis after 2016. The findings in this research can contribute to understand what have been discussed in Korean mathematics education society as well as what will and need to be emphasized more in the future compared to the global research trends. In addition, LDA has potentials to identify topics and keywords of manuscripts newly written and submitted to any journals in addition to information provided by authors.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the research trends of domestic journals about dance expression ability. The thesis was selected from 36 articles selected from Korean Academic Information (KISS) provided by KERIS from 2001 to December, 2017 and articles related to dance expressions included in DBpia, Research methods, research subjects, and research themes. First, the research trends of the academic journals by year were on average 3 from 2004 to 2017. Second, the research method is mostly related to quantitative research methods. Third, research theme trends were dance expressiveness, body expression ability, and dance expressiveness. Fourth, the research subjects were dance students major, dance program, dance expression in order. In the future, it is necessary to confirm the research techniques and overcome the researches to overcome the research tendency based on questionnaire scales or statistical results.

Driver-specific technology in the automotive field has been commercialized for vehicle accessories, driver memory sheets, and side mirrors. In recent years, the demand for customized technology has expanded to include the user interface of an infotainment system (Infotainment System) and advanced driver support system (Advanced Driver Assistance System), and customized technologies for drivers have been studied. Therefore, this article describes the driver-tailored technology trends being studied in these fields, and examines the major research issues related to future driver-tailored technologies in the automotive field.

The study aims to analyze the articles published in Archivaria to identify various trends and to explore the future research agenda in the area of records and archive management. The data used in this study include 75 articles published in Archivaria during the recent five years. In quantitative measurement, the study presents the current status of subject areas by year and author. In content analysis, the articles are categorized into the subject areas related to records and archive management, research topics, as well as the foci and research methodologies used. The results showed the differences between North American and Korean research trends in the area of records and archive management.

Objectives: After the discontinuance of the Women's Health Initiative (WHI)clinical trial in the U.S. in July 2002, I thought that the domestic medical field would come to a crisis in hormonal treatment for perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. However, the domestic condition of HRT has barely changed. This study was designed to investigate world research trends in HRT and bring forward the response of the Traditional Korean Medicine (TKM) Research Group. Methods: I investigated recent domestic ;md world research trends about HRT and climacteric syndrome. Based on this analysis, I predicted western medical research trends and direction for HRT and medical care of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women. Results and Conclusions: I propose that we (TKM Research Group) have to explain the side effects of HRT for postmenopausal women and try to suggest complementary therapy for it. For that aim, the Association of Korean Medicine's effort is very important, as well as personal practitioner's actions.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends, using the keyword home health care, in articles published in the Journal of Korean Academic Society of Home Health Care Nursing over the past 10 years. Methods: An analysis was conducted of 50 home health care-based studies chosen from among the 206 studies published in the Journal of Korean Academic Society of Home Health Care Nursing from 2010 to 2019. The analysis focused on research methodology and keyword. Descriptive statistics were used to examine the frequency distribution of research methods and keywords. Results: Study participation was mainly focused on nurses (52.0%). Most of the studies used quantitative methods (96.0%), and 43 studies (86.0%) used self-report structured questionnaires. The most commonly used data analyses methods were descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation, and regression. Major keywords were home health nursing, elderly care facility, visiting nurse, home care service, home healthcare nurse, home care agencies, long-term care, and home care. Conclusion: The results of this study identified current trends and interests in the Journal of Korean Academic Society of Home Health Care Nursing. This study suggests that future studies include a variety of research methods and maintain appropriate standards of research ethics.
