오픈소스 DBMS 성능비교분석 (Performance Comparison and Analysis between Open-Source DBMS)

  • DBMS(Database Management System)는 다수의 사용자들이 데이터베이스에 접근하여 손쉽게 데이터를 사용할 수 있도록 해주는 소프트웨어 시스템이다. 오라클(Oracle)을 선두로 한 상용서비스들과 MySQL을 중심으로 하는 오픈소스 DBMS가 있다. MySQL이 오라클에 인수된 이후 MariaDB가 발표되어 수요가 증가하고 있으며, 기존 SQL과 다른 성격의 NoSQL DBMS들도 상황에 따라 관심이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 동일한 형태의 대용량 데이터들을 바탕으로 오픈소스 DBMS간 실제 성능비교분석이 필요함에 따라 본고에서는 오픈소스DBMS의 MariaDB와 문서중심(Document-Centric) 데이터베이스인 MongoDB간의 성능비교분석을 연구하였고, 나아가 그에 따른 결과를 바탕으로한 빅데이터관련 데이터베이스관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

A comparative study of martial arts textbook experiments in primary and secondary schools

  • In order to explore the characteristics that are more suitable for the physical and mental development of young people, enrich the existing martial arts teaching material system. Through the literature method, experimental method, questionnaire method and other research methods, the teaching comparison experiment of martial arts textbooks in primary and secondary schools was carried out, and the attitudes of martial arts courses at different ages in primary and secondary schools were analyzed. For different types of martial arts teaching materials, primary school students are more fond of them than junior high school students, and students of different ages also have different degrees of love for the four types of martial arts teaching materials, pointing out that it is necessary to carry out the reform of martial arts teaching materials as soon as possible, improve the difficulty, teach martial arts skills and knowledge in the combination of attack and defense, and reduce the trend of gymnastics; adjust and improve the periodicity, pertinence and diversity of martial arts teaching materials; mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivate students' interest in martial arts, and promote the inheritance of martial arts In the process of martial arts teaching, students' sense of identification with traditional Chinese culture is enhanced, and cultural self-confidence is enhanced.

대형직접전단시험과 대형삼축시험을 통한 석산골재의 전단거동 특성 비교 (Comparison of Shear Behavior for Quarry Blasted Rocks Based on Large Scale Direct Shear Test and Large Scale Triaxial Test)

  • 국내 석산에서 생산되는 골재를 사용하여 대형삼축시험과 대형직접전단시험을 동시에 수행한 후 전단특성을 비교하였다. 비교를 위하여 시험조건을 가능한 일치시켰으며, 상대밀도를 50%, 70%, 90%의 세 가지로 변화시켜 시험을 수행하였다. 시험결과 응력-변형률 거동은 두 가지 시험에서 동일하게 나타나며, 전단강도는 상대밀도의 크기에 따라 시험방법별로 추세가 달라진다. 즉, 낮은 상대밀도에서는 대형직접전단시험의 내부마찰각이 대형삼축압축시험 결과 값에 비하여 작게 나타나고, 높은 상대밀도에서는 이 현상이 역전됨을 확인하였다.

광학 현미경 영상 화질개선의 추세에 관한 체계적 고찰 (A Systematic Review of Trends for Image Quality Improvement in Light Microscopy)

  • Image noise reduction algorithm performs important functions in light microscopy. This study aims to systematically review the research trend of types and performance evaluation methods of noise reduction algorithm in light microscopic images. A systematic literature search of three databases of publications from January 1985 to May 2020 was conducted; of the 139 publications reviewed, 16 were included in this study. For each research result, the subjects were categorized into four major frameworks-1. noise reduction method, 2. imaging technique, 3. imaging type, and 4. evaluation method-and analyzed. Since 2003, related studies have been conducted and published, and the number of papers has increased over the years and begun to decrease since 2016. The most commonly used method of noise reduction algorithm for light microscopy images was wavelet-transform-based technology, which was mostly applied in basic systems. In addition, research on the real experimental image was performed more actively than on the simulation condition, with the main case being to use the comparison parameter as an evaluation method. This systematic review is expected to be extremely useful in the future method of numerically analyzing the noise reduction efficiency of light microscopy images.

Fate and Risk Comparison of Foodborne Pathogens in Raw Chicken, Pork, and Beef Meat at Various Temperatures

  • The objectives of this study were to investigate the behavior characteristics of pathogenic E. coli, Salmonella Typhimurium, Campylobacter jejuni, and Listeria monocytogenes in various kinds of meat (beef, chicken, and pork) and to compare their risk using FDA-iRISK. The growth of S. Typhimurium in chicken and pathogenic E. coli in pork and beef was well supported and posed a high risk. A similar trend was observed in the risk comparison results using the iRISK. When comparing total disability adjusted life years (DALY) per year based on the kinds of meat, chicken was the highest (88.2), followed by pork (58.5) and beef for "yukhoe" (18.8). When comparing scenarios grouped by bacteria, The highest total DALYs per year was observed with pathogenic E. coli (121), followed by S. Typhimurium (44.8) and L. monocytogenes (1.67E-3). These results indicate that the risk of combining meat and foodborne pathogens varies under the same distribution environment. Thus, strict management and supervision are required to store and deliver raw meat to prevent cross-contamination among the raw meats at the processing plant and retail market.

컴퓨터 모니터와 혼합현실기기의 3차원 이미지 인지 효과 비교 연구 (A Comparison of the Cognitive Effect of Three-dimensional Images on a Computer Monitor and a Mixed Reality Device)

  • The educational benefits and potential of XR as a new medium are well recognized. However, there are still limitations in understanding the specific effects of XR compared to the more widely utilized representation of images on computer monitors. This study therefore aims to demonstrate the differences in effectiveness between the two technologies and to draw implications from a cognitive comparison of three-dimensional objects represented on a flat surface and virtually. The study was conducted a quantitative research method with an experiment involving two independent groups, and the results were tested using regression analysis. The results showed that for low-level, two-dimensional objects, the computer monitor method may be more effective, but above a certain level of complexity, the effectiveness of learning through the monitor tends to decrease rapidly. On the other hand, the group that used extended reality technology showed relatively high comprehension compared to the monitor group even as the complexity increased, and in particular, unlike the monitor group's rapidly decreasing comprehension level, the extended reality technology group showed a trend of decreasing comprehension with the level of complexity, suggesting the potential for compatibility and predictability in the use of technology.

결함 기저면 구조를 이용한 일반화된 체비셰프 저역 통과 필터 설계 (A Design of Generalized Chebyshev LPF Using Defected Ground Structure)

  • 본 연구에서는 결함 기저면 구조 (Defected Ground Structure: DGS)의 변수 변화에 따른 진폭 및 위상의 변화 추이를 고찰하고 그 추이를 이용하여 원하는 최적의 DGS를 쉽게 결정하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이렇게 구한 DGS를 이용하여 일반화된 체비셰프 (Generalized Chebyshev: GC) 저역 통과 필터 (LPF) 설계된다. GC LPF는 직렬 회로로서 병렬 공진기를 갖는다. 그러므로 기존의 체비셰프 LPF와 달리, 직렬 소자의 변환 단계를 생략할 수 있기 때문에 GC DGS LPF는 체비셰프 DGS LPF보다 필터 응용에 더 유용하다. 제안한 이론에 따라 GC DGS LPF(N=5)와 비교 대상으로 전형적인 체비셰프 LPF(N=7)가 설계 및 제작되었다. 측정 결과 비교로부터 제안한 GC DGS 5 단 저역 통과 필터는 전형적인 7 단 체비셰프 필터에 비해 더 우수한 차단 특성을 가지며 크기는 0.58 배로 줄고, 저지대역폭은 약 1.57 배 이상 넓은 특성을 확인하였다.

Variation of Mineral Compositions in the Regional, Varietal, and Seasonal Mulberry Leaves

  • This study was carried out to investigate the mineral content in the regional, varietal and seasonal mulberry leaves. On average, mulberry leaf samples contained minerals in the order of potassiumi phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron and so on (2.494 g/100 g, 2.255 g/100 g, 1.835 g/100 g, 0.627 g/100 g, 0.0245 g/100 g DW, respectively). Calcium content was 19-fold and 4-fold higher than that of green tea and spinach, respectively, suggesting that mulberry loaves appear to be a calcium-rich food source. In the comparison of geographic samples of Cheongilppong variety, calcium bevel was highest in Youngchun sample (2.477 g/100 g) and highest potassium level in Suwon sample (2.962 g/100 g). In the geographic samples of YK209 variety, Jinju-City sample was highest in calcium content (1.509 g/100 g). Among wild mulberry loaves collected from Cheju Island and Tsushima, potassium level was highest in Bongge-dong, Cheiu City (3.865 g/100 g) and calcium level in Mitshshima Town, Tsushima (2.948 g/100 g). In the comparison of varietal samples collected in Suwon at the mulberry field of Dept. of Sericulture & entomology, Shinkwangppong variety was highest in the potassium levels although Keryangppong and Shinkwangppong were higher in calcium revel. In the comparison of seasonal samples of Cheongilppong, there was a rough trend of increase in some minerals up to July (e.g., calcium rind )potassium). Finding of the highest calcium and potassium contents in the wild mulberry (3.865 g/100 g and 2.948 g/100 g, respectively) rather than in the cultivated ones warrant that more focus should be paid to wild mulberry leaves to utilize their minerals effciently.

제주지역 TSP의 기류 유입경로별 조성 변화 (Variation of TSP Compositions in Accordance with the Pathways of Inflowing Air Mass at Jeju Island)

  • The TSP aerosols were collected at Gosan site of Jeju Island between 2003 and 2007, and their aerosol components were analyzed to examine the variations of chemical compositions with the corresponding pathways of inflowing air parcels. According to the comparison of seasonal aerosol compositions, the soil-originated components showed remarkably high concentrations during spring season. On the other hand, the concentrations of anthropogenic components were somewhat high in spring and summer seasons, but low in fall season. Based on the comparison of TSP compositions in relation to the pathways of inflowing air mass, the concentrations of anthropogenic components (nss-$SO_4^{2-}$, S, $NO_3^-$), soil-originated components (nss-$Ca^{2+}$, Al, Fe, Ca), and the heavy metals (e,g., Mn, Zn, Cr, Pb, Cu, Cd, etc.) have relatively increased with the air mass moving from China continent into Jeju area. Meanwhile, the marine-originated components showed an increasing trend with the air mass coming from North Pacific Ocean. In the seasonal and sectional comparison, the nss-$SO_4^{2-}$, $NO_3^-$, nss-$Ca^{2+}$, and Al showed comparatively high concentrations when the air mass moved from China continent during all seasons. Especially, the $NO_3^-$, nss-$Ca^{2+}$, and Al concentrations were somewhat high when the air mass moved from Korean Peninsula during summer season. It was also recognized that the Na+ concentration were high, when the air mass moved from Pacific Ocean through all seasons.

국내외 사례비교를 통한 디지털장서 개발정책 동향 연구 (A Trend Study on the Digital Collection Development Policy through Case Comparison)

  • 정보환경의 급속한 변화로 도서관은 디지털시대에 적합한 장서개발정책 수립을 위하여 아날로그자원 위주에서 디지털자원을 고려해야 하는 시점에 이르렀다. 그러나 물리적으로 정형화된 형태를 가진 아날로그자원과 달리 디지털자원은 물리적 매체에 고정되지 않고 소유가 아닌 접근이용 라이선스만을 부여받는 특성을 가지고 있어서 각 도서관은 수집과 보존을 위한 디지털장서 개발정책을 세우는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 국가의 지적문화유산을 수집하고 보존하여 다음 세대로 전하는 임무를 갖고 있는 국립도서관들은 고유기능 유지에 있어 심각한 도전을 받고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 다양한 시도를 하고 있는 국내외 국립도서관들의 디지털장서 개발정책을 비교 분석함으로써 디지털장서 개발정책의 핵심요소를 도출하고자 한다.
