Recently, as mega-urbanization progresses, urban logistics centered on large cities is growing rapidly, and logistics transportation is increasing due to the lack of logistics infrastructure and the operation of a delivery system using cargo trucks in the city center. being cited as a cause. In order to solve this problem, domestic researchers are conducting research on the development of " Urban Underground railway Logistics System" that minimizes the initial infrastructure construction cost by utilizing the existing urban railway facilities in the city. Therefore, this paper analyzed the usage environment of the actual urban railway station to which the system will be applied in order to derive candidates for the test bed selection of "Urban Underground railway Logistics System". The evaluation criteria for test bed candidate role selection were established, and the candidate group derived from the Brown & Gibson model was used to evaluate the candidate group and derive the candidate role. A review of the results was conducted to contribute to the establishment of a test bed for the " Urban Underground railway Logistics System" under development.

Although the outsourcing of logistics is one of the most widely discussed contemporary topics in the field of business logistics, efforts to organize them in an integrated broad-based body of knowledge have so far been rather limited. In order to develop and implement the outsourcing of logistics effectively and efficiently, this paper presents the procedure for establishment of outsourcing logistics systems. Several case studies including 7 firms from X Group in glass manufacturing industry and 1 firm from Y Group in chemical industry, respectively are introduced to determine the benefits of outsourcing according to some criteria, such as performance evaluation of before-outsourcing and after-outsourcing logistics.

Vietnam is entering an important phase of urbanization that corresponds to the current economic development. Developing logistics of Vietnam in general, and Haiphong particularly, is urgent in order to meet the need for the economic development of Viet Nam in this period of international integration. Hai Phong's development record over the past 20 years is remarkable. In conjunction with the local government's efforts, external factors, such as increasing direct foreign investment, is turning Hai Phong into Vietnam's logistics hub. However, even though Hai Phong accounted for 98% of North Vietnam's throughput, its logistics services are low level, the ports are fragmented, and the port management scale is backward, with the legal system overlapping. This paper has systematically evaluated the development of Haiphong city during recent years, then offers some solutions to develop logistics for Hai Phong ports.

Purpose: During the pandemic, a large number of orders forced online retailers of fresh produce to quickly change their emergency logistics capabilities to meet the needs of ordinary consumers during the pandemic. Our research aims to help online retailers establish an emergency physical distribution framework for fresh produce during disasters to meet consumer needs. Research design and methodology: 160 effective responses were collected from the online response team in Wuhan, China, and exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the emergency logistics capability framework. Twelve experts were invited online to collect their scoring opinions and use the entropy method to determine the importance of emergency logistics capabilities. Results: Our results have identified a total of 17 emergency logistics factors for online retailers, and we found that Transportation route planning and reconstruction capabilities, Emergency plan planning ability, and Supply chain real-time information sharing capability are the most important in the overall framework. Conclusions: This research completely established the physical distribution framework of fresh agricultural products online retailer in emergency situations. It enriches academic resources in the field of emergency distribution and provides a scientific basis for corporate managers to improve their physical distribution capabilities in emergency situations.

본 연구는 국제무역에 있어서 물류규제와 물류역량에 대한 물류업계 종사자들의 평가지표라 할 수 있는 물류성과지표를 활용하여 한국과 아세안 FTA의 상품무역 증가에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. World bank에서 발표한 물류성과지표는 관세통관, 물류인프라, 선적의 용이성, 물류서비스, 운반의 적시성, 물품추적역량의 6가지 세부항목과 총점으로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 물류성과지표를 관측변수로 하여 페널데이터 중력모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 물류성과지표의 총점과 세부항목 모두 상품무역량 증가에 긍정적인 효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 한국과 아세안 양국교역 증대를 위해 물류비용을 현실화하고 물류 규제를 철폐하며, 물류 환경을 개선하기 위한 노력이 필요하다는 사실을 확인해주는 것이다.

본 연구는 화주의 내륙운송 의사결정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요소를 분석하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 해상 피더선이 운행하는 우리나라와 북중국 지역을 연구 대상으로 하였으며, 로지스틱 회귀분석을 연구방법으로 사용하였다. 설문을 받은 국내 화주 중 67%이상이 내륙운송 의사결정을 하는 것으로 조사되었으며, 분석결과 내륙운송비, 하역료가 화주의 내륙운송 의사결정에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 국내외 화주를 유치하여 수익을 창출하기 위해서는 화주가 원하는 니즈를 파악하여 내륙운송비와 하역료를 절감시킬 수 있는 각종 인프라 구축 및 정부 지원 인센티브 도입이 필요하다. 또한 화주 내륙운송 의사결정 영향요인과 항만시설에 대한 종합적인 검토가 필요하며, 이들 영역의 지속적인 개선노력을 통하여 화물창출 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 향후 연구방향은 내륙운송에 영향을 줄 수 있는 다양한 변수를 활용한 분석이 필요하다.

IT기술 진보로 인하여 국내 복화운송(Street Turn) 시스템도 많은 발전을 거듭하고 있지만 복화운송 물량의 증가로 귀결되지 않고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구는 기존 복화운송 시스템을 사용하고 있는 사용자 입장에서 시스템을 이용하게 하는 의사결정 요인을 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 퍼지계층분석(Fuzzy-AHP)을 이용하여 국내 복화운송을 사용한 경험이 있거나 해운기업에 종사하고 있는 경력자를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 총 5개의 대요인과 17개 세부 요인을 추출하였으며, 연구결과 대요인으로 적시성 요인이 가장 중요한 요인이며 그중 정보제공 시기(0.207)가 가장 중요한 요인으로 선정되었으며, 다음으로 플렛폼 이용 프로세스(0.079), 참여 화주의 수(0.074)가 뒤를 이었다.

UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), the pilotless plane or drone, draws researchers' attention at these days for its extended use to various area. The research was initiated for military use of the UAV, but the area of applicable field is extended to surveillance, communication, and even delivery for commercial use. As increasing the interest in UAV, the needs of research for operating the flying object which is not directly visible when it conducts a certain mission to remote place is obviously grown as much as developing high performance pilotless plane is required. One of the project supported by government is related to the use of UAV for logistics fields and controlling UAV to deliver the certain items to isolated or not-easy-to-access place is one of the important issues. At the initial stage of the project, the previous researches for controlling UAV need to be organized to understand current state of art in local researches. Thus, this study is one of the steps to develop the unmanned system for using in military or commercial. Specifically, we focused on reviewing the approaches of controlling UAV from origination to destination in previous in-country researches because the delivery involves the routing planning and the efficient and effective routing plan is critical to success to delivery mission using UAV. This routing plan includes the method to avoid the obstacles and reach the final destination without a crash. This research also present the classification and categorization of the papers and it could guide the researchers, who conduct researches and explore in comparable fields, to catch the current address of the research.

대형마트보다 저렴하고 편의성도 높은 창고형 매장에 대한 물류 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 창고형 매장의 통합 Depot 위치선정에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 통합 Depot 위치선정을 위한 요인도출 및 가중치 산출, 대상지의 위치 우선순위 산정을 다기준 의사결정 방법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)방법을 도입하여 계산하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 분석결과, 선정 요인별 중요도에서는 수배송 비용절감(0.198)이 가장 높게 나왔으며, 수배송 거리절감(0.168), 수배송 시간절감(0.149) 순으로 도출 되었다. 본 연구 결과는 Depot를 통합 운영 시 비용 절감과 효율성 증가를 수치화하여 실제 실무자들에게 보다 현실적인 기초자료를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 향후연구에서는 분석에 사용되는 요인의 추가작업을 통하여 분석모형을 정교화 할 필요가 있다.
