  • 현재 해상교통안전시설인 표준등부표의 종류는 10가지이며, 가장 작은 등부표가 4.4m로 대형인 것이 현실이다. 따라서 제작, 교체 및 수리가 용이한 부유형의 소형 등부표를 제안하고자 하였다. 한편 부유형의 경우 환경적 외력에 의한 위치 신뢰도가 떨어지며, 특히 유실 등의 사고에 대비하기 위한 안정성 검토가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 새로운 등부표의 운동성(Heave, Sway, Pitch)을 상용프로그램을 사용하여 Encounter Frequency별 분석하고, 2차원 경계요소법(Boundary Element Method, BEM)을 이용하여 부유체의 단면형상에 따른 유체력을 수치시뮬레이션하였다.

아파트 자전거 주차장 이용실태에 관한 조사 연구 - 광주광역시 자전거 주차장 설치 아파트를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Current Status of the Use of Bike Parking Lots in Apartments - For the Apartments with Bike Parking Lots in Gwangju Metropolitan City -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of the use of bike parking lots in apartment complexes located in Gwangju Metropolitan City. The results were as follows. While common respondents answered the use of a bike for leisure or health, relatively few respondents answered a means of transportation such as going to school or work. It suggests that systematic plans to expand the range of using a bike should be made such as the connection of an apartment complex with a bike road. The common places to keep bikes were the entrance, the inside of the house, or stairs rather than bike parking lots because of safety problems such as theft or damage. In this regard, it is necessary to prepare clear regulation guidances to complement the safety problems of bike parking lots such as CCTV installation in the parking lots or compulsory installation of night lighting. Based on the findings, the methods to improve a bike parking lot should consider safety solutions and the complement of locations or keeping types. To activate the use of a bike, it is necessary to improve facilities to help residents' use of bike parking lots and expand their size in the future and examine the design of bike racks.

조선시대 아산 공세곶창성의 배치 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Block Planning Characteristics of the Tribute Granary Castle at Asan Cape Gongse in the Joseon Dynasty)

  • There were many researches on marine transportation and granaries, most of which focused on the historical establishment and organization of the marine transportation. However, a few researches were conducted on the architectural aspects. Hence the purposes of this study are to investigate the following matters: first, documents and relics concerning the tribute granary castle at Cape Gongse in Asan, a typical granary during the Joseon Dynasty, were investigated to academically understand the castle's establishment and historical background; second, the dispositional characteristics of the granary and the castle, including its adjacent facilities, were investigated to review its archaeological value; finally, basic materials were provided for systematical preservation and management these relics. As for the research method, the author referred to and analyzed sundry records and old maps, and ascertained in detail historical evidence through residential testimonies and the on-the-spot surveys. In addition, the author investigated the dispositional characteristics of the tribute granary castle at Cape Gongse by analyzing its exact size and shape, based on the old documents and an actual survey of the castle remains. The characteristics of the tribute granary castle at Cape Gongse may be summarized as follows. First, tribute granary at cape Gongse is a only tribute granary which has a granary and castle. second, the tribute granary castle at Cape Gongse has a curvilinear shape, like a gourd dipper; a large circle surrounding the village and a small circle surrounding the area of Mt. Shinpoong both meet up with it. Third, the construction type of the tribute granary castle at Cape Gongse is in a style similar to a town castle or a battle camp castle located in the coastal regions. As for its locational conditions, however, the east gate, presumably an incoming and outgoing route to the granary for vessels, was a feature unique to the marine granary castle. Fourth, the tribute granary at Cape Gongse had a granary of eighty kan in 1523 and, in addition, there were also Bongsang-cheong, Sa-chang, Joseon-sobakcheo, Chimhae-dang, and more, not to mention many privates houses in the castle. The granary is located in the center of the tribute granary castle, where Gongse Nonghyub is currently located. The location of the government offices seemed to be on the northern ridge. Fifth, the tribute granary castle at Cape Gongse is a valuable relic that offers insight into marine transportation, tribute granaries, and tribute granary castles during the Joseon Dynasty. It has special archaeological value because it was one of only a few tribute granary castles that served to protect the tribute granaries.

  • 국내철도는 2004년 KTX 개통을 계기로 2015년 10월 현재 KTX 이용객이 5억 명을 돌파하기에 이르렀다. KTX는 전국을 반나절 생활권으로 변화시켰으며, 이에 따라 생활패턴도 바뀌고 있다. KTX가 주요교통수단으로 자리 잡은 만큼 KTX가 정차하는 철도역사의 규모 및 위치도 주요한 관심사로 부각되고 있다. 현재의 KTX복합역사개발은 정부예산 확보가 어려운 만큼 민자사업 형태로 진행 중에 있는 가운데 철도역사는 공익성 측면이 강한 시설물이므로 민간사업의 형태로 개발된다면 민간사업자 수익창출의 반대급부로 역사가 가진 공익성을 저해될 수도 있다. 이에 본 연구는 KTX복합환승센터의 주요기능인 철도역사기능과 판매시설기능이 발생시키는 각각의 개별이용인원을 분리, 접근교통수단별 이용인구를 추정하고 이를 2016년 후반기에 준공될 동대구복합역사 사례에 적용한다. 이를 통해 동대구 역사의 판매시설물 확장이 유발할 수 있는 대중교통 혼잡을 예측하여 실제 운영 시 발생 가능한 혼잡을 저감하기 위한 정책 마련에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

고속도로 영업소지역의 강우유출수내 중금속 유출 특성 (Characteristics of Wash-off Metal Pollutants from Highway Toll-Gate Area)

  • The stormwater runoff from paved area are highly polluted because of particulate materials as well as metals from various vehicular activities. The Division of Road Maintenance in Ministry of Construction and Transportation was recently developed the Guidelines of Environment-kindly Road Maintenance. It is actually requiring the BMP construction to control the nonpoint source pollution as based on the TMDL program. This research is carried out in order to define the characteristics of stormwater runoff from the toll-gate of highways since 2006, which is actually one of the main pollutant sources of paved areas. This monitoring is the first phase work for establishing the treatment facilities in the toll-gates. The one of the main characteristics from toll-gate runoff is the first flush phenomenon containing lots of sediments and metal compounds at the beginning of a storm event. Usually it is used to determine the size of treatment facilities and to calculate the reduced pollutant mass in the facility. The research results shows that the mean EMC vaules for heavy metals are determined to $274.3{\mu}g/L$ for Cd, $1,273.4{\mu}g/L$ for Cr, $1,822.0{\mu}g/L$ for Cu, $6,504.9{\mu}g/L$ for Fe, $14,930.3{\mu}g/L$ for Pb, and $714.1{\mu}g/L$ for Zn. Also the metal mass loadings from the toll-gates are calculated using EMC, watershed area and storm duration.

  • 시장규모와 기술력, 자본력이 작은 유럽 민간 항공산업이 세계시장을 정복하기 위해 채택한 생산논리는 참여국가의 부존자원을 결집시킨 국제합작 단일기업 형태의 공동개발 분업생산방식이었다. 전문화된 분업생산방식으로 각 생산입지는 지난 40년 동안 기술적 경험에 의한 학습효과와 상호작용을 촉진하는 지리적 근접성의 논리에 따라 관련 생산시설과 생산설비, 전문 협력업체와 하청업체, 관련 대학 및 연구소 등을 집적시키며 전문화를 강화해 왔다. 중 단거리 항공기 생산에서 전용 화물수송기를 이용한 물류연계체계는 지역간 시 공간을 단축시켜 분업화된 생산공정의 지리적 분산입지와 분산된 생산입지의 효율적인 물류연계를 가능하게 하였다. 그러나 부피와 무게로 전용 화물수송기에 의한 물류연계가 어려운 대형항공기 A380의 물류연계에는 전용 화물선이 선정되었다. 전용 화물선을 이용한 물류연계체계를 고려할 때, 최종조립공장의 입지로 내륙에 위치한 툴루즈의 선택은 해상과 육상이 연계된 복잡한 물류연계체계를 요구하기 때문에 입지측면에서 비합리적인 입지선택이었다. 이러한 입지선택은 유럽 민간 항공산업의 통합과정과 학습효과 및 지리적 근접성의 논리, 정부의 적극적인 유치지원정책에 의해 설명된다.

환태평양 시대의 부산항 물류산업 합리화 (The Rationalization of PDM in Pusan Port for the Period of Round Pacific Area)

  • The most change in this century is supposed to be declination of ideology, and block of world economy. Addition to down full of cold war atmosphere around Northeast Asia, not only economic and social mood in this region is dramatically changed, but also it gave birth to the block of Northeast economy that accerlated new hub of world economy. According to dramatic change of economic surroundings the dynamic potential of growth in this region will be guided to enlarge inter-regional trade and increase volume of trade, thus suggests to grow steadily transportation. cargos in this region will have to arrange the system of delivery and inner transportation, accessary facilities, inter-regional harbors if North America and EC has connected easily. As have accerlated GATT and UR represented multilateralism and regionalism, it has regulated to increase trades of region due to relief of the trade barrier through specific areas has agreed with separately. The flow of regionalism of world economy has appeared to realize EC and NAFTA centered U.S.A, and also has presented to free trade region or one-size market agreement in Asia as APEC, EAEG in Malaysia, and etc. In defense to this block and internationalism of world economy, Pusan has to come forward to the hub of Northeast others has proposed a project to dominate the Northeast, Economy Association Agreement as Far East comprehensive development project in USSR, Hunchun development project in NK, and East Sea development project in PRC, Niigate regional development in Japan, Duman River development project in NK, and East Sea development project in Korea. As this exercise has proceed, Pusan also have arranged development strategy definitely and prepared provisions systematically. Engaging to participate center of delivery system is meant to be completed complex functions, namely the transfer storage processing & assembly function of international commodity. Pusan has ability to be terminal point of TSR. it had been connected to EC as the biggest economy block and TKR as complex transportation root to Far East, it would be the center of inground and seabase delivery terminal to Rotterdom as the biggest container pier and major piers to North-East and South East Asia. In order to provide a Role of 21 century's internationalization, Pusan has appealed to participate in management information research and development connected to Pohang-Ulsan-Changwon-Masan, and has utilized efficiently the resources such as man, material, money and information.

저밀도 폴리에틸렌 분진의 폭발특성 분석 (Explosion Characteristics Analysis of Low-Density Polyethylene Dust)

  • 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(Low-density polyethylene, LDPE)은 분진폭발 관련 특성치에 대한 기준이 제시되고 있지 않아 제조 및 취급설비의 안전한 설계가 어렵다. 이 연구에서는 LDPE 제조공정 중 Bag Filter에서 채취한 분진(LDPE 1)과 Silo 등의 설비 외부에 누설된 퇴적 분진(LDPE 2)에서 채취한 2개 시료에 대하여 분진폭발 시험을 수행하였고 그 중 LDPE 2 분진에 대하여 요약하였다. 입도분석 결과, 체적기준 평균입경은 95.04 ㎛, 수밀도는 0~1 ㎛로 나타났다. 최대폭발압력(Pmax)은 6.6 bar, 최대폭발압력상승속도는 1500 g/m3에서 366 [bar/s]로 분진폭발지수(Kst)는 99.4 bar·m/s로 ST-1 등급임을 확인하였다. 또한, 최소점화에너지는 10 mJ이며 최소점화온도는 450 ℃로 나타났다. 현재, 제조 및 취급 설계는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE)의 특성값을 기초로 한다. 그러나, 시험 결과 LDPE 2 분진이 HDPE(입자지름 61.6 ㎛)보다 위험성이 높은 것으로 나타나 LDPE 제조공정에서 HDPE 설계기준을 적용할 때는 주의가 필요하다.

서울대도시권역의 설정과 지역구조에 관한 연구 (A study on the establishment and regional strunture of Seoul metropolitan region)

  • 본 논문은 지속적인 서울시의 성장이 그 주변지역의 성장을 수반하면서 서울대도시 권화되어가는 과정을 밝히고 서울대도시권역을 설정한 후, 서울대도시권역 내에서 기능적 특성에 따라 지역을 분류하려는 것이 그 목적이었다. 1990년 시점에서의 서울대도시권역의 경계가 어느 정도 확대되었는가를 측정하기 위하여 도시화 정도를 측정하는 지표와 서울과 의 기능적 연계성을 측정하는 지표를 토대로 하여 그 권역을 설정하였다. 그 결과 서울대도 시권역은 수도권의 거의 전 지역을 포함하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 서울대도시권역에 포함된 지역들은 서울이 갖고 있는 기능을 일부 분담하면서 기능적인 면에서 특화되거나 전 문화되어 기능적 특성에 따라서 신종주거기능 탁월지역, 제조업기능 탁월지역, 서비스기능 탁월지역, 잠재적 개발가능지역의 4개 그룹으로 지역을 분류할 수 있었다.

도서지역주민의 의료이용양상과 그 결정요인 (Health Care Utilization and Its Determinants among Island Inhabitants)

  • Island regions suffer from a shortage of health care in part because they are less developed, they cover a widespread area relative to the population, and due to transportation barriers. The purpose of this study was to assess the level of illness and the magnitude of medical care utilization, and to investigate the determinants of utilization in these area. The data were collected by means of a household survey conducted from February 16 to 25, 1987 on S islands which were selected in consideration of the size of the population, the distance from the main land, and the distribution of health care facilities. The household response rate was 89.1% (491 of 551 households), and 1971 persons were surveyed. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1) The morbidity rate of the island inhabitants was 27.7% during the two weeks, and 25.5 chronic illnesses and 9.1 acute illnesses per 100 persons, were noted. Differences in the magnitude of illness were statistically significant by sex, age, education, and family size. 2) The magnitude of total ambulatory carl utilization was 16.8 visits per 100 persons during the two weeks, which was less than that of other regions; and differences in the magnitude of total ambulatory care were statistically significant by sex, age, education, occupation, and family size. 3) Unmet needs were classified as 56.0% in chronic illnesses and 19.6% in acute illnesses; and differences in unmet needs were statistically significant by sex, age, education, occupation, income, and family size. 4) Statistically significant determinants in medical care utilization included the frequency of acute illness and chronic illness, and income in total utilization; the frequency of chronic illness and acute illness, and medical care insurance in physician visits. 5) According to the results of the path analysis, need factors had the greatest effect on utilization, and predisposing factors had more indirect effects through enabling or need factors than direct effects.
