주행시뮬레이션을 이용한 고속도로 공사장 주의구간 교통안전표지 설치 방안 연구 (A Study on the Safety Countermeasures in Advanced Warning Area by Analyzing Driving Simulation in Work Zone)

  • 고속도로 공사장 교통관리구간 중 주의구간은 공사구간으로 진입하는 차량이 차로 변경을 수행해야 하는 구간으로 감속과 함께 안전한 차로변경이 가능하도록 교통안전표지가 설치되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 주행시뮬레이션 분석을 통해 주의구간 내 운전자의 반응특성으로 고려한 교통안전표지 설치의 적정성을 평가하였다. 교통안전표지 위치 변경 및 제거를 통해 시나리오를 구성하고, 시나리오 별 교통안전표지의 설치 위치 적정성을 제한속도 순응률과 차로변경 안전도를 통해 비교 평가하였다. 분석 결과 제한속도 규제표지를 주의구간 상류부에 설치하여 공사구간 진입차량의 속도를 미리 감소키시고, 차로변경 주의표지를 주의구간 하류부에 설치하여 차로 변경을 최종적으로 유도하는 것이 운전자의 인지도 및 순응도 향상에 있어서 가장 효과적인 대안인 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 고속도로 공사장에서 발생하는 교통사고 예방을 위해 교통관리기준의 개정 시 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

한국형 2차선도로 모의실험 프로그램(TWOPAS)의 개발 (Development of Two-lane, Two-way Highway Simulation Program(TWOPAS) for Korean Condition)

  • The two-lane, two-way highway simulation program(TWOPAS) is evaluated for Korean Highway Capacity Manual Study. TWOPAS program input variables, especially related vehicle performance, traffic flow relationship, car-following model and passing logic are examined and modified through the analysis results of our two-lane, two-way highway traffic characteristics. Simulation outputs with and without modification are compared with the field data. The results show that improved TWOPAS program(TWOPAS KI) is well suitable for simulating our two-lane, two-way highway condition.

  • 본 연구는 최근에 국내기업의 물류비용절감을 위한 노력의 일환으로 추진되고 있는 적정 물류장비의 선정을 위한 시뮬레이션 모델의 개발이다. 본 연구에서는 제조공장에서 소비자들에게 공급되는 2단계 물류시스템에서 물류재고와 운송수단을 고려하여 최소 물류비용의 운송대안선정을 위한 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 2가지의 시뮬레이션모델의 전산프로그램을 개발하고 응용사례를 통하여 출력을 예시하였다.

  • For reasons such as global warming, depletion of fossil fuels and the danger of nuclear energy the research and development of renewable energy is actively underway. Wind energy has advantages over another renewable energy in terms of location requirements, energy efficiency and reliability. Nowadays the research and development area is expanded to offshore because it can supply more wind reliability and free from noise pollution. In this study, the monopile offshore wind turbine transportation and installation (T&I) process are investigated. In addition, the schedule and cost for the process are estimated by discrete event simulation. For the simulation, simulation models for various means of T&I are developed. The optimum T&I execution plan with shortest duration and lowest cost can be found by using different mission start day and T&I means.

  • In this paper, we investigated the impedance method for searching fault detection point in case of an accident in the AC electric railway AT feeding system. For this purpose, simulation circuit modeling and prototype hardware are made based on the known numerical analysis. As a result of simulation modeling of the feeding system based on the numerical analysis of the impedance method confirmed that the modeling was properly implemented with an average error rate of 0.07%. Also, as a result of fault event by hardware simulator, it was confirmed that the breaker operation time is shortened and the fault current is decreased while the voltage is close to the supply voltage in the transient state as the point of the fault accident moves away from the substation(SS).

  • Research on fuel cell systems attracting attention as an environmentally friendly energy source has been actively conducted. And research is being conducted on railway vehicles that use direct current power generated by a fuel cell as an energy source. In this paper, a two-phase interleaved bidirectional DC-DC converter has been proposed which can supply electric energy of a battery to a traction motor during powering and charge the battery with regenerative energy during braking. Therefore, the topology of the energy storage system applied to the railway vehicle was analyzed, and the simulation was performed by constructing the power conversion system by this topology. Experiments were also conducted through hardware design and fabrication based on the simulation analysis results, and the validity of the hardware implementation was verified.

이산 사건 모델링 및 시뮬레이션을 이용한 교통 흐름 분석 방법론 (Traffic Flow Analysis Methodology Using the Discrete Event Modeling and Simulation)

  • Increased attention has been paid in recent years to the need of traffic management for alleviating urban traffic congestion. This paper presents a discrete event modeling and simulation framework for analyzing the traffic flow. Traffic simulation models can be classified as being either microscopic and macroscopic models. The discrete event modeling and simulation technique can be basically employed to describe the macroscopic traffic simulation model. To do this, we have employed the System Entity Structure/Model Base (SES/MB) framework which integrates the dynamic-based formalism of simulation with the symbolic formalism of AI. The SES/MB framework supports to hierarchical, modular discrete event modeling and simulation environment. We also adopt the Symbolic DEVS (Discrete Event System Specification) to developed the automated analysis methodology for generating optimal signal light policy. Several simulation tests will demonstrates the techniques.

  • In this paper, the south-north railway transportation demand and the present situation of Huning line(from Shanghai to Nanjing) are analyzed, and the important significance and the simulation, we also discuss the transportation organization plans, the transportation capacities, the stage by stage implement programs and the comprehensive social economic benefits on the condition of raising the train speed on Huning line.

탐상조건 예측을 위한 초음파 시뮬레이션 (Ultrasonic Simulation for Test Condition Estimate)

  • Ultrasonic testing has a characteristics such as excellent permeability, high-sensitivity to find defect and an almost exact measurement for position. size and direction of inner defect, which differ from other non-destructive testing. In the study, we developed program into optimal testing condition, to distinguish obstacle echo and defect position. This program shows generation and processing of ultrasonic pulse. We compared simulation with ultrasonic test in 45$^\circ$, 60$^\circ$and 70$^\circ$transducer. Test results were in accordance with simulation within 0.1~7.2%.
