On facing the information society, the multi-faceted information utilization and the establishment of synthetic information management system in the overall industry and business administration have raised considerable attention. Thus, this study aims at the improvement of freight transport management through the establishment of pooling of the road freight transport information system as its effective information supporting system. Especially, it describes the freight transport information network, structure, function, and subject of the freight transport information center, as a basic planning design for the freight transport information system. Furthermore, it deals with the identification of the systems design requirements, working process, and S/W & H/W design specifications. Finally, we expect that this study will be contributed for the improvement of the road freight transport business to meet both the increase of freight transport demands due to the continuing economic growth and the social needs for the establishment of transport-order.

본 연구의 목적은 통합도로교통 서비스 체계 구현을 위한 교통정보센터를 구축하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 기존의 교통정보센터 기능과 운영현황을 분석하고, 통합도로교통정보 서비스를 제공하는 교통정보센터를 개발함으로서 안전지향형 통합도로교통정보센터의 구현사례를 소개한다. 지능형교통체계는 안전지향의 통합도로교통정보 서비스 제공을 통한 교통안전체계를 구현할 뿐 만 아니라 전방의 홍수, 폭설 낙석, 도로유실 붕괴 등과 같은 자연재해 및 긴급상황 발생시 관련 정보를 시의 적절하게 제공함으로써 운전자의 안전한 도로운행을 지원하게 된다. 따라서 통합도로교통정보 서비스체계의 교통정보센터는 국민들에게 편리하게 사용할 수 있는 대국민 교통정보 서비스 제공으로 이용자 친화형 교통관리체계와 통합도로교통정보센터 기능을 실현하는데 일조할 것이다.

Sea transport industry is service industry and basic industry that permit efficient division of the human and material resources of industry. Also, owing to geographical situation which korea is having, utilization ratio of sea logistics industry is high than other transport ways. Sea transport industry chieves role that promote economy activity of other industry field as well as offer of transport way. Specially, because unit anger of freight by container is introduced, it was achived reduction of transport unit cost and mechanization of loading and unloading by this result. For efficeint connection of each other transport, contianer had offerd to large ship. Quality of service has much dimensions, and is considered while it is important that understand quality of service of sea transport industry through marketing and research of customer connection field because perceive of quality of serviceis different in shipowner/service viscount or shipper/freight owner. This research presented decision factors of sea transport quality of service which shipper and transport agent recognize under these background.

As the interest about smooth logistics increases lately, the importance of multimodal transport, which performs the key role of logistics emerges, Through there are many issues respecting multimodal transport, the issue of the efficiency of multimodal transport seems to be the most importance. This paper examine as to the problems & systems of the multimodal transport including transportation document and customs clearance for door to door services. I wish our country will use total logistics automation systems for encouraging multimodal transport chance and make a partial amendment of commercial code including the customs clearance regulation. This study will assist in the development of logistic and the enlargement of multimodal transport transaction.

전 세계적으로 생산과 판매, 유통이 펼쳐져 세계경제는 글로벌화 되고 국제운송체계는 신속성과 부가가치 서비스를 중요시하는 운송체계로 변화함에 따라 국제운송체계는 해상운송, 항공운송 그리고 철도운송을 시스템적으로 연계하는 국제복합운송 중심체계로 전환되고 있다. 이러한 변화에 따라 생산과 판매, 유통이 적시에 제공되고, 글로벌 네트워크상의 소비자에게 다차원적인 물류서비스를 제공할 수 있는 국제복합운송경로가 필요하지만 국제운송을 위한 정보 연계 및 운송수단 간의 연계 시스템이 미비하여 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 특히 국내에서는 3자 물류업체, 운송업체 둥의 선정기준은 제시되고 있으나, 운송을 계획하고 수행하는 물류전문업체들이 국제복합운송경로를 선정하는데 있어 체계적인 평가기준이 제시되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 복합운송경로선정에 대한 주요 문헌연구를 정리하고, 업체 담당자들의 인터뷰를 통해 복합운송경로 선정을 위한 평가기준을 도출하고, 이를 계층분석기법(AHP)을 이용하여 측정하여 복합운송경로 선정을 위한 평가기준을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

An all-perovskite oxide heterostructure composed of SrSnO₃/Nb-doped SrTiO₃ was fabricated using the pulsed laser deposition method. In-plane and out-of-plane structural characterization of the fabricated films were analyzed by x-ray diffraction with θ-2θ scans and φ scans. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurement was performed to check the film's composition. The electrical transport characteristic of the heterostructure was determined by applying a pulsed dc bias across the interface. Unusual transport properties of the interface between the SrSnO₃ and Nb-doped SrTiO₃ were investigated at temperatures from 100 to 300 K. A diodelike rectifying behavior was observed in the temperature-dependent current-voltage (IV) measurements. The forward current showed the typical IV characteristics of p-n junctions or Schottky diodes, and were perfectly fitted using the thermionic emission model. Two regions with different transport mechanism were detected, and the boundary curve was expressed by ln I = -1.28V - 13. Under reverse bias, however, the temperature- dependent IV curves revealed an unusual increase in the reverse-bias current with decreasing temperature, indicating tunneling effects at the interface. The Poole-Frenkel emission was used to explain this electrical transport mechanism under the reverse voltages.

Advances in mobile and wireless networking technologies have enabled mobile ad hoc networks applicable to a wide range of areas. Many cases of even such ad hoc networks demand to be accessible to the global network. Owing to be diversified in features depending on applications, however, some those networks may consist of devices or nodes which do not facilitate all the same transport protocols. This results in unreachable situations of establishing ad hoc network: such as non-existence of all required access points, faults or contention in a path of particular protocol communication. Interworking between different transport protocols can alleviate such problems. This paper proposes an interworking scheme to improve data transport performance and network accessibility, especially in such a mobile ad hoc network that is applicable to data communications among ships or user's convenient u-health services. Modeling and simulation analysis are used to verify the improvement.

The Purpose of this Article is to analyze the examination criteria on the compliance of multimodal transport document in the ISBP. When the goods are taken in charge by the multimodal transport operator, he shall issue a multimodal transport document which, at the option of the consignor, shall be in either negotiable or non-negotiable form. The multimodal transport document shall be signed by the multimodal transport operator or by a person having authority from him. When the multimodal transport document is presented by the beneficiary to the bank in the letter of credit operations, the bank should examinate the bill of exchange and/or shipping documents, including multimodal transport document. There are two rules in connection with examination of the documents in the letter of credit operations. One is the "Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits(UCP 500)" approved by the Banking Commission in March 10, 1993, the other is the "International Standard Banking Practice for the Examination of Documents under Documentary Letters of Credits(ISBP)" approved by the ICC Banking Commission in October 2002. Therefore, this Article has studied the multimodal transport document presented under documentary credits on the basis of the UCP 500 and the ISBP it reflects.

본 연구는 여수시권의 해양관광교통체계 구축 방향을 강구하였다. 우리나라 남해안의 해양관광을 활성화시키기 위해서는 중심에 위치한 여수시의 효율적인 관광교통체계 구축이 필요하기 때문이다. 연구의 진행은 여수시권의 해양관광교통체계의 문제점을 분석하고, 이를 미국의 베이지역(Bay Area)과 비교하여 개선방안을 도출하였다. 연구 과정에서 여수시권의 해양관광 지원 교통체계는 광역교통과 도시교통 및 교통정보 체계 등에서 베이지역에 비해 미흡하게 평가되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 광역교통수단과 도시교통수단을 해양관광교통수단과 연계시키는 지원교통체계의 구축방향을 제시하였고, 추가적으로 여수시 인접지역과의 해양관광 공조 지원교통체계 구축방향도 다루었다. 또한 해양관광 지원 통합교통정보 제공방향도 제안하였다. 이 같은 해양관광교통 통합지원체계 구축을 통해서 교통비용과 통행시간의 절감이 가능하게 된다.

In this paper, we propose RTP(Real-Time Transport Protocol) based image transport system to transport still images in real-time after JPEG2000 compression, which is still image compression standard for next generation. To add RTP packet on UDP packet, the image transport system inserts packetizer and depacketizer process into transmitter and receiver of RTP data, respectively. We apply the proposed system to several image and compare the transport time to TCP-based method.
