  • In this study, analyzed principle about stream cipher that is formed to Cellular Automata foundation. Cellular Automata can embody complicated and various principle with simple identifying marks that is State, Neighborhood, Transition Rules originally. Cellular Automata is hinting that can handle encipherment smoothly using transition rule. Create binary pad (key stream) by Cellular Automata's transition rule 30 applications in treatise that see therefore, and experimented ability of encryption and decryption because using stream cipher of symmetric key encryption way of password classification.

Rule of Law, Economic Growth and Shadow Economy in Transition Countries

  • The paper aims to investigate the interactions between rule of law, economic growth and the shadow economy in 18 selected transition economies. This study uses annual data over the period 2002-2015 for 18 transition countries to estimate the effects of rule of law and other factors on the size of shadow economy. The transition country group is classified based on International Monetary Fund resources and is selected on the basis of the availability of data. The data examined in this research are derived from the World Bank, Worldwide Governance Indicators project and Working Paper from International Monetary Fund. This study employs GMM method. The results show that the economic growth indicators have negative and statistically significant impact on the shadow economy. Additionally, these results also reveal that in transition countries the size of shadow economy is negatively related to the quality of rule of law. However, the findings of this research also point out that there are positive relationships between inflation, public expenditure and the size of shadow economy. Hence the results from this study suggest that the size of shadow economy could be controlled by improving the effectiveness of rule of law and the growth of economy particularly in transition countries.

  • Cellular Automata is a discrete dynamical system which natural phenomena may be specified completely in terms of local relation, can increase and decrease the difference of luminance locally according to transition rule by keeping the characteristic of target image. In this paper, we propose a noise reduction method by keeping the characteristic using transition rule of Cellular Automata, also we propose methods of effective transition rule, the selection of parameters, the selection of number of neighborhood pixels. For uniform distribution noise, Gaussian noise, impulse noise, we do an experiment on adaptive state using different mathematical operations and compare its results. It was confirmed that the proposed transition rule is based on fast convergence speed and has stabile results.

Energy and force transition between atoms and continuum in quasicontinuum method

  • We present a full energy and force formulation of the quasicontinuum method with non-local and local transition elements. Non-local transition elements are developed to transmit inhomogeneity from the atomistic to the continuum regions. Local transition elements are developed to resolve the mathematical mismatch between non-local atoms and the local continuum. The rationale behind these transition elements is provided by analyzing the energy and force transitions between atoms and continuum under the Cauchy-Born rule. We show that breakdown of the Cauchy-Born rule occurs for slaved atoms of local elements within the cutoff of non-local atoms. The inadequacy of the Cauchy-Born rule at the transition region naturally leads to the need of atomistic treatment of transition slaved and transition representative atoms. Such an atomistic treatment together with a full or cutoff sampling allows non-local transition elements containing these transition entities to transmit inhomogeneity. Different force formulations for transition representative atoms and pure local representative atoms allow the local transition elements to resolve non-local and local mismatches. The method presented herein is validated by force calculations in an unstressed perfect crystal as well as an unrelaxed grain boundary model. A nanoindentation simulation in 3D is conducted to demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.

  • 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 웹 어플리케이션의 급성장으로 웹 어플리케이션의 품질에 대한 요구가 중요시되고 있으며 웹 기반 어플리케이션에 대한 품질을 보증하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 또한 품질을 보증하기 위한 설러 가지 방법이 연구되고 있으며, 테스트를 위한 많은 도구들이 존재하고 있다. 하지만 웹 어플리케이션의 테스트는 웹의 다양한 구성요소라는 특성으로 테스트하기에 어려움이 있다. 이 논문에서 는 웹 기반 어플리케이션의 테스팅을 보다 효율적으로 진행하기 위해 웹의 상태를 논리 흐름에 따라 구분하고 Composition & Transition Rule을 적용하여 웹 페이지의 전체적인 테스팅을 커대할 수 있는 테스트 케이스를 생성하는 방법을 제안하고 설명한다.

Characteristic Polynomial of 90 UCA and Synthesis of CA using Transition Rule Blocks (90 UCA의 특성다항식과 전이규칙 블록을 이용한 CA 합성법)

  • Cellular automata (CA) have been applied to effective cryptographic system design. CA is superior in randomness to LFSR due to the fact that its state is updated simultaneously by local interaction. To apply these CAs to the cryptosystem, a study has been performed how to synthesize CA corresponding to given polynomials. In this paper, we analyze the recurrence relations of the characteristic polynomial of the 90 UCA and the characteristic polynomial of the 90/150 CA whose transition rule is <$00{\cdots}001$>. And we synthesize the 90/150 CA corresponding to the trinomials $x^{2^n}+x+1(n{\geq}2)$ satisfying f(x)=f(x+1) using the 90 UCA transition rule blocks and the special transition rule block. We also analyze the properties of the irreducible factors of trinomials $x^{2^n}+x+1$ and propose a 90/150 CA synthesis algorithm corresponding to $x^{2^n}+x^{2^m}+1(n{\geq}2,n-m{\geq}2)$.

Local Rule of Đại Việt under the Lý Dynasty: Evolution of a Charter Polity after the Tang-Song Transition in East Asia

  • Empirical research into Đại Việt before the $14^{th}$ century has made little progress since the 1990s. To improve this situation, I here examine how the L$\acute{y}$ dynasty (1009-1226), the first long-lasting dynasty of Đại Việt, established stable local ruleafter the "Tang-Song Transition" in China that changed the entire picture of East Asia (including both Southeast and Northeast Asia). This paper focuses on two issues. First are the local administrative units and their governors. The nature of both higher units like lộ(circuits), phủ and ch$\hat{a}$u (provinces), and basic units like hươg and gi$\acute{a}$p (districts?) will be examined. Second, I examine non-institutional channels of local rule by the imperial family. By combining such administrative and non-administrative means, the L$\acute{y}$ central court enforced a considerably stable local rule for two centuries. Finally, I attempt some preliminary comparisons with the local rule of Goryeo (918-1392) in the Korean peninsula, a polity that shared many features with Đại Việt in the process of localization of the Tang and Song models. I hope this approach of viewing small empires from the standpoint not of their "goal" (modern states) but of their "start" (charter polities), will enrich the discussion of East Asian small empires.

An Alteration Rule of Formant Transition for Improvement of Korean Demisyllable Based Synthesis by Rule (한국어 반음절단위 규칙합성의 개선을 위한 포만트천이의 변경규칙)

  • This paper propose the alteraton rule to compensate a formant trasition of several connected vowels for improving an unnatural synthesized continuous speech which is concatenated by each demisyllable without coarticulated formant transition for use in dmisyllable based synthesis by rule. To fullfill each formant transition part, the database of 42 stationary vowels which are segmented from the stable part of each vowels is appended to the one of Korean demisyllables, and the resonance circuit used in formant synthesis is employed to change the formant frequency of speech signals. To evaluate the synthesied speech by this rule, we carried out the alteration rule for connected vowels of the synthesized speech based on demisyllable, and compare spectrogram and MOS tested scores with the original and the demisyllable based synthesized speech without this rule. The result shows that this proposed rule can synthesize the more natural speech.

  • We propose novel transition rule of cellular automata for image enhancement and sharpening algorithm using it. Transition rule present sequential and parallel behavior. it also satisfy Lyapunov function. This image sharpening was developed and experimented by using a dynamic feature of convergence to fixed points. We can obtain efficiently sharpened image by performing arithmetic operation at the gradual parts of difference of brightness without image information.

Correlation Between Cross Interaction Constant and Bond Length in the S$_N$2 Transition State

  • A simple correlation between cross interaction constants ${\rho}_{ij}$ and bond lengths in the transition state was obtained ; it has been shown that ${\rho}_{ij}$ corresponds to force constant of activation, which in turn is related to bond length by Badger's rule involving only universal constants. A satisfactory correlation between 4-31G ab initio calculated values of bond length and force constant for C-X streching in the transition state of the methyl transfer reaction, $X^-\;+\;CH_3X\;=\;XCH_3\;+\;X^-$, indicated that Badger's rule can be extended to bonds in the transition state. Independence of ${\rho}_{ij}$ values from the variable charge transmission of reaction centers has been demonstrated with nearly constant, experimentally determined I${\rho}$XYI values, and hence similar degree of bond formation, for various $S_N2$ reactions.
