전동차용 전원장치의 출력전압 제어 안정성 향상 (Stability Improvement of Output Voltage Control on the Power Supply for Railways)

  • 본 논문은 전동차량용 전원장치의 출력전압 제어 안정성을 향상시키기 위한 연구이다. 입력전압 변동 및 부하 변동 등 과도상태시 출력 정전압 제어를 수행할 경우, L-C 필터부에서 공진이 발생함으로써 출력전압이 흔들리고 시스템이 불안해진다. 본 논문에서, 출력전압제어의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 주필터부에 공진을 억제하는 댐핑회로를 새롭게 제안하고, 이에 적합한 제어방법을 소개한다. 제안한 댐핑회로는 R-L로서 소형이고 간단히 구성된다. 제어기에는 과도상태분의 궤환제어와 대역저지필터를 적용한다. 또한 전력회로는 3레벨 PWM방식을 적용하였다. 이로서 과도상태에서 출력전압의 흔들림없이 변동폭을 10[%]이하로 제어할 수 있었으며, 정상상태의 출력 전압 왜형율도 3[%]이하로 감소시켰다.

지중송전계통에서 Wavelet 변환과 퍼지추론을 이용한 고장종류판별 및 고장점 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fault Discrimination and Location Algorithm in Underground Transmission Systems Using Wavelet Transform and Fuzzy Inference)

  • The underground transmission lines is continuously expanded in power systems. Therefore the fault of underground transmission lines are increased every year because of the complication of systems. However the studies dealing with fault location in the case of the underground transmission lines are rarely reported except for few papers using traveling wave method and calculating underground cable impedance. This paper describes the algorithm using fuzzy system and travelling wave method in the underground transmission line. Fuzzy inference is used for fault discrimination. To organize fuzzy algorithm, it is important to select target data reflecting various underground transmission line transient states. These data are made of voltage and average of RMS value on zero sequence current within one cycle after fault occurrence. Travelling wave based on wavelet transform is used for fault location. In this paper, a variety of underground transmission line transient states are simulated by EMTP/ATPDraw and Matlab. The input which is used to fault location algorithm are Detail 1(D1) coefficients of differential current. D1 coefficients are obtained by wavelet transform. As a result of applying the fuzzy inference and travelling wave based on wavelet transform, fault discrimination is correctly distinguished within 1/2 cycle after fault occurrence and fault location is comparatively correct.

자전거 브레이크에서의 디스크 로터의 형상별 열응력 해석 (Thermal Stress Analysis of Disk Rotor by Configuration of Bike Brake)

  • This study investigates the result of thermal stress analysis on disk rotor by classes at bike brake. In the analysis result of thermal deformation at the steady state, maximum deformations at models 1, 2 and 3 are 0.14347mm, 0.15823mm and 0.16028mm respectively. The deformation becomes larger as the field goes on from the center to the outside at disk rotor. As there are models 1, 2 and 3 in the order of maximum deformation, model 1 has safest among three models. In the analysis result of thermal stress at steady and transient states, there are models 1, 2 and 3 in the order of maximum stress. Model 1 becomes most excellent on strength and safety among three models. By using the analysis result of disk rotor model at bike disk, it is possible to design the model applied practically at the safe driving of bike.

  • 본 논문은 새로운 제어기법의 고성능 전동차 추진용 IGBT VVVF 인버터에 관한 것이다. 현차 적용 전에 견인력 제어성의 우수함과 안정성을 검증하기 위해, 현차 조건에서 발생될 수 있는 경우에 대한 모의 주행시험을 실시하고 그 결과를 보인다. 모의 주행시험은 160톤의 차량을 등가화한 관성부하장치를 이용하여 정상상태는 물론 전압변동 등 각종 과도상태에 대해서도 실시하였다. 본 논문에서는 4병렬 접속된 견인전동기의 토오크 제어성 향상을 위한 벡터제어기법 적용과 공간벡터 변조기법에 동기방식을 적용하여 500Hz이하의 저주파 스위칭으로써 6스텝까지 연속 과변조 제어가 가능한 최적의 PWM방법을 제시한다.

고 에너지 전자빔 조사에 따른 ZnO 기판의 결함생성 및 전기적 특성 변화 (Electrical Properties and Defect States in ZnO Substrates Irradiated by MeV Electron-beam)

  • 수열합성법(hydrothermal) 방식으로 성장한 ZnO 기판에 고에너지의 전자빔을 조사시킨 후 쇼트키(Schottky)다이오드를 제작하여 결함상태와 전기적 특성 변화를 조사하였다. 1 MeV 및 2 MeV 전자빔으로 $1{\times}10^{16}$ electrons/$cm^2$ dose로 기판의 Zn 면에 조사하였다. 1 MeV 전자빔이 조사된 시료에서는 표면에 전자빔 유도결함을 형성시켜 누설전류를 증가시켰고, 2 MeV 전자빔의 경우는 오히려 다이오드 누설절류 감소와 on/off 특성을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 시료에 대한 DLTS (deep level transient spectroscopy) 측정결과 전자빔 조사에 따른 전기적 물성변화는 활성화에너지와 포획단면적이 각각 $E_c$-0.33 eV 및 $2.97{\times}10^{15}\;cm^{-2}$인 O-vacancy가 주된 연관성을 보였으며, 활성화에너지 $E_v$+0.8 eV인 결함상태도 새롭게 완성되었다.

자동회전의 트림 범위와 특성(I): 로터 스피드 한계와 피치범위 (Trim Range and Characteristics of Autorotation(I): Rotor Speed Limit and Pitch Range)

  • 자동회전 상태로 속도 증가 시 로터 속도의 변화와 피치 범위를 조사하기 위하여 수치 해석을 수행하였다. 정상 자동회전 상태를 구하기 위하여 과도모사법(Transient Simulation Method:TSM)을 사용하였다. 풍속의 증가에 대응하기 위하여 로터 블레이드를 2차원 압축성 Navier-Stokes 솔버로 해석하여 공력계수를 계산하였고 이를 과도모사법에 사용하였으며 유도 속도장 변화를 모사하기 위하여 Pitt/Peters 유도속도 이론을 적용하였다. 설정된 토크 평형 조건에서 풍속, 샤프트각, 피치각의 조합을 출력하여 로터의 회전속도와 변수의 범위를 조사하였다. 깃 끝 마하수의 변화에 따른 로터 회전속도의 변화를 살펴보았고 샤프트각의 감소에 따른 피치각의 트림 범위를 고찰하였다.

가솔린 엔진 장착 차량에서 과도구간 제어특성을 고려한 연비주행모드 시뮬레이션 (The Simulation of Fuel Economy Considering Transient Control Condition in a Gasoline Engine Vehicle)

  • Modern vehicles require a high degree of refinement, including good drive ability to meet customer demands. Vehicle drive ability, which becomes a key decisive factor for marketability, is affected by many parameters such as engine control and the dynamic characteristics in drive lines. This paper focuses on the simulation of FTP-75 mode which is considered with spark timing control on transient condition. The acceleration is the most important factor for vehicle fuel economy. The retard of spark timing increases in proportion to acceleration. Likewise, bsfc(break specific fuel consumption) which is affected by spark timing also increases in proportion to acceleration. The result of simulation considered transient condition shows 0.3% of error comparing with a test on chassis-dynamometer.

Relation Between Defect State and Negative Ultra-Violet Photoresponse from n-ZnO/p-Si Heterojunction Diode

  • The negative photoconductivity was frequently observed in some semiconductors. It was known that the origin of the negative photoresponse from ZnO is molecular chemisorption or the charging effect of nanoparticles in bulk matrix. However, the origin of the negative photoresponse of thin film was not still clear. One of possible explanation is due to the deep level trap scheme, which describes the origin of the negative photoresponse via defect state under illumination of light. However, the defect states below Fermi level have high capture rate by Coulomb effect, so that these states are usually filled by electrons if the defect states have donor-like character. Therefore the condition which the defect states located in below Fermi level should be partially filled by electrons make more difficult to understand of mechanism of the negative photoresponse. In this study, n-ZnO/p-Si heterojunction diodes were fabricated by UHV RF magnetron sputter. Then, some diodes show the negative photoresponse under ultra-violet light illumination. The defect state of the ZnO was analyzed by photoluminescence and deep level transient spectroscopy. To interpret the negative photoconductivity, band diagram was simulated by using SCAPS program.

Numerical analysis for behavior of outer concrete tank in emergency LNG spillage

  • In the existing method for analyzing the liquid tightness of the outer concrete tank in an emergency LNG spillage, the temperature variation over time inside the tank, and the concrete properties dependent on temperature and internal moisture content, have not been taken into account. In this study, the analyses for a typical LNG concrete tank subjected to thermal load due to spillage were performed with three different cases: the existing method was adopted in the first case, the transient temperature variation was considered in the second, and the temperature-moisture content dependent concrete properties were taken into account as well as the transient states of temperature in the third. The analysis results for deformation, compressive zone size, cracking, and stress of reinforcements were compared, and a discussion on the difference between the results obtained from the different analysis cases was made.

고전압 플라이백 변압기의 과도특성 (Transient Characteristics of High Voltage Flyback Transformer)

  • This paper deals with the modeling and analysis of the high voltage flyback transformer (HVFBT) often utilized in small-sized high voltage DC power supplies. The parasitic capacitance of th HVFBT with the large turns of the secondary winding causes the undesirable parasitic resonance in the transient state which produces the high current stress and limits the switching frequency of the converter. In order to analyze this phenomenon the equivalent circuit model including the parasitic capacitance is derived and the frequency characteristics are provided. The parasitic resonance in the switching states is also investigated based on this equivalent circuit model. The derived model and analysis is finally validated through the SPICE simulation and experiments.
