In this paper, we describe the crossover of the parasitic capacitance at the interconnections for the system miniature, analyse ground capacitance and mutual capacitance due to actually coupled line in the ICs or MCMs. From the results of deviding interconnection line with infinite parts, using Green's function with image charge method and moments, we could obtain 70% decrease of system runtime parasitic inductance because of simplicity of transforming formular.

Collinearity among independent variables can have severe effects on the precision of response estimation for some region of interest in the experiments with mixture. A method of finding optimal linear restriction on regression parameter in linear model for mixture experiments in the sense of minimizing integrated mean squared error is studied. We use the formulation of optimal restrictions on regression parameters for estimating responses proposed by Park(1981) by transforming mixture components to mathematically independent variables.

In this article, we characterize the quasi-isomorphism classes of bracket groups in terms of vertices using vertex-switches. In particular, if two bracket groups are quasi-isomorphic, then there is a sequence of vertex-switches transforming a collection of vertices of a group to a collection of vertices of the other group.

The paper focuses on a new 'learning ecology' that is evolving and the challenges that educators must confront. It looks at e-learning as not just another add-on, but a technology that is transforming our educational institutions. How teaching and learning is conceptualized and experienced to generate a determined community of inquiry that integrates social, cognitive, and teaching presence in a manner that will take full advantage of the distinctive assets of e-learning is discussed. Likewise, the possibility of mobile learning is put forward.

Colostrum has lots of bioactive components and many growth factors including insulin-like growth factors, transforming growth factors and epidermal growth factor. Colostrum and milk derived growth factors widely mediate the growth of overall development and could be used as treatment of gastrointestinal disorder, wound repair process, bioacrivity in the neonatal GI tract and induction of oral tolerance. It is possible that milk derived growth factors as potential neutraceuticals for the specific consumers may have a great role in future food industry.

본 논문에서는 가변블록에 대해 DCT와 VQ를 적용함으로써 복원시 영상의 품질을 원하는 수준으로 유지하면서 비트율을 감소시키는 방법을 제안한다. 각 블록에 대해 임계값에 따라 블록의 크기를 세분화 시켜 하위 블록에 대해 DCT와 VQ를 적용한다. 임계값 결정 방법은 원 화소의 최대군과 최소군의 편차를 이용하였다. 제안된 방법은 화소의 변화가 급격한 영상에서는 비트율이 0.34~0.47bpp가 감소하였고, 화소의 변화가 적은 영상에서는 0.74~0.79bpp정도 개선할 수 있다.

In this paper, we describe the Color Correction and Preferred Skin Color Reproduction in a ink-jet color printer. The fundamental color correction that converts RGB densities into GMY densities has been ordinarily used. This method can reduce the hue error, but color difference between the preferred skin colors and hardcopy skin colors are large. We have been able to reduce color differences between original skin color and hardcopy skin color by transforming hardcopy skin colors` coordinates into Preferred Skin Colors` coordinates. Experimental results show that the described method is useful and valid for the skin color reproduction in a digital color printer.

The paper considers the main processes of evolution and convergence of information and communication technologies, which have a permanent source for creation and introduction of innovations in learning and education. The modern scientific and technological revolution gives new features to all modern activities, including activities in the sphere of education, influencing it and transforming its phases, form and content, and perhaps understanding in general. Consequently, general understandings about the essence of the provision of educational services and their technological support are also being transformed. Note that, according to scientists, convergence is a new determinant of the development of society, and evolution is a multidimensional natural process of development (becoming).
