Machinima is a new medium of artistic expression that allows creators to produce faster and cheaper 3D animated works than ever before. However, the software owner controls all rights in the game. The principle of fair use allows for limited use of works without permission of the copyright owner for certain purposes. The application of the principle of fair use to any particular machinima will depend on the specific circumstances. In conclusion, in order to maintain the balance between the copyright owner and the user, the reasonable role of the court in Korea seems to be more important in interpreting the fair use clause.

Unlike the feature of SNS, which strengthens two-way communication and promotes interaction through consistent on/off line identity management, passive use of Facebook to unilaterally accept other people's opinions is being strengthened, and more people tend to use Facebook anonymously or pseudonym to enjoy freedom of expression. To illustrate this transformative use behavior, this study suggests an integrated model including psychological and behavioral variables such as self-esteem, real name use, and opinion expression to explore the effect on social relationship value perception and satisfaction. Studies have shown that self-esteem affects the use of real names and self-exposure, and that the satisfaction and sustainability of relationships have increased as real-name users expose more information about themselves.

"Know thyself" is one of the most famous ancient proverbs. We need to know ourselves to understand others and find true ourselves. Enneagram is one of the tools we can use to do it. It has drawn more and more attention from people by its effectiveness and spiritual depth. It has been widely promoted in both business management and spirituality contexts. It has many concepts to be understood. Holy ideas and virtues are understood to be restored to find our true self which is the purpose of using the Enneagram. Actually, holy ideas and virtues are similar with character qualities which comprise character. In this paper, holy ideas and virtues are matched with corresponding character qualities. To promote transformative process of character development through Enneagram, an app was designed. It has 2 levels. Level 1 is to find personality type and show corresponding character qualities of 9 personality types to users. Level 2 is to find subtypes and Enneagram Levels of Development for further purpose.

This study explores the feasibility and potential of using virtual reality (VR) technology to enhance the museum viewing experience through digital media. This study explores the integration of virtual reality and digital media as a means to engage, educate, and attract museum visitors in a novel, immersive way. By analyzing its advantages, challenges, and practical implications, this study aims to elucidate the feasibility of this transformative approach.

Although open innovation (OI) has been an important research theme for over a decade, its theoretical framework has been relatively under-researched. As OI involves a wide range of innovation activities, a firm's capacities in the use of the various firm resources play a critical role in OI implementation. However, it is unclear how they affect firms' performances for little is known of OI capacities. Based on a theoretical framework derived from the literature, this study looks into the relationships between six OI capacities (inventive, absorptive, transformative, connective, innovative, and desorptive) and financial performance using the Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) 2008 data. The research model was tested using structural equation modelling (SEM) while potential differences in capacities between different firm groups were also investigated. The results indicate that 1) OI capacities are significantly associated with firms' financial performance; 2) capacities are highly correlated with one another; and 3) some capacities are differently configured between different types of firms. Findings suggest that policy makers should pay more attention to helping firms enhance OI capacities and attempt to develop relevant policies in order to complement inadequate capacities.

The major concern of e-learning environment design is to create and improve artifacts that support human learning. To facilitate effective and efficient learning, e-learning environment designers focused on the contemporary information technologies. Web 2.0 services, which empower users and allow the inter-transforming interactions between users and information technologies, have been increasingly changing the way that people learn. By adapting these Web 2.0 technologies in learning environment, educational technology can facilitate learners' abilities to personalize learning environment. The main purpose of this study is to conceptualize comprehensively constructs for understanding the inter-transforming relationships between learner and learning environment and mutable learning environments' impact on the process through which learners learn and strive to shape their learning environment. As results, this study confirms conceptualization of four constructs by incorporating aspects of design that occur in e-learning environments with Web 2.0 technologies. First, learner-designer refers to active and intentional designer who is tailoring an e-learning environment in the changing context of use. Second, learner's secondary design refers to learner's design based on the primary designs by design experts. Third, transactional interaction refers to learner's inter-changeable, inter-transformative, co-evolutionary interaction with technological environment. Fourth, trans-active learning environment refers to mutable learning environment enacted by users.

Purpose: Education is the part of a fundamental human right across the world. In recent years, the trend of virtual education has increased tremendously. The paper aims to find the impact of adoption, accessibility, interactions, knowledge, and satisfaction on the success of transformation towards virtual education. Research design, data and methodology: Primary data has been gathered through the use of responses from students taking admission in virtual higher education to standardized questionnaires. Of the 250, only 122 were considered complete and have been used in further studies. Convinced random sampling method has been used. The results were evaluated using the Likert Five-Point Scale. For applying these statistical tools software SmartPLS and SPSS 19 have been used. The fitness of the model has been re-checked through an Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Result: Results derived that adoption, accessibility, and interactions have a significant impact on knowledge, knowledge influences satisfaction level and satisfaction have a meaningful impact on the success of transformation towards virtual education. Conclusion: It can be concluded that virtual education has the potential to change the future of the education system and its potential in India. The highest importance is due to satisfaction (100%), adoption (98.7%), knowledge (91.4%), accessibility (62%), and interaction (29.2%).

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate impact of smart city awareness on citizen satisfaction and to measure various factors influencing smart city competitiveness that were rarely addressed in previous studies. For the impacts on the competitiveness of smart cities, this study explored the effects of data-driven service, economic impact, social trust through sharing, environmental protection, and sustainable growth. Research design, data and methodology: To collect data, this study employed an online survey conducted by a reputable research organization. Data analysis involved the use of factor analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. Results: This study identified key aspects important for enhancing citizen satisfaction. Furthermore, this research unveiled the significant impacts of data-driven service, economic impact, social trust through sharing, environmental protection, and sustainable growth on the competitiveness of smart cities. Conclusions: The results yield valuable managerial and policy implications. The study suggests that enhancing citizen satisfaction through improved awareness of the smart city is crucial for effective city marketing management. Additionally, the results highlight special aspects necessary to improve smart city competitiveness, including the implementation of promotional policies supported by the government, promoting global competitiveness for domestic companies, and fostering citizen participation for effective city marketing management.

The ephemeral and temporal nature of pavilions is the underlying motivation that led to the development of this paper. From the beginning of the industrial era through contemporary history, there have been many instances of architects attempting to rethink architectural design in the context of modern social, cultural, and technical imperatives. Today, the leading changes in humanity are accompanied by a revolutionary electronic digital medium. The pavilion has been in an amalgamation of architectural integration since the beginning of human history. World's Fairs/Expos have, since their establishment, served as international presentations of goods and achievements of particular nations. They became a popular stage wherein potential architectural achievements were showcased through the evocative architecture of pavilions. Due to the pavilion's "temporary nature," its coverage includes various perspectives: social, historical, geographical, post-colonial, iconographical, temporal, and ephemeral. It has also served as a receptacle due to its representational value at a given time. The pavilion has offered architectural designers, clients, and visitors a place to use their imaginations. Moreover, the architect's role in creating pavilions cannot be overestimated. Due to fact that they abound in symbolism, contemporary designs, and innovative solutions, pavilions often mirror modern mankind and plan for the next aesthetic revolutions and ideological architectural theories. To understand and appreciate architects' original intentions with their pavilions, this paper focuses on noteworthy pavilions that were created from the beginning of industrialization through the present. It explores and discusses the pavilion's characteristics, highlights the significance of its physical form as generated by a specific theme.

Hydrogels have gained considerable attention in various fields due to their easily transformative ability by different stimulation. In addition, metal-based conductive additives can enable the hydrogels to be conductive with dimension change. Although the development of the additives offered enhanced electrical properties to the hydrogels, correspondingly enhanced mechanical properties may limit the volume and electrical properties switching after stimulation. Here we prepared poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) thermo-responsive hydrogel that has a 32℃ of low critical solution temperature and added liquid metal particles (LMPs) as conductive additives, possessing soft and stretchable benefits. The LMPs enabled PNIPAM (PNIPAM/LMPs) hydrogels to be constricted over 32℃ with a high volume switching ratio of 15.2 when deswelled. Once the LMPs are spontaneously oxidized in hydrogel culture, the LMPs can release gallium ions into the hydrogel nature. The released gallium ions and oxidized LMPs enhanced the modulus of the PNIPAM/LMPs hydrogel, triggering high mechanical stability during repeated swelling/deswelling behavior. Lastly, highly constricted PNIPAM/LMPs hydrogel provided a 5x10⁶ of electrical switching after deswelling, and the switching ratio was closely maintained after repeated swelling/deswelling transformation. This study opens up opportunities for hydrogel use requiring thermo-responsive and high electrical switching fields.
