한국기업의 대(對)중국 기술수출 결정요인 분석 (An Analysis on the Determinants of Technology Export by Korean Finns to China)

  • This study aims to come up with the elements that have influence on the outcomes of technology transfer in a multi-divisional way by making analysis of the interactive relations among technology transfer factor, technology transfer procedure factors, and technology transfer outcome factors through the Structural Equation Model(SEM). And the sample companies are restricted to the ones that have the records of technology transfer to China for the past five years For research model, technology success factor model of Choi and Lee (2000) and technology receptive capability and technology transfer outcome model of Lin, Tan and Chang(2002) were adopted. The research model was divided into an external variable, technology transfer factors and an internal variables, technology transfer procedure factors and technology transfer outcome factors. Research hypothesis was divided into technology transfer factors and technology transfer procedure factors; and technology transfer outcomes. As a result of analysis, cultural difference associated with technology transfer, technological type, corporate capability, and mutual trust have an effect on the outcomes of technology transfer.

  • In this study, the characteristics of internal flow and the heat transfer performance of dimpled plate heat exchanger were numerically investigated. For the numerical analysis, conjugate heat transfer method between cold fluid - plate - hot fluid was studied with appropriate boundary conditions. Velocity magnitude, temperature and pressure distribution were obtained from the simulation. Correlations for fanning f-factor and Colburn j-factor were obtained from numerical results and compared to the experimented data.

도시철도역사의 유형별 특성을 고려한 환승시설의 중요도 분석 (Importance Factor Analysis on Transfer Facilities by Considering Characteristics of Urban Railway Station)

  • 개별 도시철도역사의 불편성에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되고는 있으나, 역사의 유형별 특성을 고려한 환승편의시설의 중요도(importance factor)에 대한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 구조방정식모형(SEM: Structural Equation Model)을 활용하여 도시철도역사의 유형(이용수요 및 승강장형태)에 따른 환승편의시설(이동편의시설, 정보제공시설 및 쾌적성 등)의 인과관계를 통계적으로 검증하고 도시철도역사의 유형별 환승편의시설에 대한 중요도 결정모형을 제시하였다. 도시철도역사의 유형별 중요도 분석결과 대형급 역사이면서 섬식과 상대식이 환승할 경우 정보안내시설, 이동편의시설위치 및 쾌적성의 중요도가 높은 것으로 분석되었고, 중형급 역사이면서 상대식과 상대식이 환승할 경우 정보안내시설, 이동편의시설 및 쾌적성의 중요도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다.

  • In this paper, an alternative method was introduced to conduct a transfer path analysis for airborne noise. The method used the transfer function matrix composed of acoustic transfer functions that are referenced by the input voltage of a calibration source. A calibration factor which is converting a virtual voltage to source strength was deduced by vibro-acoustical reciprocity theorem. The calibration factor is then multiplied to the virtual input voltage to estimate the operational source strength. Three loudspeakers were used to noise sources of acrylic half car model. The method was applied to airborne noise transfer path analysis of the half car. The estimated source strength by transfer path analysis was compared the deduced source strength by vibro-acoustical reciprocity to verify the method.

  • In order to investigate the effect of nozzle on stress concentration in pressure vessels, three dimensional finite element analyses were performed. The results were compared with those for corresponding two dimensional axisymmetric finite element analyses. A three dimensional finite element model with a surface crack was also designed to evaluate the effect of internal pressure and heat transfer on crack face, and the resulting stress intensity factors from the finite element analyses were compared with those for ASME Sec. XI and Raju-Newman's stress intensity factor solution. As a result, the validity of currently available stress intensity factor solutions for a surface crack was reviewed in the presence of geometrical complexity, heat transfer and internal pressure.

  • In the present study, the characteristics on the internal flow and heat transfer of the dimple-type plate heat exchanger were numerically investigated. For the numerical analysis, the conjugate heat transfer analysis between hot fluid-separating plate-cold fluid was performed using the periodic boundary condition at the center area of the plate and appropriate inlet and outlet conditions for the two streams. The numerical results were validated by the comparison with the experimental data. From these results, the correlations of the Colburn j-factor for the heat transfer and the Fanning f-factor for the flow friction were obtained. The present results could be applicable for the optimal design of dimple-type plate heat exchanger.

  • Plate heat exchange(PHE) will be applied to the refrigeration and air conditioning systems as evaporators or condensers for their high efficiency and compactness. The purpose of this study is the analyze the characteristics of heat transfer and pressure drop of plate heat exchanger. Numerical work was conducted using the FLUENT code k-$\varepsilon$model. Also the dependence of heat transfer coefficient and friction factor on Reynolds number was investigated. As the Reynolds number increases, it is found that heat transfer coefficient also increases, but friction factor decreases. The study examines the internal flow, thermal distribution and the pressure distribution in the channel of plate heat exchanger. The results of CFD analysis compared with experimental data, and the difference of friction factor and Nusselt number in plate heat exchanger are 10% and 20%, respectively, Therefore the CFD analysis model is effective for the performance prediction of plate heat exchanger.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the thermal and hydrodynamic characteristics of the channel in corrugated plate type heat exchangers numerically. Numerical work has been conducted using the Reynolds Stress Model(RSM) by utilizing the commercial finite-volume code, FLUENT. Based on this model, the dependence of heat transfer and friction factor on geometrical parameters have been investigated. It is found that larger corrugation angle give higher values of heat transfer coefficients and friction factors. As the reynolds number increases, the heat transfer coefficient also increases. It is also observed that the heat transfer coefficient reaches maximum while the friction factor stays relatively low at same corrugation angle. Through the analysis, it is found that the optimum corrugation angle for the heat exchanger performance exists. It is noted that the flow repulsions at the contact point of the two fluid streams make the low mixing more active for larger corrugation angle and high reynolds number.

  • This study presents a numerical procedure to optimize shape of streamwise periodic ribs mounted on both of the principal walls to enhance turbulent heat transfer in a rectangular channel flow. The response surface method is used as an optimization technique. The optimization is based on Navier-Stokes analysis of flow and heat transfer with $k-{\varepsilon}$ turbulence model. The width-to-height ratio of a rib, rib height-to-channel height ratio and rib pitch to rib height ratio are chosen as design variables. The object function is defined as a function of heat transfer coefficient and friction drag coefficient with weighting factor. Optimum shapes of the rib have been obtained for the range of 0.02 to 0.1 of weighting factor.

  • 최근 국공립연구소 및 국립대학에서 기업으로 기술이 이전되는 현상이 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 기업 입장에서 기술이전의 주요 평가지표를 파악하고 이 평가지표의 중요도를 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 파악하고자 한다. 먼저, 선행연구와 전문가 면접을 통해 기술이전과 관련된 12개의 주요 항목이 추출되었으며, 요인분석을 통해 이들 12개 항목들을 기술요인, 조직요인, 환경요인, 전략요인의 4요인으로 분류하였다. AHP 분석결과, 전략요인이 가장 중요한 요인으로, 그 하위항목인 '기술분야의 성장성'이 가장 중요한 항목으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국공립연구소 및 국립대학의 연구자들이 다른 기업으로의 기술이전을 고려한 기술개발을 모색 시, 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.
