When illegal transactions are made with bitcoin, it's not easy to track all the bitcoins used in the transaction and seize them. Especially, if criminals distribute illegal transactions by spreading them to several bitcoin addresses, it's difficult to track hidden bitcoins other than confiscated bitcoins even if some bitcoins are confiscated. This paper proposes a method for tracking and monitoring all bitcoin transactions suspected of illegal transactions. This method estimates bitcoin addresses that are highly relevant to crime among all bitcoin addresses that dealing with the address based on the bitcoin address list of the alleged crime, and keeps track of addresses that are relevant to crime and help to investigate illegal bitcoin transaction.

The Real-time DBMS must provide the keeping, fabrication and control function which the data where the user requsets for processing inside the hour when it is restricted, it is quick most and safely[3]. In order lide this to take chare of the real-time control and fabrication function, details recording (log) of the control processing is very important in accomplished transactions from inside the Real-time DBMS. In this proposal, it sees recording which is like this in base and it proposes the new recovery function for transactions log. This recovery technique which it sees used the concept of the LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) method with basic. The proposed technique will becomes the technique which it will be able and to record to process efficiently with a same attribute and the continuous transactions log.

It is possible to prevent deadlock if the priority which is conventionally given to transactions is endowed to data items and the transactions with the highest priority among transactions accessing the data item is allowed to proceed. Based on this observation, we proposed a Data-Priority Based Locking Protocol(DPLP) and evaluated its performance against known locking protocols in Real Time Database Management System(RTDBMS). Transaction inter-arrival time(IAT) was varied to determine success ratio, average-lateness, confict ratio and restart ratio, In these simulations we verified that the proposed DPLP performs better than the other protocols.

Todays, L/C transactions in international trade are governed by UCP 500 and eUCP. But UCP 500 and eUCP do not cover all legal problem of L/C transactions. Therefore choice of laws in international L/C transactions are occurred. U.S.A. has an enacted law (UCC ${\S}5-Letter$ of Credit) to govern L/C transaction. But other countries has no special enacted law to govern L/C transaction. The reason is that there are difference between legal attitude of U.S.A. and other countries. American law considers L/C as a special device made by merchants. Therefore U.S.A. applies UCC ${\S}5-Letter$ of Credit instead of general contract law. UCC ${\S}5-Letter$ of Credit includes provisions of warranties, remedies, and so on that UCP 500 and eUCP do not include. But the liabilities of the Issuing Bank on the wrongful dishonor in L/C transaction is very important legal problem. First, this study is to justify concepts of honor and dishonor, and sufficient conditions for dishonor of the issuing bank. in UCC. Second, this study is to examine closely the liabilities of the Issuing Bank on the wrongful dishonor in L/C transaction. Third, this study is suggest distinctive features on the Liabilities to wrongful dishonor of the issuing bank in UCC ${\S}5-Letter$ of Credit and our trader's matters to be attended to L/C transactions governed by UCC.

As the international business increases among the nations of the world recently, it is an inevitable fact that its claims rise as well. The most reasons of the international business claims have been concentrated upon the unpaid issues. The other reasons are sequently the different interpretation of business contract's conditions, the inferior quality of the goods, the breach of shipping time, the uncertain market-claims and some problems of transportation, the quantity and bad package of the goods. As business transactions grow more complex, it becomes increasingly important to resolve claims as quickly and efficiently as possible. Recognizing the importance of comprehensive policy support for overall international trade and investment of local company in recent years, Korean government has reborn the Korea Insurance Corporation ("K-sure"). K-sure adopted a range of measures to improve management efficiency to strengthen national competitiveness and national economy by promoting oversea trade and investment. Especially, K-sure will be able cover not only export transactions but also import transactions to secure oversea natural resources and commodities vital the national economy. K-sure should be able to continue and expand the existing export insurance programs, support import transactions and lead export-oriented industrialization of Korea as the best trade insurance agency.

Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA) for e-commerce in non-UCC and non-UETA transactions, promulgated in 1999. The Act Drafted by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. UCITA applies to contracts to license or buy software, contracts to create computer programs, contracts for on-line access to databases and contracts to distribute information over the Internet. UCITA does not apply to goods such as television sets, stereo equipment, airplanes or traditional books and publications. Goods generally remain subject to UCC Article 2 or Article 2A. Many transactions may include more than computer information. If that transaction covers non-goods subject matter, UCITA applies only to the part of the transaction which is computer information and other law applies to the other subject matter. In the event the other subject matter is goods, UCC Article 2 or 2A applies to the goods subject matter and UCITA applies to the computer information part. UCITA is coordinated with existing Articles 2 and 2A, so coverage of each to part of the transaction will be facilitated. With respect to other subject matter (primarily services) UCC Articles 2 and 2A have worked in mixed transactions with the common law applicable to the services.

To do this, I used MySQL as the database engine and I used PHP, an Internet server-based scripting language, for database interworking. Due to the characteristics of secondary transactions, information security and design of each product are considered.

Entering the era of globalization, international real estate companies to advance into the country are increasing. And real estate transactions, the need for transparency and reliability are becoming even more. The alternative that real estate transactions in advance to avoid an accident is just an escrow system. Analysing the status and actual conditions of escrow in the country's real estate market and presenting the activation plans are as follows. First, the government should support building bulk service for real estate transactions. Second, tax benefits should be developed.

This paper is to analyzes the recent discussions in the WTO and to draw some basic policy implications for Korea concerning electronic commerce. To foster electronic transactions. the WTO agreement should establish a basic legal framework for international transactions to guarantee a stable and predictable environment. The member countries in the WTO, however, have not formed a consensus on the definition, classification, technological neutrality, and domestic regulations dealing with electronic commerce. Digital transfer and classifications of electronic transfer are the most difficult problems to be solved. The discussions on electronic commerce which had been on hold after the Seattle Ministerial is due to begin in a special working group of specialists. Electronic transactions in Korea have been increased rapidly and the implementation of concrete forms and rules of electronic commerce in the WTO will be influential to international trade as we to adopt them in the transactions. Therefore, we have to open our eyes to the trends of international discussions on this matter and to make our rules and laws of electronic commerce to the international levels.
