E-Card Service for Child Nutrition Program is one of the main public policy services nowadays. In case of inconvenience during the use of the e-cards, it is recommended to cooperate with related organizations in order to promptly handle and provide guidance, and thoroughly manage child feeding service such as hygiene, nutrition and kindness etc. To do so, it is very important to provide food service that meets local actual conditions and children's needs in a cost effective manner for the underage who are worried about the poorly-fed by understanding the pattern of child feeding e-card service. Hence. this paper aims to investigate how child feeding e-card service efficiently provides meals according to the local situation and children's needs through big data analysis and to propose a method of identifying welfare conditions according to the purpose of service with actual application examples. The results suggest that, first of all, this study is able to judge appropriateness of public institution's policy in a timely and repetitive manner through non-standard data analysis such as Naver News and transaction data. Secondly, this paper proposes a multi-layered analysis framework, which performs online open data analysis to detect policy issues, visualizes retrieval and preprocessing of real data, and performs abnormal pattern recognition. These will be worthy of reference to other similar projects.

인간과 컴퓨터 사이의 복잡한 상호작용을 지원하기 위해서는 사용자 인터페이스의 설계가 중요하다. 고객의 요구사항을 수집하고 설계하기 위하여 매우 포괄적인 다방면의 지식이 요구된다. 사용자 인터페이스 설계자는 그래픽 전문가, 요구사항 분석가, 시스템 설계자, 프로그래머, 기술 전문가, 사회 행동과학자, 그리고 업무분야에 따라서 그 분야의 전문가를 필요로 한다. 따라서 다방면의 전문성을 만족시킬 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하기 위하여 더 많은 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 필드 추상화 객체, 태스크 추상화 객체, 트랜잭션 추상화 객체, 폼 추상화 객체 등의 4단계의 가시화 기법을 제안한다. 이 모델링 단계는 사용자 인터페이스에서 가시적 응집도를 향상시켜주고, 초보 설계자도 양질의 사용자 인터페이스를 개발할 수 있도록 지원한다.

The Preisach model needs a distribution function or Everett function to simulate the hysteresis phenomena. To obtain these functions, many experimental data obtained from the first order transition curves are usually required. In this paper, a simple procedure to determine the Preisach density function using the Gaussian distribution function and genetic algorithm is proposed. The Preisach density function for the interaction field axis is known to have Gaussian distribution. To determine the density and distribution, genetic algorithm is adopted to decide the Gaussian parameters. With this method, just basic data like the initial magnetization curve or saturation curves are enough to get the agreeable density function. The results are compared with experimental data and we got good agreements comparing the simulation results with the experiment ones.

On-line ADR is to use means of settling disputes online to settle disputes happened on-line or off-line. It gave important opportunity for engaging in a commercial transaction to small group or individual. If it uses judiciary proceeding, it will cost too much, complicate and take considerable time. So, because of these reasons, OECD even encourage on-line ADR as a mean for relieving consumer's damage actively on e-commerce. Korea is also trying to introduce on-line ADR partially or completely in Korea Consumer Agency, The National IT Industry Promotion Agency, The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. However, Korea's on-line ADR is more insufficient than advanced country's. Nevertheless, because on-line needs to introduce, this study suggests the problem and plan centering the type and the present condition of on-line ADR.

Development of efficient integration management system needs to operate and manage internet shopping mall for customer, sale, product, stock, account management. The purpose of this paper implements of small shopping mall logistics management system as a plan to raise efficiency of management of the Internet shopping mall which was a representative business form of electronic commerce. Logistics management system operates an Internet shopping mall, progressed with the aim of construction of the management system that systematizes a member, a product, a stock, customer management, and can efficiently manage a total stock grasp and the amount of transaction of a product based on Web environment by real time.

스마트 카드는 암호알고리즘의 개발과 더불어 전자상거래 환경이 구축되면서 가치이전의 수단 및 활용분야가 다양하기 때문에 정보 통신망 환경에서 중요한 보안 장치로 수요나 활용면에서 급격한 증가율을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 스마트 카드용 키 스케쥴러 블록은 다양한 멀티미디어 및 실시간 통신의 암호시스템에 적용할 경우 기존시스템과 호환성이 용이하여 하드웨어 설계와 비도 및 처리속도를 향상시킬 수 있다고 사료된다.

In this paper, we propose a recovery method for high dimensional index structures. It recovers efficiently transactions including reinsert operations that needs undo or rollback due to system failures or transaction failures. It is based on WAL(Write Ahead Logging) protocol. We apply the method to the FCIR-Tree and implement it based on MiDAS-III which is the storage system of a multimedia DBMS, called BADA-III. We also show through performance evaluation that the recovery method with our algorithm recovers reinsert operations efficiently over that without our algorithm.

This paper presents a methodology of estimating incomplete information in electricity markets for analyzing the gaming behavior of Generating Companies (GENCOs). Each GENCO needs to model its opponents' unknown information of strategic biddings and cost functions. In electricity markets with complete information, each GENCO knows its rivals' payoff functions and tries to maximize its own profit at Nash equilibriurnl Nli) by acknowledging the rivals' cost function. On the other hand, in the incomplete information markets, each GENCO lacks information about its rivals. Load patterns can change continuously due to many factors such as weather, price, contingency, etc. In this paper, we propose the method of the estimation of the opponents' cost function using market price, transaction quantities. and customer load patterns. A numerical example with two GENCOs is illustrated to show the basic idea and effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

Study of an accurate and robust braking control method is required as a technical improvement to the servo system. In particular, the braker exhibiting constant braking performance under speed variation conditions of the prime mover needs to be investigated. In this paper, the braking torque of the eddy current braker between the electromagnet stator and rotating disk is analyzed. The torque-speed characteristics and accurate disk construction are represented. From the computer simulation results, it was found that eddy current braking torque is linear or approximately constant over the desired speed range depending on the rotor material, disk construction, pole number and pole displacement of the stator. These relations are confirmed by experimental results.

This paper object is application of electronic Customers Relationship Management(e-CRM) for buyer relationship commitment in korea export firms. So, I'd like to suggest some applications of e-CRM needed to strengthen the export firms in korea. These applications are as follows First, the export companies are required to e-CRM logical architecture that is needs to achievement of buyer relationship commitment. Second, Buyer data source is classify in to three large group by outside data, transaction data and support data. Third, a concept and function of buyer information database. Fourth, e-CRM campaign management for export marketing. Fifth, interaction of buyer and customizing. finally, a point to be considered of korea export companies are national character, data mining out of buyer information database, difference of data gathering and sustaining up date of buyer's new information.
