비즈니스 프로세스 트랜잭션을 위한 시맨틱스 기반의 프로토콜 (A Semantics-based protocol for Business Process Transactions)

  • 웹 서비스를 기반으로 하는 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템은 트랜잭션에 대한 신뢰도의 확보를 위하여 트랜잭션 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위한 여러 트랜잭션 프로토콜들이 제시되었지만, 다양한 프로토콜들은 서로간의 이질성으로 인해 트랜잭션 관리 시스템간의 상호 호환을 저해한다. 본 연구에서는 시맨틱스를 기반으로 비즈니스 트랜잭션 프로토콜을 정의한다. 제안된 시맨틱스에 기반한 비즈니스 트랜잭션은 상태와 메시지에 대한 정적 시맨틱스(Static Semantics)와 상태 전이에 관한 동작 시맨틱스( Operational Semantics)를 기반으로 정의된다. 정적 시맨틱스는 상태와 메시지에 대한 의미들을 Web Ontology Language(OWL)을 사용하여 온톨로지 기반으로 정의함으로써 비즈니스 트랜잭션 프로토콜의 개념들에 대한 표현의 이질성을 해결한다. 동작 시맨틱스는 비즈니스 트랜잭션의 상태전이를 Abstract State Machine(ASM)을 통해 정의함으로써 트랜잭션 운용에 대한 정형성(Formalism)을 얻을 수 있다. 또한 정적 시맨틱스에서 정의한 상태와 메시지를 동작 시맨틱스에서 참조하여 사용함으로써 트랜잭션 운용에 대한 이해도 높일 수 있다. 이를 통해 기존의 트랜잭션 프로토콜들간의 상호 호환성을 높이고 트랜잭션 프로토콜에 대한 상호 이해도를 높이며, 트랜잭션 실행에 대한 자동화와 체계적인 모니터링을 지원할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구는 전자거래에 대한 직접적 이해관계를 갖고 있지 않은 제3자 보관소 제도를 기반으로 하는 전자거래기록관리체계의 제안을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 관련 선행연구를 분석하고 전자거래와 전자거래기록의 개념과 유형 및 단계를 이론적 측면에서 살펴본다. 전자거래기록이 가지는 전자기록과 거래기록으로서의 복합적 속성에 대해 논하고, 전자거래기록관리 과정을 생애주기와 관리, 보관주체를 준거로 구분한다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 전자거래의 분쟁을 방지하고 조정할 수 있는 대안으로 신뢰할만한 제3자의 개입이 필수적임을 확인하고, 제3자 전자거래기록보존소를 중심으로 한 신뢰기반 전자거래기록 관리체계를 제안한다. 전자거래기록의 증거력과 관리환경을 살피고 이를 위해 준수해야 할 사항들을 논하는 한편, 거래 유형별 활용 사례들을 계약거래와 교환거래로 구분하여 제시한다.

광역지방자치단체 단위과제 운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on Management of Business Transaction in Regional Local Government)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 광역지방자치단체에서 사용하고 있는 단위과제 운영상 문제점을 조사 분석하고, 그 과정에서 도출된 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 기능분류체계의 최하위 단위이자 보존기간 책정 단위인 단위과제의 신설부터, 단위과제 보존기간 책정, 단위과제카드 생성, 기록물 편철까지 일련의 운영 과정에서 나타나는 문제점들을 지적하고 사례를 소개하였다. 그리고 체계적이고 효율적인 기록물 관리를 위하여 단위과제 운영에 있어 개선되거나 고려해 봐야할 요소들을 제시하였다.

거래가시성: 성공적인 SIS의 재해석을 통한 새로운 e-Commerce 프레임워크 (Transaction Visibility: Re-Interpretation of Successful SIS Cases, and Implications for E-Commerce)

  • Firms can create additional customer values by changing the visibility characteristic of business transactions. Both visible and invisible transactions can provide distinctive values to the customers. Visible transactions are those that are open to the customer: the customer can see the detailed logic of the transaction and may manipulate specific variables to control the transaction process. Invisible transactions mean that customers have little ability to control the transaction flow and may even be insulated from seeing the transaction. These invisible transactions will be taken care of only by suppliers, and be regarded as a process performed by suppliers. This paper pursues finding out the contingencies of successful transaction visibility change by answering to the following question; "when does increasing(or decreasing) transaction visibility make sense to customers?" This archival case study finds out that transaction visibility change should fit to the need and capabilities of customers. Increasing transaction visibility makes sense when customers need a certain supplier's performance and have a confidence in the capabilities of executing the performance. By the same token, decreasing transaction visibility makes sense when customers have substantial troubles in conducting their current transaction actions or when customers don't feel it necessary to conduct them separately because they can be derived from other action.

Concurrency Control Method to Provide Transactional Processing for Cloud Data Management System

  • As new applications of cloud data management system (CDMS) such as online games, cooperation edit, social network, and so on, are increasing, transaction processing capabilities for CDMS are required. Several transaction processing methods for cloud data management system (CDMS) have been proposed. However, existing transaction processing methods have some problems. Some of them provide limited transaction processing capabilities. Some of them are hard to be integrated with existing CDMSs. In this paper, we proposed a new concurrency control method to support transaction processing capability for CDMS to solve these problems. The proposed method was designed and implemented based on Spark, an in-memory distributed processing framework. It uses RDD (Resilient Distributed Dataset) model to provide fault tolerant to data in the main memory. In our proposed method, database stored in CDMS is loaded to main memory managed by Spark. The loaded data set is then transformed to RDD. In addition, we proposed a multi-version concurrency control method through immutable characteristics of RDD. Finally, we performed experiments to show the feasibility of the proposed method.

경쟁이 있는 공급사슬의 거래모형과 최적납품가격 (Transaction Models within a Supply Chain and Optimal Wholesale Pricing of Two Competing Suppliers)

  • We analyze a systematic relationship between transaction mechanisms and wholesale pricing schemes within a supply-chain with two competing suppliers and a monopolistic retailor. When one of the suppliers changes its transaction mechanism from an independent scheme to a cooperative one, then the wholesale prices of the suppliers become cheaper than before. When one supplier changes its transaction scheme to a cooperative one while the other supplier sticks to the existing independent transaction scheme, we show that the supplier with a cooperative transaction scheme can realize the increased profit via a profit sharing contract with the retailer but the supplier with independent transaction scheme can face the decreased profit. We also show that both suppliers can achieve the higher profits by adopting the cooperative schemes with the retailer.

클라우드 환경에서 확장성을 지원하는 트랜잭션 처리 방법 (A Study for Transaction Processing Supporting Scalability in the Cloud)

  • 최근에 클라우드 컴퓨팅 패러다임은 다양한 응용에서 받아들여지고 있다. 클라우드 환경의 데이터 관리 시스템은 대용량의 데이터와 확장성을 지원하는 능력이 요구된다. 대용량의 데이터를 다루기 위해 일관성과 트랜잭션의 제약을 완화하는 것이 필요하고, 확장성을 지원하기 위해 구성 요소의 가감을 허용해야 한다. 이 논문에서는 클라우드 환경에서 트랜잭션을 처리할 때 필요한 시스템 모델과 확장가능한 모듈 관리 알고리즘에 대하여 제안한다. 시스템 모델은 트랜잭션 관리 모듈과 데이터 관리 모듈로 구성된다. 모듈 관리 알고리즘은 불필요한 재분배가 발생하지 않고, 기존 모듈의 부하를 덜어줄 수 있다. 성능 분석 결과, 모듈의 확장으로 응답 시간을 향상시키고 트랜잭션 철회율을 감소시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

디지털물(物) 국제법래(國際去來)의 리스크관리방안(管理方案)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Risk Management in International Transaction of Digital Goods)

  • This study focuses on the risk management of "Digital Goods" appeared with the progress of information technology(IT) in international transaction. As a result of that digital goods have a lot of uncertainty between the general goods or service which have been deal with object of international transaction broadly because digital goods hold uniqueness. In this study, the author give a definition of "Digital Goods" and make an examination of uniqueness of that in international transaction. Next, six risks are defined base on risk theory and risk analysis matrix applying risk mapping model is made. Conclusionally, risk transfer as insurance is adequate to manage business risk, security risk, credit risk and legal risk. Meanwhile, risk avoidance is adequate to manage reputation risk and market risk. But, this study have following three limits. Firstly, concerning definition of the risk, real case is not applied owing to lack of transaction data. Secondly, measuring of the risk is not based on absolute data but relative data. Lastly, suggesting way of risk management is not concrete and practical to international trader of digital goods.

  • Since 1990's, the Information Technology(IT) of combination between PC and Internet has progressed rapidly. As a fast development of Information Communication Technology and spreading of network, the previous economic state, the method of dealing, transaction object and a scope of transaction is changing. Like this, as raising of IT, the existing off-line commercial transaction is moving to electronic commercial one which based on the web. These days, a electronic distribution system of enterprise and the electronic commercial transaction between small company and customer is being operated, but there is no full developed proper system between small retailor and mid distribution center. So on this paper, the system which manage a simple marketing as well as Inventory Management & customer management will be presented.

Determinants of Opportunism between Franchisor and Franchisee: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Startup Experience

  • Purpose: This study examines the opportunism moderating effect by the startup experience in the relationship between franchisor and franchisees. In the case of a franchise system that has a continuous relational exchange transaction, relationship management is a very important activity because the relationship management between franchisor and franchisees improves the quality of the relationship. Nevertheless, there is insufficient of research on opportunism, which is a negative factor in managing the relationship between franchisor and franchisees in continuous relationship. Research design, data and methodology: This study, we explore the cause of opportunism based on transaction cost theory through prior research and establish a research model based by goal incongruity, uncertainty, information asymmetry, transaction specific assets, the relevance to determinant of opportunism and the startup experienced which is a moderating variable. To verify several hypotheses, the data were collected from 300 out of 1,760 domestic franchisees and analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS program. Results: The findings are as follows. Goal incongruity did not affect opportunism. Opportunism increased as uncertainty increased, and as information asymmetry increased, opportunism increased. An opportunism decreased as transaction specific assets increased. Moreover, the findings show that startup experience only plays a moderating role in the relationship between information asymmetry and opportunism. Therefore, 4 out of 8 hypotheses were supported. Conclusions: The findings show that uncertainty, information asymmetry, and transaction specific assets are the determinants of opportunism. In addition, the results of the analysis of the moderating role of startup experience show that the less entrepreneurial experience, the greater the influence of information asymmetry on opportunism. Our findings mean that maintaining a successful relationship between franchisors and franchisees is possible when franchisors provide knowledge sharing, goal sharing, environmental sharing, and management information sharing to franchisees. In addition, the findings of this study shows that the contract content and management should be changed according to the entrepreneurial experience. In other words, the franchisors must share and integrate the accumulated franchisees' and franchisors' experience with the franchisees to create a synergy that can lead to successful bilateral relationship maintenance, which in turn reduces opportunism.
