Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the core muscle strength enhancement of the elderly on 8 weeks training using the core exercise equipment for the elderly on the ability to control the whole-body center of mass in posture stabilization. Method: 16 females (10 exercise group, 6 control group) participated in this study. Exercise group took part in the core strength training program for 8 weeks with total of 16 repetitions (2 repetitions per week) using a training device. External perturbation during standing as pulling force applied at the pelvic level in the anterior direction was provided to the subject. In a UCM model, the controller selects within the space of elemental variables a subspace (a manifold, UCM) corresponding to a value of a performance variable that needs to be stabilized. In the present study, we were interested in how movements of the individual segment center of mass (elemental variables) affect the whole-body center of mass (the performance variable) during balance control. Results: At the variance of task-irrelevant space, there was significant $test^*$ group interactions ($F_{1,16}=7.482$, p<.05). However, there were no significant main effect of the test ($F_{1,16}=.899$, p>.05) and group ($F_{1,16}=1.039$, p>.05). At the variance of task-relevant space, there was significant $test^*$ group interactions ($F_{1,16}=7.382$, p<.05). However, there were no significant main effect of the test ($F_{1,16}=.754$, p>.05) and group ($F_{1,16}=1.106$, p>.05). Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the 8 weeks training through the core training equipment for the elderly showed a significant decrease in the $Vcm_{TIR}$ and $Vcm_{TR}$. This result indicates that the core strength training affects the trunk stiffness control strategy to maintain balance in the standing position by minimizing total variability of individual segment CMs.

본 논문의 목적은 가중치 분석을 통해 지역공동형 훈련성과를 효과적으로 점검할 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하는 것이다. 지표를 개발하기 위하여, 1단계에서는 선행연구 분석을 통해 예비지표 목록을 구성하였고, 2단계에서는 전문가 검토를 통해 지표의 적절성과 대표성을 점검하였으며, 3단계에서는 현장 훈련기관 전담자 검토를 통해 지표의 현장 적용 가능성을 파악하였고, 최종 성과 평가지표를 산출하였다. 4단계에서는 최종지표를 바탕으로 가중치 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 협약기업 발굴 및 관리실적 영역(협약기업 참여율, 근로자 훈련참여율 등), 훈련실적 영역(수료율, 취업률 등), 비용효과성 영역(1인당 훈련비용), 만족도 영역(협약기업 만족도, 훈련생 만족도), 지역공동 훈련활성화 영역(지역인적자원개발협의체 운영, 지자체의 인력개발 의지 등)별 지표들을 개발하였다. 가중치는 지역산업의 훈련수요 대응, 협약기업 만족도, 지역인적 자원개발협의체 운영 순으로 높았다. 또한 지역공동형 훈련성과 지표에 대한 지속적인 개선과 분석이 필요하다는 점을 제언하였다.

This study aimed to classify attendants of a wine training institute according to loyalty for wine training service program and to deduce the core managing points in a wine training program by IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). Self-administered questionnaires were collected from 192 trainees and statistical data analysis completed using SPSS ver. 18.0. As a result of clustering analysis based on trainee loyalty from both attitude and behavioral perspectives, four classification groups were identified: a "genuine" loyalty group, a "latent" loyalty group, a "mendacious" loyalty group, and a "low" loyalty group. For the genuine loyalty group, the importance of total service quality was 4.32 on average whereas the performance was measured as 4.22; thus there was little difference between importance to quality and performance. However, for the other three groups, especially the low loyalty group, there were significant wide gaps between importance to quality and performance. According to IPA, different service quality items were posted on the 'Focus here' quadrant (a domain with high service quality importance but low performance) by group, while the other three quadrants had several common items regardless of the group. Finally, the core quality managing points were different depending on the level of trainee loyalty. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and conduct a wine training program that reflects the characteristics and needs of its students, which will lead to a differentiated management strategy according to the level of loyalty.

이 연구에서는 문화예술교육 분야 전문 인력들이 아르떼 아카데미 연수내용 또는 연수방법을 현장에서 얼마나 활용하고 있는지를 분석하고, 전문 인력 역량강화를 위한 연수의 시사점 및 개선점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 아르떼 아카데미 연수 참여자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 현업활용도를 조사하였다. 분석 결과, 전반적 현업활용은 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 그러나 현업활용은 간접적 활용과 직접적 활용으로 구분되는데, 간접적 활용이 직접적 활용보다 높은 결과를 보여주었다. 이는 연수 참여자들이 개인적인 역량강화와 같은 측면에서 효과를 보이지만, 연수에서 학습된 내용들을 직접적으로 현장에서 활용하는데 있어서 다소 미흡했음을 보여주는 것이다. 간접적 활용도 연수의 성과이고 역량강화를 위해서 필요한 부분이지만, 문화예술교육이 문화예술을 향유하는 수요자 중심의 정책이라는 것을 고려하면 현장에서 보다 직접적으로 활용되는 부분이 강화될 필요가 있고, 강화된 전문 인력들의 역량이 현장에 보다 원활히 적용될 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 한국문화예술교육진흥원에서는 이러한 점을 검토하고 간접적 활용보다는 직접적 활용이 높은 연수를 기획하고 운영할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine sanitation management practices of restaurant managers for the training needs analysis. A total of 26 restaurant managers participated in this study. A check list was consisted of three parts : facility, personal, and food hygiene. Two observers and one manager evaluated the same check list at same time and the results were compared. The results of this study suggested that most restaurants have needed for re-training programs in the view of facility, personal, food sanitation practices. Specially, proper washing and sanitizing methods for hands and utensils, proper cooking and holding temperature, and proper storing methods were needed to be trained. Based on this study, most independent restaurant managers in Cheonan were aware of training, but they had no effective training program manuals. Results of this study implicated that dietitians have new opportunity for consultants of independent restaurants in the region because they have practiced sanitation management manuals.

스마트폰의 보급으로 많은 교육용 어플리케이션이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 교육용 어플리케이션은 단순하고 일괄적인 학습 방법으로 인해 학습자들의 요구가 반영되지 않았고 학습 후에 주어지는 피드백 제시 방법에 문제점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 어휘 학습용 어플리케이션을 구현하기 위해 기존 어플리케이션을 이용하여 학습자들의 요구를 설문 분석하고, 분석 결과를 반영하여 학습자들의 동기를 지속시킬 수 있도록 학습자 스스로 세운 학습 목표에 따라 학습 단계에 맞춘 학습 스케줄을 설정하고 체계적인 피드백이 이루어지는 어휘 학습용 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하였다.

For face recognition system, a face detector which can find exact face region from complex image is needed. Many face detection algorithms have been developed under the assumption that background of the source image is quite simple . this means that face region occupy more than a quarter of the area of the source image or the background is one-colored. Color-based face detection is fast but can't be applicable to the images of which the background color is similar to face color. And the algorithm using neural network needs so many non-face data for training and doesn't guarantee general performance. In this paper, A multi-scale, multi-face detection algorithm using PCA is suggested. This algorithm can find most multi-scaled faces contained in static images with small number of training data in reasonable time.

This paper presents a graphical windows-based program for the education and training for novel network reduction. The object of developed simulator is to provide users with a simple and useable tool for gaining an intuitive feel for power system analysis. The developed simulator consists of the main module (MMI,GUI), the location marginal price module (LMP), the clustering module and network reduction module. Each module has a separate graphical and interactive interfacing window. The developed simulator needs with the PSS/E input data format, generator cost function, location information. Line admittances of reduced network was determined by using the power flow method(Newton-Raphson). So line flow of reduced network is almost same to original power system. Results of reduced network are compared on the window in the tabular format. Therefore, the developed simulator can be utilized as a useful tool for effective education and training for power system analysis.

Enterprises that don't adapt to the changes can be weeded out, because IT sector is one of the most rapid rate of changes in business. The optimized job education and training are an essential part for the enterprises to handle the advanced and developed technologies, so the needs for the positive investments to the education and training about their employees and transformational leadership have been increased. This study verified how the transformational leadership of representatives in the IT enterprises affects the satisfaction of their ordering agencies as well as the transfer of education and training can be the intermediary role to them. From the results of the statistical analysis about questionnaire survey of 251 IT enterprises, dispatched their employees to public institutions in Ulsan, several significant outcomes are founded as follows. First, the transformational leadership of representative in the IT enterprises influenced the transfer of education and training positively. Second, the transfer of education and training positively affected the satisfaction of ordering agencies. Third, the satisfaction of ordering agencies are also affected from the transformational leadership. Finally, the some roles was influenced by the charisma of transformational leadership, and also, completely, the inspirational motivation and the intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership was affected by the intermediary roles to the satisfaction of ordering agencies. Based on the results of this study, representatives in the IT enterprises can be expected by the positive company results from improving the satisfaction of ordering agencies through the transformational leadership, which allow active investment in education and training about their employees and construction of pragmatic system through the education and training results for the organization, superiors and colleague.

본 논문은, "항공, 드론 및 도심항공교통(UAM) 분야에 대한 인력 양성을 위한 교육 및 수요 분석을 통해 필요 역량 및 기술 교육에 대한 대구·경북 지역 해당 산업 분야 기업체에 설문조사"에 대한 연구임. 교육 방법에 대해 대학과 산업체 간의 협력할 수 있는 부분에 대해 제언하였다. 본 설문 연구의 주요 결과 및 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 인력 채용 시 중요하게 고려되는 사항은 해당 분야의 직무 능력이 가장 높게 조사되었다. 인력 양성의 필요한 교육 내용으로는 전공 분야 다양한 장비 및 소프트웨어 활용 능력 강화 교육이 가장 필요한 자질로 조사되었다. 도심항공교통(UAM) 분야 중 기체·부품에 대한 인력 및 교육 수요가 높으며, 해당 분야의 기체 경량화 제작 기술에 대한 수요가 가장 높았다. 연구가 해당 분야의 교육 수요 제시에 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
