통합과학교육의 실태조사 (Survey on the status of integrated science education in middle school)

  • It is the purpose at thus survey to get hold at problems in teaching integrated science in middle school. For this purpose, problems and suggestions were collected by questionnaire which were made out by middle school science teachers. Through the analysis of the questionnaire, it was found that the present curriculum of science education in the college of education and the in-service training program were not suitable for training middle school science teacher. Form the results of the analysis, this survey concluded that the curriculum and program mentioned above need improvement as follows. (1) science education curriculum in the college of education should be set up with two part. One is the part that middle school science teachers are trained and the other is the part that high school science teachers are trained. (2) In-service training program should be set off into two kinds. One is the program that middle school science teachers are trained and the other program that high school science teachers are trained.

Graduate perception of cosmetic surgery training in plastic surgery residency and fellowship programs

  • Background As the demand for cosmetic surgery continues to rise, plastic surgery programs and the training core curriculum have evolved to reflect these changes. This study aims to evaluate the perceived quality of current cosmetic surgery training in terms of case exposure and educational methods. Methods A 16-question survey was sent to graduates who completed their training at a U.S. plastic surgery training program in 2017. The survey assessed graduates' exposure to cosmetic surgery, teaching modalities employed and their overall perceived competence. Case complexity was characterized by the minimum number of cases needed by the graduate to feel confident in performing the procedure. Results There was a 25% response rate. The majority of respondents were residents (83%, n=92) and the remaining were fellows (17%, n=18). Almost three quarters of respondents were satisfied with their cosmetic training. Respondents rated virtual training as the most effective learning modality and observing attendings' patients/cases as least effective. Perceived competence was more closely aligned with core curriculum status than case complexity, i.e. graduates feel more prepared for core cosmetic procedures despite being more technically difficult than non-core procedures. Conclusions Despite the variability in cosmetic exposure during training, most plastic surgery graduates are satisfied with their aesthetic training. Incorporation of teaching modalities, such as virtual training, can increase case exposure and allow trainees more autonomy. The recommended core curriculum is adequately training plastic surgery graduates for common procedures and more specialized procedures should be consigned to aesthetic fellowship training.

  • 직업교육에서의 교육과정은 학생이 졸업 후 취업 가능한 직종과 고용기회, 이들 직업에 종사하는데 필요한 능력이 어떤 것인가를 근거로 계획되고 운영되어야 한다. 따라서 직업 교육을 위한 교육과정 계획에서 교육내용을 선정하는 과정에는 전공분야와 관련된 산업체 관련인사의 참여와 산학협동을 통한 밀접한 관계 유지를 통해 지속적이며 점진적으로 개발되어야 할 것이다. 직업교육의 교육과정이 취업을 준비하기 위한 것이라면 교육과정의 초점이 고용에 맞추어야하며, 이러한 직업교육의 교육과정을 개발하기 위해서는 최소한 대학과 산업체(특히 지역산업체)간 관련 자료가 종합적으로 수집.분석되고 그 자료를 바탕으로 교육과정이 계획되어야 한다. 지역사회와 관련된 자료는 산업체별 인력수요 전망, 필요한 지식, 기술, 태도 특히 앞으로 전망이 밝은 취업 가능 직종 등을 고려한 새로운 프로그램의 개발과 기존 교육과정에서 개선되어야 할 내용 (기술의 변화, 실험.실습시설의 형태, 계속 교육의 유형 등)이 객관적으로 조사.분석되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 애니메이션 산업의 발달과 멀티미디어 시장의 확대로 더욱 역할과 기대가 증대하고 있는 캐릭터산업에서 종사할 캐릭터디자이너를 전문 육성하기 위한 교육과정을 보다 체계적으로 개발하여 교육에 적용함으로써, 학교 교육에서 문제 시 되어 왔던 교육과 현장 실무의 괴리를 줄여 산업체의 요구를 충족할 수 있는 전문 인력을 양성함에 목적이 있다.

A Study on the Realistic Media Creator Curriculum Based on Drone Video

  • 본 논문에서는 단순한 드론 조작 교육을 통한 자격증 취득 교육이 아닌 특성화된 에듀테인먼트 SW 교육강사 및 드론 실감미디어 크리에이터 양성을 위한 효율적인 교육 방법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 일차적으로 NCS 기반 교육과정을 도출하였다. 개발된 교육과정으로는 에듀테인먼트 드론 교육과정과 실감미디어 크리에이터 교육과정이 있다. 이 중 드론 조종 교육과정에 대해 핵심 책무를 정의하고 각각에 대해 핵심작업, 지식, 태도를 기술함으로써 드론 조종에 대한 세부 교육과정을 도출하였다. 실감미디어 크리에이터 교육과정에서는 광고 영상물을 실제 제작하는 파일럿 과정을 통해 산업 현장에서 바로 활용할 수 있는 전문가 교육을 실시하였다. 최종적으로 메타버스 환경에서 온라인 컨퍼런스 개최를 통해 교육생들이 제작한 미디어 영상물을 서로 공유하고, 토론하는 가상 컨퍼런스를 운영하였다. 교육종료 후에는 교육 수료자 46명을 대상으로 교육만족도 분석을 통해 본 교육과정의 효율성을 증명하였다. 본 논문은 포스트 코로나 이후 우리 사회가 해결해야 하는 비대면 온라인 교육에서의 SW 교육 내실화를 이룰 수 있는 방법을 제시하였으며, 실감미디어 크리에이터 양성 교육과정과 파일럿 프로그램, 메타버스 컨퍼런스 운용 사례를 보임으로써 실감미디어 환경에서의 효율적인 교육 방법을 제시하였다.

사서교사 1급 자격연수 교육과정 운영 사례 연구 (A Case Study on the Operation of the Qualification Training Curriculum for Level 1 Librarian Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 2021년도 여름방학 중에 사서교사(1급) 자격연수를 운영한 K대학교 교육연수원의 사례를 바탕으로, 자격연수가 어떻게 구성 및 운영되는지 교육과정에 대한 실태를 살펴보는데 목적이 있었다. 연구 결과 사서교사(1급) 자격연수에는 초등학교에서 50명(남성 4명, 여성 46명), 중학교에서 24명(남성 4명, 여성 20명), 고등학교에서 37명(남성 5명, 여성 32명), 총 111명의 사서교사들이 참여했다. 또한 자격연수의 교육과정은 '학습자 힘 기르기'의 영역 및 '사서교사 역할 성명서'의 직무 범위에 부합되는 핵심역량과 교과목들로 구성되어 있었으며, 자격연수에 참여했던 사서교사 111명의 만족도는 평균 5점 만점에 4.76점으로 나타났다. 따라서 전반적으로 만족도가 높은 편이이었으나, 가장 낮거나 평균보다 낮았던 부분에 대해 제언하였다.

외국 전공의 수련교육의 제도 및 시사점 (Overseas Residency Training Systems and Implications for Korea)

  • Medical education, competency, and outcome-based medical education started as part of the basic medical education curriculum in advanced countries 20 years ago, and such an approach was adopted in residency training. General competency training is at the core of residency training in advanced countries, and it goes beyond competency and outcome-based training to the extent that in a milestone training system, competency development is expected and measured with set competency achievements at each level. Recently, for the purpose of ensuring that doctors uphold patient safety and fulfill their obligations, entrustable professional activities (EPA) were applied at the beginning of residency when doctors move away from clinical trials and start actual care. The adoption of EPA in all residency training curriculum has spread very rapidly in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Presently, Korea lags behind other countries significantly as the adoption of competency and outcome-based medical education in residency training has just begun. It is time to identify the current state of the Korean residency training system, and then design and practice a well-established system with a long-term view based on cooperation across the whole medical industry.

전문계열교사 통합표시과목 자격연수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Qualification Training of Combination Indication Subject for Vocational affiliation Teacher)

  • This research was to survey and analyze the recognition about combination indication subject of secondary school teacher's certificate in the vocation high school. The conclusion through this research results are as follows, First, The satisfaction of qualification training about combination indication subject was a general positive response(77.5%), but there was partly negative response(5.2%). Second, The efficiency of qualification training curriculum was positive response(62%), the high response(77.7%) was the fisheries affiliate. It was probably good because of simulation of ship sailing about practice curriculum. Third, The need of qualification training on combination indication subject for vocational high school teacher was positive response(81%), but negative response(3.4%)

지역산업맞춤형 일자리창출사업을 위한 패션 취·창업 교육훈련 사례연구 - 광주광역시 서구를 중심으로 - (A case study of the education and training for job creation based on the local fashion industry - In Seogu Gwangju central city -)

  • The aim of this study is develop a state-funded education and training curriculum to contribute to the development of the fashion industry infrastructure. This will be achieved based on the service sector by the competitive clothing sales personnel and fashion startups. The study was conducted using a qualitative research method. The participants were 20 representatives of fashion-related companies and employees from one traditional market and two fashion outlets in Seogu, Gwangju. Data was collected from September 2015 to January 2017 by demand surveys and in-depth interviews. These were conducted on the same day at each clothing store office. In addition, existing literature was also reviewed. The collected data were first summarized into 64 meaning units from which three themes were derived by arranging, classifying, and analyzing the data. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the education and training curriculum for fashion job creation is aimed at job-oriented field-types with the objective of cultivating professional skills for online to offline fashion professionals. Second, the curriculum for fashion advisors was developed to consisted of 8 courses of 150 hours, including job knowledge, a foreign language, fashion-specific knowledge, fashion marketing & VMD, store management know-how, clothing repair, field trip, and internship. Third, the curriculum for fashion entrepreneurs consisted of 8 courses of 106 hours, including entrepreneurship, fashion practice, startup, field trip, finance & taxation accounting, marketing, social enterprise course, and internship.

  • Objectives: This study aims to provide baseline information for health educator training, standards for university curriculum on health education and health educator training, and ultimately to help settling the national qualification system for health education specialists. Results and Conclusion: Based on literature review and professional taskforce meetings, we discuss: 1) Principles for course standards; and 2) Objectives and content standards for 9 required courses for health education specialists. The curriculum standards could be used for the course evaluation run by Korea Health Educator Qualification Management Office, and as a guiding principle for the development of courses and curricula for health education and health educator training.

국가직업능력표준을 활용한 컴퓨터 응용기계설계과용 능력중심 교육과정 개발 (Development of a Competency Curriculum of Computer Aided Mechanical Department based on the National Occupational Standards)

  • 지식, 기술, 정보가 경쟁력의 원천이 되는 산업 발전의 변화추세에 따라 세계 각국은 일-교육$\cdot$훈련-자격의 긴밀한 연계체제인 국가직업능력표준을 통해 국가 인적자원 개발 시스템을 개선해 나아가고 있다 우리나라에서도 노$\cdot$$\cdot$정 합의에 의해 2002년부터 전 산업분야에 적용될 국가직업능력표준이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이렇게 개발된 국가직업능력표준을 이용하여 우리나라 기능대학/전문대학의 컴퓨터 응용기계설계과에서 활용할 수 있는 교육과정과 교재개발방안을 개발하여 제시한다.
