안전보건교육과정별 참여도 및 교수방법 변경 후 만족도 비교 (Comparison of Participation and Satisfaction after a Change of a Teaching Method in Safety and Health Training Courses)

  • Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the level of participation in and satisfaction with training courses at job training institutions and to improve participation and satisfaction through changes in the training method for industrial ventilation subjects. Methods: The results were analyzed for the mean and standard deviation by t-test and ANOVA, (p=0.05). Participation rates were examined for three courses: specialization, job training, and supervisory. The participation inthe education was 428 people, and the result of satisfaction with the change of education method was 878 people. Satisfaction was investigated for the specialized curriculum and job training curriculum,but not the supervisor curriculum. The satisfaction results for six items(contents, quality, skill, level, degree of understanding, degree of practical) were analyzed according to the change in the training medium and the method among people in one occupational ventilation subject. Results: The participation rate was similar in the job training and specialized training courses, but the lowest rate was in supervisory courses(p=0.05). In general, there was the lowest participation on the first day of education, and the participation rate improved after the second day. Satisfaction with the course was high for the specialized education course with a number of practical education assignments(p=0.278). The satisfaction level for the teaching method in the industrial ventilation subjects was high in a mixed group which combined lecture and practice. The industrial ventilation course in the basic job training course showed a difference between lecture and mixed education(p=0.111), but there was no significant difference. However, the industrial ventilation course in the advance job training course showed a clear difference between lecture and the mixed education(p=0.036). Conclusions: Therefore, the first day of training should start in the afternoon so that more trainees can participate, and it is recommended to assign important subjects after two days. In addition, it is suggested that job competency-enhancing education utilize various educational methods and media.

국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 재직자 교육훈련 만족에 영향을 미치는 변인 탐색 (Exploring Factors Affecting Satisfaction of Education and Training for Consortium for HRD Ability Magnified Program)

  • 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄은 중소기업 재직근로자의 전략분야 인력양성사업의 일환이며, 공동훈련에 필요한 인프라, 훈련비, 인건비 및 일반운영비 등을 국가에서 지원하는 사업이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 재직자 교육훈련 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국가인적자원개발 컨소시엄 교육훈련 재직자 과정에 참여한 707명의 자료를 SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 컨소시엄 교육훈련 참여자의 성별, 강사 만족, 교육시설 및 서비스 만족 요인이 교육훈련 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 강사 만족, 교육시설 및 서비스 만족, 성별 순으로 교육훈련 만족에 미치는 영향이 높았다. 성별의 경우 남자가 여자보다 교육훈련 만족에 더 긍정적 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연령, 직위, 직군은 교육훈련에 만족에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점을 제시하면, 첫째, 강사 만족이 교육 훈련 만족의 가장 큰 영향 요인이라는 점에서 강사의 역량을 강화하고, 강사에 대한 지원을 체계적으로 실시하는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 교육훈련 참여자가 교육훈련에 효과적으로 참여할 수 있고, 현업에서 교육훈련전이를 높일 수 있는 교육훈련의 환경 조성 및 시설 제공이 필요하다. 셋째, 여성 재직자의 교육 훈련 참여를 높이고, 여성 재직자의 특성을 고려한 교육훈련 교육과정의 설계 및 시행이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 교육훈련 내용의 적절성, 교육훈련 시간의 적정성, 직무의 연관성, 직무의 기여도 면에서 질적 수준을 높이는 데에도 보다 많은 노력이 요구된다.

온라인 창의성 교육에 있어 학습 환경과 교육 프로그램의 특성에 관한 실증연구 (Experimental Investigation of the Effects of Learning Environment and The Nature of Educational Program on the Outcome of Creativity Training)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of computer-based creativity training. Four groups of vocational high school students totaling 151 were used as experimental subjects. Two dimensions of treatment were designed. One treatment dimension is the use of computer medium in education: computer based vs. paper-pencil setting of education. The second treatment dimension is the method of creativity training: technique-oriented training program vs. factor-oriented training program. Both a pretest and a post-test were administered to all participated students. The tests were composed of a Creative Figural Test and a Creative Product Test. After the pretest 8 sessions of creative training were delivered as intended in the design of the experiment. The Dost-test was arranged a week after the completion of the training sessions. The results of the study include: First, all the 4 groups showed certain amount of improvements in their scores of Creative Figural Test, while no improvements was observed in the creative product test score. Second, the technique-oriented creativity training was more effective than the factor-oriented under the context of computer-based education, and the factor-oriented training was more effective in the paper-pencil setting. The results suggest that different pedagogical approaches should be employed for computer-based training as compared to the paper-pencil education.

A Study on Airline Cabin Crew Safety Training Programs and Managers

  • As our whole society has become increasingly aware of safety and emphasizes the importance of preventing safety accidents, the airline cabin service sector is also facing a strong demand to improve practical system for aviation safety education. In this regard, the development of appropriate safety education programs and the getting of human resources who can develop and operate such programs are becoming key issues. This study aims to provide academic and practical implications for safety education and training in airline cabins by reconfirming the importance and direction of safety education in the context of airline cabin services, and by specifying and establishing qualification requirements for personnel who develop and operate such safety programs. To this end, we review the content that should be included in safety training programs, the qualifications required of developers, managers, instructors, and examiners who develop or operate such programs, and how safety training programs can be continually improved as relevant conditions change in the future. In addition, we have also suggested ways to train appropriate managers, instructors, and examiners, including improving the compensation system for them, and how to effectively manage trainees. In order to secure a higher level of aviation safety in the future, it will be necessary to continue research on the development of more diverse and high-quality aviation safety education programs and the training of related personnel.

재학 중 현장실습과 취업 후 직무만족 간의 관계에 관한 연구: 장·단기현장실습의 비교 (A Study on the Relationship Between on-site Training During the School Year and Job Satisfaction after Employment: A Comparison between Short-term and Long-term on-site Training)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between post - employment job satisfaction and both short-term (4-12 weeks) and long-term (12+weeks) on-site training. For this purpose, 405 graduates who had completed on-site training (205 short-term, 200 long term) during the school year were surveyed. The results of the comparative analysis of both short-term and long-term on-site training participants are as follows: In both short-term and long-term on-site training, it was found that on-site performance during the school year did not directly affect post-employment job satisfaction. In the case of short-term on-site training participants, job match and organizational commitment were found to have no mediating effect on the correlation between on-site training performance and job satisfaction. On the other hand, in the case of long-term on-site training participants, the analysis showed that job match and organizational commitment had mediating effects on the correlation between on-site training performance and job satisfaction. These effects are not solely attributable to differences in duration of training; the differences in operating systems and the degree of preparation derived from these systems also affect the level of on-site training for students, businesses, and schools. This paper summarizes these findings and suggests the following improvement plans for on-site training in the future: First, short-term on-site training is required to establish a systematic basis in order to enhance students' preparedness level. Second, both short-term and long-term on-site training should improve the skills and field understanding for students' majors through systematic quality management during the training period. Third, it is necessary for universities to increase expectations and quality of short-term on-site training for all involved while simultaneously reducing the gap between educational goals and practice in this field.

  • Educational reform in Ukraine encourages the use of multimedia technologies in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sports, which is one of the promising directions of education development. Therefore, the article specifies the content of the terms "innovation" and "technology". For modern society, the introduction of multimedia technologies in education is not so much theoretical as pragmatic, since under condition of globalization it concerns its historical development and prospects associated with the so-called "high technologies".Our goal is to improve the training of Physical Education and Sports specialists by means of multimedia technologies. All of innovative technologies can be divided into four groups, depending on the appropriate form of educational activity for their use. The development of multimedia technologies in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sport at the present stage of education development should be carried out in accordance with the criteria of manufacturability, which are presented in the article: scientism, to rely on the theoretical provisions of pedagogical science and methods of teaching the discipline, socially recognized educational goals, prospects for modernization of Education; consistency, which provides for the interaction of parts and the whole in the organization of the study environment, as a result of which the physical development of the young generation is an integral entity; guarantee, that is, the error between the planned and obtained results should be minimal; manageability, that is, full management of the stages of work of the teacher and students, which make up the completed cycle of actions; mass participation, for the purpose of applying the technology does not depend on the physical training of students, the pedagogical skill of the teacher and the type of educational institutions. The article presents the theory and method of organizing sports events and circuses in the training of specialists in Physical Education and Sports by means of multimedia technologies. In order to increase the level of physical development of a person, physical fitness and the state of health of students, which has a clear trend to constant deterioration, it is necessary to instill love for sports, carry out high-quality training and organize sports events using multimedia technologies. In the process of sports activities, the participants' mental education is carried out. There are two types of communication here: direct and indirect, which are described in the article.In games and sports competitions, there are many opportunities for forming rules of collective behavior. The main issues of the organization of sports activities by means of multimedia technologies have been clarified. During sports competitions, the tasks presented in Physical Education and sports classes are improved, which ensure the improvement of physical and theoretical training of the individual. The pleasure of sports, bright, emotional spectacles, confirmed by multimedia technologies, arises from the participation of the viewer in them.

메타버스 기반 경찰 교육훈련모델 구축 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of Metaverse-based Police Education and Training Model)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 시대적 환경의 변화에 따른 경찰의 다양한 활동에 대한 성과를 효율적으로 증진시킬 수 있는 메타버스 기반 경찰교육훈련모델을 제안하고자 한다. 연구방법: HMD과 햅틱기술을 이용하여 표현되는 Avatar Controller를 생성하고, Network Interface에 접속하여 Cloud Education Server에서의 지휘통제모듈과 교육훈련콘텐츠모듈, 분석모듈 등을 통하여 개인 또는 팀 단위로 교육훈련 할 수 있다. 연구결과: 본 연구의 제안모델에서는 개인이나 팀 단위의 메타버스 기반 교육훈련 시 지휘통제모듈을 접목시킴으로써 테러나 범죄 상황 전반에 대하여 지휘감독요원들이 실시간으로 상황을 모니터링하여 지휘통제 하에 대응훈련을 하게 함으로써 팀원들 간의 유기적인 협업훈련도 가능하게 하였다. 결론: 메타버스를 기반으로 한 개인 또는 팀 단위의 경찰교육훈련은 몰입감, 상호작용 그리고 다양한 상황에서의 신속한 판단 등을 바탕으로 현실과 거의 흡사한 환경을 조성함으로써 보다 더 효율적이고 안전적인 교육훈련환경을 제공할 수 있기 때문에 향후 각국에서 메타버스를 기반으로 한 교육훈련 대응모델들은 지속적으로 성장하며 교육훈련에 있어서 새로운 대안으로 제시될 것으로 기대된다.

방사선 기술 분야 재직자 인력양성을 위한 직무분석에 기반한 교육 모델 설계 방법론 분석 (Analysis of Methodology for Designing Education and Training Model for Professional Development in the field of Radiation Technology)

  • The domestic Radiation Technology is integrated into and utilized in various areas and is closely related to the industrial growth in Korea. The domestic use of radiation and RI (Radioisotope) increases in quantity every year, however the level of technology is poor when compared to other developed countries. Manpower training is essential for the development of Radiation Technology. Therefore, this study aimed to propose a methodology for designing systemic education and training model in the field of measurement and analysis of radiation. A survey was conducted to design education and training model and the training program for measurement and analysis of radiation was developed based on the survey results. The education and training program designed in this study will be utilized as a model for evaluating the professional development and effective recruitment of the professional workforce, and can be further applied to other radiation-related fields.

디지털 시대의 융·복합 교육을 위한 영어영재 교사교육 방안 (Way of Training English Teacher's of Verbally Talented Children for convergence-based Education in the Digital Age)

  • 본 논문은 영재 영어교육을 담당하는 영어교사들이 갖추어야 할 영어교육과 영재교육의 지식과 그 구체적인 내용을 다루고 있다. 먼저, 지나치게 원어민 중심, 속진 중심 영어전용 교육 중심의 영어교육과 영어교사 교육에 내재된 문제점을 분석하고 그 문제점에 대한 해결책을 모색한다. 다음으로 영재교육이 가지고 있는 문제점을 분석하고 그 문제점에 대한 해결책을 모색한다. 먼저 이 두 분야의 문제점을 바탕으로 영재 영어교육에 대한 방향을 제시하고 그 방향에 따른 영재 영어교사 연수의 방향을 제시한다. 지나치게 영어 하나에 초점을 둔 현재의 영재 영어교육에 대한 비판을 바탕으로 이중언어 중심의 내용중심과 사고력을 배양할 수 있는 융 복합 기반의 표현중심 영재 영어교육을 해야 하고 그에 맞는 영재 영어교사교육을 해야 할 것이다.

  • 안전 불감증으로 인해 많은 인재가 발생하고 있는 우리나라 상황에서는 재난이 발생했을 때 대응할 수 있는 재난 안전교육이 매우 중요하다. 최근 가상현실 디바이스 및 제작 기술이 발전하며, 안전교육 분야에서 가상현실 기술을 접목한 훈련시스템 활용의 가능성이 주목받고 있다. 가상훈련시스템은 몰입감이 뛰어나고 시공간의 제약없이 다양한 재난상황을 체험할 수 있어 훈련 및 교육에 매우 효과적이다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 재난 안전 가상훈련 콘텐츠 사례들을 수집 조사하여 국내 재난안전 가상훈련 콘텐츠의 현황을 파악하고 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제안한다.
