This research aims to formulate a mathematical model and develop an algorithm for solving a location problem in emergency medical service vehicle parking. To find an optimal parking location which has the least risk score or risk priority number calculated from severity, occurrence, detection, and distance from parking location for emergency patients, data were collected from Pratoom sub-district Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Center from October 2010 to April 2011. The criteria of risk evaluation were modified from Automotive Industry Action Group's criteria. An adaptive simulated annealing algorithm with multiple cooling schedules called multi-agent simulated quenching (MASQ) is proposed for solving the problem in two schemes of algorithms including dual agent and triple agent quenching. The result showed that the solution obtained from both scheme of MASQ was better than the traditional solution. The best locations obtained from MASQ-dual agent quenching scheme was nodes #5 and #133. The risk score was reduced 61% from 6,022 to 2,371 points.

In Korea, to deal with the housing needs of the elderly, the government operates free nursing homes and residential homes. And to deal with the needs for daily necessities, imported products or products for the disabled have been supplied for the elderly. The government has recognized the importance of silver industry in this rapidly aging society and has established strategies to vitalize industries related to seniors to deal with the seniors' need for food, clothing, and shelter. This study examined the necessity of nursing home gowns, and the development of nursing home gowns that are environmentally friendly, beautiful and functional for the new silver generation. For this study, literature review and Internet search were conducted regarding the status of silver fashion, necessity of nursing home gowns, emergence of new silver generation and change in lifestyle, and value and utilization of natural dye and traditional patterns. To produce nursing home gowns, fabric was dyed using fermented indigo dying, and 3 styles of nursing home gowns for each gender were designed in consideration of seasons. Lastly, these gowns were evaluated by fashion experts, medical personnel, hospital gown and silver wear experts, and natural dye experts. The results showed that the traditional Korean designs developed in this study were excellent and the fermented indigo dye was appropriate for the nursing home gowns. The development of nursing home gowns in this study will be utilized as basic material for the development of silver wear and nursing home gowns to improve the quality of life for the seniors.

Purpose : Local medicinal herb festivals present the history of the Korean medicine and cultural resources in the regions to play an important role in attracting tourists, vitalizing local economy, and improving the local image. Therefore, it is important to understand the origin of the festival and grasp historical and cultural meaning of local medicinal herb festivals. Methods : I compared the books and articles presented in the reference list. Results & Conclusions : Local medicinal herb festivals originates from traditional yangnyeongsi. Since the $17^{th}$ century, yangnyeongsi has grown up as a special market. Implementation of the Daedong Act promoted commodity and monetary economy that helped commerce and industry develop and market grow up. It also made changes in the social status system and yangnyeongsi has been such a historical phenomenon appeared in this social background. The growth of yangnyeongsi contributed to the progress in the private medicine that triggered the gradual transfer of power in the medicine to the private sector which has long been held by the government. In yangnyeongsi, there were many cultural events to attract visitors. It's the same case in China that preserves stages that were used for cultural events in the medicine market to pass down the historic sites while those in Korea are disappearing as yangnyeongsis are being pulled out of the city areas to the suburban areas due to the redevelopment projects. For this reason, restoration of the place for traditional yangnyeongsi should be taken into account through local medicinal herb festivals.

In traditional medicines, Dansam-samul-tang and Samwhang-sasim-tang extracts were known to effects of antioxidant and antimicrobial activity. To investigate the safety evaluation of skin, these extracts were measured to skin safety testing such as primary skin irritation test, eye irritation test and skin sensitization test. The results of the primary skin irritation test and eye irritation test in vitro showed that these extracts included in the nonirritating area. Skin sensitization test results by Guinea Pig Maximization (GPMA) indicated that there was no allergy reaction. Therefore, Dansam-samul-tang and Samwhang-sasim-tang extracts were very safe in every safety test of skin. These results suggests that Dansam-samul-tang and Samwhang- sasim-tang extracts in 1 % concentration can be useful cosmetic ingredients.

The Good Agriculture Practice (GAP) program, being established in China, is an optimal way for the sustainable utilization of the medicinal plant and animal resources. Most frequently used Chinese materia medica will be mainly produced from the GAP bases in the future. To assure the successful operation of GAP program, standard operating procedure (SOP) should be implemented for specific plants or animals. Both GAP and SOP include the requirements in many aspects from the ecological environment of cultivation place, germplasm and varieties, seedling and transplant, fertilization, irrigation, and field care, to harvest and process, package, transport and storage. As a complex system, GAP demands strong commitment from the pharmaceutical industry, local administrative involvement, long term R&D support, and years of time of development before a satisfactory result can be achieved.

This case series present four patients, who were suffered from chest discomfort due to various underlying disease improved by korean traditional herbal medicine Haewoolhwajoongtang. Four patients in this study with chest discomfort due to various underlying disease in terms of the Western Medicine. But these four patients all have chest discomfort worsened at night caused by 'Yure(鬱熱)'. We treated this four patient by korean herbal medicine Haewoolhwajoong-tang. After treatment, their chief complains that chest discomfort was almost reduced. These result suggests that Haewoolhwajoong-tang was effective on chest discomfort caused by 'Yure(鬱熱)'.

To minimize a negative cognition of the game, recently the game industry has been researched of serious games such as medical game, tutoring game, advertisement and game training simulation game. The development and method of those serious games is far less formalized than other software development and is still in the beginning stages. We will define three types of advertisement games in the paper and propose a serious game development method which is based on traditional activities culture. Also we will explain element technologies and process for developing a serious game and apply a suggested method to YOOT games which is a typical Korea traditional game among several games.

With the development of display hardware, image interpolation techniques have been used in various fields such as image zooming and medical imaging. Traditional image interpolation methods, such as bi-linear interpolation, bi-cubic interpolation and edge direction-based interpolation, perform interpolation in the spatial domain. Recently, interpolation techniques in the discrete cosine transform or wavelet domain are also proposed. Using these various existing interpolation methods and machine learning, we propose decision tree classification-based image interpolation methods. In other words, this paper is about the method of adaptively applying various existing interpolation methods, not the interpolation method itself. To obtain the decision model, we used Weka's J48 library with the C4.5 decision tree algorithm. The proposed method first constructs attribute set and select classes that means interpolation methods for classification model. And after training, interpolation is performed using different interpolation methods according to attributes characteristics. Simulation results show that the proposed method yields reasonable performance.

In recent years, virtual reality (VR) technology has been widely used in many industrial fields, especially in the fields of medical treatment, games, film and television, to improve the interaction between medical teaching and practical treatment. On the gaming side, the production of virtual reality gaming screens and scenes became increasingly popular, greatly expanding the form of the visual experience. But VR is no longer confined to the health care, education and entertainment industries. During this time, the news media industry has also begun to integrate virtual reality into interviews and user interactions. This study aims to analyze the development of VR technology from the perspectives of immersive VR news experience, real reporting, and prospects, and analyze and think about the interactive participation of media users, the transformation of traditional media, and the upgrading of practitioners' roles.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to present effect of transtherapy which is treatment of Korean Medicine to acne scar patients. Methods: We used transtherapy to moderate and severe acne scar patients and evaluated by a Photo evaluation with 10-point score and Qualitative Global Acne Scarring Grading System. Results: After transtherapy treatment, mean of Qualitative Global Acne Scarring Grading System of patients changed from $3.5{\pm}0.71$ to $1.5{\pm}0.71$. Acne scar showed an improvement at least 8 up to 9 and mean of their acne scar improvement scores was $8.33{\pm}0.52$ on photo evaluation with 10-point score. Conclusions: This paper shows that transtherapy in the treatment of moderate to severe acne scars is beneficial for promoting skin regeneration.
