한국(韓國) 전통(傳統) 묵(墨)의 제조법(製造法)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Technique of Manufacturing Korean Traditional Ink Sticks)

  • 본 연구는 전통(傳統) 제묵법(製墨法)의 부원(復元)을 위한 묵(墨)의 제조법(製造法)에 관하여 고구(考究)한 것으로, 그 주요 내용(內容)은 다음과 같다. (1) 묵(墨)은 탄분(炭粉)(그을음)과 아교(阿膠)를 섞어서 고체(固體)로 제조한 묵괴(墨塊)로 송연묵(松烟墨)과 유연묵(油煙墨)으로 구분된다. (2) 송연묵(松烟墨)은 소나무를 태운 탄분(炭粉)에, 유연묵(油煙墨)은 식물성이나 동물성 및 광물성의 기름을 태운 탄분(炭粉)에 아교를 섞어서 고체로 굳힌 묵(墨)이다. (3) 우리나라 전통(傳統)의 제묵법(製墨法)은 여러 문헌기록(文獻記錄)으로 전래되고 있으며 오늘날 전통(傳統)의 제묵법(製墨法)은 단절(斷絶)되어 더 이상 계승(繼承)되지 않고 있으나, 현대에 들어서 관심있는 묵장(墨匠)들에 의해 전통적(傳統的)인 제묵법(製墨法)이 부원(復元)되고 있다.

  • In order to preserve the Korean traditional gold foil, to develop as Korean traditional textile art by utilizing in modem fashion for textile industry, and to examine utility of the material which can be used in the modem wearing, interior goods and fashion terms, Textiles Applied Korean Traditional Gold Foil were developed. The results are as follows: First, important factors of the gold foil image should be extracted as materials quality, color and pattern, and modem and practical qualities should be proceeded when developing the image of the gold foil into modem quality material. Second, since gloss of fabric developed by a traditional method is somewhat strong, uniformity being a little bit low for hand-made manufacturing, and practical quality is low for high cost, deletion of the gold foil, etc. So it hasn't been appropriate for studying modem fashion material. Third, Jacquard weave has been examined as the most appropriate method in order to present the gold foil image among a number of textile manufacturing techniques Fourth, considering factors deciding the image of the gold foil and a sense of beauty of modem society, gloss of the foil has been lessened by expressing pattern to lower traditional quality and primary color. Fifth, pattern motives of developed materials have been extracted tram traditional gold foil patterns, and materials have been chosen considering of concepts and motives, and dragon pattern, crane pattern and bat pattern, Sixth, wearing, pin-up works, bed linen, fabrics for chairs, ties, bags, shoes, umbrellas, etc. are produced with the developed materials, and practical use and modern quality have been examined. The result is very satisfactory.

  • Workpiece materials may be relatively easy to machine by traditional methods but workpiece geometry also may be a constraint. Many shapes that are geometrically difficult to handle conventionally may be candidates for nontraditional processes. Nontraditional processes provide new opportunities for product design innovation and productivity improvements. Difficult-to-machine materials of geometric shapes difficult o produce with traditional equipment and tooling, may often be easily and cost effectively machined using nontraditional processes. Notraditional machining processes are relative newcomers o the manufacturing arena. Nontraditional chemical solutions, or even electrolytic current as the working medium rather than a conventional cutting tool or abrasive to remove or shape materials.

  • Modern Japan has been known as the country manufacturing Shin-gosen that denotes Japanese synthetic fiber. Japan has long traditon of weaving and dyeing of local traditional Textiles. Japanese traditional weaving and dyeing methods have been handed down through hundred years and various type of textiles have been fabricated in different regions. Japanese modern worldly famous fashion designers are recognized by using the Japanese traditional textiles. Traditional textiles of Japan are inherited in the present age and become the source of inspiration for modern Japanese fashion designers. This research investigated the originality and modernity of 10 kinds of main Japanese traditional textiles by design servey, 5kinds of weaving methods and 5kinds of dyeing methods. The 5kinds weaving methods include Kasuri, Shima, Cizimi, Zohu, Chumugi and 5kinds dyeing methods include Izome, Katazome, Tuzukaki, Uzen, Shibori dyeing.

  • The objective of this paper is to develop the flexible manufacturing system (FMS), which is cooperated with the automatic warehouse and inventory control under holonic manufacturing system (HMS). The HMS is a next wave of manufacturing revolution to deal with dynamic changing. The architecture of HMS is developed for cooperation system between the automatic warehouse agents and the manufacturing agents. This research applies the concept of HMS to develop a distributed control system for automatic warehouse and FMS by industrial network. The parts of prototype manufacturing agents consist of the conveyer system and 3-axises robot that provide the variety patterns in order to work as punch process. Each order of productions depends on the reorder points(RP) of inventory levels. The computation results indicate an improvement by comparing with traditional centralized control.

  • Traditional Manufacturing method is push system by plan made in advance and Japanese manufacturing method represented by JUST-IN-TIME is pull system which respond's to the demand flexibly. Both have their pros and cons. In general, it is well understood that push system is faster than pull system in the sense of manufacturing speed. However, pull system such as JIT excelles dramatically in the sense of work in process. Therefore, this paper is trying to put together to get alternative which has the advantage of both system. The objective of the paper is to enhance the effect of built-in manufacturing system without paying extra cost by way of introducing the alternative of the pull-push manufacturing strategic operational method.

  • In the automated manufacturing systems, the problem regarding how to make production activities flexible is even more important and critical than that regarding how to product large quantities, and the more flexible, if possible, the manufacturing system is, the more competitiveness and profitable factors it gets. This research, therefore, concentrated on establishing the flexibility and evaluating performance on the manufacturing system, operational flexibility is considered because of enabling the manufacturing system to get both the improvement of production rate and the adaptive ability of environment changes. For it, we used the analytical tool, GSPNs, which is a kind of timed Petri-Nets. GSPNs is competent enough to consider practical situations just like operation priorities, machine failure, randomness, concurrency and so on. Through the GSPNs analysis, it is confirmed that in the manufacturing system with operational flexibility is compatible with the traditional performances such as production rate or mean waiting time.

  • Additive manufacturing is converting a digitally designed object into a tangible three dimensional solid using an additive process where materials are applied in successive layers with no or very limited material waste. It can be distinguished form traditional manufacturing which begins with a fixed amount of raw material and removes excess to arrive at the final product. Generally there are five stages to the additive manufacturing supply chain, namely materials, systems, software, application design and production. In this paper, recent market trends and technology about additive manufacturing based on supply chain are analyzed and reviewed.

간장의 제조방법에 따른 품질 특성 비교 연구 (Quality Characteristics of Soy Sauces by Various Manufacturing Methods)

  • 본 연구는 재래간장, 양조간장 및 산분해간장 등 제조방법에 따른 색도, 유리당 및 유리아마노산 함량 등의 품질특성을 비교하였다. 실험결과, 명도를 나타내는 L값의 경우, 산분해 간장 및 양조 간장이 재래 간장보다 낮은 값을 나타내었고, 재래 간장의 경우 제조 후 시간이 지날수록 L 값이 높아졌다. 또한, 재래 간장의 단맛 함량이 개량식 간장보다 비교적 높은 경향을 보였으며, 재래 간장의 경우 제조 후 시간이 지날수록 함량이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 쓴맛의 지표가 되는 아미노산 총 함량의 경우, 제조 후 시간과는 큰 차이가 없었으며 산분해 간장이 다른 간장보다 높은 함량을 나타내었다. 감칠맛과 가호성에 중요한 역할을 한다고 알려져 있는 glutamic acid의 함량은 양조 간장이 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었고, 산분해간장, 제조 2년 후 재래 간장, 제조 당해 재래 간장의 순으로 나타났다. 개량식 간장이 재래 간장보다 glutamic acid 함량이 높았으며, 재래 간장에서는 제조 후 시간이 지날수록 glutamic acid 함량이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. GABA는 재래 간장보다 개량식 간장에 더 많이 함유되어 있었고, 재래 간장의 경우 숙성기간이 길어질수록 그 함량이 증가하였다.
