퍼지셋 질적 비교 분석(fsQCA)을 활용한 관광지 거주민들의 삶의 질 저하에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Using Fuzzy Set-Quality Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to Explore the Factors Influencing on the Hindrance to Tourist Resident's Quality of Life )

  • 도시 관광객의 과잉 증가로 인해 낙후된 구도심 지역이 활성화되면서 임대료 상승으로 기존 거주민이 내몰리는 젠트리피케이션(gentrification)과, 주거지역의 관광지화로인한 거주민의 이주현상을 의미하는 투어리스티피케이션(touristification)은 최근 전 세계적인 문제로 지적되고 있다. 한국에서도 제주도와 북촌한옥마을 등에서 오버 투어리즘으로 인한 환경오염, 지가 및 임대료 상승, 공동체 문화 약화와 같은 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 현상은 거주민들의 삶의 질을 저해함으로써 심각한 사회문제로 대두되고 있으며, 이에 대한 해결방안으로써 스마트 관광 도시가 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2015년부터 스마트 시티 시범 도시로 선정되어온 부산시의 거주민들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 퍼지셋 질적 비교 분석(fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis)을 통해 관광 개발에 따른 경제적 이익, 사회적 비용, 환경적 지속성, 문화적 혜택, 기술적 영향이 거주민 삶의 질 저하에 미치는 복합적인 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 총 세 가지의 거주민 삶의 질 저하 패턴이 도출되었다. 관광 개발로 인한 사회적 비용이 크다고 느낄 경우 거주민들은 필수적 혜택(기술·경제적 혜택)(패턴 1)이나 부차적 혜택(환경·문화적 혜택)(패턴 2)을 크게 인식하더라도 삶의 질이 저하된다고 느끼는 것으로 나타났으며, 관광 개발로 인해 어떤 혜택도 전혀 인식하지 못하는 모습을 보이기도 하였다(패턴 3).

  • 동대문운동장은 1926년 일제에 의해 건축된 우리나라의 대표적인 근대 공설운동장으로, 수많은 스포츠와 문화행사가 개최되어 한국의 스포츠 산실로서의 상징성과 문화역사성이 담겨진 공간이었다. 그러나 1990년대 들어와 시설의 노후로 기능이 축소됐고, 2005년 청계천이 복원되면서 주변 노점상들을 위한 풍물시장과 주차장이 설치돼 운동장으로서의 기능을 상실하였다. 서울시는 동대문시장과 그 일대를 디자인 패션 중심 관광 클라스터로 개발한다는 계획 하에 2008년 운동장을 철거하였다. 본 연구에서는 동대문운동장을 사례로 서울시의 근대문화유적의 철거와 지역개발을 포함하는 자본주의 경관 재구조화의 이면에 담겨져 있는 의미를 살펴보고 이를 통해 현재 남아있는 근대문화유적에 대한 보존 또는 철거 정책, 그리고 경관 관리와 관련하여 시사점을 찾아보고자 하였다.

주민인식을 통한 강원도 자연휴양림 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 -지역주민 인식중심으로- (Recognition of Residents in Gangwon-do Natural Forest Revitalization Study -Focusing on Community Awareness-)

  • 본 연구는 자연휴양림이 인접마을 지역경제에 미치는 영향에 대한 주민 인식을 조사 분석하여 휴양림이 나가야 할 발전방안을 이끌어 내는데 본 연구의 목적을 두었다 연구지역은 강원도 내 국립자연휴양림으로 한정하고, 이들 휴양림에 인접한 지역 마을 12곳을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS. 12.0를 이용하여 빈도, 교차, t-test, ANOVA 분석 실행하였다. 연구의 결과 자연휴양림으로 인한 소득증대와 고용효과를 묻는 질문에 세 지역 모두에서 소득증대와 고용창출에 기여하지 못했다고 응답하였다. 모든 지역에서 휴양림이 인접지역마을의 인지도 영향 향상에 도움이 안됐다고 인식 있었고 휴양림 인접마을에서 이용된 주요시설로 관광지, 숙박시설, 농산물 등의 순으로 꼽았으며 이용시설만족도에서는 모든 지역에서 만족도가 낮았으며 불만족 이유로 낮은 상품가치와 마을소개부족, 특산물부족과 낙후된 도로 등을 지적했다. 결론에서는 도출된 연구결과를 중심으로 발전방안을 제시 하였다.

  • General American English(=A.E.) has conservative elements as well as progressive elements. A.E. and B.E. are languages which have more similarities than differances. In this paper.   • AS the number of tourist has been increased. hotel industry will be able to not be existed and developed if not adapted to the need of customer's which is changed according to the change of Hotel's function. Traditionally. F&B department is enlarged compared to the past. But. it cause negative result in terms of clear profit. A menu is a marketing tool which delivers restaurant's image aid message to customers and communicate need and wants to restaurant. So far, studies on menu have been done in an analytical way from a management's viewpoint and inadequate to reflect customer's need and wants. A research on customer's menu selection procedure is critical to satisfying their needs and wants yield profit. This study examined the theories on menu-design and customer behavior through literature review and verified hypotheses through an empirical analysis. A questionnaire-survey had been used in luxury hotel's main grills and all most restaurants in Seoul. Collected data were analyzed. using SPSS/PC+ package. The important findings are as follows. In this study is to examine the factors that have an influence on customer's menu selection. The factors affected the customers' menu selection of hotel restaurant in the four factors. Four factors are hotel's restaurant of environmental factor. menu-choice factor. value of menu items, information. Correction between the evaluation criteria and selection of menu was examined. All four evaluation criteria, menu-choice factor was found to be most strongly collected with selection of menu. In conclusion, As a study on the Customer' menu Selection Behavior factor of Restaurant Menus in Hotels, It raises to exert us in the menu management of hotel restaurant.

관광객의 공연체험 특성 -문화콘텐츠'난타'를 중심으로- (Tourist Experiences Characteristics on Performance Arts -Focus on JeJu 'Nanta' as Cultural Contents-)

  • 제주는 아름다운 경관을 자랑하는 섬이지만, 상대적으로 사회문화적 매력성은 덜 주목받아왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 제주 목적지의 대안적인 매력성 발굴을 위한 것으로, 파인과 길모어(Pine & Gilmore)의 체험경제이론을 공연예술 체험에 적용하는 것과, 공연의 체험요소, 체험만족, 그리고 공연 충성도간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 위해, 이론적 고찰과 실증분석을 병행하였다. 280명의 비언어 코믹공연인 '난타'의 관람객을 대상으로 공연 체험, 체험 만족, 공연 충성도를 설문조사 하여 본 연구에 활용하였다. 구조방정식을 이용하여 분석한 결과 4개의 체험요소(미의식, 엔터테인먼트, 교육, 일상탈출) 중에 엔터테인먼트만이 체험만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 한편, 체험만족은 공연 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 파인과 길모어(Pine & Gilmore)가 제시한 체험경제이론이 문화예술상품 소비로의 적용가능성을 보여준다.

A Study on Guidelines of Tourism Development in Korea and Japan

  • Fishing village is becoming the central base of fishing industry and it plays a major role. However, there is a decrement of marine resources and some difficulties with the deterioration of fishing industry management. In order to solve these problems, there should be some developments(e.g. fishing village toursim development) on various undergoing government and the private organization programs. Nevertheless, there are not guidelines for fishing village tourism development to utilize for practical business. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the current status and guidelines regarding the development of fishing village for coastal planner. The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of fishing village development works in Korea and Japan. The second purpose is to identifie success factors after analyzing individual success cases. Based on evidence from the literature and a dialogue with village leader, a literature review on extracting success cases for guidelines were selected according to criteria such as the degree of contribution to an increase in income of the fishing village, the degree of contribution to an increase in consumption of marine products using local natural resources, the number of tourists that visits the village. Finally we propose guidelines for future fishing village development projects. The guidelines based on the successful cases, as well as the major factors about the objectives and direction of fishing village tourism development, suggested as follows. 1)Plans for land use, 2)Development of tourist resources, 3)Plans for views, 4)Plans for resource protection, 5)Plans for operation and marketing.

어메니티자원 분석을 통한 비안도 어촌 마을 특화계획 (An Establishment Specialization the Planning of Fishing Villages in Biando via Analysing Amenity Resources)

  • The aim of this study is to establish the planning of Biando fishing village where can be well-known fishing villages in Korea. In order to have highlighted a tourist attractions, the identities of Biando fishing village were investigated natural resources, amenity resources, ecological resources and so on. Based on these resources, the planning of Biando fishing village considers to between community facilities and community spaces. To create the attractive fishing village, the study was underwent 5 process. The 5 process is followed as; 1) Choose the planning site 2) Literature review 3) Fields survey 4) Site Analysis 5) Spatial Planning. Through those results, Biando fishing village were classified 4 spaces. Each 4 spaces have got their own theme. The main focus of 4 spaces was associated with communicating between space and space, connecting between space and space. The first space theme was "Meeting the geese" and the main focus of planning was entry space creating. The second space theme was "Walking in the heaven" and the main focus of planning was ecological resource exploring space and relaxing space. The third space theme was "Secret of shingle beach" and the main focus of planning was leisure and experience space. Last space theme was "Falling into the sea" and the main focus of planning was trekking and leisure space.

Geo-Crowdsourcing Contributions for Cultural Mapping

  • Over the years, cultural mapping methods have been used in several applications and contexts, for diverse cultural assets and to create new conditions for the development of local and regional resources. These methods were inspired by the development of big urban centres and regions, which have been the great engine of cultural mapping growth. The main objectives of the present paper are to provide a literature review on cultural mapping methodologies and to develop exploratory research on crowdsource tools on creative tourism which were applied to one Portuguese municipality in 2017. The research was supported by the implementation and integration of geographic information systems (GIS) and web mapping, which will become part of the solution for the growth of less developed territories and to make more interactive tourist activities. Web mapping's contribution to enhance crowd participation was measured via analysis of 12 digital photos shared through crowdsourcing. The originality of this research lies in the attempt to develop a new model for creative tourism, trying to extend the implementation of Web Mapping crowdsourcing to deprived low density territories. Results show how public participation can be amplified for the tourism market by crowdsourcing tools. These tools look very promising since they can help several members of the public at different ages to contribute to territorial knowledge, engage in activities, and collaborate through digital tools. It is a step to fulfil the lack of studies in this subject and it contributes to the way we think about future studies.

IPA를 활용한 농촌다움에 대한 거주민의 인식 및 평가 - 고창군 지역 리더그룹을 중심으로 - (Residents' Perception and Evaluation of New Ruralism Using IPA - Focusing on the Regional Leader Group in Gochang-gun -)

  • This study measured the importance and satisfaction of the values related to 'New Ruralism' using the IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) technique by the rural leaders' group. In the result, the satisfaction value was evaluated lower in the importance of 'landscape and ecological resource conservation', 'settlement environment', and 'population' related items. On the other hand, the items of 'tourism resource management', 'landscape damage', and 'landscape and ecological resource conservation' showed high satisfaction. Therefore, the leaders' group of Gochang-gun perceived the importance of local tourism image, landscape damage prevention, settlement environment, and rural landscape in 'New Ruralism' management. However, the leaders' group valued lower in the items of population, ecological value and natural and historical tourist sites. This seems to be a characteristic of the leaders' group mainly engaged in agriculture. Through factor analysis, the six items excluded from the analysis were considered important factors in 'New Ruralism' in Gochang-gun through a review of previous studies. Still, the leaders' group of Gochang-gun did not recognize them as important items in the rural resource. However, these items will be able to contribute to the development of 'New Ruralism' in Gochang-gun, and it is necessary to improve the awareness of the leader group. Even if local governments or experts present an ideal goal for rural development, it is difficult to achieve the goals if there is a difference from the perception of residents. Therefore, it is important to understand the perception of 'New Ruralism' of the leaders' group who plays an important role in regional development projects.
