협력적 관광개발을 위한 이해집단 분석틀 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Stakeholder Analysis Framework for Collaborative Tourism development)

  • 오늘날 관광이 개발전략으로써 각광을 받고 있지만, 그 결과는 개발과 관련된 이해집단을 어떻게 관리하느냐에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 어떻게 효율적으로 이해집단들을 관리하는지의 문제가 최근의 연구관심사가 되고 있다. 조직이론으로부터 시작된 협력이론은 이러한 문제에 대한 하나의 대안을 제시하기는 했지만, 이해집단들 사이의 역학관계를 충분히 고려하지 않은 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 관점에서 크게 다음 두 가지의 연구목적을 가지고 있다. 첫째, 관광개발의 맥락에서 협력이론을 비판적으로 분석하고, 그 한계를 보완하기 위하여 이해집단 분석틀의 필요성을 밝혀내는 것이며, 둘째 이러한 이해집단 분석틀의 모델을 제시하는 것이다. 본 논문에서 연구자는 이익, 관점, 권력자원, 관여도, 영향력, 정당성의 여섯 가지 요인으로 구성된 이해집단분석틀을 제시하였는데, 이러한 분석틀은 이해집단 파악, 이해집단 분석, 이해집단 관리전략 설정의 3단계로 설정된다. 본 논문에서 제시된 이해집단 분석틀은 협력적인 관광개발을 좀 더 효율적으로 이끌어내는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

관광 자원으로서 전통 음식의 매력성에 따른 구매 의사에 관한 연구 (Study on the Purchase Intention for Traditional Food according to the Attractiveness of Traditional Food as a Tourism Resource)

  • The present study, we purposed to surveyed how much Korean natives' valuation of value traditional food as a tourism resource and their perception of traditional food, and to measured the attractiveness and potential of traditional food. For this purpose, we reviewed previously published studies research on traditional food and tourism resources, and conducted a questionnaire survey of urban citizens in Seoul on traditional food. Three hundred distributing 300 questionnaires were distributed and recovering 242 of them were returned. In this study, SPSS for Windows 16.0 was used for empirical analysis and the subjects' demographical characteristics were analyzed through frequency analysis. In addition, reliability analysis were performed to test the overall reliability of the empirical survey and collected data. Factor analysis was conducted to integrate variables, and the effect of the attractiveness of traditional food on purchase intention for traditional food was tested through multiple and simple regression analysis. Inquiring By surveying into the attractiveness of traditional food as a tourism resource, this study attempted to formulate a causal relation model among major variables, and examined the effects of the attractiveness of traditional food as a tourism resource on purchase intension based on Korean natives’ perception of and attitude toward traditional food, which is a Korean cultural heritage. Furthermore, and furthermore, made we provided suggestions for the improvement and development of traditional food.

강원도 관광공예품 육성방안에 관한 연구 (A study for promoting tourism craftwork of Kangwondo)

  • 강원도는 인문, 지리적 특성이 대규모의 공단 조성을 어렵게 하기 때문에 일찍부터 다른 지역과 차별성 있는 자원인 수려한 자연을 이용한 관광산업에 지역정책의 초점을 맞추어 왔다. 더구나 지자제 실시 이후, 강원도는 타도에 비해 우위에 있는 천연의 관광자원을 이용하여 지역개발을 하겠다는 목표를 추구하기 위해 여러 가지 방안들을 계획하여 시도하고 있다. 본 연구는 강원도 지역정책인 관광산업의 일환으로 그 지역의 정서나 특징을 나타낼 수 있는 관광공예품을 개발하기 위해 강원도 관광공예품에 나타난 문제점을 인식하여 현재 강원도에서 관광공예품을 생산하는 업체와 이들 업체가 생산하는 관광공예품에 대하여 알아보고 그 육성방안을 모색해 보았다.

관광목적지로서의 농촌관광마을의 경쟁력 평가지표 개발 (Indicators of the Destination Competitiveness of Rural Tourism Township in Korea)

  • Competitiveness has been associated in the tourism literature as a crucial factor for the success of tourist destinations. This study is to develop indicators that measure destination competitiveness of rural tourism townships in Korea. It was conducted via a Delphi technique and the analytical hierarchy process method. After four rounds of discussions, the panel members reached consensus on a set of 27 indicators with three dimensions which are attractor (resource, infrastructure, and tourism products), assistance (tourism business assistance and value-added processing assistance), and planning and management (planning for development, capacity for management). This set of destination competitiveness indicators can serve as a starting point for devising a set of indicators at the local level in order to be useful rural tourism sector manager and administrators. The selected indicators are measurable, demand driven and practical to show the real performance in rural destination.

경기 북부지역의 관광자원으로서 향토음식에 대한 고찰 (A Report on Utilizing Local Food as Tourism Resource of Northern Gyong-gi Province)

  • Gyong-gi province has been the political, social, economical center of Korea since the three Kingdom period, Koryo, Chosun dynasty. As a result, the area enjoys abundant local food culture. However, due to the truce line going through the province, it was divided into northern and southern region. Development of the northern Gyong-gi province has been restricted because of security and defence reasons. So, even though it has kept abundant local food heritage compared to other regions. local food products have not been fully developed. Furthermore, as bed towns of Seoul and new towns are constructed in this region, traditional and local culture has been vanished gradually and the regional uniqueness is disappearing. This report focuses on identifying unique local foods of northern Gyong-gj province where tourist site development is limited and finding out how to utilize these as international tourism resource in the 21$\^$th/ century, the era of reunified Korea. Now, we need to seek ways to overcome the current difficulties and utilize the heritage of food culture and develop It in a form that suits the taste of modern consumers.

농촌어메니티 및 도시수요를 고려한 그린투어리즘 잠재력 평가기법 개발 (Development of Green-Tourism Potential Evaluation Method Considering Rural Amenity and Demand of Citizen)

  • The objectives of this study are to develop a green tourism potential evaluation method with rural amenity and demand of citizen. The new index which was named GPD(green tourism potential degree) is designed to propose the green tourism potential of rural areas using spatial analysis of geographic information system and spatial interaction of gravity model. And in order to evaluate the green tourism potential with supply side and demand side, two indices were defined; One is green tourism demand degree(GDD) which is developed to quantify a demand side potential by the analysis of urban population and urbanization index, and the other is green tourism attraction degree(GAD) which is developed to quantify a supply side potential by the analysis of rural amenity values using AHP algorithm, based on opinion of related experts. The developed method was applied to a part of Kyounggi province, Seoul and Incheon. All the study area's GAD, GDD and GPD were assessed and the proposed green tourism potential evaluation method could be used in developing rural development plans and green tourism policies considering spatial interaction with citizen and green tourism resources.

AHP 기법을 적용한 제주지역 친수공간 자원화방안 요인의 중요도 분석 (Priority Analysis for Resource Development of Waterfront in Jeju Region - Using AHP method)

  • Recently, in the context of increased interest for marine tourism, Jeju region of South Korea has attractive waterfront space and also has potential requirements for development. The objective of this paper was to analyze the priority for resource development of waterfront in Jeju region. In order to calculate the importance of factors related to the development of waterfront in Jeju area, this study conducted exploratory factor analysis to extract the factors and established the AHP model based on the factors name focusing on a total of 198 tourists. In this study, in accordance with the procedures of AHP analysis, pairwise comparisons were conducted focusing on a total of 15 experts. Especially, difference test between groups (academics and bureaucratic) was conducted. In the 1st criterion for evaluation, 'exploring experience' factor is most important thing and 'facilities & infrastructure' factors were in the following order. In the secondary criterion, AHP analysis showed that experience facilities, environmental management, and absence of residents consciousness were the important factors. In the future time, the results of this research can be utilized as basic data in the aspects of tourism development in Jeju waterfront region.

공정관광 운영자의 인식과 공정관광 운영 현황 분석 - 심층면접을 통한 영역분석을 중심으로 - (A Qualitative Study on Responsible Tour Operators' Perception and Operation Status)

  • Responsible tourism attracting worldwide attention has supported local economy and community development as a type of alternative tourism. This study explored the perception toward fairness in tourism and operation status of responsible tour operators in South Korea by conducting in-depth interviews with probe questions. Ten responsible tour operators were interviewed with a semi-structured interview questionnaire for one upto two hours. From the interview data, six themes were identified as difficulties of responsible tour operators: lack of manpower, advertising and promotion, absence of marketing strategy, regulation, lack of budget and lack of recognition of responsible tourism. As government support identified through the interviews, there are the followings seven themes: a low entry barrier market, investment in human resources, resource utilization, community-based policies, connection with local produce, community support and connection system of responsible travel agencies with intermediate support organizations at a local level, The findings of this paper implicate the underlying subject of responsible tourism from a tour operators' perspective.

AHP를 활용한 해양관광지개발지표 중요도 연구 (A Study of the Development of Marine Tourism Destination Indicators Importance which Applies AHP)

  • 본 연구는 보전중심적 해양관광지개발계획 수립을 위한 개발 방향 및 자원 시설개발의 기준설정을 위한 기초자료자로서, 해양관광지개발계획에서 필요한 계획지표의 도출과 지표의 우선순위 등에 대한 고려를 통해 보전 중심적 해양관광지 개발에 활용하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 해양관광지개발지표의 세부기준이자 대안인 4개 측면에 대한 분석결과는 환경적 측면, 사회문화적 측면, 관리운영적 측면, 경제적 측면 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 지역의 자연환경에 대한 고려 없이 시설위주의 무분별한 계획으로 인해 지역문화 및 환경훼손으로 인해 지역발전보다는 저해요소로 작용되는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 대안으로 환경적 측면이 중요하게 인식된 것으로 판단된다. 또한 대안의 세부요소이자 세부대안인 13개 항목의 중요도 및 우선순위 결과를 살펴보면, 자원사용지속성, 주변환경개선, 수용력, 문화보전 및 전승, 삶의 질 향상, 자원이응안정성, 관광지품질관리, 주민역량강화, 주민소득향상, 홍보마케팅, 공공부문역할, 지역산업증대, 고용창출 순으로 나타났다. 단순히 자연환경을 훼손하지 않는 차원의 환경적 측면을 고려한 개발보다는 지역의 전반적인 자원을 최대한 보전하면서 하드웨어 중심의 계획보다는 소프트웨어 중심적 계획이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
