본 연구에서는 의료관광의 서비스청사진과 AHP분석기법을 적용하여 서비스 품질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 서비스 청사진은 서비스 전달 시스템에서 발생 가능한 실패 요인을 식별하기 위해 널리 이용되고 있으며, AHP분석은 다 기준 의사결정 과정에서 상대적 중요성을 평가하는 유익한 방법으로 인정받고 있다. 중국 의료관광객 입장에서 경험 가능한 위험을 이해하고, 이에 대한 개선 과정에서의 우선순위를 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 다음의 연구과정을 수행하였다. 첫 번째 단계에서 한국의 의료관광에 대한 기존 문헌을 조사하고, 서비스 청사진을 작성하였다. 두 번째 단계에서는 중국 환자들에게 서비스를 제공하는 과정을 경험한 전문가에게 제안된 서비스 청사진에 대해 검토를 요청하였다. 세 번째 단계에서는 검토된 서비스 청사진에서 발생 가능한 실수가능점을 추출하여, 이에 대한 우선순위를 파악하고자 하였다. 이 과정에서 중국 환자들이 느끼는 상대적 중요성을 추측할 수 있는 전문가를 대상으로 한 AHP방법이 적용되었다. 하위의 세부항목이 존재하는 4개의 단계(도착 및 환영, 입원과정, 치료 및 수술 과정, 회복 및 퇴원과정)에 대한 분석결과에서는, 치료 및 수술 과정이 입원과정 단계와 함께 중국 환자의 신뢰를 향상시킬 수 있는 중요한 과정이라는 것을 보여준다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 서비스의 실패 방지를 위해 하위의 16가지 기준 사이에서 개선되어야 할 우선순위를 제안하고자 한다.

The current rural conditions are undergoing the change from the past production-intensive structure to an integral and complex one of producing, processing, selling, touring and lodging owing to the changes of life-style, consumption trend and social environments. The rural area is developing into a community of rural tourism villages to grow into one management system along with the assistance of the government's various supporting projects. Through this, the rural designing has got to play a significant role as one of the factors of the enhancement of competitiveness and the increase of income. Therefore, those previous studies on the variety and possibility of rural development are being employed for the researches which are to develop techniques of branding, marketing and packaging. In particular, the researches for VI (Village Identity), BI (Brand Identity) and designs of landscaping, packaging of agricultural specialties and display stores, which definitely shows that the importance of rural designing, is being paid a lot more attention to. Thus, this study has verified the site commercialization and its effect by developing some practical designing with the focus of package design at rural tourism villages. The Okgye Village in Yoncheon was selected for study subject based on the result of status investigation. This study has analyzed such problems as lack of village identity, non-description of items and their indispensible marks which were seen their designs of village and packaging. The colors of major items and the village image being substituted into the image scale of IRI color were estimated so that the appropriate colors might be selected, along with which the shapes of major items were decided to be motif for the village symbol and design to be created. The designs of such major items as grains, greens and sauces were created with the consideration of the easiness of loading, the continuity of using and the aesthetics. For grains, those outer boxes which are possible for set-packaging and small-sized packaging have been developed. For greens were developed the boxes with the structure of the permeability for the persisten't quality as well as the possibility for packaging small amount. In case of sauces, those outer-boxes equipped with fixing tray were made with the transport-convenience taken into consideration. The sticker-label designs for all those three were also developed which stand for the village identity and are conveniently used in each farm family. When this development was applied at the sites, it was found that the satisfaction and reliability of consumers as well as the satisfaction of farmers were raised along with the increase by more than 30% after the improvement.

본 연구의 목적은 음식관광 체험유형이 상품구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고, 또한 상품구매의도가 방문만족에 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 검증을 하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 대구음식관광박람회를 방문한 관광객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS v. 20.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 음식관광 체험유형 하위변수 중 미식추구형, 지식추구형, 힐링추구형은 상품구매의도에 대하여 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었고, 관계추구형은 종속변수인 상품구매의도에 대하여 아무런 영향관계가 없는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 상품구매의도는 방문만족에 대하여 유의한 정(+)의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 음식관광객들은 음식관광 체험을 하면서 미식이라는 기본적 부분과 지식과 힐링 부분을 신경쓰면서 음식 관광을 한다. 또한 음식관광객들은 관계추구형에 있어서는 긍정적인 반응을 나타내지 못했다. 이는 음식관광객들을 위해 지역을 방문 시 프로그램이나 제도 등을 갖추어진 프로그램으로 계속해서 개발하고 개선해서 재방문을 할 수 있도록 노력하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, the importance of personalized healthcare(wellness) services is increasing in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. However, the authoring of wellness contents fused with variety of contents and the study of the system which provides the customized recommendation are insufficient. In this paper, we proposes the recommendation service system for the customized convergence wellness contents. The proposed system makes to the wellness contents by the existing cultural/tourism/leisure contents and recommends the customized wellness contents based on a user's profile and the situation information such as location and weather. The proposed systems is expected to contribute to designing the innovative and new service models for the tailored wellness content.

The object of this study was to investigate the effect of food material supply system on productivity in institutional foodservice. This study was examined by food service companies were enlisted under the influence of domestic enterprises, which used central supply system for the central kitchen operation and efficiency food material circulation system. The main result of this study was as follow: According to the analysis of these data, enlargement of efficiency in food utilization was placed at rising of utilization Processing food materials. And resulted in good expectations such as competitive strengthening, quality capacity strengthening and improvement in sanitary conditions from a productivity point of view.

This paper proposes a prosodic representation system of the Kyungnam dialect of Korean, based on the ToBI system. In this system, diverse intonation patterns are transcribed on the four parallel tiers: a tone tier, a break index tier, an orthographic tier, and a miscellaneous tier. The tone tier employs pitch accents, phrase accents, and boundary tones marked with diacritics in order to represent various pitch events. The break index tier uses five break indices, numbered from 0 to 4, in order to represent degrees of connectiveness in speech by associating each inter-word position with a break index. In this, each break index represents a boundary of some kind of constituent. This system can contribute not only to a more detailed theory connecting prosody, syntax, and intonation, but also to current text-to-speech synthesis approaches, speech recognition, and other quantitative computational modellings.

Recently, there has been a lot of interest in the game industry, which has become more spotlighted due to the beginning of the metaverse, and the industry is gradually expanding and developing. However, workforces leading the game industry are increasingly complaining of fatigue due to the COVID-19 situation. Also, as the situation crosses online and offline at the same time, a 52-hour workweek is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, this study sought to conduct research on the acceptance of a 52-hour workweek system according to the characteristics of the game industry. This study proposed various research questions and presented academic and practical implications by verifying them.

본 연구의 목적은 소셜네트워크서비스 주제에 관한 연구동향을 조사하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 웹오브사이언스 데이터베이스에서 제목에 'Social Network Service(SNS)'를 포함하는 1994년부터 2016년까지 출판된 논문 초록 308편을 분석 하였다. 본 연구에서는 텍스트마이닝 기법 중에서 최근 많이 적용되는 토픽모델링기법을 활용하였다. 토픽모델링 분석결과 20개의 토픽(신뢰, 지지, 만족 모델, 조직 지배구조, 모바일 시스템, 인터넷 마케팅, 대학생 효과, 의견 확산, 고객, 정보보호, 건강관리, 웹 협업, 방법, 학습 효과, 지식, 개인 이론, 아동 지지, 알고리즘, 미디어 참여, 문맥 시스템)이 도출되었다. 또한 시계열회귀분석 결과 모든 토픽은 상승 추세로 나타났다.

본 연구는 900MHz와 2.4GHz의 주파수 대역을 갖는 각각의 센서노드를 무선개인네트워크로 연결하여 불국사의 문화유산을 보호하기 위한 화재조기감지시스템을 구축한 결과에 기반을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 유비쿼터스 센서네트워크에 기반을 둔 문화재관리를 위한 요구사항을 분석하고, 문화재관리에서 필수적인 화재감시 및 조기탐지를 위해 적용한 U-불국사의 개발 사례를 제시한다. 이 사례는 U-불국사의 실현이라는 시간에 따라 변형 또는 훼손되는 각각의 유형문화재에 대한 정보를 실시간 온라인으로 입수하여 이를 토대로 과학적으로 문화재를 관리할 수 있는 시스템인 U-문화재관리와 이들 문화유산에 대한 정보를 현장에서 휴대 단말기로 제공해 주는 U-관광 프로젝트의 초기단계로서 수개월간의 시험운영하고 있는 것이다.
