방음벽의 유피관리 실태 및 개선방안에 관한 연구 (Actual Status and Improvement Method of Maintenance Management for Noise Barrier)

But. a maintenance management of noise barrier is not systematic. and the guideline of that is not prepared for maintenance manual. The situations of existed installation and management of noise barriers Installed at 3.619 positions were investigated by questionnarie and direct field survey. And comparisons with foreign management guideline of noise harrier were carried out. The results show that the improvement methods of maintenance management system such as practical checklist and required Items for management of noise barrier were suggested.

  • In the study, the noise involved on the active circuit is identified using correlation function. In order to figure out the unknown location of noise source, signals from each sections in the system are collected and the location is identified by a concept called "Noise Source SUI-face". Experiment is conducted to confirm the validity of the proposed method. Also a method to reduce and control the noise in the system signal by using Matrix Pencil Method is introduced. Experiment is attempted to prove that the total noise of system can be reduced by controlling the external noise.

  • 최근 환경 소음이 사회적인 문제로 대두되고 있는 가운데, 생활수준의 향상으로 저소음화에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같이 소음에 관한 일반인들의 관심이 높아지면서 생환주변에서 주요 소음원으로 지적되고 있는 회전기계, 특히 가전제품을 비롯한 유동관련 기계류의 소음을 낮추기 위한 노력이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 소평팬에 대한 연구에서는 음압 및 음향인텐시티를 이용하여 소음원을 해석하였다. 이때, 광센서를 이용한 축류형 팬의 동기화가 수행되어졌고, 팬 형상에서 정확한 소음원의 위치를 규명하기 위한 기록시간의 결정이 제안되어졌다. 소음 발생하는 위치를 규명하였고, 지향성 연구를 통하여 축류형 팬의 방사형태를 결정하였으며, 음의 흐름도를 가시화 하였다.

  • Fuel consumption of a modern combustion engine is significantly influenced by the mechanical friction losses. The reduction of the engine friction losses offers a remarkable potential in emission and fuel consumption reduction. The analysis of the engine friction distribution of modern engines shows that the piston and the cylinder have a high share at total engine friction. The present study uses PISDYN(by Ricardo) software to analyze the friction losses. The design parameters such as skirt profile, center of mass of the piston are shown to have key influences on the friction losses.

NCPX를 이용한 도로 표층 유형별 노면 소음 비교 연구 (A Study for Comparing Road Noise by Surface Types using NCPX)

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to study the noise reducing effect of Micro Surfacing by comparing general asphalt, longitudinal tining and Slurry Seal. METHODS : This study measures vehicles' noise of each section by the NCPX method that can measure noise between the road surface and the tire at the field. Total sound pressure and sound pressure level by the 1/3 octave band frequency are calculated through the field data of each section. Total sound pressure level is compared by ANOVA test statistically. After ANOVA test, post-hoc test is conducted to know mean difference of surface type by Tukey. RESULTS : As the result of CPB analysis to confirm sound pressure levels by frequency, it was shown that sound pressure levels by frequency are totally similar except for those of frequency bands between 100Hz and 500Hz. The result of ANOVA test and post-hoc test, it was shown that sections of surface type have a difference. The result of Micro Surfacing was lower 2~5dB(A) than other surface type. CONCLUSIONS : It is found that the noise reduction performance of Micro Surfacing was better than other surface type.

대형 변압기의 밀폐장치용 소음기 개발 (Development of a Silencer for an Acoustic Enclosure of a Large Transformer)

  • An acoustic total or partial enclosure is widely used to reduce the sound pressure level propagating from a noise source. However, the performance of the acoustic enclosure is decreased by its inherent limitations such as temperature rise or acoustic pressure build up inside the enclosed acoustic field. In general, a silencer is installed to overcome these limitations, for large amount of air can be exchanged through the silencers. In this reason, a parallel baffle type duct silencer with acoustic resonators is studied to reduce the transmitted noise from a transformer. In this silencer, the high frequency components of the transmitted noise over 360Hz are effectively absorbed by the parallel baffles and the other ones, 120 and 240 Hz, are reduced due to the presence of Helmholtz resonators. Large sound attenuation is achieved by applying the sound resonating barrier to the large transformers in a substation.

  • In this paper, noise sources of a planocentric gear reducer are identified by experimental mehod. This study consider a reduction method of a noise/vibration about the gear, axle, bearing and others. Namely, the purpose of this study is to reduce a noise/vibration for a stability of the total system. Form the data to be measured through an experimental method, the problems of the gear, axle, bearing and others are examined closely, and the reducer is derived the model to be the engineering. The mechanism of the problem occurrence is examined through a parametric research about an each influence factor(Load). Lastly, the results of this study propose the model to be improved.

  • A passenger vehicle has various and complicated transmission paths of sound and vibration. In order to identify the mechanism of transfer path, estimation of excitation force and exact modeling of transfer path are required. In this paper vector synthesis technique is employed to identify the characteristics of road noise and its transmission to vehicle compartment through noise and vibration analysis. Vibration reduction efficiency of each transfer path is evaluated by comparing individual vector components obtained virtual simulation. The degree of effect is used to estimate the contribution of vibration input components to total output. And in this paper presents a new technique based on simulation studies using vector synthesis diagram and design of experiments, by which the effects of magnitude and phase change of input paths can be predicted.

저소음 포장체의 소음저감 특성 (Noise Reduction Characteristic of Total Quiet Pavement System)

  • 급속한 경제성장은 대규모 도로건설 및 물류에 필요한 차량의 대형화 및 고속화를 유도하였으나, 이로 인해 발생하는 대기오염 및 자동차의 소음, 진동은 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 기층용 콘크리트 블록은 Helmholtz Resonators 이론을 접목시킴으로써 차량의 타이어 파열음과 차량음 등을 흡수하여 소음을 현저히 줄이는 기능을 보유하고 있어 접속도로, 아파트 단지내 도로, 주택가 도로 등 소음발생이 높은 지역에 적용한다면 소음저감에 대한 사회적 요구를 충족시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 2-layer 아스팔트포장과 기층용 콘크리트 블록의 복합식 공법으로 일반 콘크리트 블록과 기층용 콘크리트 블록의 흡음효과 시험을 실내 시험으로 실시하였다. 시험 조건으로는 홀 사이즈, 간격, 깊이가 결정된 시편에 각 차종별 초기소음을 다르게 주어 소음저감효과를 분석 하였다. 2-layer아스팔트 표층과 콘크리트블록을 이용하여 차량소음크기, 시편크기, 측정거리, 홀의 형상 및 크기에 따른 데이터를 분석한 결과 소음저감효과는 탁월했으며 약 4dB에서 최대 9dB 정도 감소시킨 것으로 나타났다.
