과체중 및 비만여성의 생식섭취가 체중감소 및 생화학적 영양상태에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Uncooked Powdered Food on the weight toss and the Biochemical Nutritional Status in Overweight and Obese Women)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of an uncooked powdered food(UPF) on the weight loss and changes of the biochemical nutritional status for 20 overweight and 26 obese women in Iksan area. We just replaced common breakfast and dinner of the subjects with UPF. Their dietary intake status was evaluated by 24-hour recall method. Also anthropometric and biochemical measurements before and after the UPF program were estimated. The intake of energy, lipid and protein decreased and the quality of meals improved as people started to take UPF. Due to the energy loss by taking UPF, weight and body fat decreased significantly. The percentage of the body fat was high among the weight lost, from which we judged that the process of losing weight was successful. It is hard to predict whether weight loss will occur to people who are already in shape or not, but if overweight and obesity people regularly take UPF instead of other food products, we assume that UPF will help lessening the body fat. The most positive change among biochemical changes by taking UPF was the decrease of serum lipid contents. When overweight and obesity women replaced two out of three meals with UPF for 3 month period, no significant nutritional problems occurred. It seems that the 12weeks of UPF program used in this study was effective in improving anthropometric indices without producing the deficiency of iron or other susceptible nutrients.

화학요법제 5-flurouracil의 조혈 및 면역독성 억제를 위한 조성물 개발 연구 (Inhibitive Effect of KH against Toxicity Induced by 5-Flurouracil(FU))

  • The objective on this study was to investigate effect of KH, which was composed of 9 kinds of oriental herbs tonifing the blood, against toxicity of 5-flurouracil(FU) through animal study. Reduction of WBC and platelet after treating S-FU was significantly recovered by KH. KH also rehabilitated immune gene expression of interleukin-2(IL2) and $Interferon-{\gamma}\;(IFN-{\gamma})$ by RT-PCR. In addition, in situ hybridization of spleen showed that KH treatment increased mRNA expression of IL2. In addition to the immune action, antitumor activity on 5-FU was not affected by KH treatment. In conclusion, our study demonstrated that KH alleviated damage of hematopoiesis system induced by f-FU without toss of antitumor activity.

  • 사람은 하루 7~8시간 잠자는 동안 20~30번 자세를 바꿈으로 해서 최적의 수면 활동을 유지하려 한다. 최적의 수면을 제공하기 위해서는 베개 내부에 코골이 습관은 물론이고 개인의 수면 패턴을 감지할 수 있는 Sensing시스템과 Sensor에서 출력되는 정보를 분석 가공하는 프로그램 및 정보를 제공하는 디스플레이 장치를 통해 파악된 각종 수면 데이터를 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 센싱 장치의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수면 중 인 사람의 뒤척임을 감지해 수면 패턴을 분석하고 분석된 자료를 바탕으로 수면 건강에 대한 적극적인 관리 할 수 있는 웰빙 베개를 개발하고자 한다.

Recycling of Spent Dry Batteries for Deflection Yoke Core Applications

  • Nomura Kohsan Corp. is producing oxides, such as ZnMn$_2$O$_4$, ZnFe$_2$O$_4$, and ZnO, by burning the used dry manganese cells and by sorting out the remnant materials. It is possible to use the recycled materials of the spent dry batteries as the raw materials of deflection yoke cores. Making hish roasting temperature in the recycling system has an effect in reduction of the impurities. As a result, the loss of the cores using the recycled materials is lower. When using the recycled materials, it is required to add Mg (OH)$_2$. ZnO, and Fe$_2$O$_3$in order to rectify the composition of the MnMgZn ferrite for deflection yoke core applications. Furthermore, in order to disappear ZnMn$_2$O$_4$in the formation, it is necessary to control at higher calcining temperatures. The MnMgZn ferrite of using the recycled materials becomes Toss equivalent to the conventional material. TDK Corp. is manufacturing the deflection yoke cores from 1996 using the material recycled from the spent dry batteries.

연속/액류방식에 의한 폴리에스테르 직물의 감량특성 (Properties of Alkali Hydrolyzed Polyester Fabric by CDR/Liquor-Flow Type)

  • In this study, Two types of polyester fabrics were hydrolysed with NaOH using the CDR m/c of pad-steam type and the Sofleena m/c of liquor-flow type to determine the alkali hydrolysis properties of polyester fabrics. The results were as follows: Under the same conditions, the weight loss of charmeuse was about 0.5% and 2~3% higher than that of pebble with CDR m/c and with Sofleena m/c, respectively. The weft density of pebble decreased about 14picks/inch with CDR m/c and 3picks/inch with Sofleena m/c comparing to the untreated sample at 18% of weight loss, while the weft density of charmeuse decreased about 5picks/inch with CDR m/c and 2picks/inch with Sofleena m/c at 20% of weight toss. K/S value decreased almost identically within about 11% weight loss of pebble and 8% of charmeuse processed with both CDR and Sofleena. However, in the above these weight losses, K/S value of the fabrics processed with Sofleena was higher than that of fabrics processed with CDR. The bending rigidity of warp direction of the fabrics ($2{\times}10^{-2}gf.cm^2 /cm$ higher for charmeuse and ($7{\times}10^{-3}gf.cm^2 /cm$ higher for pebble) processed with CDR m/c was higher than that of the fabrics processed with Sofleena m/c.

부분분사에 의하여 작동하는 축류형터빈의 성능예측에 관한 연구 (Performance Prediction on a Partially Admitted Single-Stage Axial-Type Turbine)

  • 축류형 터빈이 부분분사에 의하여 작동하는 경우에 성능을 예측하는 모델을 개발하였다. 부분분사에 의하여 작동하는 터빈에서 발생되어지는 손실을 windage 손실, 확산손실, 혼합손실로 분류하여 각각의 모델을 적용하여 효율을 예측하였으며 실험의 결과와 비교하였다. 타 모델과는 달리 세 가지의 손실을 모두 고려한 본 연구의 결과가 실험결과와 잘 일치하고 있음을 보였으며 부분 분사량을 변경한 경우에도 실험결과와 일치된 결과를 보였다. 본 연구의 예측모델은 부분분사 터빈의 성능을 예측하는데 적용 되어질 뿐만 아니라 높은 예측정확도를 보였다.

  • 한 조로 사용 되는 네 개의 윷가지의 크기와 모양이 같아서 각 윷가지의 등이 나올 확률이 같은 윷놀이를 생각한다. 윷놀이에서는 모나 윷이 나오면 한 번 더 던지는 규칙이 있으므로, 한 사람의 차례에서 윷을 던져 말이 가는 거리 X에 관심이 있게 된다. 따라서, 거리 X에 대한 확률질량함수를 구하고, 각 윷가락의 등이 나올 확률의 몇 개의 값에 대하여 확률을 표로 나타낸다. 또한, 거리 X의 기댓값, 분산, 왜도, 첨도를 구하며, 주어진 윷의 등의 확률의 몇 개 값에 대하여 값을 구하여 표로 나타낸다.

불도제의 신화를 이용한 유아용 텍스타일 디자인 (Textile Design for Baby using the myth of Buldoje)

  • This research aims to develop textile patterns using mythical motives based on Buldoje in the Jeju myth. this textile design is not only decoration effect by filling the space, but also plays the original role of a pattern by expressing its symbolic meaning. The research methods are as follows: 1) Using integral analysis on materials related to the myth of Jeju and Gime used in Buldoje Gut, where Halmangbonpuli story is performed to set formative elements for textile design and their meanings; 2) Designing motive by composing formative elements; 3) Coloring properly; and 4) Layout motives. Adobe CS5 (Photoshop, Illustrator) and TexPro, a design CAD program, were used for textile design. Motives were combined in a various ways. Two-directional, four-directional, set, rotating, toss layout techniques, which are frequently used in apparel design and able to reduce cloth use, were used in developing patterns. Coloring methods including tone-in-tone and Faux camaieu were used to deliver coherence and soft effects. Developed textile design symbolizes the desire for the conception of a child, birth, and health, so it is made on baby clothes. In doing so, the plan for development of a fashion-cultural product applying Jeju myth symbol is suggested.

머신러닝 기반의 안전도 데이터 필터링 모델 (Electrooculography Filtering Model Based on Machine Learning)

  • Customized services to a sleep induction for better sleepcare are more effective because of different satisfaction levels to users. The EOG data measured at the frontal lobe when a person blinks his eyes can be used as biometric data because it has different values for each person. The accuracy of measurement is degraded by a noise source, such as toss and turn. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the noisy data and remove them from normal EOG by filtering. There are low-pass filtering and high-pass filtering as filtering using a frequency band. However, since filtering within a frequency band range is also required for more effective performance, we propose a machine learning model for the filtering of EOG data in this paper as the second filtering method. In addition, optimal values of parameters such as the depth of the hidden layer, the number of nodes of the hidden layer, the activation function, and the dropout were found through experiments, to improve the performance of the machine learning filtering model, and the filtering performance of 95.7% was obtained. Eventually, it is expected that it can be used for effective user identification services by using filtering model for EOG data.

BIM 지원을 위한 IFC모델 호환성 검사 방법에 관한 기초 연구 (A Framework for the IFC Interoperability Test Method to Support BIM)

  • 거대해지고 복잡해진 건설프로젝트에서 건설 생애주기 동안 필요한 모든 정보를 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 BIM에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. BIM을 이용한 협업에서 정보의 교환과 공유는 이윤을 극대화할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. IAI에서는 건설프로젝트의 모든 참여자가 사용할 수 있는 표준 파일포맷으로 STEP기반의 IFC모델을 제시하고 있고 현재 $2{\times}3$버젼이 게시되어 있어서 이를 지원하는 BIM소프트웨어에서 IFC포맷으로 내보내거나 들여올 수 있다. 하지만 실험결과 IAI로부터 IFC호환성 인증을 받은 BIM소프트웨어들이라도 IFC포맷의 파일을 내보내거나 들여올 때 정보가 손실되거나 변형되는 오류가 발생하였다. BIM소프트웨어 사용자들은 정보공유를 위해 IFC파일을 사용했을 때 자신도 모르게 에러가 발생해서 프로젝트에 큰 손실을 입을 수도 있다. 본 연구에서는 호환성 검사에 대한 기존의 연구를 살펴본 후 IAI의 검사 과정을 조사하고 문제점을 도출한 후 문제점에 대한 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.
