기어류 부품의 단조에 관한 상계해석 (Upper Bound Analysis on the Forging of Gear-Like Components)

  • This paper describes the method that can construct kinematically admissible velocity fields for forging of gear-like components which have tooth shape around the cylinder. The kinematically admissible velo- city fields for the various gear-like components, involute spur gear, trapezoidal spline, square spline, ser- ration and trochoidal gear, were constructed by pilling up the velocity components according to the shape of tooth and billet. The billets, of hollow and solid, were Al 2218 and 2024. To verify the method, the analyses and experiments were carried out and compared with each other. For analyses, the half pitches of com- ponents were divided into several deformation regions based on their tooth profile. A neutral surface was used to represent the inner flow of material during forging. Its location varied with the energy optimazation and its contour varied with the number of teeth. In experiment, the contour of material filling up the tooth zone is hyperbolic curve caused by the frictional drag on the interface of die-wall/workpiece but, in the analysis, it is an arc which retains the same contour during all forging operation.

하악구치 교합면의 design 조각법에 관한 연구 (A study on the design wax up technique for mandibular molar occlusion surface)

  • The first function of occlusion is mastication. Therefore the functional restoration of occlusal surface is very important. The restoration of occlusal surface is three method as wax bite technique, F.G.P. technique, cone technique. Many dental technician is using compound method. I am using compound method of wax bite technique and cone technique. I have knew common point on each teeth during I have waxing up wax pattern. So I studied on the design waxup technique for mandible molar occlusion. The results of the study were as follows; 1. The dam wax up method can restore axial contour of teeth very easy and make short working time of wax pattern. 2. The height of dam must be same with cusp of adjacent teeth. 3. Automatically the contour of tooth is appeared if the contour of dam is relationship with cuspid line of adjacent teeth. 4. The height of contour of buccal, lingual surface is formed natural curve to add fluid wax by gravitation. 5. The development groove of mandible first premolar is appeared V form. 6. The development groove of mandible second premolar is appeared Y form. 7, The development groove of mandible first molar is appeared M form. 8. The development groove of mandible second molar is W form. 9. The embrasure is formed to carve around contact point area as round convex. It affects to axial form of tooth. 10. The buccal, lingual groove of molar is formed parallel with direction of teeth arrangement.

한국인 성인 정상교합자 치관의 설측면 특징에 관한 연구 (A MORPHOLOGIC CHARACTERISTICS STUDY OF CROWN OF LINGUAL SURFACE WITH NORMAL OCCLUSION IN KOREAN ADULTS)

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain the lingual morphology (size, angulation, contour, eminence) of adults with normal occlusion in order to provide the basic data for lingual bracket and lingual arch form in Korean. The subjects (Male: 50, Female: 50) were selected who have normal occlusion and dental casts were prepared. Tooth size, angulation, arch width, horizontal contour, lingual eminence were measured for all 28 teeth both upper and lower arch. The results were as follows: 1. Measuring items of all individual teeth for adults with normal occlusion were obtained. 2. In comparison tests, there was a statistically difference between intermolar widths $(\underline{6}\;to\;\underline{6})$ before occlusal reduction and intermolar width $(\underline{6}\;to\;\underline{6},\underline{7}\;to\;\underline{7})$ after occlusal reduction only all the other measuring items showed no statistically differences. 3. There was small variation in horizontal contour of lingual surface on lower incisors and upper and lower bicuspids. The other teeth showed somewhat greater variations. 4. There was offset between canine and bicuspid in upper arch while there was no prominent offset in lower arch.

회전삽입로를 이용한 국소의치에 관한 임상적연구 (A Clinical Study on Rotational Path Removable Partial Denture)

  • Path of insertion(1) can be defined that the direction of movement of an appliance from the point of initial contact of its rigid parts with the supporting teeth to the place of final rest. Krol(2) described that in the conventional path of insertion, all the rests are seated more or less simultaneously but in the use of the rotational path one segment of the partial denture is seated first then the remainder of the prosthesis is rotated into position. The rotational path of insertion is limited primarily to the tooth borne prosthesis. Its great advantages are the elimination of anterior clasps to improve ethetic and reduction of tooth coverage to minimize plaque accumulation. Either a rigid minor connector or proximal plate provides retention through its intimate contact with a proximal tooth surface below the height of contour as indicated at a o-degree tilt. A specially designed rest in conjunction with this retentive component satisfies the basic requirements of clasp design. The purpose of this study was a clinical evaluation of rotational path removable partial dentures. Author delivered rotational path removable partial dentures to three different cases of patients and evaluated function of the dentures, difficulties of removal and insertion of the dentures and supporting structures of the abutment teeth by means of clinical and X-ray examinations for eighteen months. According to the examination data author came to the conclusion that the prognosis of the rotational path removable partial dentures was excellent.

정상교합자 설측치관형태 및 설측치열궁형태에 관한 연구 (A STUDY ON MORPHOLOGIC CHARACTERISTICS OF LINGUAL SURFACE OF CROWN AND LINGUAL ARCHFORM OF KOREAN ADULT WITH NORMAL OCCLUSION)

  • 한국인에게 적합한 설측교정장치와 이상적인 설측 치열궁 아치와이어 제작의 기초자료를 얻기위하여 정상교합자 경석고 모형 30개를 재료로 하여 설측치관의 형태와, 후지타 설측 브라켓을 위치시킨 모형에서 설측치열궁 형태를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 각 치아에 대한 치관의 근원심 경사도와 설면의 순설측 치관 경사도의 평균치를 얻었다. 각 치아에 대한 브라??? 위치에서 설면의 수평 및 수직적 형태를 얻은 결과 대구치, 소구치, 견치는 상하악이 비슷한 모양을 보였으며, 강하악의 중절치와 측절치도 비슷한 모양을 보여 각각 브라켓 기저부를 공유할 수 있을 것으로 나타났다. 브라켈 부착위치에서의 평균 설측치열궁 형태를 얻은 결과, 그 형태는 전치부는 반원형이며 견치와 소구치 사이에 강한 오프??? 밴드가 있는 버섯 형태로서 소구치간 및 제2소구치와 대구치간에도 오프??? 밴드가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 남녀간의 평균 설측치열궁 형태는 상악은 거의 일치하였고 하악은 여자가 남자보다 다소 작은 형태를 나타내었다.

3차원 레이저 스캐너를 이용한 한국인 영구치의 순, 협측 치관 굴곡도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the labial & buccal surface contour in Korean permanent teeth using three-dimensional laser scanning)

  • 스트레이트 와이어 장치의 효율적 운영을 위해서 제시되어야 할 여러 사항 중 치관의 굴곡도에 대한 연구는 국내, 외에서 매우 미흡하다. 이에 본 연구는 한국인 영구치의 순, 협측 임상치관 굴곡도를 조사하기 위해 시행되었다 이를 위해 정상적인 해부학적 구조를 갖고있는 구강 석고모형 36쌍을 대상으로 3차원 레이저 스캐닝 하였다. Andrews plane 과 Facial axis of clinical crown(FACC)을 각각 수평 , 수직 기준선으로 설정하고, 이들로부터 상, 하 방향과 좌, 우 방향으로 각각 1m간격으로 2개 혹은 3개씩의 선을 그었다. 이들 선이 교차하는 점들에 대한 3차원적 점 좌표를 만들어 놓고 36쌍 구강 석고모형의 각각 좌표점들의 평균을 구하였다 3차원 좌표 점(x,y,z)을 이용해 곡면 방정식을 만들어 각 치아의 곡률을 구하였고, 가로, 세로 각 방향의 2차원 곡선으로 단순화시킨 곡선에서의 곡률을 구하여 치아 부위마다의 곡률 변화를 계측하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 한국인 영구치 치관의 순, 협면 굴곡도의 기초자료를 얻었다. 2. 남, 녀 간에 치관 굴곡도 차이는 없었다. 3. 개개 치아의 치관 굴곡에 대한 특성 1) 상악 중절치에서 치은쪽과 절단면쪽의 곡률 차이가 다른 치아에 비해 심하였으며, 치은쪽이 더욱 심한 곡률을 보였다. 2) 상악 견치의 치관 굴곡도는 근심-절단면쪽의 굴곡이 다른면에 비해 더 심하였다. 3) 상악 제 1소구치에서는 근심-교합면쪽과 원심-치은쪽에서의 굴곡이 더 심하여 치관 표면의 굴곡이 대각선 방향으로 서로 뒤틀린 반면, 상악 제 2소구치에서는 근심 끝과 원심 끝의 치관 표면 굴곡이 비슷하여 서로 평행하게 나타났다. 4) 하악 중절치와 하악 측절치의 치관 굴곡도에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 5) 하악 제 2소구치의 교합면-치은쪽으로의 굴곡이 하악 제 1소구치나 상악 제 2소구치에 비하여 더 둥근 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 하악 중절치와 측절치는 브라켓 베이스를 같게 해도 무방하다. 그러나 상악 제 1소구치와 제 2소구치, 그리고, 하악 제 1소구치와 제 2소구치는 치관 굴곡도에 차이가 있으므로 브라켓 제작시 베이스의 굴곡을 다르게 하여야 한다.

  • 치아 외상은 어린이와 비교적 젊은 연령에서 흔히 발생하며 외상 발생 시점, 환자의 나이, 치아의 성숙 상태 등이 치료 방법에 영향을 미친다. 약 파절편이 건전하고 잔존 치아와 밀접한 적합을 보일 경우, 파절편 재부착은 유용한 치료 옵션이 될 수 있다. 이 방법은 치아 본래의 형태와 교합의 회복뿐만 아니라 기능, 표면 광택과 질감을 그대로 재현할 수 있는 여러 가지 이점이 있다. 본 증례보고는 복잡 치관 파절된 치아를 섬유 강화형 포스트를 활용하여 파절편 재부착을 시행한 두 증례에 대해 소개한다.

심미적 개선을 위한 고민과 접근 방법 (Where and how to go for esthetics _ Analysis and Strategies)

  • 심미에 대한 환자의 기대와 요구는 다양하고 복잡하다. 때로는 원하는 것이 명확하지 못할 때고 있고 다다르기에는 한계가 있는 경우도 자주 만나게 된다. 환자의 주소를 객관적인 요소로 분석해야하는 진료자의 입장에서는 환자의 표현을 요구와 필요(wants and needs)에 기반하여 해석해야하는 숙제를 않고 가게 된다. 환자의 요구와 필요를 기반으로 하여 치료의 계획에 있어서 심미적 개선 방향을 설정하고 이를 피드백을 통해 검증하여 소통하는 것이 필요하다. 심미(esthetics)란 객관적인 기준을 기반으로 하지만 일상의 임상에 있어서 환자 개개인의 주관적인 기준을 잘 반영하여야 만족스런 결과로 한발자국 다가서는 슬기로운 접근이라 하겠다. 건강한 자연치를 기준으로하면 한계성을 가지고 있는 중년 환자의 증례를 통해 심미적 분석(analysis)과 접근 전략(strategies)에 대해 함께 살펴보고자 한다.

치질(齒質) 잔존량(殘存量)에 따른 색조변화(色調變化)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) (A STUDY ON THE COLOR CHANGES ACCORDING TO THE AMOUNT OF REMAINING TOOTH MATERIAL)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe the color matching of lining or filling materials according to the remaining tooth material. Twenty-seven freshly extracted human central incisors were used in this experiments. The teeth were stored in saline solution at room temperature after extraction. All teeth were cut parallel to the tangent to height of contour on labial surface from the lingual surface until the pulp were completely removed. Then 27 teeth were devided into 0.5mm, 1.0mm and 1.5mm reduction groups according to the thickness of cutting the lingual surfaces of teeth. The specimens of control group were three teeth of 27 teeth with cutting the lingual surface same mode as above described. In the specimens of experimental groups, 8 kinds of lining and filling materials; FUJI IONOMER TYPE II (G-C Co. Japan), LINING CEMENT (G-C Co. Japan), Dycal (Caulk, U.S.A.), CLEARFIL F II (Kuraray Co. Japan), Crown Bridge & Inlay Cement (G-C Co. Japan), Copalite (Harry J. Bosworth Co. U.S.A.), HY-BOND (G-C Co. Japan) and LIV-CENERA (G-C Co. Japan); applied on the back of 24 teeth with 0.5mm, 1.0mm and 1.5mm cut thickness of lingual surfaces. Three teeth of control group did not applied linging or filling materials on the back of 3 kinds of different thickness of cutting the lingual surfaces. The absorbances of total 27 specimens were obtained by reflection spectrophotometer. (Cary 17 D, Varian Co, U.S.A.) The following conclusions were drawn from above the results; 1. The absorbance patterns in both experiment and control groups were gradually decreased with increasing wavelength of spectra. 2. The absorbance patterns were not decreased in relation to the kinds of lining or filling materials, but the amount of the remaining tooth materials. 3. In 0.5mm reduction group, FUJI IONOMER TYPE II, LINING CEMENT, LIV-CENERA and Copalite applied on the back of cut lingual surface showed similar absorbance patterns as control group. 4. The specimens which were reduced up to 1.0mm thickness and lined with FUJI IONOMER TYPE II and LINING CEMENT showed the comparable absorbance patterns to the control group. 5. In case of HY-BOND application after 1.5mm reduction were observed the similar absorbance pattern as compared with control group. 6. When Dycal, CLEARFIL and Crown Bridge & Inlay Cement were applied to cut teeth surfaces, there were much differences of absorbance between control groups and experimental groups.
