정보기술의 경제적 효과 : 정보화수준과 생산성의 실증적 관계 (Economic Impact of Information Technology : Empirical Relationship between Informatization level and Productivity)

  • 최근 기업차원뿐 만 아니라 국가적 차원에서도 정보기술에 대한 투자 및 활용에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 노력이 과연 가시적인 경제적 효과를 가져오는가를, 정보화수준과 생산성의 관계를 통해 알아보고자 한다. 특히, 거시적 차원에서 국가의 정보화수준이 국가경제생산성에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해, 주요 국가들의 정보화와 생산성에 관한 제반 통계자료를 수집하여 정보화지수 성장률과 총요소생산성(TFP : Total Factor Productivity) 및 노동생산성 성장률 등을 측정하고, 이들 개념간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다.

  • For the location estimation in the conventional LPMS(Loose Parts Monitoring System), it is popular to employ a group delay among the acoustic sensors installed within a 3 ft range from the impact source. However, there exists inherent error in determining the arrival time differences of the generated wave group among the neighboring sensors. To overcome this problem in this study, the two dimensional approach has been proposed and applied to effectively estimate the arrival time differences by using a continuous wavelet transform which is one of the linear time-frequency analysis methods. The experiment has been performed to both the plate model and the real steam generator in a nuclear power plant. It is expected that the reliability of the location estimation could be enhanced when the proposed time-frequency method is introduced into the LPMS system.

  • 정면규칙파중에서 Bow-flare부 충격은 선저충격에 비해서 작용 시간이 길고, 선체 수직운동진폭이 큰 상태이거나, 파고가 큰 입사파가 적용되는 경우에 선체에 작용하는 충격력은 상당히 크며, 파고가 높아지면, 발생하는 모우멘트도 증가한다. 2. Bow-flare부가 큰 선형의 경우에는 선저노출이 일어나지 않더라도 부가질량의 급격한 증가에 따라 상당히 큰 충격력이 작용한다. 3. Deckwetness, 불규칙파중에서의 응답해석, 상대변위를 구할 때 Dynamic Swell-up의 양을 고려한 계산 등의 검토가 요망된다.

  • Finite element method was applied to the vibration analysis of concrete slab system in apartment building. To save the time and cost the 2 dimensional finite element model was proposed. At first, experimental results show that sound peak components to influence the overall level and the rating of floor impact sound insulation were coincident with natural frequencies of the reinforced concrete slab. Second, there is linear relationship between the impact sound pressure level and vibration acceleration level. Third, 2 dimensional finite element model was enough to analyze the vibration analysis of floor structure system.

  • Since thickness deformation and lateral deflection often occurs during the collision of flexible bodies, they should be considered simultaneously in the impact analysis. The thickness deformation, however, cannot be considered in beam/shell theory since the thickness is assumed to be constant in the theory. So, solid elements are employed to estimate the thickness deformation. However, the CPU time increases significantly if solid elements are employed. In the present study, a modeling method for the impact analysis of a flexible body employing Hertzian contact theory is presented. The efficiency and the accuracy of the modeling method are discussed with some numerical examples.

Rockfall Impact Analysis of Typical Roadway Using Finite Element Simulation

  • This study presents a rockfall impact analysis of a typical roadway. Dynamic finite element analyses using ANSYS AUTODYN are conducted to determine the effect of the drop heights (5 m, 10 m) on the damage to a roadway model. The Rockfall is modeled as a spherical shape with a weight of 400 kg, and each drop height is converted to a corresponding impact velocity to save computational time. The roadway model is comprised of an asphalt layer, base layer, sub-base layer, and sub-grade layer. In this paper, the asphalt is modeled using a linear elastic model. The base layer, sub-base layer, and sub-grade layer are modeled using a Mohr-Coulomb model. From the analyses, the effects of the drop height on the damages and stresses are examined and discussed.

  • In this study, for a safety assessment of wheelchair occupant in side impact, we used a dynamic sled impact test results. The test was carried out total 6 times and impact speed was 13g$\pm$0.43/28km/h$\pm$0.95, By using EURO SID-1 dummy, head performance criteria(HPC), abdominal peak force, etc. were measured. We evaluated wheelchair occupant safety by motion criteria(MC) which was measured by head, trunk and side deformation change of wheelchair and Head & Neck injury criteria(HNI) measured by using head and neck deformation angle and time relation. When we assumed that the maximum injury value in side impact was 100%, the results of motion criteria(MC) of wheelchair occupant were max 80.3, mim 32.3 and average 60.3%, Head & Neck injury criteria(HNI) value were max 118.4, min 14.5 and average 59.7%.

단면 겹치기 접착 조인트의 충돌해석 (An Impact Analysis of Adhesively-Bonded Single Lap Joint)

  • This study presents an explicit dynamic analysis of an adhesively bonded single-lap joint under an impact load. The finite element software, ANSYS LS-DYNA, was used for the analysis and Von Mises stresses were obtained from the analysis. To model the adherents, solid elements were used and a rigid body was assumed for impactor modeling. Three impact heights (1 m, 5 m, and 10 m) were applied to consider different impact conditions and infinite boundary conditions were applied to the end-area of each adherent to save computational time in the analysis. In addition to investigating the stresses in the normal state, we also investigated the stresses in a damaged state (elasticity deterioration), simulated by a change in Young's modulus for 36 of the 3600 elements in the upper layer of the adhesive. The results showed that the location of damage is critical to the stress state of each layer (upper, middle, and lower).

  • The gas-gun test is a experimental approach employed to validate the operational or structural stability when subjected to the impact energy encountered during launch or target collision. Predicting the outcomes of the gas-gun test has traditionally relied on empirical knowledge, due to numerous factors such as the bird assembly's shape, weight, material, and flight velocity. However, due to the nonlinearity and complex interactions between these variables, numerous tests are necessary to identify the necessary requirements, resulting in significant expense and time consumption during the process. The objective of this study is to forecast the variations in impact energy in future tests by developing a numerical model and analysis that aligns with the test outcomes, utilizing the ABAQUS Explicit. The outcome of the numerical analysis produced a framework that anticipates the peak g and the duration of the actual gas-sun test results, throughout post-processing techniques using FFT and LPF filters.

  • It is difficult to analyze the impact of interference of NGSO/FSS systems on a GSO/FSS network because of time-varying nature of NGSO/FSS systems. In this paper, we present an efficient method to assess the impact of interference of NGSO/FSS satellite networks on the GSO/FSS carrier performances. The example analysis shows the impact on the GSO/FSS carrier performances in terms of elevation angles of earth stations in a GSO/FSS system.
