지상전술 C4I체계의 통합화력운용간 전투력 상승효과 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Assesment of Power Improvement Effectiveness of Corps Level C4I System Applied to Integrated Fire Operation)

  • This paper develops a methodology that can be used to quantify the assesment of power improvement effectiveness of corps level C4I system applied to integrated fire operation by adapting Schuzer's C2 theory. This paper first describes how C4I systers can enhance the battle outcome in three way. : (1) Enhanced unit probability of survival; (2) Enhanced unit's individual effectiveness; improved exchange ratios; (3) Improved task force allocations : increased percentage of assets that can be assigned to a given engagement These enhancements are then show to result from improved probability of detection through information sharing; improved survivability and lethality through battle force coordination; and enhanced force allocation and prepositioning through improved timeliness of information(more advanced warning). It demonstrates that well-designed C4I systems can be shown to represent a significant force multiplier on the outcome of the battle.

  • The computerization works and environment have been changed from simple transaction and data process request to system connection request, from data computerization to application work automation and process computerization through IT development and Internet spread. Recently, BPM(Business Process Management) concept has been widely propagated. It is expanding interest of business subject. Korea Railroad is operating train operation management system through 5 regional headquarters and organizations under the influence of each regional headquarter. But integrated operation and management of communication each department, work flow management and resources of depot equipment and materials have to need a lot of effort and time in huge organization as Korea Railroad. Therefore, this article realized Web Based BPM Group Ware. This article will define Korea Railroad organization and business process in using this Group Ware. And it will introduce Korea Railroad computer manage system of this Group Ware and efficient Korea Railroad Business Process through modeling and operating department work and resources management in Korea Railroad.

반영적 추상화와 조작적 수학 학습-지도 (Reflective Abstraction and Operational Instruction of Mathematics)

  • This study began with an epistemological question about the nature of mathematical cognition in relation to the learner's activity. Therefore, by examining Piaget's 'reflective abstraction' theory which can be an answer to the question, we tried to get suggestions which can be given to the mathematical education in practice. 'Reflective abstraction' is formed through the coordination of the epistmmic subject's action while 'empirical abstraction' is formed by the characters of observable concrete object. The reason Piaget distinguished these two kinds of abstraction is that the foundation for the peculiar objectivity and inevitability can be taken from the coordination of the action which is shared by all the epistemic subjects. Moreover, because the mechanism of reflective abstraction, unlike empirical abstraction, does not construct a new operation by simply changing the result of the previous construction, but is forming re-construction which includes the structure previously constructed as a special case, the system which is developed by this mechanism is able to have reasonability constantly. The mechanism of the re-construction of the intellectual system through the reflective abstraction can be explained as continuous spiral alternance between the two complementary processes, 'reflechissement' and 'reflexion'; reflechissement is that the action moves to the higher level through the process of 'int riorisation' and 'thematisation'; reflexion is a process of 'equilibration'between the assimilation and the accomodation of the unbalance caused by the movement of the level. The operational learning principle of the theorists like Aebli who intended to embody Piaget's operational constructivism, attempts to explain the construction of the operation through 'internalization' of the action, but does not sufficiently emphasize the integration of the structure through the 'coordination' of the action and the ensuing discontinuous evolvement of learning level. Thus, based on the examination on the essential characteristic of the reflective abstraction and the mechanism, this study presents the principles of teaching and learning as following; $\circled1$ the principle of the operational interpretation of knowledge, $\circled2$ the principle of the structural interpretation of the operation, $\circled3$ the principle of int riorisation, $\circled4$ the principle of th matisation, $\circled5$ the principle of coordination, reflexion, and integration, $\circled6$ the principle of the discontinuous evolvement of learning level.

공공자전거 운영시스템 도입을 위한 적용방법에 관한 연구 -나주시 공공자전거 시스템을 중심으로- (Study on Research Method for Leading-in Public Bike Operation System -Focus on Public Bike System in NaJu City-)

  • 본 연구에서는 공공자전거 운영시스템을 도입하기 위해 국내외 사례조사와 대상지역인 나주시(NaJu City)의 현지조사를 통해 운영시스템 적용 방법에 대한 사례연구를 진행하였다. 1차 조사에서는 국내외 공공자전거 시스템 적용사례를 분석하여 이용시간, 도난과 파손 위험 등의 문제점을 조사하였다. 2차 조사에서는 공공자전거 시스템 도입 예정 지역인 나주시(NaJu City)의 조사결과 시민과 관광객이 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 운영시스템의 도입이 필요한 것으로 조사되었다. 3차 조사에서는 1, 2차 조사결과를 바탕으로 프랑스 밸리브(Velib) 시스템의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 모바일 대여/반납 프로세스와 시스템 운영절차, 통신절차의 모듈을 정리하였다. 또한, 1차 조사와 2차 조사에서 나타난 문제점인 이용방법과 민원처리 방안에 대해서도 정리하였다. 위와 같이 본 연구에서는 국내외 사례조사, 현지조사, 그리고 대여/반납 프로그램의 모듈 개발을 통해 공공자전거의 운영시스템 도입 방법을 연구하였으며 현재 나주시에서 운영시스템이 시범운행 중에 있다. 따라서 앞으로 시험운행 결과를 종합하여 좀 더 효율적인 운영시스템이 도입될 수 있도록 연구를 진행하겠다.

영산강 하구둑 및 영암-금호방조제의 방류에 의한 목포항 주변수역의 유동변화 및 선박운용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Change of Current in the Vicinity of Mokpo Harbor and Its Impact on Ship Operation due to the Discharge through Yongsan River Estuary Weir and Yongam-Kumho Sea Dike)

  • Mokpo coastal area is connected to the adjacent a long river and two large basins. It is essential for port planning coastal zone management and environmental impact study to analyze the data related to the ship operation and variation of current and water quality due to the development of water area including dredging reclamation and estuary barrage. The Yongsan river estuary weir and Yongam-Kumho basins discharge much of water through water gates for the purpose of flood control and prohibit salt intrusion at the inland fresh water area. To meet this purpose discharge through the gates have been done at the period of maximum water level difference between inner river and sea level. This discharged water may cause the changes of current pattern and other environmental influences in the vicinity and inner area of semi-closed Mokpo harbor. In this study ADI method is applied to the governing equation for the analysis of the changes on current pattern due to discharged water. As the results of this study it is known that the discharging operation causes many changes including the increase of current velocity at the front water area at piers approaching passage and anchorages. Discussion made on the point of problems such as restricted maneuverability and the safety of morred vessels at pier and anchorage. To minimize this influence the linked gate operation discharging warning system and laternative mooring system are recommended.

에탄올 수용액의 투과증발에 있어서 막의 친화성과 최적 조업조건의 관계 (The Relationship between Affinity of Membrane and Optimum Operation Conditions in the Pervaporation of Aqueous Ethanol)

  • 물에 대해 수착선택성이 높은 아세트산 셀룰로오스 치밀막(CA막)과 에탄올에 대해 수착선택성이 높은 실리콘 고무막(SR막)을 통한 물(1)/에탄올(2) 이성분 혼합액의 투과증발에 있어서 막의 친화성과 최적 조업조건의 관계를 조사하였다. CA막과 SR막을 제조하여, 이들 막에서의 수착량, 수착선택도, 투과증발 분리도 및 투과증발 속도를 실험으로 구하고 서로 비교하였다. 하류압력의 영향을 Thompson다이아그램을 써서 분석하였고, 공급액 농도와 조업 온도 변화에 따른 수착 및 투과증발 특성을 활동도 계수, 가소화 효과, 활성화에너지 등으로 설명할 수 있었다. CA막을 사용한 물의 분리의 경우에는 물에 대한 투과증발 분리도 ($[\alpha^2_1]_{PV}$) 및 투과증발 속도 모두 하류압력이 낮고, 공급액의 농도가 중간 정도이고, 온도가 높은 조업조건이 유리하였다. 그러나 SR막을 사용한 에탄올의 분리의 경우에는 에탄올에 대한 투과증발 분리도 ($[\alpha^2_1]_{PV}$) 는 하류압력이 높을수록, 공급액 중의 에탄올 농도가 낮을수록, 조업온도가 낮을수록 증가하였지만, 투과증발 속도는 반대의 경향을 나타내었다.

지속적 늑간신경 차단법에 의한 개흉술후 통증관리 치험 (Experience of Continuous Intercostal Nerve Block for Management of the Post-thoracotomy Pain -10 cases-)

  • Intercostal nerve blockade with local anesthetics has been used extensively in the past to provide pain relief following thoracotomy. Its popularity fell, for a period, probably due to increasing use of epidural analgesia. More recently, interest has focused on intercostal nerve block with the introduction of variously sited catheters. Two epidural catheters were placed under direct vision, in the intercostal spaces just above and below the wound by feeding the catheters posteriorly from the wound edges, superficial to the parietal pleura. Bupivacaine 0.25%. Was infused continuously at a rate of 5 ml/hour through each of the two intercostal catheters. Each catheter was primed with 10 ml/hour through each of the two intercostal catheters. Each catheter was primed with 10 ml of 0.25% bupivacaine. Postoperative vital signs resembled preoperation data. Arterial carbon dioxide pressure ($PaCO_2$) was unchanged and arterial oxygen pressure ($PaO_2$) was increased during two days after surgery because oxygen was administered at 21/min. Forced vital capacities (FVC) and forced expiratory volume in 1 second ($FEV_1$) were decreased the day of operation but restored to preoperative value from second operation day. VAS were increased on operation day but decreased from second operation day. Motion range of arms were not impaired. We concluded that continuous intercostal nerve block through catheters placed during thoracotomy in the adjacent intercostal spaces is a simple and effective method for management of the post-thoracotomy pain.

스마트 원격강의 운영에 관한 연구 -시스코 웹엑스 미팅을 중심으로- (A Study on the operation of smart remote lecture - Focusing on Cisco Webex meeting-)

  • 본 연구는 대학에서 원격강의를 올바르게 운영하기 위한 운영방안의 토대를 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 'COVID-19'로 인해 비대면 수업을 시작한 학교 중, 시스코사의 웹엑스 미팅으로 원격강의를 진행한 일부 대학의 대학생, 대학원생을 대상으로 원격 강의 플랫폼 운영방안을 연구하였다. 먼저 문헌조사로 원격강의의 강의 요건을 정립하고, 설문조사를 통해 효과적인 운영 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 방법은 대학생, 대학원생 총 45명을 대상으로 2020년 4월 21일부터 5월 15일까지 진행하였다. 연구결과 크게 기본요소, 충족 요소에 대한 운영 방안을 제시할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 기점으로 COVID-19 이후에 발생할 수 있는 재난 상황 혹은 평상시 수업에서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대하며, 추후 원격 강의 플랫폼에 대한 사용성 평가와 국내 원격강의 플랫폼이 나아가야할 방향성이 제시되어야 할 것이다.

천리안위성 정상 운영의 실시간 운영 특성 (Characteristics of the Real-Time Operation For COMS Normal Operation)

  • 통신, 해양, 기상의 세 분야 복합 임무를 수행하는 천리안위성(Communication Ocean Meteorological Satellite: COMS)은 정지궤도 동경 $128.2{\circ}$에서 2011년 4월부터 현재 정상 운영 임무를 수행하고 있다. 세 임무를 수행하기 위해 천리안위성에는 3가지 탑재체인 기상탑재체(Meteorological Imager: MI), 해양탑재체(Geostationary Ocean Color Imager: GOCI), 통신탑재체(Ka-band communication payload)가 실려 있다. 세 가지 임무 운영과 위성 유지 관리를 위해 위성 관제가 실시간 운영으로 수행된다. 위성 실시간 운영은 명령과 원격측정자료를 통해 위성과 직접 통신하는 업무이다. 본 논문에서는 천리안위성의 실시간 운영 특성으로 지상국 장비 구성과 일일, 주간, 월간, 계절별, 연간 운영 업무 특성을 논하였다. 천리안위성의 궤도상 시험(In-Orbit-Test: IOT) 말기와 정상 운영 첫 해가 포함되는 2011년의 1년간 운영 결과에 대한 토의를 통해 성공적인 실시간 운영 결과 확인도 제시하였다.

현장조사 관개 기준에 따른 농업용 저수지 운영 분석 (Agricultural Reservoir Operation Analysis According to Surveyed Irrigation Guideline)

  • The drought risk has been increasing recently due to climate change causing the extreme climate to be more frequent. In order to supply agricultural water stably under drought, it is necessary to operate an agricultural reservoir in response to drought. To this end, it is crucial to establish appropriate drought response operation rules considering weather conditions and reservoir status. In the reservoir operation simulation, the supply amount differs from the actual reservoir supply for many reasons, including maintaining water levels for supply and accommodating farmers' requests. So, for a more realistic reservoir operation simulation, it is necessary to reflect the reservoir operation rules of the actual water management site. Therefore, in this study, through a survey, the standards for limitation of agricultural water supply applied to agricultural reservoirs in Korea were investigated, and the criteria for drought response reservoir operation (DRO) were established based on the survey. Then, the DRO was applied to the irrigation period for nine subject reservoirs. The applicability was evaluated by comparing the DRO result to the operation result of HOMWRS (Hydrological Operation Model for Water Resources System). The reservoir drought index, storage rate, and daily supply were compared for evaluation. From the result, DRO showed more stable operation results in most cases against drought as it has fewer days of water supply limitation and a somewhat reservoir storage rate which can be utilized for prolonged drought.
