This paper describes a new gate array layout system, HAN-LACAD-G(HANyang LAyout CAD system for Gate array). HAN-LACAD-G is composed of placer, global router, detailed router, and output processor. In placement design, initial placement is performed by repetitive clustering and min-cut partitioning followed by placement improvement using the concept of pairwise interchange. In global routing phase, pins are assigned in each channel considering the routing congestion estimation and overflows in feedthroughs are restricted. For the detailed routing, we use layer and three layer channel routing techniques. Layout results are displayed graphically and modified interactively by the user using the layout editor.

The effective components of Korean ginseng showing the lipid-peroxide depressing activity were isolated. From the ether-soluble acidic fraction of fresh ginseng three phenolic acids were obtained. Salicylic acid and vanilic acid exhibited the potent antioxidant activity, where p-hydroxycinnamic acid did not.

Over twelve alkaloids were delected in the roots of Panax ginseng C. A. Meyor. Among them three alkaloids were isolated and were identified as $N_{9}$-formylharman, ethyl $\beta$-carboline-1-carboxylate and perlolyrine on the basis of spectroscopic studies.

From ether-soluble neutral fraction of the whole plant of Peperomia pellucida (L) HBK (Piperaceae), 4, 7-dimethoxy-5-(2-propenyl)-1, 3-benzodioxole or apiol, in a liquid state, 2, 4, 5-trime-thoxy styrene, mp 138.deg. and three phytosterols, campesterol, stigmasterol and .betha.-sitosterol, were isolated and characterized by spectral data.

The genus Gonia (Diptera: Tachinidae) is revised for the Korean species. We recognize four previously known species (G. chinensis, G. divisa, G. foersteri, and G. klapperichi), three newly recorded species in Korea (G. distinguenda, G. olgae, and G. ussuriensis) and a species new to science (G. nigricoma Lee and Han, sp. nov.). We here provide a key, descriptions, photographs and illustrations. We also inferred the phylogenetic relationships of the representative Palaearctic species using cladistic method.

Despite the expansion of sewage treatment facilities to reduce pollutants in the tributaries of the Han River, water pollution accidents such as fish deaths continue to frequently occur. The purpose of this study was to identify the pollutant sources using water quality and stable isotope ratio (${\delta}^{15}N$, ${\delta}^{13}C$, ${\delta}^{15}N-NH_4$, ${\delta}^{15}N-NO_3$) analysis results in the three inflow tributaries (Gulpocheon (GP), Anyangcheon (AY) and Sincheon (SC)) of the Han River. Water quality was analyzed in June and October from 2013 to 2017, and the results showed that the concentrations of nutrients, such as T-N, $NO_3-N$, and T-P, were increased at GP4, AY3, SC3, and SC4, which lie downstream of sewage treatment facilities. The results of ${\delta}^{15}N$ for June 2017 indicated that the source of nitrogen was sewage or livestock excreta at GP4 and SC4, and organic fertilizers at AY3 and SC3. ${\delta}^{15}N-NO_3$ results suggested that the source of nitrogen was related to organic sewage, livestock or manure at GP4, AY3 and SC4. Therefore, GP4 and SC4 were more influenced by effluent from sewage treatment facilities than by their tributaries, AY3 and SC3 were considered to be influenced more by their tributary than effluent from sewage treatment facilities. With the results of this study, the source of contamination (sewage treatment facility effluent) of river inflow downstream of Han River could be confirmed using water quality and stable isotope ratio.

본 논문에서는 기후변화가 수자원의 이수측면에서 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 검토하고자 한강유역에 대한 물수지 변화를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여, 우선 RegCM3 RCM ($27{\times}27\;km$)의 A2 기후변화 시나리오를 이용하여 모의된 70년의 일강우량을 강우유출모형인 SLURP 모형의 입력자료로 활용하여 70년의 일유출량을 모의하였다. 다음으로 수자원평가계획모형인 K-WEAP 모형을 이용하여 한강유역의 월별 물수지 분석을 실시하였다. 하지만, 미래의 물수요와 기후변화에 의한 유출량을 예측하는 데는 많은 불확실성을 내포하기 때문에 3개의 물수요와 50개의 유출 시나리오를 가정하여 검토하였다. 여기에서, 3개의 물수요 시나리오는 예상되는 물수요에 따라 저수요, 기준수요, 고수요로 구분되며, 50개의 유출 시나리오는 70년 기간 동안 50 set씩 모의된 유출량계열을 의미한다. 따라서 3개의 기후변화 시나리오와 50개의 유출량 시나리오를 조합하여 150 Set의 입력자료를 구성하고 K-WEAP 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 검토 결과 미래에 한강유역의 물부족량은 장기적으로 증가하는 것으로 예상되었다. 그리고 한강유역의 소유역별 물부족량을 검토한 결과 특정 소유역에서 물부족이 가중되고 장기적으로 한강유역 전체로 물부족이 예상되는 소유역이 증가함을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper, we propose a three-phase soft-switching PWM-PFC converter and describe the circuit operations and the experimental results. The proposed converter is constructed by using a resonant network in parallel with the main switch of the conventional PWM converter. A new PWM-PFC converter achieves including the auxiliary switches without increasing their voltage and current stress.

To improve productivity of TFT-LCD and PDP, it is required that the inspection system of flat glass should be established. It is composed of robot arms, base table, and laser sensors. This paper focuses on three non-contact laser sensors. After testing three laser sensors, LG-G30 is selected.

This paper represents an overvoltage clamping circuit for three level inverters. With a proposed overvoltage clamping circuit, the problems that high voltage stresses and voltage unbalance between outer and inner switches occurs in high power and high voltage 3-level inverters are reduced.
