The solubility of U(VI) hydrolysis products was determined by using a laser-induced breakdown detection (LIBD) technique. The experiments were carried out at uranium concentrations in range from $2{\times}10^{-4}\;M\;to\;4{\times}10^{-6}\;M$, pH values between 3.8 and 7.0, the constant ionic strength of 0.1 M $NaClO_4$ and the temperature of $25.0{\pm}0.1^{\circ}C$. The solubility product of U(VI) hydrolysis products was calculated from LIBD results by using the hydrolysis constants selected in NEA-TDB. The solubility product extrapolated to zero ionic strength, ${\log}K^{\circ}_{sp}=-22.85{\pm}0.23$ was calculated by using a specific ion interaction theory (SIT). The spectral features of ionic species in uranium solutions were investigated by using a conventional UV-visible absorption spectrophotometer and a fluorophotometer, respectively, $(UO_2)_2(OH)_2^{2+}\;and\;(UO_2)_3(OH)_5^+$ were dominant species at uranium concentration of $2{\times}10^{-4}\;M$.

Ist der Emotivismus eine $mi{\ss}lungene$ Theorie? Nach der Meinung von Jesse Prinz ist es nicht so. Auf der Humeschen Tradition stehend behauptet er, $da{\ss}$ ein moralisches Urteil ohne das Sentiment von Billigung oder $Mi{\ss}billigung$ nicht zustandekommen kann. Ihm zufolge ist Emotion nicht allein mit moralischen Urteilen verbunden, sondern auch eine notwendige und hinreichende Bedingung $daf{\ddot{u}}r$. Der Grund dessen, warum der Emotivisums nicht ${\ddot{u}}berzeugend$ erschien, liegt darin, $da{\ss}$ $f{\ddot{u}}r$ diesen die Verbindung von Emotion und Moral nur auf den $Gef{\ddot{u}}hlsausdruck$ $beschr{\ddot{a}}nkt$ bleibt. Zwar stellt das moralische Urteil Sentiment dar, aber das bleibt eben nicht als ein $blo{\ss}$ $Gef{\ddot{u}}hlsausdruckendes$. Denn die $Moralit{\ddot{a}}t$ ist nicht die einfache Projektion eines subjektiven Zustandes, vielmehr konstruiert die emotionale Reaktion von Billigung oder $Mi{\ss}billigung$ das moralische Urteil. Daher muss der projektistische Gesichtspunkt des expressionistischen Emotivismus modifiziert werden, so $da{\ss}$ der oft dem Emotivismus kritisch zugeschriebene moralische Nihilismus zu ${\ddot{u}}berwinden$ ist. In diesem Zusammenhang $schl{\ddot{a}}g$ Prinz den konstruktiven Sentimentalismus vor, der als eine hybride Theorie des Moralbegriffs von 'biologiscehn Tatsachen' und 'sozialer Konstruktion' darauf zielt, im moralischen Leben eine Stelle auszumanchen, wo Evolution und Kutur zueinander zusammentreffen $k{\ddot{o}}nnen$.

This study attempts to interpret the causes of offshoring and reshoring, find out facilitating factors and the areas where these happen mainly. In viewpoint of self-organization phenomena, the theory of prospect, quantitative analysis is performed by utilizing actual data of American Reshoring Association. This study shows that offshoring to the U.S. is positively correlated with market power in the U.S. and innovation of investment countries, while reshoring to U.S. is positively correlated with market power in the U.S. not with technology innovation. The reshoring of U.S. companies is influencing offshoring to U.S, emerging countries such as Asia tends to focus offshoring in short catch up cycle area like IT. This study is expected to contribute to investment support policy and decision for optimal production site. Further study will complete the economic benefit assessment model by reinforcing the impact factors of reshoring and offshoring.

In order to deal with the current economic crisis, the U.S. government, as a part of its austerity fiscal policy, implemented a budget sequester. The sequester will hit the U.S. defense budget the hardest, and as a result will most likely put the security of the international community in jeopardy. The U.S. will have to cut 46 billion dollars from its original 525 billon defense spending in 2013. And by the year 2022, will have to cut 486.9 billion dollars. Such an astronomical decrease in the U.S. defense spending will inevitably burden the friendly nations. According to recent studies, pirate related incidents in Somalia, where piracy is most active, has declined from its 226 incidents to 76 incidents per year in 2012, a 66% drop from previous years'. However, piracy threats as well as those related to firearms still remain and thus participants of anti-piracy operations, namely the U.S., U.K., France, Canada, NCC, EUNAVFOR, and NATO, are facing a problem of declining forces. Considering the current situation as well as rising expectations from the international community, Republic of Korea, a supporter of NCC's maritime security operation, not to mention its foremost duty of securing its sea, is at a stage to re-examine its operational picture. Such action will be a good opportunity for Republic of Korea to build the trust and live up to the international community's expectation. To quote from the network theory, although in relation to other friendly nations participating in the anti-piracy operation, Republic of Korea currently remains at a single cell level, this opportunity will certainly develop Korea to a 'node' nation in which power and information would flow into. Through this expansion of operational capability, Republic of Korea will be able to exert more influence as a more developed nation. Currently however, not only is the single 4,500 ton class destroyer deployed in Somalia a limited unit to further expand the scale and amount of force projection in the area, but also the total of six 4,500 ton class destroyers ROK feet possess is at a high fatigue degree due to standard patrolling operations, midshipman cruise and the RIMPAC exercise. ROK fleet therefore must consider expanding the number of ships deployed along with either deploying combat support ships or constructing logistics support site in the African region. Thus, by expanding its operational capabilities and furthermore by abiding to the rightful responsibilities of a middle power nation, Republic of Korea will surely earn its respect among the members of the international community.

This study examined perceptions of 109 professors at doctorate-granting universities in the U.S. who have self-archived in Institutional Repositories(IRs), predicated on the Diffusion of Innovations Theory. The majority of the faculty learned about IRs through the contact from IR staff or their presentations. Relating to five characteristics of an innovation, digital preservation and usage statistics of an IR were considered to be its relative advantage. The principle of Open Access(OA) was found to have compatibility with the values that professors ultimately pursued. The trialability of an IR was determined by the fact that IRs were adopted by faculty through the participation of pilot projects. Professors who gained positive and visible results from IR adoption seemed more strongly support the repository. In addition, it is necessary for IRs to provide stable and effective services that support the continued adoption of IRs.

Objectives : Pal Hyue Hyul has been mentioned in $Nanky{\hat{o}}ng$ firstly and is a representitive acupoint of 8 parts of biological function of human body. The aim of this study is to finding out the process of formation of Pal Hyue Hyul. Methods : In this study we investigated and summarized all literetures from $Hwangjaenaeky{\hat{o}}ng$ to the today's papers which refer to Pal Hyue Hyul, and then basing on it, suggested our opinion about the correlation. Results & Conclusion : The results and conclusions obtained are as follow: 1. Pal Hyue Hyul is based on the Sahae theory of $Y{\hat{o}}ngchu$ and was formed in 45nan of $Nanky{\hat{o}}ng$. 2. Although Pal Hyue Hyul has been mentioned in $Nanky{\hat{o}}ng$ firstly, but because even $Nanky{\hat{o}}ng$ shows the quickening of Pal Hyue Hyul theory, the birth of Pal Hyue Hyul was necessary from the viewpoint of studing ambience. 3. About the reason for formation to 8 types, we think that all the biological functions of human body were represented as 8. 4. Pal Hyue theory had been suplemented and completed by annotations of successive medical men, for example the arguement about Golhyue, Suhyue. And the reason for the extent from the heat disease of the first phase to the associated disease is that it has been useful in the clinical treatment. 5. Because about whether Suhyue is Ch'imgol or $J{\hat{o}}lgol$, whether $J{\hat{o}}lgol$ is Yangbo(GB38) or $Hy{\hat{o}}njong(GB39)$, whether Golhyue is Teacu'u(GV14) or $Taej{{\hat{o}}}(BL11)$ there in no agreement of opinion among the successive medical men, much more study is necessary.

Supply of a smart device has been made with the development of communication networks and growing desire of people to improve the quality of life, the service industry about it have been made with smart devices. Among them, there are various services that can help people change their behavior to healthy life. But it does not have a large impact on the behavior change of performer because its been developed as a general process. Therefore in this study examine development situation about current behavior change applications through application markets. Development current situation can be separated by process to two patterns. As a result we propose behavioral change model that includes integrated change model that one of the behavior theory model, accomplish the goal process of goal setting theory and habit formation phase for automate the changes. Also, we provide appropriate service according to the model that leads motivation, sustainability of the action and positive behavior change to performer. We can expect in many aspects such as ability and motivation than existing service.

This paper suggests a Map Accuracy Standards by analyzing U.S. National Map Accuracy Standards, by considering korean terrain feature and statistical error theory for paper and digital maps on the scale of 1:50,000. Map accuracy standards require horizontal accuracy to be reported as a circular error with 90% confidence level through Linear Error Probable(LEP) theory and Circular Error Probable(CEP) theory. In order to verify the proposed methodology for positioning accuracy testing, several kinds of test point were selected and tested. These test points were extracted at the centers of roads and bridges, the comers of the independent building, the edges of geographical botany, and the tops of mountains. The positioning accuracy assessment was peformed by comparing the positions of test points in digital maps generated three different sources with those acquired by high accurate GPS surveying. The digital maps were produced from aerial photographs and SPOT satellite image using analytical plotter and 1:50,000 paper map.

Cerium oxide (ceria, CeO₂) is one of the most wide-spread oxide supporting materials for the precious metal nanoparticle class of heterogeneous catalysts. Because ceria can store and release oxygen ions, it is an essential catalytic component for various oxidation reactions such as CO oxidation (2CO + O₂ 2CO₂). Moreover, reduced ceria is known to be reactive for water activation, which is a critical step for activation of water-gas shift reaction (CO + H₂O → H₂ + CO₂). Here, we apply van der Waals-corrected density functional theory (DFT) calculations combined with U correction to study the mechanism of water chemisorption on CeO₂(111) surfaces. A stoichiometric CeO₂(111) and a defected CeO₂(111) surface showed different water adsorption chemistry, suggesting that defected CeO₂ surfaces with oxygen vacancies are responsible for water binding and activation. An appropriate level of water-ceria chemisorption energy is deduced by vdW-corrected non-local correlation coupled with the optB86b exchange functional, whereas the conventional PBE functional describes weaker water-ceria interactions, which are insufficient to stabilize (chemisorb) water on the ceria surfaces.

Don DeLillo has shown considerable interest in terror, frequently depicting extreme dread of something terrible to happen, in his literary texts. Since more than three thousand innocent people in New York were killed by the 9-11 terrorist attack in 2001, the anticipation about what kind of fiction he would write as a New Yorker was high. DeLillo's novel Falling Man (2007) in fragmentary detail represents the scene of the terrorism from the perspective of Keith Neudecker, a lawyer who escapes the collapsing world trader center. Neudecker's post-traumatic stress disorder in the first chapter is followed by the free-associative portrayal of various impacts of the 9-11 terror on Neudecker's wife Lienne in the second chapter. The random mixture of the first person narratives from such diverse view-point characters as Neudecker's son Justin, relatives and friends, with dialogues and recollections yields a very close picture of the consequences of terrorism. Reading DeLillo's Falling Man in juxtaposition with a Japanese Canadian novel Obasan by Joy Kogawa, reminiscences of the maltreatment of Japanese Canadians during and after the second world war, surfaces the authorial intention of the two novels. They as trauma literature emerge to aim at curing the readers and proposing post-traumatic ethics. Laurie Vickroy's theory of trauma narrative and cure, E. Ann Kaplan's theory of trauma witness narrative and responsibility, and Emmanuel Levinas's theory of trauma memory and ethics offer theoretical grounds for the convincing analysis of the two texts.
