In modern aquaculture, mass mortality is a very important issue that determines the success of aquaculture business. If a fish disease is not detected at an early stage in the farm, the disease spreads quickly because the farm is a closed environment. Therefore, early detection of diseases is crucial to prevent mass mortality of fish raised in farms. Recently deep learning-based automatic identification of fish diseases has been widely used, but there are many difficulties in identifying objects due to insufficient images of fish diseases. Therefore, this paper suggests a method to generate a large number of fish disease images by synthesizing normal images and disease images using SinGAN deep learning model in order to to solve the lack of fish disease images. We generate images from the three most frequently occurring Paralichthys Olivaceus diseases such as Scuticociliatida, Vibriosis, and Lymphocytosis and compare them with the original image. In this study, a total of 330 sheets of scutica disease, 110 sheets of vibrioemia, and 110 sheets of limphosis were made by synthesizing 10 disease patterns with 11 normal halibut images, and 1,320 images were produced by quadrupling the images.

Gan Tack is meetings for marriage in Royal Families only. There are three selection courses before the final decision of one person, and it done with a view to finding the best person in the country. On the history of costume, it was greatly changed in Yungjo's period. In this thesis, I studied the costumes of king Yungjo, Jungsungwanghu who is the consort of Yungjo, Inwonwanghu who is the consort of the late king, Sunhigung who is a seraglio of Yungjo, Ongjus who are King's daughters by seraglios, Sanggungs who are court ladies, Yumo who is a wet nurse, and etc., for Gan Tack with Hyaegyunggung-Hong who is chosen the consort of Prince, and research the Dresses, which are Jugori, Chima, Dangui, Gonryongpo, and Wonsam. The girls who attend Gan Tack dress up Jugori whose color is yellow, Chima whose color is red, and Dangui whose color is green. King wears in Gonryongpo, the Consorts in Wonsam, and the court ladies and Ongjus in Dangui, of course, there are differences of the colors and ornaments on the ranks. Finally, I hope this thesis will be of great help to the costume of historical dramas.

This paper proposes an image generation method using a Multi Discriminator Generative Adversarial Net (MDGAN) as a next generation 2D game sprite creation technique. The proposed GAN is an Autoencoder-based model that receives three areas of information-color, shape, and animation, and combines them into new images. This model consists of two encoders that extract color and shape from each image, and a decoder that takes all the values of each encoder and generates an animated image. We also suggest an image processing technique during the learning process to remove the noise of the generated images. The resulting images show that 2D sprites in games can be generated by independently learning the three image attributes of shape, color, and animation. The proposed system can increase the productivity of massive 2D image modification work during the game development process. The experimental results demonstrate that our MDGAN can be used for 2D image sprite generation and modification work with little manual cost.

This study aims to design and implement automated SEO tools that has applied the artificial intelligence techniques for search engine optimization (SEO; Search Engine Optimization). Traditional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on-page optimization show limitations that rely only on knowledge of webpage administrators. Thereby, this paper proposes the metadata generation system. It introduces three approaches for recommending metadata; i) Downloading the metadata which is the top of webpage ii) Generating terms which is high relevance by using bi-directional Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) based on attention; iii) Learning through the Generative Adversarial Network (GAN) to enhance overall performance. It is expected to be useful as an optimizing tool that can be evaluated and improve the online marketing processes.
The ground roll is the most common coherent noise in land seismic data and has an amplitude much larger than the reflection event we usually want to obtain. Therefore, ground roll suppression is a crucial step in seismic data processing. Several techniques, such as f-k filtering and curvelet transform, have been developed to suppress the ground roll. However, the existing methods still require improvements in suppression performance and efficiency. Various studies on the suppression of ground roll in seismic data have recently been conducted using deep learning methods developed for image processing. In this paper, we introduce three models (DnCNN (De-noiseCNN), pix2pix, and CycleGAN), based on convolutional neural network (CNN) or conditional generative adversarial network (cGAN), for ground roll suppression and explain them in detail through numerical examples. Common shot gathers from the same field were divided into training and test datasets to compare the algorithms. We trained the models using the training data and evaluated their performances using the test data. When training these models with field data, ground roll removed data are required; therefore, the ground roll is suppressed by f-k filtering and used as the ground-truth data. To evaluate the performance of the deep learning models and compare the training results, we utilized quantitative indicators such as the correlation coefficient and structural similarity index measure (SSIM) based on the similarity to the ground-truth data. The DnCNN model exhibited the best performance, and we confirmed that other models could also be applied to suppress the ground roll.

In this paper, we explore the details of three classic data augmentation methods and two generative model based oversampling methods. The three classic data augmentation methods are random sampling (RANDOM), Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), and Adaptive Synthetic Sampling (ADASYN). The two generative model based oversampling methods are Conditional Generative Adversarial Network (CGAN) and Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Network (WGAN). In imbalanced data, the whole instances are divided into majority class and minority class, where majority class occupies most of the instances in the training set and minority class only includes a few instances. Generative models have their own advantages when they are used to generate more plausible samples referring to the distribution of the minority class. We also adopt CGAN to compare the data augmentation performance with other methods. The experimental results show that WGAN-based oversampling technique is more stable than other approaches (RANDOM, SMOTE, ADASYN and CGAN) even with the very limited training datasets. However, when the imbalanced ratio is too small, generative model based approaches cannot achieve satisfying performance than the conventional data augmentation techniques. These results suggest us one of future research directions.

Even though MR can reveal excellent soft-tissue contrast and functional information, CT is also required for electron density information for accurate dose calculation in Radiotherapy. For the fusion of MRI and CT images in RT treatment planning workflow, patients are normally scanned on both MRI and CT imaging modalities. Recently deep-learning-based generations of CT images from MR images became possible owing to machine learning technology. This eliminated CT scanning work. This study implemented a CycleGan deep-learning-based CT image generation from MR images. Three CT generators whose learning is based on T1- , T2- , or T1-&T2-weighted MR images were created, respectively. We found that the T1-weighted MR image-based generator can generate better than other CT generators when T1-weighted MR images are input. In contrast, a T2-weighted MR image-based generator can generate better than other CT generators do when T2-weighted MR images are input. The results say that the CT generator from MR images is just outside the practical clinics and the specific weight MR image-based machine-learning generator can generate better CT images than other sequence MR image-based generators do.
Recently, there have been a lot of researches on the whole face replacement system, but it is not easy to obtain stable results due to various attitudes, angles and facial diversity. To produce a natural synthesis result when replacing the face shown in the video image, technologies such as face area detection, feature extraction, face alignment, face area segmentation, 3D attitude adjustment and facial transposition should all operate at a precise level. And each technology must be able to be interdependently combined. The results of our analysis show that the difficulty of implementing the technology and contribution to the system in facial replacement technology has increased in facial feature point extraction and facial alignment technology. On the other hand, the difficulty of the facial transposition technique and the three-dimensional posture adjustment technique were low, but showed the need for development. In this paper, we propose four facial replacement models such as 2-D Faceswap, OpenPose, Deekfake, and Cycle GAN, which are suitable for the Cox platform. These models have the following features; i.e. these models include a suitable model for front face pose image conversion, face pose image with active body movement, and face movement with right and left side by 15 degrees, Generative Adversarial Network.
Three flavonoids were isolated from Epimedium koreanum and identified as quercetin(1), $anhydroicaritin-3-O-{\alpha}-rhamnoside(2)$ and icariin(3) by spectroscopic methods. The former two compounds are the first isolation from this plant.
