Slope was necessarily formed by development of hilly district for human living. At present slope is distributed about sixteen thousand in state road and expressway. Nevertheless, rule of preservation management for slope is overlapping or diffuse. In this study it analyze condition evaluation for slope.

This paper is to analyze security and technical problem of NEIS and suggest an improving methods about the effective system. Therefore questionnaire was performed in the five items with security as well as technical problem of NEIS to primary and secondary school teachers. The result of questionnaire analysis on each item is that they think of NEIS as the essential system for the age of information, despite problems such as the invasion of human right and security as well as reveal of personal data.

In the last years there have been some severe accidents with passenger vessels. So, International Maritime Organization(IMO) has recognized that computer stimulation of the evacuation may be required for passenger vessels. Human elements is a key issues of escape analysis on shipboard. There are technical requirements to simulate of escape analysis for human elements. Technical requirements include model of ship structure, evacuation algorithm, human behaviour analysis and influence of ship listing/motion. This paper provides the key issues and technologies of simulation for human escape on shipboard.

Renewable energy or green energy is a hot issue in theses days. Since wind resource can be endlessly supplied by nature, researchers and common people are interested in study how to use that resource at home or company. Especially, many architects have tried to integrate wind power generator for a part of building. So in this paper, three buildings installed wind power turbine are targed to CFD analysis and these buildings are Bahrain trade center, Discovery tower, and Pearl river tower. Bahrain trade center is the first building installed real wind turbine, Discovery tower is constructing at Texas, and Pearl river tower is designed and proved by china researchers. These buildings have very different type of wind power turbine and each turbine has different conditions f3r best power generation. Therefor this paper will focus on characteristic shape of buildings, wind power turbine type, and expected purpose of construction. Moreover, CFD analysis will show wind flow pattern and wind speed while wind is passing through wind turbine of three tall buildings. CFD analysis for three buildings make comparison the wind flow patterns with experimental result.

The periodic technical vehicle inspection is to prevent the accident through the finding and fixing the defects of the vehicle. The periodic technical vehicle inspection in Korea was studied for assessing the adequacy of the inspection frequency. The inspection frequencies of many countries including EU, USA and Japan were compared. The average mileages by the vehicle usage and type were represented. The warranty period and recommended replacement period of parts of the domestic auto makers was studied. Currently, the inspection frequency for the periodic technical vehicle inspection in Korea is appropriate. The pass-fail rate and the cost-benefit analysis for the periodic technical inspection in Korea will be needed in the decision making process for the inspection frequency.

The purpose of this research is to compose the curriculums of mathematics for the technical high school students to ream their own majors effectively. First, we analysed the goal of mathematics education in high school and the goal of education in technical high school and the 6th and 7th National Curriculums of mathematics. And next, we researched the reality and the necessity of mathematics education in technical high school. As the result of this analysis, we found some problems of mathematics education in the technical high school. So we composed the scope, the sequence, and the units of mathematics textbook which reflect the curriculum of technical high school.

In this study, a database composed by 46 cases of tunnel collapses has been built up. Based on the database, comprehensive data analysis is carried out, providing us a number of the technical lessons, which can be considered in future design and construction to minimize possibility of tunnel collapse disaster. For making a better understanding, the technical lessons are given in two divisions: mountain tunnel and urban tunnel. Tunnel collapses taking place in the former tunnel are generally due to bad discontinuity condition of jointed rock mass. Otherwise, urban tunnel has weak condition generally on ground water and weathering of ground. Most of technical comments given in this paper are made based on the cases of tunnel collapses only used in this study, so that the comments seems to be hard to be available to all the tunnelling cases. However, the comment should be valuable technical lessons for tunnel engineers to consider in tunnel design or construction.

This research is that concern in mathematics education of Technical high school Department of Electricity in the 7th educational curriculum. Indicated problem of mathematics education of Technical high school Department of Electricity at 7th educational curriculum as that compare mathematics subject contents with difference of Technical high school mathematics education in the 6th and the 7th educational curriculum. And examine major subject contents, analyzed contents of mathematics that must supplement and mathematics which use in major subject. Established contents of electricity mathematics education that need to major learning to satisfy target of technical high school technical education that is presented in the 7th training courses with this analysis
