Burden of Psychiatric Disorders among Pediatric and Young Adults with Inflammatory Bowel Disease: A Population-Based Analysis

  • Purpose: There is increasing prevalence of psychiatric disorders among inflammatory bowel Disease (IBD) population. Further, presence of psychiatric disorders has been shown as an independent predictor of quality of life among patients with IBD. We intended to explore the prevalence of various psychiatric disorders among pediatric and young adult population with IBD as a population-based analysis. Methods: We did a retrospective case control analysis using a deidentified cloud-based database including health care data across 26 health care networks comprising of more than 360 hospitals across USA. Data collected across different hospitals were classified and stored according to Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine-Clinical Terms. We preidentified 10 psychiatric disorders and the queried the database for the presence of at least one of the ten psychiatric disorders among IBD patients between 5 and 24 years of age and compared with controls. Results: Total of 11,316,450 patients in the age group between 5 and 24 years and the number of patients with a diagnosis of IBD, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis were 58,020. The prevalence of psychiatric disorders was 21.6% among IBD mainly comprising of depression and anxiety disorder. Multiple logistic regression analysis showed, IBD is 5 times more likely associated with psychiatric disorders than controls, p<0.001). We showed a steady increasing trend in the incidence of psychiatric disorders among IBD patients (2% in 2006 to 15% in 2017). Conclusion: Largest population-based analysis demonstrated an increased prevalence of psychiatric disorders among IBD patients. Our study emphasizes the need for psychological and mental health services to be incorporated as a part of the routine IBD clinic.

통행시간 분포 기반의 전철역 클러스터링 (Metro Station Clustering based on Travel-Time Distributions)

  • 스마트교통카드 데이터는 대표적인 모빌리티 데이터로 이를 이용하여 대중교통 이용행태를 분석하고 정책 개발에 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 연구의 하나로 전철 이용패턴을 이용하여 전철역들을 분류하는 문제를 다룬다. 전철역의 클러스터링을 다룬 기존 논문들은 이용행태 중 통행량만을 고려하였기에 본 논문은 이에 대한 보완적인 방법의 하나로 통행시간을 고려한 클러스터링을 제안한다. 각 역의 승객들을 출근 시간 출발, 출근 시간 도착, 퇴근 시간 출발, 퇴근 시간 도착 승객들로 분류한 다음 각각의 통행시간을 와이블 분포로 모형화하여 추정한 형상모수를 역의 특성값으로 정의하였다. 그리고 특성 벡터들을 K-평균 클러스터링 기법을 사용하여 클러스터링하였다. 실험결과 통행시간을 고려하여 역의 클러스터링을 수행하면 기존 연구의 클러스터링 결과와 유사한 결과가 나올 뿐만 아니라 더 세분화 된 클러스터링이 가능함을 관찰하였다.

  • 1974. 8. 15 SeoulMetro, beginning with the first electric railway established at six cities, so it is managing mass transportation of traffic. Especially, in case of seoul, It is managing that from one to eight lines, 286.9km, 265 stations have installed and now it is carrying about 5.5million of passengers everyday, and 2,000million passengers a year. So accident is increasing from the station every year. For this measure, SeoulMetro prepares safety fence for passengers crash but, as suicides or people who watch the accident took place, for at the bottom of passengers crash protection, PSD installing is needed. Even though, PSD is managing ATO section but, in controlling SeoulMetro, one to four lines sections are (ATS, ATC)section. Between as ATS, ATC section, ATO section, subway gate and PSD must have opened and crossed always at the time. And the interlock control corrosion protection gate, managing skills with installation, method, using in history, apply to 10rail cars one train sets, and maximum applying 2224% sections of passengers congested that consideration is to be needed. So 2004, SeoulMetro improved technology and basie design of PSD at ATS section. Based on this, from 2005.4 to 2006.6, using subway 2lines per 12stations set the model installation(full type 11stations, half type 1station) After installing in case of success, it is going about to suggest that effective analysis and hereafter subject.

A Study on Formative Characteristics of the Metro Sexual in Men's Fashion - Focused on Male Consumers in their 10's~40's -

  • This study was attempted to be a help in estimating changes of men's fashion in sociocultural environment by examining the diversified trends of domestic men's fashion through literature review, fashion collection analysis and questionnaire in various aspects. For data collection in this study, questionnaires were used, and these were corrected and supplemented after preliminary survey for male consumers from September 2009 to March 2010. Among total 460 copies, 431 copies were used in final analysis. First, among typical factors of changes in image of men's fashion, change of sexual role was shown as the most important factor. Contrary to men of the past, modern men are actively taking care of their appearance with changes of social values, which indicates that viewpoints on men have become flexible, such that the image of beauty does not apply just to women. Second, analysis on factors of image changes in men's fashion by age revealed that high mean values were obtained in factors of change of sexual role and trend with difference between groups, and factors of expression of individuality were highly rated without remarkable difference, and aesthetic factors were poorly rated without significance. Third, analysis on preference for formative characteristics of the Metro Sexual showed that feminine materials were negatively rated, and analysis on wearing experience revealed that several items become popular, indicating that wearing experiences are increasing in various areas. This study suggests a new viewpoint of cultural sexual consciousness of the youth that is continuously changing, and is meaningful in understanding emotional and rational lifestyle and cultural style of Metro Sexual, a recent phenomenon of men's fashion.

서울시 지하철 2호선의 가을철 객실 PM2.5 농도의 특성 (Characteristics of In-cabin PM2.5 Concentration in Seoul Metro Line Number 2 in Autumn)

  • Objectives: Subway is one of the most common transportation modes in Seoul, Korea. The objectives of this study were to determine characteristics of in-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentration in Seoul Metro Line Number 2 and to identify factors of the $PM_{2.5}$ concentration. Methods: In-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations in Seoul Metro Line Number 2 were measured using real-time monitors and the factors affecting $PM_{2.5}$ concentration in cabin were observed. Linear regression analysis of in-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentration and indoor/outdoor (I/O) ratio were performed. Results: In-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentration was associated with the in-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentration in previous station. In-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentration was correlated with ambient $PM_{2.5}$ concentration and associated with underground station with control of the in-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentration in previous station. I/O ratio increased as the number of passengers increased and when passing through the underground station with control of I/O ratio in previous station. Conclusion: In-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentration was affected by ambient $PM_{2.5}$ concentration. Therefore, management of in-cabin $PM_{2.5}$ concentrations should be based on outdoor air quality.

도시철도 승객경로 추적에 관한 연구: 서울지하철 9호선을 중심으로 (Tracing a Logical Path of Passengers: A Case study of Seoul Metro Line 9)

  • 최근 Hong et al.[1]은 같은 열차에서 하차한 승객들의 교통카드데이터 퇴장시각이 군집(cluster)을 이루어 나타나는 특성을 이용해 도시철도 승객의 실제 이용 경로와 열차를 추적하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 급행열차와 일반열차가 혼합 운영되는 서울 지하철 9호선에서도 퇴장시각이 같은 특성을 보임을 확인하고 Hong et al.[1]의 방법론을 사용하여 승객이 실제 이용한 열차를 추적하였다. 오전 시간대(6시~10시) 상행 승객에 대한 추적결과 전체 승객 중 91% 승객에 대해서 성공하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 일반열차와 급행열차에 대한 승객의 선호 및 이용행태를 분석하였다.

  • The subway with the initial constructive expense which is enormous together is the public transportation means where the many expense is expended in the operation and maintenance civil official. Seoul Metro until initial opening to traffic after present time cannot escape every year deficit to be, the cause is a possibility of seeking from the fare system which is short in transportation prime cost. Currently Seoul Metro is operating with the distance proportional fare system the passenger ticket system which is simple (usual volume, group volume and fixed amount volume, affection renunciation, charge free volume). When the biased characteristic of the user it plans considering from the goods development side for the variety for and a deficit solution, against the fare system systematic it researches and solution plan politically. Financial of the subway operation agency young the investigation against the present condition of the hazard subway fare system which is solved the bud with problem point a fare system from the research which it sees consequently and improvement program under analyzing the man with underdeveloped genital organ. Base on the reporter to analyze the introduction plan which with the character which will reach it follows with the necessity of introduction of the 1st passenger ticket (24 hour volume).

The Water Quality of the Pasig River in the City of Manila, Philippines: Current Status, Management and Future Recovery

  • Pasig River is an important river in the Metro Manila, Philippines, since it provides food, livelihood and transport to its residents, and connects two major water bodies; Laguna de Bay and Manila Bay. However, it is now considered to be the toilet bowl of Metro Manila due to the large amount of wastes dumped into the river. Even with the efforts of the government to revive the quality of the Pasig River and its tributaries, it continues to deteriorate over time. This paper provides an overview of the current condition of the Pasig River. The existing water management policies were reviewed, and the issues and challenges hindering the improvement of its water quality identified. Moreover, the water qualities of the rivers in Metro Manila were compared to those of the major rivers in South Korea. The current watershed management system practiced by South Korea has been discussed to serve as a guideline for future recovery of the water quality of the rivers in the Philippines.

  • In this paper the noise characteristics of metro train is investigated experimentally. It is primarily aimed at observing the squealing noise radiation of each wheel when the vehicle pass the curve sections. This will be used to understand the noise excitation mechanism at the contact area between squealing wheels and rails which induce squeal noise at curve sections. To identify the related key parameters and boundary conditions on-board monitorings of the noise, vibration of the wheel and bogie and displacement behaviour of the wheels and rails have been done. In this paper only noise measurement and results are discussed. From spectrogramms squeal noise due to creepage and noise due to flange contact of the wheels could be identified. At the moment of the curve passing the highest squeal levels are found on the front inner wheel. However since curve noise depends on variable factors more analyses will be followed to identify the squealing wheels and the noise excitation.

  • 철도차량 옥상 정비시 산업재해를 방지하기 위해서는 안전성을 확보한 철저한 준비 및 검토가 선행 되어야한다. 차량의 정비시 공정별 위험요소 및 제반 문제점을 도출하여 해결함으로써, 산업 재해를 방지 할수 있다. 차량의 중 정비시 추락 재해는 옥상 작업인 차량의 옥상에서 발생한다. 정비의 특성상 차량을 분리하고, 차량의 대차를 분리 한후, 받침대 위에 차량을 올려놓은 상태에서, 옥상 작업은 안전 시설의 효과적인 설치 및 활용이 어렵다. 4M 에 의한 분석을 통하여, 옥상 작업시 차량의 지붕에 안전 난간을 설치하여, 추락 재해를 방지하고, 심리적 불안감을 해소하여, 안전하게 작업할 수 있는 방안을 연구 하였다.
