서(恕)의 두 형태와 그 윤리학적 의미 - 주자(朱子)와 대진(戴震)의 윤리학에서 서(恕)의 위상 - (The Two Forms of Confucian Golden Rule and Their Ethical Meanings)

  • 이 논문은 서(恕)에 관한 주자(朱子)와 대진(戴震)의 상반된 두 입장을 분석하고 그 윤리학적 의의를 탐색한 글이다. 논문에 따르면, 주자는 서(恕)가 단순한 동질화의 형식일 뿐 구체적인 윤리적 행위 지침을 제공하지는 못한다고 보고, 서(恕)가 오용될 경우는 오히려 부도덕의 상호 용인과 악의 동질화라는 비윤리적 행위를 양산할 수 있다고 우려하였다. 이러한 점 때문에 그는 주체의 도덕적 충실성(忠)을 반드시 서(恕)의 선결요건으로 삼아야 한다고 주장하였다. 그래야만 서(恕)가 주관적이고 자의적으로 오용되는 것을 막고 윤리의 보편타당성과 도덕의 지고한 가치를 견지할 수 있다고 생각하였다. 그러나 대진은 주자의 생각이 도덕 주체를 필연적으로 주관성의 늪에 빠져버리게 할 것이라고 비판하였다. 만일 타자와의 관계성을 괄호에 넣고 우선 도덕성을 연마해야 한다면, 그렇게 완성된 도덕성 역시 주체 내부의 것에 불과하게 되므로 보편타당한 윤리가 될 수 없다는 것이다. 이러한 점에서 대진은 서(恕)의 가치를 다시 부활시킨다. 그는 욕망의 실정(實情)에 입각하여 서로를 헤아리는 서(恕)의 과정을 통해, 구체적이면서 사실적인 그리고 보편타당한 윤리 준칙이 마련될 수 있다고 생각했다. 이 논문은 주자와 대진의 입장에 현격한 차이가 있지만, 양자가 지향했던 윤리학적 목표는 동일했다고 주장한다. 그들의 윤리학적 목표는 공히 주관주의의 폐단을 극복하고 윤리의 객관성과 보편타당성을 확보하려는 것이었고, 이를 통해 약자의 생존을 보장하고 사회적 균등을 실현하고자 했기 때문이다. 결론적으로 이 논문은, 서(恕)의 보편화 가능성을 정립하고 공정과 평등의 가치 실현을 지향하고자 했다는 점에서 두 사람이 같은 길을 걷고 있다고 주장한다.

  • 이 논문은 동아시아적 사유를 통해, 소통적, 관계적, 자율적, 대안적인 각도에서 판에 박힌 공동체 이념을 성찰하려는 것이다. 공동체란 이 세상의 주체인 내가 타자를 만나 서로 공통된 목적을 달성하려는 집단적인 형태의 공간이다. 그 공간은 국가, 사회, 민족일 수 있겠지만, 지역 문제, 생태, 환경을 다루거나 동호회와 같은, 사람의 몸과 마음이 바라는 바에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 어느 면에서 공동체는, 제도적인 측면의 국가나 이념적이고 상상적인 민족 공동체와 달리, 개체적인 인간 삶에 주안점을 둔다. 그것은 정해진 제도에 따라 인위적이거나 일률적인 시스템이 작동하는 공간이 아니라, 사람의 몸과 마음이 사랑하고 욕망하는 영토를 마련해주는 곳이어야 한다. 그런 공동체에서는, 참여자의 자율적 생명의 기운이 세상에서 관계적으로 역동하고, 거기에 설사 지도자가 있더라도 '무위'의 정치만 있어서 개개인의 의지가 현실화 될 수 있어야 한다. 이렇듯 사람이 본성대로 살 수 있으며 그 취향을 펴는데 장애가 없는 공동체를 희구한다면, 이는 동아시아 사유에서 그 이념을 어렵지 않게 찾을 수 있으며, 그런 공동체 이념은 우리 시대에 대안적 성격을 지니고도 남을 것이다. 이 논문은 이 같은 점에 유의하여 공동체의 의미를 접근한다.

치과의원 내원환자들의 긍정적 구전과 치과 의료서비스 품질 및 고객만족도 분석 (Analysis of the positive word-of-mouth, Quality of medical service and customer satisfaction of patients in dental clinics)

  • 치과 의료계의 국 내외 여건변화 및 의료소비자들의 의료지식 향상에 따른 기대수준과 욕구 증대는 치과의료산업의 경쟁심화를 가져왔다. 이러한 치과의료 환경 변화에 적극적으로 대처하기 위해서는 치과의료 마케팅 전략구축에 노력할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 치과의원 내원환자들의 긍정적 구전과 치과 의료서비스 품질 및 고객만족도 관계를 검증하여 치과의료 현장에서 적용할 수 있는 효율적인 마케팅 전략 개발에 필요한 근거를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기에 소재하고 있는 6개 치과의원을 대상으로 2010년 3월 22일부터 4월 9일까지 3주에 걸쳐 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 긍정적 구전 경험 대상자의 치과 의료서비스 품질 인식(p<.001)과 고객만족도(p<.001)는 비 구전 경험 대상자에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다. 긍정적 구전 경험자의 치과 의료서비스 품질 인식과 고객만족도는 정적 상관관계(r=.852, p<.001)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 긍정적 구전 경험자에서 치과 의료서비스 품질 인식과 고객만족도가 일반적 특성 중 연령(p<.01, p<.001)과 치과이용 경력(p<.01, p<.05)에서 높게 인식됨을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 긍정적 구전 유발을 위한 대상자별 차별화된 마케팅전략 수립에 있어 실증적 근거자료로 활용될 것이라 사료된다.

효율적인 해기사 실습교육제도의 개발에 관한연구 (A Study on the Development of an Efficient Training Education System for Merchant Marine Officers)

  • Much efforts have been made to improve the training education system for last decades. however, it still leaves much room form improving the system. The reason for this is that the have been many changes in given educational conditions, national and international, and that there existed the lack of training facilities on shore and the limits of capacity on the training ship. The existing program adopts a straight-through system of which the course has to be completed at same time, and also forces students to study the course, disregarding their aptitude for sea life. Consequently, the program resulted in frustrating the learning desire of some students and, as a consequence, in deteriorating the quality of the entire training education. This paper aims to develop an efficient training program including curriculla by the literature survey and the teaching and sea experiences on the training ship "HANBADA" and merchant ships, where the authors have been for many years. Compared with the existing one, the new training model suggested in this paper has some advantages as follows : First, the new model adopts multi-state system which consists of various short-term training courses according to each purpose. This system will be helpful for student to find their aptitude for sea life earlier and to understand classes of major subjection shore. Second, the model includes new curriculla which consist of core subjects (for example, navigation, marine operation, marine transportation, watch keeping and nautical English for deck cadets and internal and external combustion engine, auxiliary machinery, electric and electronics and engine maintenance for engine cadets), by incorporating existing 20 subjects in 5 subjects. These curriculla may contribute to embodying the characteristics of training education where the above mentioned subjects must be linked with each other. In order to implement this new training model efficiently and effectively, the following prerequisties must be prepared : $\circled1$ The contents of each subject included in the new model should be systematically developed. $\circled2$ The educational schedule should be adjusted according to the new model.new model.

도시근린공원의 야간조도분포의 특성 (Characteristics of th Distribution of Night Illumination Level at Urban Neighborhood Parks)

  • The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the distribution of night illumination level at urban neighborhood parks and to show its characteristics. And this is used basic data ensuring safety and satisfying aesthetic and psychological desires of people who use urban neighborhood parks at night. To research and analyze the distribution of illumination level at urban neighborhood parks at night. To research and analyze the distribution of illumination level at urban neighborhood parks, I selected 8 urban neighborhood parks as the subject of research in this study, set the measuring standard of illumination level, and measured the illumination level by the measuring standard. The results of this study are as follows; 1. Currently, total average illumination level of urban neighborhood parks was lower than the minimum standard of illumination level I KS A 3011-1993. 2. Average illumination level of each place in urban neighborhood parks appeared variously from low level to high level. But this was lower than the minimum standard illumination level in KS A3011-1993 like total average illumination level. 3. The higher was total average illumination level of urban neighborhood parks, the more various was brightness of places. Although users' aesthetic and mental desire or behavioral aspect relate with safety cannot be found by only survey and analyses of illumination level, it is judged that first, illumination level of the standard of the lightness should be analyzed to find user's mental states and behaviors in external space at night. Therefore, it is considered that this study, which analyzed characteristics illumination level as basic data, has a significance. The study continuing for other illuminative environmental factors suitable in the place is required because the brightness of places may not be measured by only illumination level. And the proper illumination level in outdoor places should be showed in considering psychological and behavioral aspects of human as people may have their own sense of brightness.

경주지역 향토음식 발굴 및 개발에 대한 주민의식 연구 (A Study of Residents Consciousness of Local Food Menus Excavation and Development in Gyeongju Areas)

  • This study was performed by questionnaire to investigate viewpoints regarding menu excavation and development of native local foods of adults in the Gyeongju area, classified by gender and age. The subject population consisted of 253 citizens(108 males and 145 females) living in Gyeongju. The findings are summarized as follows: The residents highly desired the 'enrichment of service and clean hygiene of local food restaurants', 'active marketing', 'necessity of excavation and development at the present time', and 'development with regional unique characteristics' with regard to the development of the local food choices in Gyeongju, whereas they did not particularly desire 'excavation development of cooking that often is served at family event(birth, marriage, death etc..)', nor 'guidance and enlightenment for many citizens'. The most influential obstacle hindering the development of Gyeongju local food was 'administration support deficiency of connection group agency', followed by 'interest deficiency about local food of restaurant business managers and citizens, different taste of each restaurant', and 'tradition cooking itself is insufficient in Gyeongju'. The most reasonable development menu for native local foods of the Gyeongju area was 'mushroom & beef hot pot(beoseothanu-jeongol)', 'glutinous barley bread(chalborippang)', 'mushroom & bulgogi hot pot(beoseot-bulgogi-jeongol)', 'grilled beef(hanu-sutbul-gui)', and 'grilled minced beef ribs(hanu-tteok-galbi)' in that order. On the other hand, the excavation and development validity scores for 'black goat soup(heukyeomso-tang)', 'gulfweed soup(mojaban-guk)', and 'parboiled octopus(muneo-sukhoe)' were very low.

  • Organizational commitment (OC) is one of the most important attitudes and/or organizational variables. It is one of the important factors for increasing organizational performance and consequently it has a significant impact on productivity enhancement. Study of behavior in the workplace due to the great importance of manpower compared to other resources within the organization is of great importance too. OC is a psychological state which represents kind of desire, a need and a requirement for continuing employment in an organization. It is considered as one of the most influential factors in getting success and competitive advantage in today's organizations. Investigating effect of financial and non-financial variables on financial performance for a long-term has engaged the minds of researchers. Intensification of competition in markets has increased importance of recognizing competitive advantage patterns and their effect on financial performance (FP).This research conducted to provide a better understanding for people as well as for aggregation of a research subject OC and FP is compared in Indian banking sector by taking sample of 2 public and two private banks the correlation between the OC and FP and the results included a positive and significant correlation. Desired FP to increase wealth is an essential and obvious issue. According to the issued subjects, today, commitments and their impact on FP of companies have become increasingly important. In Indian banks the correlation between the OC & FP were found significant.

  • Due to the development of modern society, desire for residence is not merely for the purpose of habitation. It's also used to represent the joy of living, the resident's emotional expressions, and social status. In order to express such desires, one of the most important factors used to portray them visually is the usage of color. When apartments are constructed, model houses are created to show potential tenants a sample house. The color scheme of those sample houses have been changed in accordance to the transition in the eras. Since 2000, construction companies have created their own apartment brand in order to create their own signature image. To achieve this signature image, one can alter the surface level and use other materials, and colors. I have researched the usage of colors out of the above. The criteria that need to be fulfilled to be a subject for my research are in the top 5 construction companies of the year 2010, within the metropolitan area, and open after 2009. As the result, all construction companies used colors Y and YR. An as accent colors on props such furniture and curtains, they used colors P, PB, and R. They were differences in color tones in each construction company and as the square footage increase, they used color contrasts. Hillstate and Raemian used darker shades in the larger houses. But the color tones YR and Y were used in all houses regardless of their size. E-world, Xi, and Prugio showed differences in shade and tone of colors regardless of size but rather depending on the locations of the apartments.

패션 일러스트레이션에 표현된 스테레오타입 여성성 (Stereotype Femininity Expressed in Fashion Illustration)

  • This study analyzes the stereotyped femininity with a focus on body codes, which has been continuously expressed in fashion illustrations from the late $19^{th}$ century to the year 2010, and examines the changes in its meaning. Stereotyped femininity was reorganized by the changes in female sex role effected by social changes, as well as by the body discourse and feminism in the late $20^{th}$ century, These socio-cultural backgrounds led to the change in the meaning of stereotyped women expressed in fashion illustrations. The stereotyped women in fashion illustrations are characterized by gender-oriented body, and the typical image of women was reproduced with the marks of poses and looks that feature passiveness and subordination. Then, the gender-oriented body since 1990's shifted to active meaning that positively revealed sexual desire. The space positioned by women is also the symbol of gender. In line with changes over time, the backgrounds in fashion illustrations have changed from private space such as home and nature to public space such as city, which reflects diversification and expansion of space for women. This study has identified the changes in meaning, based on the analysis of the characteristics of stereotyped women expressed in fashion illustrations. Above all, women who were objectified as a subject by dominant discourse have established the concept of active body as an entity. In addition, the symbol of typical femininity is "slim" and "beauty", which reflects the change from the emphasis on childbirth-related femininity to self-control and conquer. On the other hand, the typical features expressed through body have reproduced dichotomous structure, but the emergence of body and background deviated from gender has reorganized the symbolic order of gender.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the critical factors that restaurant management should consider strategically when making a decision after COVID-19 under the digital transformation and non-contact service expansions environment. Design/methodology/approach - The thirty six experts and managers who have 5 years or more experience in restaurant industry in Korea participate this study. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and SER-M were used to analyze the experts' opinion Findings - As a result of the analysis, 'management environment' (0.313) showed the highest relative importance priority, followed by 'brand (0.263)', 'management characteristics (0.254)', and 'physical factors (0.17)'. And, as for the sub-factor value, 'lifestyle (0.087)', 'awareness (0.084)', 'consumer desire (0.075)', and 'loyalty (0.068)' were ranked highest among the 19 influencing critical factors. Research implications or Originality - In the case of large restaurant enterprises, it is judged that the subject(CEO, Management) is actively pursuing a strategy to acquire the necessary resources for the given environment of digital transformation and customer demand for non-contact services. On the other hand, in the case of middle and small restaurant enterprises, it seems that they are fully aware of the demand for expansion of non-contact services and the digital transformation required in the post COVID-19 era, but information technology utilization ability, usage experience, technology acceptance ability, and education and training support for this are only available to large enterprises.
