In recent years, the Internet was a lot of information on the use of Tesla coils bifilar [1] in conjunction with induction cooker, for "free" electricity during power resistive load, including different incandescent lamps. With the development of scientific and technological progress, the demand for electricity in each year is increasing, and at the same time, the need to increase the capacity of electricity production, which entails large investments and, consequently, increase of prices for consumers. As before today, the search for free electric energy is an up-to-date and still open topic. The purpose of research - simplification of information on the possibility of using bifilar coils as an electric current source in conjunction with induction cooker. Consequently, it can be concluded from the above that the use of Tesla coils in combination with induction cooker has very low k.k.d. and it is not possible to obtain excessive electric energy using the Tesla coil under the connection schemes considered.

The article reveals the essence of the concept of "pedagogical innovation" and identifies trends in the development of a modern educational institution. A qualitative analysis of the scientific literature in the field of innovation science has been carried out. The essence of the concept of "pedagogical innovation" is revealed. The modern classification of pedagogical innovations is given. The factors of the success of the introduction of pedagogical innovations are determined. The article defines the organizational conditions for effective management, the actions of the team to implement the concept of marketing management using the tools of pedagogical and strategic management. Due to this, results are achieved - indicators, since in our study they will be indicators of managerial efficiency: improving the "organization" function through the construction of new organizational structures; improving the functions of "analytical activity and planning" through enriching managerial work with economic and gnostic methods, analytical activities with the mandatory inclusion of financial activities, introspection of all participants, widespread use of licensed automated systems; synthesis of educational, economic, social results.

The article clarifies and divorces the concepts of distance learning systems "distance learning", "distance education", "distance technologies", "open education". The central concept of the DO system is "distance learning"; - an assessment of the use of distance technologies in the system of higher professional education in Ukraine was carried out, which showed that the dominant teaching technology at the moment is the technology of teaching using cases (case technology on paper and electronic media). It is determined that distance technologies based on the active use of technical teaching aids (network technologies, telecommunication technologies) find little use in the system of higher professional education in Ukraine.

The article reviews the means of stimulating and motivating to labor intellectualization in diplomatic service employees. The means considered encourage them to raise the effectiveness in achieving goals. Leveling up of intellectual labor of diplomatic services employees, as well as means of motivation of employees are covered in the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service". The law defines and regulates the conditions for the performance of intellectual labor entrusted to the staff of diplomatic services, namely: defines the direct rights and responsibilities of employees of diplomatic services, protects the interests and assists citizens of Ukraine abroad, meets the needs of all pressing issues and problems for their benefit.

The article defines the hypothesis of the research, it is an assumption that the process of forming ICT competence will be effective if: theoretically substantiated, developed and practically implemented a structural and functional model for the formation of ICT competence, taking into account interdisciplinary integration, the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the formation of ICT competence have been determined: interdisciplinary integration as the basis for building an interdisciplinary course, the content of which is aimed at the formation of ICT competence.

The main purpose of the article is to study the features of innovation and project management. The rapid growth of scientific and technological progress in our time is leading to such profound changes that a passive, slow response to the development of science and technology leads to a growing backlog. That is why the main direction of efficient production should be a constant striving to improve product quality, timely replacement of the assortment, minimization of inventories, and ensuring the flexibility and mobility of technological processes. The article proposes a method of modeling a comprehensive indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of regional management of innovation activity. This will make it possible to assess the effectiveness of personnel, financial and credit and foreign economic activity of the regions from the standpoint of an integrated approach. The modeling technique is proposed to be carried out using the tools of taxonomic analysis and the calculation of a complex indicator of the effectiveness of the innovation activity management.

The purpose of the article is to analyze students' self-assessment of the level of soft skills development and the prospects for its improvement in a pandemic. For an adequate and objective study of the stated issues, comparative analysis was most often used. For this purpose, theoretical studies of national and foreign experts were analyzed, which included specific sociological surveys. Prospects for further work are assumed in a detailed study of the factors, conditions and mechanisms for the formation and development of soft skills in students of natural, engineering and technological, medical, social and humanitarian specialties.

The theoretical analysis and synthesis of prospects for the development of distance learning in Ukraine, the main topical problems of distance education in Ukraine are considered, the main factors that hinder the introduction of distance learning are analyzed, to pay attention to the need to increase the level of computer literacy among Ukrainian educators and the formation of modern methodology of distance learning, in particular, a single, systematic, national approach of organization, coordination and control in this area. Research methods: analytical method, method of structural and functional analysis, phenomenological method, content analysis method, philosophical reflection method, sociological methods (questionnaire, interview).
