항공서비스전공 대학생의 항공안전 인식이 전공인식, 전공몰입, 취업효능감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Aviation Safety Perception among College Students Majoring in Aviation Service on Major Recognition, Major Commitment, and Employment Efficacy )

  • In recent years, the competition for employment among college students has become more intense. It is also the time when strong personal beliefs and will to develop careers are required for successful employment through stable major study. Therefore, in this study, we tried to find out the effect on major attitude and employment efficacy according to the level of aviation safety perception, which is an important issue in the aviation industry. For analysis, survey is conducted targeting college students majoring in aviation service who are enrolled in universities in the metropolitan area and Chungcheong area. To verify the hypotheses of the study, demographic characteristics are identified based on questionnaires, reliability and validity of measurement items are verified, and structural equation model analysis is performed to verify the hypotheses. The analysis results are as follows. First, it is found that safety knowledge and safety consciousness, which are sub-factors of aviation safety perception of college students majoring in aviation service, have a positive (+) effect on subject recognition, learning process recognition, and career recognition of major recognition. Second, subject recognition, learning process recognition, and career recognition, which are sub-factors of major recognition, are found to have a positive effect on major commitment. Third, it is found that major commitment have a positive (+) effect on employment efficacy. Based on the research results, practical support plans and strategies for effective major study and successful employment are presented.

Value recognition and eating patterns of Kimchi in female middle school students and their mothers

  • This study analyzed Kimchi eating culture in 178 households with female middle school children located in Incheon and Seosan areas, investigated the Kimchi eating patterns of female middle school students, and also analyzed the differences in value recognition for Kimchi between mothers and their female middle school students. Results showed that 23.0% of subject households answered eat Kimchi at every meal and the main reason for eating Kimchi in most households was good for taste. Most households made their own Kimchi, and only 12.3% of households bought Kimchi. Subject households preferred hot and spicy taste (34.8%) and pleasing taste (20.2%), and 44.4% of middle school children answered as eating Kimchi at every meal, and the source for information on Kimchi was home in 51.6% and mass media in 33.7%, suggesting the lack of school education. Both mothers and their female middle school students placed high value on Kimchi for its nutritional aspect and on Kimchi from the market for its convenience. Mothers showed significantly higher value (p<0.05) on the storage aspect of Kimchi compared to their middle school students, and female middle school students showed significantly higher value (p<0.05) on the value recognition for Kimchi as an international food compared to their mothers. Also, the value for hot pepper powder was high among other additional ingredients, and both mothers and middle school students had high values for Kimchi stew among other food dishes using Kimchi, and middle school students showed higher values (p<0.001) on foreign dishes using Kimchi such as Kimchi pizza and Kimchi spaghetti compared to the mothers group. Therefore, based on these results, the development of educational programs on Kimchi is needed not only at home but also at schools, by re-emphasizing the importance of value recognition for Klmchi in our food culture.

청소년의 배려와 나눔 실천을 위한 측정도구 개발 연구 (Measurement Tools for the Practice of Caring and Sharing by Adolescents)

  • This study develops a scale to measure the practice of consideration and sharing by adolescents. This data as an object of high school students in regards to items generated from the content validity test and preliminary study stage based on the consideration scale, literature review and expert for elementary school students on a 5-point Likert scale. The factor analysis of the collected data using SPSS 20.0 2 indicated the final fators. The three fanal factors designated by the measuring items are: 'practice of consideration and sharing', 'recognition of consideration and sharing', and 'self-recognition'. As a result of analyzing students' individual variables, this study found that family relationship satisfaction and school life satisfaction had positive relationship in self-recognition, recognition of consideration and sharing, practice of consideration and sharing, and total personality score. The measurement tools developed in this study, are expected to act as valid tools to develop a program that can increase the practice of consideration and sharing activities.

다문화가정 청소년의 건강행태에 따른 알레르기질환 유병률 연구 - 질병관리본부 제10차(2014년) 청소년건강행태온라인조사 - (Study on the prevalence of allergic diseases based on the health behavior of multicultural families youth - The Tenth Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey, 2014, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention -)

  • 본 연구는 질병관리본부에서 실시한 제10차 청소년건강행태온라인조사 자료를 기반으로 다문화 가정 청소년의 건강행태에 따른 알레르기 질환 관련 요인을 파악하여 천식, 알레르기 비염, 아토피 피부염을 예방하고, 학교에서 알레르기 환자의 효과적인 관리와 증상 완화를 위한 기초자료로 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다문화 가정 청소년 712명의 자료를 본 연구에 활용하여 조사 대상자의 건강행태 특성, 알레르기 질환 특성은 빈도, 백분율을 산출하였고, 건강행태와 알레르기 질환과의 관계는 교차분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화 가정 청소년의 건강행태 특성은 음주 경험이 있는 학생이 267명(37.5%), 흡연 경험이 있는 학생은 164명(23.0%), 약물 경험이 있는 학생은 35명(4.9%), 우울감이 있는 학생은 198명(27.8%)로 나타났다. 스트레스를 많이 느끼는 학생이 259명(36.3), 피로 회복이 충분하지 않다고 느끼는 학생이 286명(40.2%)으로 나타나 피로감을 많이 느끼고 있었다. 건강하다고 생각하는 학생이 497명(69.8%), 행복하다고 생각하는 학생은 449명(63.1%) 이었으며, 살찐 편이라고 생각하는 학생은 251명(35.3%) 이었다. 둘째, 다문화 가정 청소년의 알레르기 질환 중 천식은 중학생이 46명(6.5%), 고등학생이 35명(4.9%), 알레르기 비염은 중학생이 95명(13.3%), 고등학생은 87명(12.2%), 아토피 피부염은 중학생이 67명(9.4%), 고등학생이 53명(7.4%) 이었다. 천식이 있는 남학생은 47명(6.6%), 여학생은 34명(4.8%), 알레르기 비염이 있는 남학생은 81명(11.4%), 여학생은 101명(14.1%), 아토피 피부염이 있는 남학생은 53명(7.4%), 여학생은 67명(9.4%) 이었다. 다문화 가정 청소년은 천식이 있는 학생이 81명(11.4%), 알레르기 비염이 있는 학생이 182명(25.5%), 아토피 피부염이 있는 학생이 120명(16.8%)으로 알레르기 질환은 알레르기 비염, 아토피 피부염, 천식 순의 발병률을 나타냈다. 셋째, 다문화 가정 청소년의 건강행태 특성에 따른 알레르기 질환은 우울감(p<0.001), 음주 경험(p<0.05), 약물 경험(p<0.05), 건강 인지(p<0.05), 행복 인지(p<0.05), 체형 인지(p<0.05)에서 천식과 유의한 차이가 나타났고, 피로 회복 인지(p<0.001), 건강 인지(p<0.001), 스트레스 인지(p<0.05)에서 알레르기 비염과 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 체형 인지(p<0.01), 우울감(p<0.05), 피로 회복 인지(p<0.05), 건강 인지(p<0.05), 행복 인지(p<0.05)에서 아토피 피부염과 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 다문화 가정 청소년의 알레르기 질환에 관련이 높은 변인인 건강 인지, 행복 인지, 체형 인지를 올바르게 정립할 수 있도록 학교와 사회의 적극적인 개입이 필요하며, 우울감, 스트레스 인지, 피로 회복 인지를 올바르게 할 수 있도록 체계적이고 지속적인 지도와 교육이 필요하다.

대학생의 색동에 대한 인식과 이미지 분석 (An Analysis of Recognition and Image of Saek-dong in College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to seek the means of enlarging the application of Saek-dong to fashion products by surveying and analysing the recognition and image of Saek-dong in college students. As a research procedure, the bibliographical survey on the meaning and history of Saek-dong was preceded in this study, and the students were examined on the recognition and image of Saek-dong through the questionnaires. The female students were more acquiesced with the Saek-dong and Saek-dong clothing than the male students. And the students thought that the Saek-dong was our original and traditional clothing because it was worn by our ancestors from the earliest years. The word Saek-dong reminded them of red, yellow, blue, green, white and red-brown colors in order of appearance. The most familiar color-arrange to them was red+yellow+dark-brown+green+blue, and the blue, purple, green, red, white color was thought as manly Saek-dong colors and the yellow, red, dark-brown, pink, white was regarded as feminine Saek-dong colors. Saek-dong was primarily associated with the image of Saek-dong clothing and most of the students expressed their feeling about the Saek-dong as 'cute.' Most of the students responded that the practical Hanbok was best illustrated as the most applied clothing of Saek-dong and that the attempt to apply the color and pattern of Saek-dong to other modern artistic products was likely to damage the worth of traditional Saek-dong. When it comes to the matter of applying the design of Saek-dong to the fashion products, male students thought that it could be best applied to the shirts, while female students thought that the design of Saek-dong could best be applied to the personal ornaments.

간호대학생의 자아존중감, 공감, 실존적 안녕감이 영적간호역량에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Self-esteem, Empathy and Existential Well-being on Spiritual Care Competence in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify effects of self-esteem, empathy and existential well-being on spiritual care competence in nursing students. Methods: Participants were 357 nursing students from three colleges in G metropolitan city. The survey was conducted from March 11 to April 3, 2015, with a self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 21.0. Results: Differences in spiritual care competence were statistically significant according to experience in providing spiritual care and recognition of need for spiritual care. There were significant differences in self-esteem, empathy and existential well-being according to satisfaction with major, satisfaction with life and recognition of the need for spiritual care. Spiritual care competence of nursing students showed a significantly positive correlation to self-esteem, empathy and existential well-being. Factors influencing spiritual care competence were recognition of need for spiritual care, self-esteem, empathy and experience in providing spiritual care, which explained about 16% of spiritual care competence. Conclusion: Results indicate the importance of developing an intervention program for nursing students to strengthen spiritual care competence through improved recognition of needs for spiritual care, self-esteem, empathy and experience in providing spiritual care.

시뮬레이션 실습이 접목된 문제중심학습에 대한 간호학생의 PBL 학습요소별 인식과 학업성취도 (Learning Element Recognition and Academic Achievement of Nursing Student Receiving PBL with Simulation Education)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze how a nursing student recognizes PBL with simulation education and its relationship to academic achievement. Methods: The study objects were the students in C college who learn through PBL using simulator for 15 weeks(September 2007 to December 2007). Learning element recognition was developed by Cho(2002) and three key evaluations(performance, self-evaluation, and colleague evaluation) were designed by professors. Results: Learning element recognition ranged from 2.37 to 4.83 with the average at 3.94. For Learning element recognition, students who preferred discussion score 4.15. This was statistically more significant than those who do not. Students who preferred presentations show significantly higher score in colleague evaluation. For Learning element recognition and academic achievement, self-evaluation and colleague evaluation showed relationship to PBL learning element. Conclusion: There was definitely a relationship with PBL learning element and academic achievement after learning the PBL with simulation education.

일부 초등학생들의 노인에 대한 태도와 노인을 표현하는 용어 인지 간의 상관관계 (The Relationship of Attitude and Word Recognition for the Elderly of Elementary School Students)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to investigate the attitude and recognition on how to describe the elderly of elementary school students. Methods: The subject of this study was total 806 students of 4, 5, 6 grade at 2 elementary schools in Gyunggi-do. The data were collected through self-reporting questionnaires for a month. Results: First, the score of attitude about the elderly was 107.8 and image score was the highest. Second, there were significant differences in the attitude about the elderly according to grade, birth order of siblings, domestic atmosphere, and economic status, domestic education on respect about the elderly, and education about the elderly at school. Third, there were significant differences in the attitude about the elderly according to parent-grandparent relationship, health and economic status of grandparents, meeting frequency with grandparents. Fourth, the score of word recognition about the elderly was 43.3 and social score was the highest. fifth, there were significant differences in recognition on how to describe the elderly according to grade, birth order of siblings of students and parents, domestic atmosphere, and economic status, domestic education on respect about the elderly. Sixth, there were significant differences in recognition on how to describe according to parent-grandparent relationship, health status and economic status of grandparents, meeting frequency with grandparents. Lastly, The attitude and recognition about the elderly showed significant positive relationship. Conclusion: We should provide qualitative education programs to improve the attitude and recognition about the elderly of elementary school students.

대학생들의 가공식품 구매실태와 식품표시 인지 정도 (A Study on Utilization of Processed Foods and Recognition of Food Labels among University Students)

  • This study examined the utilization of processed food and the recognition of food labels among 257 university students (201 females and 56 males) in Seoul and Kangwon-do. The results of the study showed that the most important considered information on food labels are shelf life, nutrition facts, and price in sequential order. Female students' recognition of nutrition facts was significantly higher than that of male students (p<0.05). Female students more attentively checked the manufacturer, origin of the products, and shelf life information on food labels than did the male students. In checking out the food labels information, the most checked items on food labels were calories, trans fatty acid and cholesterol in that order and the least checked information was the sodium contents. Among processed foods, male students' consumption was dominant in instant noodles, frozen dumplings, and canned goods, while female students had more candies/chocolates. In selecting processed foods, male students showed strong preference for cheaper and quantitative products, while female students chose more tasty, brand new, well-known brand, and products of domestic origin. Frequency of canned and frozen food consumption showed a positive correlation with BMI, while candies/chocolates showed a negative correlations with BMI. Negative correlations were found in the attitude of selecting food with longer shelf life and BMI. The results of this study suggest that university students need to be well informed to make wise food choices that contribute to a healthy diet. Additionally, food manufacturers and government authorities concerned should make certain that consumers know how to use food label information more easily and effectively through proper education.

능력별 집단편성에 대한 교사와 학생의 인식 (A Study of Recognition About Students' Ability Grouping)

  • According to the paradigm of Neo-liberalism, the issue of ability grouping has grown more and more in education of Korea. And because of the influence of ability grouping, now ability grouping is enforcing partially in the subjects of English and Mathematics. But ability grouping is going to expand to the all subjects. So, it is very important that how teachers and students are recognize about partial ability grouping in the subjects of English and Mathematics. Because that information about partial ability grouping can guide direction for the future educational policy. The purpose of this study was to actually analyze teacher's and students' recognition of partial ability grouping in the subjects of English and Mathematics. To accomplish this purpose, 622 middles school students and 552 teachers were sampled. As a tool of investigation, questionnaires about teacher's and students' recognition of partial ability grouping had made by researcher of this study were used. And as processing of data, t-test, F-test, Scheff-test were used. The result of this study is as follow. First, teachers who are experiencing ability grouping recognized more negative about ability grouping than teachers who are not experiencing ability grouping. Second, students who have low ability recognized more negative about ability grouping than students who have high ability. Third, teachers who are experiencing ability grouping recognized more ineffective about ability grouping than teachers who are not experiencing ability grouping. Fourth, students who have low ability recognized more ineffective about ability grouping than students who have high ability.
