RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology has recently been spotlighted to preemptively respond to the 4th industrial revolution without spending a lot of time and money to improve various existing business and IT processes. In this study, variables affecting intention to use RPA technology were representatively identified into three positive factors and three negative factors, and the causal relationship between the effects of these variables on actual RPA acceptance intention was examined. After conducting an email survey for general office workers, structural equation analysis (SEM) was performed using SPSS 27.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.5. The second order factor of a positive perception consisting of security, accuracy, and efficiency, and the second order factor of a negative perception consisting of job security, execution error, and fear of introduction failure. The positive perception affected the intention to use RPA through perceived usefulness and perceived ease. It was confirmed that the negative perception has a mediating effect on the intention to use RPA through acceptance conflict. In addition, it was confirmed that the presence or absence of experience in using RPA interacts with perceived ease and has a moderating effect on intention to use RPA. It can be said that there is practical and theoretical implications from the point of view of knowledge management in that it allows companies to recognize and respond to which factors are important from the point of view of companies that want to use RPA.
This study examines correlations among factors that reportedly affect adjustment to military life: self esteem, locus of control,, social support and stress coping strategies. The study also attempts to validate the structural model to enhance understanding of the process of adjusting to the military life. The subjects of the study were 447 listed soldiers from private to sergeant currently stationed and serving in an army post in Gangwon-Do, Korea. The following tools were used for this study. Based on self-inventory questionnaires, evaluations were made regarding self esteem, locus of control, social support, stress management, adaptation to military life. Reliability of each criterion was evaluated based on reliability examination, correlations among parameters were analyzed, and the structural equation model was validated to verify the research model. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, internal control and self esteem have significant positive influence on social support and stress coping. Second, internal control and self esteem affect adjusting to military life through social support and active coping, two factors mediated in this study to act as parameters between self-esteem and internal control and military adaption. This study emphasizes intervention such as establishment of a social support system and training for taking necessary actions as limitations of studies dealing with internal traits and military adaptation. Since the subjects of this study were chosen from an army based in a single location for convenience' sake, it may be difficult to generalize the results to analyze the entire military.
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether self-leadership affects organizational commitment through job satisfaction of employees working in domestic mold-related companies. Questionnaires were collected online for a period of three months from employees working in domestic mold-related companies., A total of 209 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, and the questionnaires were composed of self-leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. In order to improve the early turnover problem and job competence of employees working in domestic mold-related companies, the effect of self-leadership on organizational commitment and job satisfaction and the effect of self-leadership on organizational commitment through job satisfaction were verified. As a result of the verification, it was proved that self-leadership had a significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had a complete mediating effect between self-leadership and organizational commitment.,This proved that the stronger the self-leadership and the higher the job satisfaction, the greater the impact on organizational commitment, thus laying the foundation for self-leadership education for mold-related workers in companies and associations.

A recent study reported that Pleurotus ostreatus has the potential to be used as a ${\beta}-glucan-based$ cream for supportive complementary therapy of atopic dermatitis. KH054 is a new herbal prescription consisting of P. ostreatus and Panax ginseng. The effects of atopic dermatitis-induced materials on the expression of cytokine genes in human monocytes (THP-1, EoL- 1) have been examined. Some reports demonstrated that P. ginseng augments the activity of natural killer cells, which plays an important role in innate immunity against infection and tumor development. Monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1), interleukin (IL)-6, and IL-8 have important roles in mediating the infiltration of various cells into the skin of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. The present study investigated whether KH054 on induced IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1 secretion by house dust mite (Dermatophagoides pteronissinus) in THP-1 (human acute monocytic leukemia) and EoL-1(Human eosinophilic leukemia) cell. D. pteronissinus functions in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases, including atopic dermatitis and asthma. The inhibitory effect of KH054 on the induction of IL-6, IL-8, and MCP-1 secretion by D. pteronissinus extract in THP-1 and EoL-1 cells was examined. KH054 potently suppressed the elevated production of IL-6 and IL-8 induced by D. pteronissinus treatment in THP-1 and EoL-1 cells. Based on the present results, KH054 may be useful for developing functional foods to treat atopic dermatitis.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of parental rearing attitudes on smartphone addiction and mediation effect of children's aggression and impulse between them. The randomly chosen 390 subjects of the 4th and 5th elementary school students (boy: 199, girl: 191) of J City participated in this research. The main scales were EMBU-Shot, Smartphone Addiction Scale and NEO-PAS. Spss 22.0 was used for its statistical analysis, that is correlation analysis and regression analysis. The main results are as follows. First, parental rearing attitude, smartphone addiction, and aggression and impulse were statistically significantly correlated. Second, it is testified that rejective parental rearing attitudes statistically significantly increasingly influenced smartphone addiction with partial mediation of aggression and impulse. Also overprotective parental rearing attitudes statistically significantly increasingly influenced smartphone addiction with full mediation of them. It suggested the importance of intervention for aggression and impulse of the children with smartphone addiction as well as parental rearing attitude changes in intervening and counseling them. This study tried to supply evidence-based and basic data for the developing preventive education and counseling programs for them. The limit and future tasks were discussed.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of large company's corporate social responsibility(CSR) on trust and relationship commitment of partner companies' members. This study is different from previous studies with respect to inclusion of safety/environment responsibility as one of CSR components and inclusion of supplier company's members as one of major stakeholders in CSR. Corporate social responsibility activities, which are independent variables, are composed of four components: economic, legal, ethical, and safety/environment responsibility. The trust is composed of the dependent variables as the parameter. For the empirical analysis, data were collected from 186 members of supplier companies of 'S' large companies. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to verify the hypothetical relationship. The results of this study are as follows. First, social responsibility activities have an effect on trust and relationship commitment, and trust has a positive effect on relationship commitment. In the relationship between social responsibility activities and relationship commitment, trust was found to play a full mediating role. Based on these results, implications were discussed in terms of theory and practice, limitations were pointed out, and some research directions for future research were also proposed.

This study is based on the theory of salutogenesis, and investigates factors affecting the health status of radiologists who experience high stress and health problems in the rapidly changing medical environment. The study enrolled 379 radiologists working at hospitals in Daegu. A health structure model was established by applying the theory of salutogenesis. Sense of coherence had a direct effect on the health status of radiologists. Psychological stress, social support, and drinking were also influential factors, due to their mediating effect on the sense of coherence. Moreover, social support was also found to be lower when job stresses were higher. Hence, increased psychological stress resulted in lower levels of sense of coherence, social support and exercise. Taken together, results of this study indicate that effects on the sense of coherence have maximum influence on the health status of radiologists, and social support among general resistance resources is an important factor for enhancing sense of coherence. In addition to social support and health behaviors, researches involving various resources and the development of organizational strategies and health promotion intervention programs are required in future, to enable radiologists to cope with their stresses and improve health.
Selectins are differentially expressed carbohydrate binding proteins involved in the initiation of tissue inflammation by mediating the rolling and tethering of leukocytes on the vascular endothelium. This primary event in initiation of inflammation, as occurs during reperfusion injury, can be therapeutically targeted using selectin inhibitors, which generally block binding of sLex to E-, P-, and L-selectins. The objective of this study was to determine the role of selectins in renal ischemia/reperfusion injury after kidney transplantation. Canine kidneys were subjected to 60-min warm ischemia, flushed with UW solution, cold stored for 24 h, and autotransplanted into the nephrectomized donor. Renal autografts were monitored for 7 days by serum creatinine in the first study and by histology and myeloperoxidase activity after 4-hour reperfusion in the second study. In each study, one group of animals received TBC1269 (selectin inhibitor) and the other received saline vehicle. Serum creatinine rose quickly after transplantation and was not different between the groups. TBC1269 abolished a reperfusion-induced 2-fold increase in renal cortex neutrophil infiltration and improved histologic signs of ischemia after 4 hours of reperfusion. Selectin blockade does not improve the course of injury caused by warm renal ischemia. A minor benefit associated with the inhibition of early inflammation during reperfusion after kidney transplantation seems to occur.
This study was carried out to characterize nonadrenergic, noncholinergic(NANC) relaxation of porcine retractor penis(PRP) muscle induced by electrical field stimulation(EFS) and to investigate the actions of niric oxide(NO) and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) as candidates for NANC neurotransmitters. Biphasic relaxations of PRP muscle were induced by EFS to NANC nerve. Rapid-phase relaxation was observed at low frequency(0.5-16Hz) and slow-phase relaxation followed during high frequency(8-60Hz). Both relaxations were frequency-dependent and TTX($1{\times}10^{-6}M$)-sensitive. L-NAME($2{\times}10^{-5}M$) inhibited the rapid-phase relaxation, but not the slow-phase relaxation. The inhibition of the rapid-phase relaxation with L-NAME was reversed by L-arginine ($1{\times}10^{-3}M$) but not by D-arginine($1{\times}10^{-3}M$). Methylene blue($4{\times}10^{-5}M$) reduced the rapid-phase relaxation. Exogenous No(ExoNO, $1{\times}10^{-5}-1{\times}10^{-4}M$) induced dose-dependent relaxations of PRP muscle. Oxyhemoglobin($5{\times}1^{-5}M$) blocked the relaxation induced by ExoNO and inhibited EFS-induced relaxation. Hydroquinone($1{\times}10^{-4}M$) also abolished the relaxation induced by ExoNO, but did not affect EFS-induced relaxation. L-NAME resistant slow-phase relaxation to EFS was inhibited by ${\alpha}$-chymotrypsin(2.5 U/ml). Both methylene blue($4{\times}10^{-5}M$) and Nethylmaleimide($1{\times}10^{-4}M$) reduced the slow-phase relaxation by EFS. [4-Cl-D-$Phe^6$, $Leu^{17}$]-VIP($3{\times}10^{-6}M$) inhibited the slow-phase relaxation by EFS. External applications of VIP ($1{\times}10^{-7}M$) caused relaxations that were simillar to the L-NAME resistant slow-phase relaxations induced by EFS, and relaxant effects of exogenous VIP were blocked by ${\alpha}$-chymotrypsin(2.5 U/ml).
This study aims to demonstrate the longitudinal structural relationship between learner-centered instruction, learning motivation, growth beliefs, and academic stress. In particular, this study was carried out to focus on the structural effect of the related variables using data from the 3rd to 5th year of the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study. Results showed that while learner-centered instruction positively predicted both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of learners, it predicted the former better. In addition, learner-centered instruction influenced academic stress through motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic motivation were found to increase stress. Further, growth beliefs mediated motivation with learner-centered instruction; specifically, learner-centered instruction influenced learners' positive beliefs about growth, and learners who had growth beliefs had intrinsic motivation. At the same time, external motivation tended to be lower for learners who believed in the possibility of growth. Finally, the perceptions of learner-centered instruction affected academic stress through changes in growth beliefs. However, the other 3 factors (learner-centered instruction, learning motivation, and academic stress) were not statistically significant. In conclusion, learner-centered instruction was able to mitigate academic stress, demonstrating that this relationship is influenced by changes in growth beliefs rather than learning motivation, as previously studied. These results suggest that learners' perceptions and beliefs contribute to not only intrinsic motivation but also academic stress. Furthermore, it is suggested that learners need to change their learning environments in positive ways.
