오늘날 심각하게 대두되고 있는 사회문제 중 하나는 자신의 생명을 스스로 파괴하는 자살이다. 특히 자살생각은 자살로 이어지고 연령도 낮어져 초등학생도 자살생각을 생각하고 있다는 연구들이 보고되고 있다. 이에 연구에서는 초등학생의 또래관계와 부모관계가 자살생각에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 있어 불안의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 4-6학년에 재학 중인 273명을 대상으로 또래관계, 부모관계, 불안 및 자살생각에 대한 경로분석를 검증하였다. 주요 분석결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생들의 불안은 또래관계와 자살생각 간에 있어 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학들의 불안은 부모관계와 자살생각과의 관계에 있어 부분매개 하고 있다. 즉, 초등학교 고학년 학생의 자살생각을 낮추기 위해 불안요소를 감소시키기 위한 다양한 실천프로그램을 개발하여 현장에 적용하길 바란다.

This paper categorized Korean small and medium businesses' global capabilities based on the preceding studies about the global capabilities and then, examined how their global capabilities would affect their competitive advantages and business management performances. As a result of testing the research model, it was found that the small and medium businesses' global capabilities had some significant effects on their competitive advantage (p<.001). On the other hand, the global capabilities had some positive effects on the business management performances and the mediating effects were significant (p>.05), which means that the competitive advantage has some mediating effects on the correlation between the global capabilities and the business management performances. Accordingly it was possible to analyze the correlation between global capabilities of small and medium businesses and their competitive advantage and thereby, provide for an opportunity to shift the paradigm of the global competition strategies.

본 연구는 부모방임이 청소년의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 그 과정에서 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도의 매개효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한국아동 청소년패널 조사의 5차년도(2014) 자료를 활용하였고, 본 연구에 적합한 2,035명의 중학생을 대상으로 변수간의 위계분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. 주요 분석 결과를 살펴보면. 첫째, 부모방임은 청소년의 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도 및 학교생활적응에 모두 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도는 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도는 부모방임과 청소년의 학교생활적응 간에 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 청소년의 자아정체성과 삶의 만족도, 학교생활적응을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 필요성이 제시되었다.

본 연구는 1인 게임방송 BJ에 대한 숭배와 인지된 동종 선호가 시청 충성도의 매개효과를 통해 게임 효능감에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 온라인 설문 조사를 통해 1인 게임방송 시청 경험이 있는 485명의 참가자들을 표본으로 수집하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 구조방정식모형 검증을 통해 분석되었다. 완전매개효과를 가정한 연구모형과 부분매개효과를 가정한 대안모형을 제시한 뒤 두 모형을 비교하였으며, 변인들 간의 직간접 효과를 분석하기 위해 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping)을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 BJ 숭배와 인지된 동종 선호는 시청 충성도의 완전매개효과를 통해 최종적으로 게임 효능감에도 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 1인 게임방송이 시청자들의 게임 효능감 형성에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 점을 밝혀내어 BJ에 대한 긍정적 인식을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

본 연구는 사회적 지지의 중요성을 인식하고 사회적 지지가 성취동기를 매개로 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향을 검증하는데 초점을 두었다. 이러한 과정에 있어서 주관적 웰빙을 향상시킬 수 있는 핵심 변수로 성취동기의 성공추구 동기와 실패회피 동기의 매개효과를 명확히 규명하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 대학에 재학하고 있는 중국 유학생을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석을 통해 사회적 지지는 성공추구 동기와 실패회피 동기를 향상시키며, 성공추구 동기와 실패회피 동기는 주관적 웰빙을 강화하는 요소로 판명되었다. 또한 사회적 지지와 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계에서 성공추구 동기와 실패회피 동기의 매개효과 및 다중매개효과를 분석한 결과, 성공추구 동기만이 부분매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 통한 실무적 시사점을 제시함과 동시에 향후의 연구 방향에 관해서 논의하였다.

Adolescent psychosocial smoking prevention programs have been successful, but limited in the magnitude of program effects on the reduction of smoking behaviors. This is primarily due to the mixed results of independent studies with program variations. This systematic, quantitative research synthesis is designed to identify program key factors that are likely to increase program effects. The present study examined school-based psychosocial smoking prevention programs (1978-1997)among students in grades 6 to 12 in the United States. Theoretical formulations in this analysis of mediating effects posit that program impact on knowledge and/ or skills is associated with less smoking behaviors among program participants. Knowledge factors investigated in this study included health effects, social consequences, social influences, and social norms. Skill factors included affective skill, self-efficacy, assertiveness, self-control, problem solving, and refusal skill. The findings from this study highlight the importance of social consequences knowledge factor and assertive communication skill factor in decreasing adolescent smoking behaviors.

본 연구에서는 남녀 중 고생 총 355명을 대상으로, 청소년의 성별에 따라 부모통제에 대한 지각, 심리 및 행동문제, 그리고 자아분화 수준에 차이가 있는지 알아보고, 부모통제에 대한 지각과 자아분화가 이들의 심리 및 행동 문제에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 또한, 청소년의 자아분화가 이들의 부모통제에 대한 지각과 심리 및 행동 문제 간, 심리문제와 행동문제 간을 매개하는지 분석하였다. 분석결과, 남학생은 여학생보다 부모심리통제 지각과 심리문제가 더 많고, 여학생은 남학생보다 자아분화가 더 높으며, 행동문제가 더 많았다. 청소년의 자아분화와 부모심리 통제가 이들의 심리 및 행동문제에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 자아분화는 심리 및 행동문제를 높이고, 부모심리통제는 이를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년의 자아분화는 부모행동통제와 심리 및 행동문제 간을 완전매개, 부모심리통제와 심리 및 행동문제 간, 그리고 심리문제와 행동문제 간을 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine the meditating effect of unconditional self acceptance on the relationship between life stress and depression in nursing students. Methods: Data was collected from a survey of 140 nursing students using self-reported questionnaires. The data was analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25.0. The mediating effect of unconditional self-acceptance on the relationship between the subject's life stress and depression was analyzed using Baron and Kenny's method. In addition, the Sobel test was conducted to determine the significance of the mediating effect. Results: The regression model explained 43% of the variance in nursing students' depression. Significant factors were task-related life stress, unconditional self acceptance, and academic achievement. Unconditional self acceptance had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between nursing students' task-related life stress and depression. Conclusion: To prevent depression in nursing students, it is necessary to build effective strategies to manage task-related stress and improve unconditional self-acceptance.

본 연구는 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계를 알아보고, 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과가 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 연구대상자는 B지역의 전문대학에 다니고 있는 헤어전공 학생 154명이었다. 연구도구는 전공선택동기척도, 전공 만족도 척도와 취업준비행동척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계, 적률상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또한 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 전공만족도의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하고, 매개효과에 대한 유의도 검증을 위해 Sobel 검증을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 헤어전공 대학생의 전공선택동기 중 개인적 동기는 전공만족도, 취업준비행동과 정적 상관이 있었으며, 사회적 동기는 취업준비행동과 정적상관이 있었고 전공만족도는 취업준비행동과 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 헤어전공 대학생의 개인적 동기와 전공만족도가 취업준비행동에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 헤어전공대학생의 전공만족도는 개인적 동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 부분매개 효과가 있었다. 한편 전공만족도는 사회적 동기와 취업준비행동의 관계에서 직접효과만 있었다.

Firefighters are exposed to extreme stress and risk owing to the nature of their work. This can lead to psychological burnout, and work overload can result in lethargy and depression. This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of depression on the impact of heavy workloads on psychological exhaustion among firefighters. We conducted a survey among firefighters in various regions of Korea to analyze the levels of work overload, depression, and psychological burnout. The analysis yielded the following results. First, work overload, depression, and psychological exhaustion showed positive correlations. Second, the mediating effect of depression on the relationship between work overload and psychological exhaustion was verified. This study confirms the necessity of the systematic management of psychological exhaustion by addressing the mediating role of depression in the context of heavy workloads. This study is expected to serve as foundational data for policy measures aimed at reducing the burden on firefighters, and maintaining their mental health.
