In the 21st century, in which the accident rate is rapidly increasing in proportion to the development of automobiles, In order to reduce the number of accidents, this paper was written for the convenience of the elderly people with disabilities and the handicapped. When a driver's safety accidents and various signals are transmitted through a smart phone by voice, the voice signal is processed as a video signal through the rear LED pannel of the vehicle, so that an urgent situation or a current state can be clarified It is also possible to use the local area network as a billboard and I would like to propose a study to show the advertising effect and current traffic situation.

The purpose of this study is to collect baseline data about the demands for housing regeneration of the permanent rental apartment dwellers. Self-administered questionaires and interviews were provided to 144 dwellers in Incheon Man-soo 7 complex from 2008 December 29th to 31st. The collected data was used to conduct comparative and descriptive statistical analysis: frequency, t-test, and $X^2$-test. The main findings are as follows : 1. House repairing and papering is most common used service by respondents. They also have much need for economic support. 2. Residents were satisfied with general environment of house. This survey showes that the highest satisfaction was about using food waste disposal sites. and the lowest satisfaction was about soundproof facilities on the other hand, among the questions. 3. Dwellers wanted to remodeling such as bathroom, restroom, a flower garden, space of landscape architecture. More than half dwellers preferred to leave among themselves living at permanent rental apartment as it is. 4. There is important difference in the demands of housing regeneration as the family trait. and variables of those were nuclear family or elderly/handicapped-family.

The biocompatibility and the fatigue strength of Co-Cr-Mo alloy are excellent, so it is used well for the material of artificial joints. The head of artificial joint needs mirror surface for reduction of abrasive resistance. Mirror finishing of Co-Cr-Mo alloy with geometrically defined single crystal diamond cutting tools is handicapped by micro chipping of tool edge. In general, it is said that the micro chipping of diamond tool is caused by work hardening of Co-Cr-Mo alloy for the cut. In the present research, mirror finishing of Co-Cr-Mo alloy by applying ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting was carried out. The experimental results show that the micro chipping of diamond tool was suppressed and the tool wear was remarkably reduced as compared with the ordinary diamond cutting without elliptical vibration motion. It was confirmed that the good mirror surface of maximum surface roughness of 25 nmP-V was obtained for the cutting length of about 14 m. It is expected that mirror finishing of Co-Cr-Mo alloy can be achieved by applying ultrasonic elliptical vibration cutting practically.

Generally, arterial pulse waves are measured at the radial arterial of wrist or carotid arterial of neck using a sensor such as pressure sensor, piezoelectric sensor or optic sensor. But in this paper, arterial pulse wave is measured at the temple using PZT piezo sensor which is attached on the temple in form of a hair-band. Arterial Pulse waves are generally measured when a reagent is in a static state. But in this paper, we implemented the arterial pulse wave measurement system, as a previous stage of the arterial pulse wave measurement system for running at outdoors or on a running machine, that measures arterial pulse waves at the temple, which is the least moving part when running. Thorough the continuous study, if the motion artifact when running is possible to be removed, the system will be able to perform monitoring of running men's states and especially emergency signals such as serious pulse waves of an/old and feeble persons and handicapped persons.

This research investigated the public rental houses In Yangchon-gu, whose locational attribute are suitable for the public rental house and has superior position in both inhabitants' participation and public welfare program. The public rental house has several types, such as permanent lease house, public lease. And several programs, the aged support police and medical services delivery system, have been the leading models for other local governments. Also, there are residents who are in their forties and fifties in the public rental houses in Yangchon-gu. un occupied is less than 1% and it seems that there is few turnover rate. 1 household rate and 2 households rate look like similar in the number of family member, total social public welfare program is focus on family welfare, juvenile welfare, teenager welfare, handicapped person welfare local, welfare and old people welfare. Accordingly, this research is used for base data of questionnaire and the first data for grope various improvement while planning group public rental house for low income group. And this research will be improved directional grope for improve livable public rental house around residents.

In the Internet of Things (IoT) concept, devices communicate autonomously with applications in the Internet. A significant aspect of IoT that makes it stand apart from present-day networked devices and applications is a) the very large number of devices, produced by diverse makers and used by an even more diverse group of users; b) the applications residing and functioning in what were very private sanctums of life e.g. the car, home, and the people themselves. Since these diverse devices require high-level security, an operational model for an IoT system is required, which has built-in security. We have proposed the societal model as a simple operational model. The basic concept of the model is borrowed from human society - there will be infants, the weak and the handicapped who need to be protected by guardians. This natural security mechanism works very well for IoT networks which seem to have inherently weak security mechanisms. In this paper, we discuss the requirements of the societal model and examine its feasibility by doing a proof-of-concept implementation.

This research intended to identify empirical recommendations for designing the DAISY service interface and used a case-based method. The case of this research was LG Digital Talking Book Library(http://voice.lg.or.kr) of LG Sangnam Library. A group of experts evaluated the current DAISY interface serviced by the web. After evaluation, major recommendations were suggested and these recommendations were used to develop the new DAISY Interface. Major recommendations were consideration of the reading flow of the screen-reader program, prevention of perception as an error about the time delay, development of web-based software, support for convenient functions and prevention of shortcut key overlap and so on.

Since tram has the advantages to reduce construction cost of infrastructure, to improve accessibility of passengers, and to offer visual pleasures, nowadays, it is one of light rails attracting public attention. Tram can be classified into two groups, one is a conventional steel-wheeled type, and the other is a rubber-tired type (bi-modal tram). The bi-modal tram propelled by the serial CNG hybrid propulsion unit has been developing since 2003 in Korea, which can realize both scheduled operation of railway and route flexibility of bus. Because the bimodal will be operated on both railway mode and bus mode, however, specific criteria and regulations for its design, certification, construction, operation and maintenance have not been determined definitely yet. In consideration of mobility enhancement for the old and the handicapped, motor vehicle safety standard and urban transit (railway vehicle) safety standard, several design specifications were proposed for car body and interiors of the bimodal tram vehicle. The design specifications proposed in this paper can be expected to promote passengers' comfort and safety, operation efficiency of the bimodal tram.

Purpose: To develop an Infant Developmental Assesment Scale appropriate for Korean infants that includes cultural context. Method: The total sample included 990 infants aged birth to 24months. The developmental tests were conducted at hospital well baby clinic, daycare centers, public health centers and homes located in city, urban and rural areas. Item analysis was done to examine content validity of the scale. Test responses were analyzed by SPSS to examine the inter-rater reliability, and construct validity. Result: Based on the naturalistic observation and analysis of other developmenta l instruments, 260 Korean infant developmental items were created. The mean score of the developmental quotient of 966 infants was 101.63±10.89. Correlation coefficient of inter-rater reliability was .99. In addition, 84.6％ of total items showed Kappa .70 and above. The development quotient was significantly different depending upon the residential area and father's occupation, therefore, construct validity using known group technique was supported. Conclusion: The developed instrument can be used to assess the development of handicapped infants, as well as normal infant's general abilities and to study individual differences within the normal range for Korean.

The functions and uses of existing buildings are not properly changing as modern life needs. As a result, the frequent reconstruction(construction after removal) of existing buildings have been done but it became more and more difficult because of strengthening of regulations and systems concerning construction. And also it has several disadvantages like lower plot ratio and site coverage than existed buildings, enormous construction cost, production of waste-construction materials and thoughtless consumption of natural resources, which gives rise to environmental pollution. Therefore renovation is brought to the fore. In Korea, many business buildings were constructed in 1960s-1970s, during the period of high growth. Such buildings needs to be repaired in whole. It is caused by the change of social, economic, and cultural conditions and deterioration of equipments. Therefore renovation meets some necessary conditions; recovery of building functions and extension of building life span. In case study, the present state of renovation in business buildings is 1) Basic safety, for example, fire prevention and crime prevention, is great important. 2) Advanced technology, INS(international news service), IBS(Intelligent Building System), and internationalization, is pursued for adapting to multimedia ages. 3) It tries to promote proficiency, and to save the energy using spatial environment and natural energy(light and sound). Also, improving comfortable level of users and installing equipments for physically handicapped person needs to be considered.
