The purpose of this study was to provide a basic research data for increasing the quality of 'creative engineering design' lesson and the teaching learning capability of high school teachers by analyzing the teaching learning management status and improvement plan of 'technology home economics subject' lesson for high school teachers. In order to investigate the teaching learning management status, the survey questionnaires from 63 teachers were collected from high school teachers who teach technology home economics subject currently and analyzed by statistical program SPSS 20. The main results of this study were as follows: First, for the contents of 'creative engineering design' lesson, the highest mean of response was 'creative thinking method'(M=4.22). In the learning activities, the teachers perceived the importance of the 'idea concept' highly. Second, in the management of 'creative engineering design' lesson, the teachers perceived the importance of the secure of tool, material budget, and practice space for the lesson highly. In the teaching capabilities, the teacher perceived the importance of the preparing teaching learning strategy most($$M{\frac{._-}{.}}4.14$$). Third, the teachers preferred to product for making uncomfortable things better in life and the other production outside from the content of textbook. Fourth, in the ratio of practice:theory lesson, they perceived the ratio of 3:7(36.5%), 4:6(25.4%), and 2:8(23.8%) are appropriate. In the assessment, the combination of production, portfolio, and presentation was preferred most. Fifth, there were statistically significant difference in teachers' interest and satisfaction and contents about 'creative engineering design' lesson between groups divided by the existence of practice space, certification held(technology teacher, non technology teacher), etc. Therefore, in order to improve the interest and satisfaction about the 'creative engineering design' lesson, the secure of space for technology practice and material budget were required. In addition, training and seminars program for improving the teaching capability for 'creative engineering design' lesson were required.

As we transition into the post-COVID era, economic activities that were stagnant are regaining momentum. In particular, there is a growing trend of technology entrepreneurship driven by the opportunities of digital transformation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, entrepreneurship education content is struggling to keep up with the rapid pace of technological change. This study aims to emphasize the importance of entrepreneurship mentoring as a crucial component of entrepreneurship education content that requires adaptation and advancement due to the increasing demand for technology entrepreneurship. This study redefines startup mentoring, which is differentiated from general mentoring, at the present time when the demand for startups, which increases with the declining employment rate, increases, and the development of quality startup education contents and securing professional startup mentors are required. According to the start-up stage, it is divided into preliminary entrepreneurs and early entrepreneurs, and the effect of entrepreneurship knowledge and self-efficacy among start-up mentoring functions on entrepreneurial will and mentoring satisfaction is improved by empirically researching the effects of start-up mentoring functions in the case of initial entrepreneurs as a moderating effect. To confirm the importance of entrepreneurship mentoring effect for. To this end, among the mentoring functions, entrepreneurship knowledge and self-efficacy were set as independent variables, and entrepreneurial will and mentoring satisfaction were set as dependent variables. The research model was designed and hypotheses were established. In addition, empirical analysis was conducted by conducting a questionnaire survey on trainees who received entrepreneurship mentoring education at ICCE Startup School and Opus Startup School. Purpose - Numerous studies have tried to assess the role of a warranty as an explanatory instrument for product quality. While one study argued that manufacturers signal their superior quality to consumers by extending the duration of a warranty, quality is not necessarily related to warranty and a warranty for a short duration is a sign of high product quality. However, there are limitations to measuring product quality in terms of a single variable such as a warranty. Some other studies have evaluated the influence of brand power or value and price on the supposed quality of a product while the influence of warranty was found to be insignificant. Research design, data, methodology - The study analyzes the influence of brand power and the country of origin effect on consumers' perception of product quality in line with warranty and establishes a priority strategy. Especially, consumer experience has a significant influence on state of the art technology products like applied home electronics as these goods are generally quite expensive and consumers expend significant energy in purchasing them, so the associated warranty and brand can have a critical role in the decision making process. The price of the product was excluded in this discussion as it continually varies with the market share of the product. Results - The results of the analysis are as follows: First, each of the factors such as the standard of the warranty, brand power, and country of origin effect influences the degree of satisfaction of an individual. Second, the factors brand power and quality of the warranty interact both complementarily and synergistically at a time, depending on the brand power. As brand power is more significant, the degree of satisfaction is greater in case of products with low quality warranty compared to those with high quality warranty. Third, the brand power and country of origin effect present a complementary interaction. Fourth, the country of origin effect and quality of a warranty interact synergistically. Conclusions - Thus, the higher the quality of warranty, greater is the increment in the degree of satisfaction. The comprehensive study on the effect of the country of origin on the purchase decision process and the degree of satisfaction compared to the other elements shows that in case of Japanese and Korean markets the brand power of a company is desirable in sustaining the quality of warranty to the industrial average. Also, there is no significant improvement in the perceived quality of the product when the quality of the warranty is lowered. Therefore, the warranty effect diminishes when the value of the brand is known, while it perishes when both the brand power and the country of origin effect are strong enough.
This paper aims to explore ways to develop the arbitration industry in Korea. The prospects for the promotion of the arbitration industry in Korea are never dim. International arbitration competitiveness is somewhat lower than its competitors at present, but the international economic base to support it is solid, and the domestic arbitration environment seems to be sufficient to support the development possibility of arbitration. Since geographical and economic factors have already been defined, Korea must at least improve the arbitration act with passion and vision for the best one. The arbitration act that is the most accessible to arbitration consumers is the best arbitration act. The important thing is to have an arbitration act that makes people want to use more than litigation or other dispute resolution procedures. There is no hope of remaining as a "second mover" in the field of arbitration law. One should have a will and ambition to become a "first mover" even if it is risky. Currently, information technologies such as blockchain and metaverse are being innovatively developed in Korea and around the world. The government has defined the innovation of these cyber-related technologies as the fourth industrial revolution and presented the Digital New Deal as an important policy of the Korean version of the New Deal, and is implementing various policies and systems related to it. This situation is expected to affect the development of the real estate registration system in Korea. Moreover, as the Supreme Court is currently promoting the transition to a future registration system, it is necessary to examine whether blockchain technology, which allows parties to exchange value without a third party guaranteeing the transaction, can be used in the real estate registration system. In order to secure the credibility of the real estate registration as electronic information under the registration system that introduces electronic registration and blockchain system, the transparency of transaction identification and real estate registration details should also be recorded using the blockchain system as a way to prevent such crimes and legal disputes. As a solution, it is worth considering how to improve the reliability of transaction identification, recognize the actual examination rights of the registrar in the foundation system of the real estate register, and increase public trust by going through the notarization stage when recording rights such as real rights, and consider how to introduce a blockchain system at this stage to ensure integrity and reliability. In the stage before the current real estate registration and study system is converted to a blockchain system, the clarity, transparency, and consistency of the real estate registration entries with the actual real estate must be established so that the real estate study can finally be recognized as authoritative, thereby ensuring the trust of the transaction parties to the real estate study system that has adopted the blockchain system in the future, and bringing us closer to the goal of real estate transactions in the form of smart contracts between the parties who have trusted it based on transparency and integrity of real estate study in the real estate transaction market.

Specifically, the study aims to dissect the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on digital transformation, exploring the factors influencing this process and considering the multifaceted dynamics at play. The focus extends to the post-COVID-19 landscape, scrutinizing the implications and meanings of digital transformation both before and after the pandemic. Additionally, the study delves into future digital trends, with particular attention to climate and environmental issues, emphasizing corporate responsibilities in averting crises similar to COVID-19. The overarching goal is to provide a holistic perspective, shedding light on both positive and negative facets of digital transformation, and advocating for regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks conducive to a balanced and resilient digital future. Design/methodology/approach This study employs a comprehensive approach to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on digital transformation. It considers various facets, such as smart devices reshaping daily routines, transformative changes in corporate ecosystems, and the adaptation of government institutions to the digital era within the broader context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The analysis extends to the post-COVID-19 landscape, examining the implications and meanings of digital transformation. Future digital trends, especially those related to climate and environmental issues, are prognosticated. The methodology involves a proactive exploration of challenges associated with digital transformation, aiming to advocate for regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks that contribute to a balanced and resilient digital future. Findings The findings of this study reveal that the digital economy has gained momentum, accelerated by the proliferation of non-face-to-face industries in response to social distancing imperatives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Digital transformation, both preceding and succeeding the onset of the pandemic, has precipitated noteworthy shifts in various aspects of daily life. However, challenges persist, and the study highlights factors that either bolster or hinder the transformative process. In the post-COVID-19 era, corporate responsibilities in averting crises, particularly those resembling the pandemic, take center stage. The study emphasizes the need for a holistic perspective, acknowledging both positive and negative facets of digital transformation. Additionally, it calls for proactive measures, including regulatory enhancements and legal frameworks, to ensure a balanced and resilient digital future.
In this paper, we have studied the improvement of operational control for the enhancement of business continuity of information system becoming more important with the development of information technology such as big data, Iot, and artificial intelligence. The operational management and audit guidance of the current information system, which is coming in the fourth industrial age, where various services, data and industries are converged, is based on the existing general information system pattern and needs to be improved. The provision of services at fixed times is linked to the survival of enterprises and countries and serves as a key element. Therefore, it is necessary to study the application of optimized check items of the operation audits to minimize the service interruption damage of the information system and to provide the stable service in terms of business continuity management. To accomplish this, the check items presented in the operational control of the information system were derived by combining the PDCA step contents and 8 resource requirements provided in ISO 22301. From the point of view of increasing the business continuity according to the derivation criteria of the inspection items, the operational inspection check items were derived by exemplifying the improved check items and review items of the information system operation audit and the products to be checked during the operational audit. The check items were divided into management audit improvement check items for service continuity management, and operational audit improvement check items for performance and availability management. The average score of the IT professionals' survey on the suitability of the proposed checklist was 4.63, which was concluded to be appropriate.
The effects of operating conditions such as benzene concentration, nitrogen flow rate, steam flow rate, and bed temperature on TSA process were experimentally investigated as a potential VOC removal technology using two kinds of beds packed with activated carbon and zeolite 13X. The TSA cycle studied was composed of the adsorption step, steam desorption step, and drying and cooling step. At 2% benzene concentration, the total adsorption amounts of zeolite 13X and activated carbon were 4.44 g and 3.65 g, respectively. Since the zeolite 13X has a larger packing density than that of the activated carbon, the larger benzene amount could be adsorbed in a single cycle. Increasing the water vapor flow rate to 75 g/hr at 2% benzene concentration reduced the desorption time from 1 hr to a maximum of 33 min. If the desorption time is shortened, the drying and cooling step period can be relatively increased. Accordingly, the steam removal and bed cooling could be sufficiently performed. The desorption amounts increased with the increase of the bed temperature. However, the energy consumption increased while the desorption amount was almost constant above $150^{\circ}C$. In the continuous cycle process, when the amount of remained benzene at the completion of the regeneration step increased, it might cause a decrease in the working capacity of the adsorbent. The continuous cycle process experiment for zeolite 13X showed that the amount of remained benzene at the end of regeneration step maintained a constant value after the fourth cycle.
The era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is increasingly demanding mathematical competencies for virtual reality (VR), artificial intelligence (AI) and the like. In this context, this study intended to identify the basic mathematical competency levels of university freshman students in radiology department and to provide basic data thereon. For this, the diagnostic assessment of basic learning competencies for the domain of mathematics was conducted from June 17, 2019 to June 28, 2019 among 78 freshman students of radiology department at S university and D university. As a result, the university students' overall basic mathematical competency levels were diagnosed to be excellent. However, their levels in the sectors of the geometry and vector and the probability and statistics were diagnosed to be moderate, with the mean scores of 2.61 points and 2.64 points, respectively, which were found to be lower than those of the other sections. As for basic mathematical competency levels according to genders, the levels of male students and female students were diagnosed to be excellent, with the mean scores of 17.48 points and 16.29 points, respectively, showing no statistically significant difference (p>0.05). Given the small number of subjects and regional restriction, there might be some limitations in the generalization of the findings of the present study to all university freshman students and all departments. The above results suggest that it is necessary to implement various programs such as student level-based special lectures for enhancing basic mathematical competencies relating to major in order to improve the basic mathematical competencies of freshman students in radiology department, and that it is necessary to increase the students' mathematical competencies by offering major math courses in the curriculum and applying teaching-learning methods matching students' levels.
The purpose of this study was to suggest the basement in making definite curriculum through the analysis of the curriculum and implementation of Invention Classroom in Seoul area and findings of the problems perceived by the teachers. This study analyzed the curriculums of 19 'invention classrooms' in Seoul area, asked the teachers about the problems and things to need improving through interviews and the results are following. First, it is necessary to make the more definite curriculum because there is a little big gap between the regions and the teachers in running the 'Invention Classrooms'. Second, it is necessary to narrow the gaps through the definite curriculum because the purposes, contents, teaching methods and evaluation tools perceived most importantly or emphasized most by the teachers were so different from the real suggestion in the curriculums. Third, it is necessary to suggest the definite guideline in order to overcome the regional gaps because there are a little big gap of implementation between the classes in planning teaching periods, credits needed and so on. Fourth, the teachers have perceived many problems in educational, administrational and financial aspect and so it is necessary to properly reflect them on planning the curriculum of Invention Classroom through many proper studies to improve them.

② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
