The importance of information security is increasing in the public and private organizations. The interruption of the information system might cause massive disorder. To protect information systems effectively, information systems would be categorized and managed in terms of degree of importance. In this study, we suggest a new evaluation method that categorizes information systems based on the three nature of security, confidentiality, integrity and availability. For validation of the method, we use a case study in a public sector. Through the validation of method, the availability of applying the method for categorization information systems to other domains could be suggested.

One of The standard issue in riding on the wave of the information system(IS) is records of performance, grow unprecedently fast, and has highly uncertain future. Within the framework of IS Evaluation, The main purpose of this study is to suggest performance quality evaluation system as follows, The Integrated Quality Evaluation Model Design(IQEMD) of Information System helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. To respond flexibly this trend, we have to realize that the information system has to keep the most effective optimal information network at the proper time. The existing evaluation method has been concentrated on the evaluation of a degree of the information system maturity focused on static viewpoints. The evaluation of potential factors to affect the future-oriented performance, that can analyze both unit business being able to apply an information system base was used efficiently well and what performance evaluation item was obtained actually, was insufficient relatively. In this paper, An integrated quality evaluation method will analyze a degree of information system maturity in dynamic evaluation viewpoints rather than in static evaluation viewpoints. finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology The validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.

The purpose of this study is to present effective basic data for business management through analysis of importance and performance of personal information protection of the elderly welfare center workers. For this purpose, the questionnaire on the protection of personal information was reconstructed based on the diagnostic level of the personal information security management level of the public institution and the questionnaire was conducted on 105 employees of the elderly welfare center in Chungbuk area. Based on the responses to the importance and the degree of performance of the personal information protection of the elderly welfare center employees, technical statistics and corresponding sample T-tests were conducted and the importance-performance analysis (IPA) was used. Followings are the results of this study: First, there is a statistically significant difference between the importance and the implementation of the management system for the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center, establishment and implementation of protection measures, establishment and implementation of infringement measures. Second, IPA analysis on the protection of personal information of the workers in the elderly welfare center shows that the establishment and implementation of protection measures are the areas to maintain good performance. Third, in IPA analysis of the sub-factors of the personal information protection of the workers in the welfare center of the elderly, in the construction and management of the management system, in performing the role of the personal information protection officer and establishing and implementing protection measures, The factors of prevention of information disclosure and exposure and the safe use and management of personal information processing system were analyzed as areas requiring intensive improvement. This study is meaningful as a basic research that can raise the awareness of the personal information protection of the workers in the elderly welfare center and induce the improvement of the related work.

Without an accurate understanding of information needs of library users, an efficient services can't be implement. And we can expect that there is a difference between query statement and actual information needs of users. It also will occur difference in the process of librarian's interpretation of query statement because of an inaccurate presentation and their different working experiences. It means that there is a communication problems between users and librarians. The purpose of this study is to provide the techniques of face to face communication between users and librarians as a method of efficient library service activities. And focused on the importance of non-language communication. The effectiveness of this study are as follows: 1. With the understanding of information flow, librarians can expand the extent of library services. 2. Knowing that how to communicate with users at the a n.0, ppropriate degree, librarians can improve the communication techniques. 3. Expanding the satisfaction of information services and heitening the reliability of users. 4. From the analysis of user information needs, librarians can convert present system to the proper service-oriented system. 5. Knowing the importance of non-language communication, librarians can improve the service environment.

The purposes of the study is to evaluate the discrepancy between user's expectation and satisfaction degree in the service of uTradeHub. In this regard, this study infers general solutions in order to induce the intersection area using IPA technique. Then this paper will present directions to improve the service of uTradeHub. In terms of methodology, this article disclosed that IPA model approach is greatly useful to evaluate user's attribute. First, variables like the link of different works(f1), trust of system(f4), information connection(f7) are located on the first quadrant. This means that importance and satisfaction are all high variables for user. So, this is very important variables that need continuous administration in order to maintain present state. Second, variables such as the speed of information acquisition(f2), improvement of use(f3), stability of system(f5) are located on the second quadrant. This means that user's importance is high but user's satisfaction is low. Therefore, this area needs an active improvement strategy and quick maintenance for e-Trade application. Third, variables like the appropriateness of information usage fees(f8), easy subscription(f9), customer support service(f10) are located on the third quadrant. Because these variables are all low for user's importance and satisfaction, we have to arrange strong and radical remedy for e-Trade service. Finally, variables like information offer(f6) are located on the fourth quadrant. This means that user's satisfaction is high but user's importance is low. The research result suggests that e-Trade service development would be re-organised as much as user feels the importance of process innovation.

Background: With the development of the information technology industry and the increasing importance of health information, there is a need to analyze the current certification system for health information management education. This study compared and analyzed the health information management education accreditation system between the Republic of Korea and the United States. Methods: Descriptive analysis and quantitative methodologies were used to compare the education accreditation system and understand the current status of health information management curriculum run by universities in the Republic of Korea and the United States. Results: Regardless of the academic year, the Republic of Korea had one certification system based on subject-based criteria. However, the United States had a certification system for associate, baccalaureate, and master's degree programs with competency-based criteria. The accreditation system was different in terms of the way the curriculum is certified and the options for the different levels of university degree programs. Conclusion: Accordingly, it is necessary to consider improving the quality of health information management personnel at different levels by improving the current accreditation system and differentiating the curriculum according to the degree program levels in the Republic of Korea.

Decision-making refers to identifying the best alternative among a set of alternatives. When a set of criteria are involved, the decision-making is called multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). In some cases, the involved criteria may be prioritized by the human decision-maker, which determines the importance degree for each criterion; hence, the decision-making becomes prioritized multi-criteria decision-making. The essence of prioritized MCDM is raking the different alternatives concerning the criteria and selecting best one(s) from the ranked list. This paper introduces a generic multi-level algorithm for ranking multiple alternatives in prioritized MCDM problems. The proposed algorithm is implemented by a decision support system for selecting the most critical short-road requests presented to the transportation ministry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ranking results show that the proposed ranking algorithm achieves a good balance between the importance degrees determined by the human decision maker and the score value of the alternatives concerning the different criteria.

It is the most important in the traffic information system how fast to transmit the traffic conditions on each road, or event such as RTM (Road Traffic Message). In order to operate the event information more efficiently in the TPEG system, it is likely that the effective transmission system shall be needed, and this paper will propose the improved transmission system; Breaking away from the conventional method which is to transmit the traffic information by using simple FIFO method while encoding it into TPEG data, the improved transmission system is to transmit the important information more quickly or to advance the transmission cycle by scheduling according to degree of its importance after deciding which one is the important traffic information by comparing the importance ratings in between diverse information. The traffic information with low importance rating is to be transmitted slowly, and its transmission cycle shall become slow as well. In the computer simulations, it is shown that the proposed approach enables to transmit more quickly a sudden change of traffic conditions and the important traffic data.

A knowledge-based with production rules is a representation of static knowledge of an expert. On the other hand, a real system such as the stock market is dynamic in nature. Therefore we need a method to reflect the dynamic nature of a system when we make inferences with a knowledge-based system. This paper suggests a strategy of dynamic inference that can be used to take into account the dynamic behavior of decision-making with the knowledge-based system consisted of fuzzy production rules. A degree of match(DM) between actual input information and a condition of a rule is represented by a value [0,1]. Weights of relative importance of attributes in a rule are obtained by the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Then these weights are applied as exponents for the DM, and the DMs in a rule are combined, with the Min operator, into a single DM for the rule. In this way, the importance of attributes of a rule, which can be changed from time to time, can be reflected in an inference with fuzzy production systems.

The logistics information system has been recently attracting a great deal of attention for its importance in the national economy. It should be noted, however, that the degree of the system utilization differs by the capabilities of the logistics firms such as logistics management skills, robustness of the organization, technical sophistication, and administrative abilities. A survey was conducted in the Busan and Kyungnam area for 174 companies in the logistics and manufacturing industry. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First, the degree of utilization of the logistics information system varies depending upon business-type details. Secondly, utilization of the logistics information system is equally important for both manufacturing and logistics companies. Thirdly, it was found that the executives of the companies with logistics management skills can play a key role in utilizing the logistics information system. Finally, the degree of utilization has positive relationships with the logistics performance as the companies benefit from the system not just for saving costs, but more importantly for providing higher-quality services for their customers.
