본 연구의 목적은 확장된 UTAUT를 활용하여 4차 산업혁명 및 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술의 수용의도와 수용행동에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 영향요인을 연구하는 것이다. 이를 통해 어떠한 영향요인들이 관련 기술의 도입과 수용에 영향을 미치는가를 파악함으로써 제조 기업들의 4차 산업혁명에 대한 대응 및 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술 수용을 위한 전략을 도출하는 것이다. 다양한 제조 기업체들에 대하여 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 167부를 연구에 활용하였다. 연구가설의 검정결과 성과기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 네트워크 효과, 혁신성은 수용의도에 긍정적이고 유의한 영향을 미친다. 그러나 노력기대는 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지만 유의하지 않았다. 수용의도는 수용행동에 긍정적이고 유의한 영향을 미친다. 따라서 4차 산업혁명 대응과 스마트 팩토리 관련 기술의 도입 및 수용과정에서 제조 기업들이 제고하여야 하는 요인들을 명확하게 제시하였다.

Purpose - This study aims to examine the relationships between the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety behavior, and logistics safety performance, as well as the moderated mediating effects of logistics safety behavior through safety culture in Korea. Design/methodology - Research models and hypotheses were established based on prior research related to the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology, logistics safety, and logistics performance. The survey was conducted on the employees of logistics companies, and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, discriminant validity analysis, structural equation model analysis, and mediating effect analysis were performed. In addition, the moderated mediating effect analysis applying SPSS Process Model No. 7 was conducted. Findings - Usefulness and sociality of the acceptance of the 4th industrial revolution logistics technology had a significant effect on logistics safety behavior. Ease of use, sociality, and efficiency had meaningful effect on logistics safety performance. And in the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology and logistics safety performance, logistics safety behavior had a significant mediating effect. But the moderated mediating effect of safety behavior through safety culture was not significant. Logistics companies can improve logistics safety performance through the utilization of new logistics technologies such as intelligent logistics robots, autonomous driving technology, and artificial intelligence, etc. Originality/value - This is the first study to analyze the relationships between the acceptance of logistics technology in the 4th industrial revolution and logistics safety. In addition, previous studies analyzed mediating effects or moderating effects, but this is the first study to identify the moderated mediating effects of safety behavior through safety culture. In other words, it has originality in terms of research methodology.

4차 산업혁명은 제조업을 시작으로 전 산업의 환경을 빠르게 변화시키고 있으며, 4차 산업혁명에 포함된 신기술이 이러한 변화를 주도하고 있다. 국내 중소기업은 4차 산업혁명에 따른 변화가 필요하며, 특히 스마트 공장의 도입이 필요한 시기이다. 본 연구는 스마트 공장 도입에 대해 중소기업의 현황을 SWOT 분석을 통해 성공적인 도입을 위한 전략을 제언하였다. 강점 활용 전략으로 첫째 우수한 경쟁력을 통한 활성화, 둘째 우수한 기술력과 정보화를 이용, 셋째 세계적인 네트워크 기반의 환경을 활용을 제언하였으며, 약점 보완 전략으로는 첫째 정보보안에 대한 인식 제고, 둘째 기술 표준화 수립을 위한 평가 체계 확립, 셋째 전문 인력 확보를 위한 인력 양성 추진으로 제언하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 중소기업에 효과적인 전략과 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 다양한 외부의 전략을 이해하고 대비할 수 있도록 스마트 공장의 필요성에 대한 제언을 하였다.

지식정보사회 기반의 기술혁신은 현재 4차 산업혁명((4IR, Fourth Industrial Revolution)로 접어들면서 기존의 3차 산업혁명의 디지털 기술혁신을 기반으로 데이터의 적극적인 활용을 통한 융·복합적 인프라가 구축되면서 다양한 분야에서 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 창출하기 위한 혁신적 노력이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따른 보안영역도 3차 산업혁명과는 구별되어지는 핵심기술인 방대한 양의 비정형 데이터를 수집·분석·가공하여 얻어진 정형화된 데이터를 바탕으로 좀 더 정확하게 예측하여 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 가상물리보안시스템(CPSS, Cyber-Physical Security System)을 제안하여 Electronic Security 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 산업과 고용 변화 방향을 연구하였다. 그동안의 1차 및 2차 산업혁명에서도 과학기술 발전과 생산성 혁신으로 농업 등 1차 산업과 제조업 등 2차 산업의 비중이 줄어들고, 서비스산업의 비중이 증대되었다. 그런데, 4차 산업혁명시대에는 서비스산업간에도 발전 방향이 차별화될 것으로 전망된다. 일자리 또한 그동안은 육체노동 일자리들이 기계로 대체되어 왔었는데, 이제는 지식노동 일자리도 기계노동으로 대체되고 있으므로, 고용구조의 큰 변화가 전망된다. 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명으로 인하여 변화되는 산업구조와 고용구조는 U-모델을 보일 것으로 분석하였다. 변화되는 U-모델 구조가 서비스경제의 정착을 촉진하는 구조임을 제시하고, 이 구조를 성공적으로 정착시키기 위한 방안에 대한 토론을 수행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 서비스경제의 바람직한 진화 방향을 안내하고, 성숙한 미래 선진사회를 구축하기 위한 능동적 정책대안을 도출하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 미래 보건의료융합에 대비하여 치과위생사들을 대상으로 4차 산업혁명에 관한 인식도를 조사함으로써 급변하는 치과의료 현장을 대비하고자 한다. 연구대상은 대구지역 치과 병 의원에서 근무 중인 치과위생사 209명을 대상으로 2017년 8월 19일부터 9월 22일까지 설문조사하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 4차 산업혁명에 대한 치과위생사의 인식도 평균은 2.41로 비교적 낮았다. 항목별로 교육의지 2.87, 치과에 미칠 영향력 2.81, 인지정도 2.25이었고, 준비정도가 1.72로 가장 낮았다. 일반적인 특성에 따른 인식도에서 영향력은 연령과 근무기관이 유의한 차이를 보였고(p<0.05, p<0.001), 교육의지는 직급과 학위에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인지정도와 영향력, 준비정도 및 교육의지와 관련성을 알아본 결과 모두 양의 상관관계(p<0.01)를 보여 인지정도가 높을수록 영향력, 준비정도, 교육의지가 높았다. 결론적으로 미래 보건의료융합을 대비하기 위해서는 치과위생사들에게 4차 산업혁명과 관련한 다양한 교육 프로그램 개발과 교육기회를 제공하여 첨단 의료기술에 대한 관심을 유도하고 인식을 변화시키는 것이 필요하다 사료된다.

이 연구의 목적은 공항운영자들이 인식하고 있는 4차 산업혁명이 공항경영시스템에 미치는 영향과 이러한 영향 관계 간에서 융합과 리더십의 조절효과를 규명하는 것이다. 데이터는 대한민국에 있는 6개 국제공항에서 Simple random sampling으로 공항운영자를 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 데이터 분석은 Structural equation modeling을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 4차 산업혁명이 공항경영시스템에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 융합 및 리더십의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이 논문에서 우리는 공항경영시스템을 4차 산업혁명 시대에 부합하는 시스템으로 재구축해야 한다고 주장한다. 이 논문은 공항 연구자들에게 이론적 근거 자료와 실증연구의 방향을 제공하고 공항기업 경영자들과 공항정책 기획자들에게 시사점을 제공한다. 이 연구결과는 4차 산업혁명의 기술을 채택한 국제공항에 특히 유용하다.

Nowadays, we are standing in front of the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution that is featured by a great range of new and advanced technologies that influences all the domains of economies and industries. The great question that this revolution raises is how it can lead to a future that reflects the peoples' common objectives and values on how these advanced technologies can affect the life and transform the economic, social, cultural, and human environment. It is commonly agreed that to be adapted to these changes and needs and shape a society with competitive economies with highly-skilled individuals, we need to encourage innovation, entrepreneurship, new knowledge generation and exchange and true and effective collaboration and communication. In this complex scene, education seems to have a central and critical role on finding new ways of developing expertise and innovation within the existing knowledge procedures, with more and better cooperation between the key players. This paper argues the concepts, opportunities and challenges that are related to the learning ecosystem towards the needs raised by the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. The education is discussed as catalyst but also as carrier of innovation and innovation practices and the basis of a relevant framework is presented that takes into account all the aspects, domains and key players of educational world and interacting domains. Having introduced the ideas of innovation, collaboration and technology advancement in this environment, this paper also presents a real case of practice, focusing on how more than 5.000 schools around Europe succeeded the last four (4) years to implement innovation activities in a collaborative way and under a unique but also flexible pedagogical innovation framework.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래에 따라 출현하고 있는 새로운 광고 형식인 온·오프라인 연계 광고의 가치와 유형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 문헌연구를 기반으로 '4P(제품, 가격, 유통, 촉진)'에서 '4C(공동창조, 공동체, 대화, 통화)'로 진화하는 마케팅 방식을 이해하고 4C 요소를 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 온·오프라인 연계광고 사례들의 조사를 통해 4C의 어떠한 요소가 온·오프라인 연결성을 나타내고 있는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 통해 온·오프라인 연계 광고는 최종적으로 4C의 요소가 연결된 방식에 따라 총 4가지의 대 유형과 14가지의 세부 유형으로 분류되었다. 본 논문에서는 최종 결과물로 4차 산업혁명 시대에 따라 출현한 마케팅의 4C 요소가 광고에서 표현되고 있음을 검증하였고 이에 따른 광고의 유형화를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 온·오프라인 연계 광고를 제작하고 연구하는 광고인과 연구자에게 새로운 통찰력을 공급하는데 공헌할 것으로 기대된다.
