A Basic Study on Mode of Operation for Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship

  • As the development of the 4th industiral revolution in the maritime industry has progressed, the technical development of autonomous ships, and the development of international regulations have been accelerated. In particular, the IMO Maritime Safety Committee(MSC) has established a road-map for the development of the non-mandatory goal-based MASS instrument(MASS Code) and started developing a non-mandatory MASS Code at MSC 105th meeting. Many countries are actively participating in the Correspondence Group on the development of MASS Code, and the development of detailed requirements for MASS functions in the MASS Code is underway. Especially, the concept of "Mode of Operation" for MASS functions was mentioned in the Correspondence Group for the first time, and it is expected that discussions on these modes will be conducted from the IMO MASS JWG meeting to held in April 2023. The concept of "Mode of Operation" will be useful in explaining MASS and MASS functions and will be discussed in the future for the development of MASS Code. This paper reviews the contents of the IMCA M 220 document, which provides guidelines on operating modes, to conduct research on the benchmark for setting the operating modes of MASS.

  • 우리는 4차 산업혁명이라는 편리한 시대에 살고 있으며, 새로운 기술의 발전으로 인해 풍요로운 생활을 하고 있다. 4차 산업혁명은 로봇기술, 생명과학, 인공지능이 주도하는 차세대 산업혁명으로, 스포츠도 융복합 연구의 필요성이 제기되면서 스포츠의 학문적 기초를 위한 노력들이 계속되고 있다. 최근에는 코로나19로 인한 홈트레이닝이 주목받고 있는데, 그 중 필라테스는 인기가 높으며 그와 동시에 관련 용품들의 수요도 급증했다. 이는 코로나19가 스포츠산업 생태계에 영향력을 주었음을 단적으로 보여주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 필라테스의 정확한 특허 정보를 통해 현재의 동향을 파악하고 향후 스포츠 융복합 산업과 스포츠 지식재산 관련 연구의 기초자료로 사용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 특허청 특허정보 검색서비스인 키프리스(KIPRIS, www.kipris.or.kr)에서 제공하는 자료를 활용하여 2010년 1월 1일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지의 자료를 통해 특허 상태분석, 국제특허분류(IPC) 특허분석, 분류별 세부 특허분석을 실시하였다.

소규모 사업장 여성근로자의 건강증진행위 수행도와 관련요인 (A Study on Influencing Factors in Health Promoting Behaviors of Women Workers at Small-scale Industries)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to identify the major factors affecting performance in health promoting behaviors in women workers at small-scale industries. Method: This study was based on the Pender's Health Promotion Model. The subjects for this study were 251 women workers at 23 small-scale industries in Busan city. The data for this study was collected from July 15th to August 15th 2003 by structured questionaries, and were analyzed with ANOVA, t-test, Pearson' correlation coefficient, and multiple Regression in the SPSS/WIN 10.0. Result: The mean performance of the health promoting behavior was 2.56. The factors related to the performance of the health promoting behaviors were social support, marital status, status of owning a house, perceived barriers to action, working time, and self-efficacy, and they explained 58.4% of the variance of the health promoting behaviors. Conclusion: The mean performance of the health promoting behavior seemed to be low, and the most important variable related to health promoting behaviorsof women working at a small-scale industry was social support. Therefore, intervention programs to increase the social support for women worker need to be developed.

  • 4차 산업혁명과 기술의 발달로 VR&AR 시장의 기술력이 발전하고, COVID-19로 인한 물리적 공간의 제약이 없는 디지털 환경에 대한 수요가 증가하여 기업들은 집합 금지 제한 및 규정에 대한 솔루션을 메타버스를 활용하여 해결하고자 노력하고 있다. 그러나 메타버스, VR (Virtual Reality), AR(Argumented Reality), Digital Twin 등 시장이 확장되고 있는 상황에서 메타버스에 대한 명확한 정의 또는 분류체계에 대한 선행연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 VR&AR, Digital Twin에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 메타버스에 대해 이해하고 선행연구, 국내외 사례 분석을 통해 메타버스 활용 산업을 정의하고 사례 분석을 통한 산업별 서비스를 도출하여 메타버스 산업-서비스 분류체계 및 Matrix를 구성하였다.

  • The construction industry, which has a labour-intensive and conservative nature, is exclusive to adopt new technologies. However, the construction industry is viably introducing the 4th Industrial Revolution technologies represented by artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, robotics and unmanned transportation to promote change into a smart industry. An image-based artificial intelligence technology is a field of computer vision technology that refers to machines mimicking human visual recognition of objects from pictures or videos. The purpose of this article is to explore image-based artificial intelligence technologies which would be able to apply to the construction sites. In this study, we show two examples which is one for a construction waste classification model and another for cast in-situ anchor bolts defection detection model. Image-based intelligence technologies would be used for various measurement, classification, and detection works that occur in the construction projects.

특허분석을 통한 인공지능 기술 분야 경쟁력 분석: 특허 시장성과 기술력 질적 분석을 중심으로 (Competitiveness Analysis for Artificial Intelligence Technology through Patent Analysis)

  • Purpose Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a core technology, leading the 4th industrial revolution. This study aims to diagnose the Korean's national competitiveness for AI technologies through patent analyses. Design/methodology/approach In this study, KIWEE and Derwent Innovation databases were used as data source of patents. we extracted 10,510 AI patents data with keywords and classified them into 15 subcategories of AI technology. We executed patent analyses for activity index, patent intensity index, technology strength, and patent family size and diagnosed Korea's national competitiveness in AI industry. Findings The results showed that Korea is less competitive than the United States and Japan in AI industry. However, patent amount has increased since 2010, which is encouraging result. This study has implication on the need for human and R&D investment in AI industry.

스커트 형태에 따른 남녀 대학생의 이미지 평가 (The Image Evaluations of Male and Female University Students at the Shapes of Skirts)

  • The results of the image evaluations by various shapes of skirts which are typical female's lower garment were as follows; 1. The composition factors of images by the shapes of skirts were classified into five factors. The 1st factor is lovely image factor, the 2nd is attractive image factor, the 3rd is practical image factor, the 4th is slim-looking image factor and the 5th is long-looking image factor. 2. In the 1st factor- lovely image factor, tiered skirt, $360^{\circ}$ flared skirt and $180^{\circ}$ flared skirt were evaluated to express lovely images. In the 2nd factor- attractive image factor, $180^{\circ}$ flared skirt was evaluated to express refine and attractive images. In the 3rd factor- practical image factor, $360^{\circ}$ flared skirt and gathered skirt were evaluated to express easy and practical images. In the 4th factor- slim looking image factor, males evaluated 8gored skirt and females evaluated gathered skirt to express fat images. In the 5th factor- long looking image, $180^{\circ}$ flared skirt was evaluated to express long looking images by both sexes. 3. In the lovely image factor, gathered skirt was evaluated most differently between the sexes. Both in the attractive and practical image factor, tiered skirt was evaluated most differently between the sexes. 4. In the preference of male and female university students according to the shapes of skirts, both the sexes prefered flared skirt. But the low prefered shapes of skirts were differently evaluated between the sexes; the male students' was A-lined skirt and the female's was pleated skirt and wrap skirt.

50-69세의 중장년 성인여성을 위한 상반신 체형분석 (Upper Body Type Analysis for Middle-aged Women Aged 50-69 Years)

  • This study aims to provide upper body shape information by analyzing the measurement data of middle-aged women aged 50-69, including baby boomers, whose economic power and activity have improved compared to the previous generations. In order to provide accurate upper body shape information by analyzing the body type using the 8th Size Korea measurement data, body shapes were classified through factor and cluster analysis using 75 direct measurement items. Upper body type was classified according to the factors, and the associated characteristics were analyzed. As a result of the comparative analysis of the upper body measurements from the 4th to the 8th Size Korea measurement, it was found that in the height item, both the waist height and the hip height increased, making the overall height greater and the leg length longer. The body circumference items tended to increase, but were found to decrease significantly in the 8th Size Korea (2021) measurement. Middle-aged women were classified using five factors. Factor 1 was the upper body obesity factor, and Factor 2 was the trunk vertical factor. Factor 3 was the width of the back shoulder, Factor 4 was the vertical factor behind the back, and Factor 5 was the length factor of the front garment composition. Middle-aged women were classified into four body types through cluster analysis. Type 1 is relatively small and skinny, Type 2 has the most obese upper body and developed back shoulders, and Type 3 is skinny and has a long back and short front. In Type 4, the upper body was relatively long and the shoulders were narrow.

산업재해예방을 위한 산업안전보건교육의 개선 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement Plan of Industrial Safety and Health Education for Industrial Disaster Prevention)

  • 본 연구는 산업재해예방을 위해 산업안전보건교육의 방안을 개선하기 위해 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 대상자는 강원도 소재 5개의 제조업 업체에 근무하는 근로자 167명을 대상으로 하였으며, 자료수집은 2010년 3월 15일부터 4월 15일 까지의 기간 동안에 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하였다. 제조업 근로자의 76.6%가 교육장을 가지고 있었으나, 산업안전보건교육은 약 44.3%의 근로자가 현장사무실에서 교육을 받고 있었다. 교육 수단은 대부분 주입식 강의식으로 이루어지고 있었다. 산업안전보건교육은 근로자의 일반적 특성과 직무에 대한 고려 없이 이루어지고 있었다. 제조업의 근로자에게 실시되는 산업안전보건교육의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 교육은 근로자의 일반적 특성과 직무를 고려한 교육이 실시되어야 한다.

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하여 기업의 채용변화에 따른 광고학 교육의 혁신 과제를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 종합광고대행사와 디지털광고대행사의 실무자를 대상으로 4차 산업혁명이 가져오는 광고산업의 인력양성과 실무교육에 대한 연구를 위하여 초점집단면접방법으로 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구결과, 국내 대학 광고학 전공 교과과정은 전통 매체 시대의 교과과정을 유지하고 있으며, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 광고환경에 적합한 혁신적 교과목 개정이 미흡한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업의 새로운 채용방식에 적합한 진로교육도 준비되지 못한 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 광고학 전공 교과목의 혁신 방안을 제안하였다.
