SVM과 회전 불변 텍스처 특징을 이용한 TRUS 영상의 전립선 윤곽선 검출 (Detecting the Prostate Contour in TRUS Image using Support Vector Machine and Rotation-invariant Textures)

  • 전립선은 남자에게만 있는 장기이다. 전립선의 질병을 진단하기 위하여 일반적으로 TRUS 영상이 사용되는데, 희미한 전립선 경계나 잡음, 좁은 그레이 레벨 분포 때문에, 전립선의 경계를 검출하는 것은 상당히 어려운 작업 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 SVM을 사용하여 TRUS 영상에서 자동적으로 전립선 분할을 하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 전처리, 가버 특징 추출, 훈련, 전립선 분할 과정으로 진행된다. 전처리 과정에서 잡음 제거는 스틱 필터와 top-hat 변환이 적용된다. 회전 불변 텍스처 추출을 위하여 가버 필터 뱅크가 사용된다. 훈련과정에서 SVM은 전립선과 비전립선의 각 특징을 얻기 위해 사용되며, 마지막으로 전립선 경계가 추출된다. 여러 실험 결과로 제안 방법은 충분히 유효하고, 의사의 수동 추출 방법과 비교했을 때 10%미만의 경계 차이를 보였다.

블랙 컬러를 활용한 메이크업의 이미지 유형별 디자인 요소 특징 (Analysis on Image Types and Design Element Qualities of Contemporary Black Make-up)

  • Black has been the most important color of all since the ancient times when the recognition of black roused, as well as during most of the eras; and can especially be said as the main color which controlled the chronicles of fashion. The purpose of the study was to broaden the application of black color image make-up by inquiring into make-up design elemental characteristics of lines and textures, after classifying magazine illustrations and advertisement make-up images using black. The photos which made effective use of black among fashion illustrations, magazine advertisements after 2001 were classified in to each type, and make-up expression method and characteristics according to design element of each image type was analyzed. The conclusion of such study was the following. 'Erotic image' showed contrast effect between eye make-up and lip color by using pale tone or red color. 'Mannish image' emphasized form and texture of eyebrow by restraining the colors of eyelids with natural brown tone eye make-up; 'Modern image' expressed vague eyebrow to bring the sensation of the direction of eye shadow on eyelids and eye line as well as slant line to relief. 'Kitsch image' showed free and light imagery by creating unique hair style with various colors; expressing lips mostly with colors similar to skin tone or by restraining colors on lips. 'Decadence image' showed messy and foul sensation with unstandardized eye make-up and matt skin of shimmer, glossy and pale tone, also with black colored lips; 'Retro image' expressed reinterpretation of images from 1920${\sim}$1960 to contemporary styles.

영화 속 캐릭터 특징에 따른 스타일 요소 연구 - 영화배우 송강호, 설경구가 출연한 작품을 중심으로 - (Research about the Factors of Styles according to the Characteristics of Characters in the Movie - Focusing on the Movie that was with Actor Kang Ho Song and Keong Ku Seol -)

  • In this research, I compared and analyzed the 'factors of style' that expresses and visualizes the 'characteristics of characters' and the characters from three movies each that was filmed with Kang Ho Song and Keong Ku Seol who acted in many movies both. As the result, for the factors for actors' makeup design, since they have limited choices of textures, colors, and the range of changes, changing the tone of skin to light to dark implied the images of characteristics. Somewhat dark skin tone that was like tanned skin expressed the life style of the character who works for an active profession not for an intellectual position. For the factors of hair style, medium sized wavy hair that goes straight down forehead expressed the character's familiar and informal personality while short cut sized all back style hair expressed confidence, sociality, and logical personality of the character. The actors' costume was important to express the characteristics of characters such as changes of their mind, especially the costumes delivered symbolic meanings of the role of their social class, profession, and their financial state. In addition, there were common factors to create and design a character in terms of the changes of the actors' body shape; when the actor acted the character who has conflicts inside and sarcastic personality, they lost weight on purpose while they gained weight and made a barrel shaped body to act the character who is positive in every occasion and does not realize the real world or who is greed.

핸드 니트 기법을 활용한 패션 아이템의 디자인 특성에 관한 연구 - 다니엘라 그레지스(Daniela Gregis) 컬렉션을 중심으로 - (A study on the design features of hand knitted fashion items - Focused on Daniela Gregis collections from 2012 S/S~2018 S/S -)

  • The number of hand knitters has increased dramatically in the past few years. Recently, various hand knitted items have been seen in many fashion collections. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the design features of hand knitted items in the collections from Daniela Gregis. This brand was selected because it featured knitted items in its collections every season. An empirical analysis about form, material, color and knitting technique was done for hand knitted items from Daniela Gregis' collections from 2012 S/S to 2018 S/S. The results can be summarized as follows: In terms of form, garments such as pullovers, cardigans, and shawls used basic components, and accessories such as bags, mufflers, hats, and decorative pieces had various shapes. In the material, there were many items that expressed unique textures by combining various materials such as a mix of fabric and yarn. With regards to color, orange, yellow, and red were mainly used as accent colors, and combinations of two or more colors were prominent in the items. In terms of knitting technique, the methods used in the collections were mostly simple and basic. Among various techniques, plain knitting, garter knitting, and single crochet methods were mainly used. While this study is limited to the characteristics of hand knitted items from a single brand, therefore cannot be generalized for all knit fashion, the study provides basic data that could facilitate the revitalization of the hand knitting industry and expand the application range of hand knitting techniques.

  • 주사슬에 방향족 고리와 펜타메틸렌 그룹을 포함하고 있는 반유연성 폴리에스터가 direct polycondensation 에 의하여 합성되었다. 합성된 중합체의 구조는 $^1H$-NMR과 FT-IR에 의해, 상전이거동에 대해서는 DSC, TGA 및 직교된 편광현미경에 의하여 관찰되었다. 합성된 중합체의 고유점성도 ($\eta_{inh}$)는 0.46에서 1.30 dL/g 사이의 값으로 측정되었고, 분자사슬 중 강직사슬그룹의 선형성이 클수록 용융전이온도 ($T_m$)는 높았으며, 용해도 조사에 사용된 유기용매에 대한 용해도는 감소되었다. 그리고, 중합체들 중 P-H, P-mH, P-4H는 넓은 비등방성 영역에서 열방성 네마틱 액정상을 나타내었으나 P-R, P-C, P-2B는 액정상을 나타내지 않았다.

Ester기를 갖는 새로운 주쇄형 액정 coumarin 화합물의 합성 및 특성분석 (Synthesis and Characterization of New Main Chain Liquid Crystalline Coumarin Compound with Ester Moiety)

  • Benzyl 4-Hydroxybenzoate와 1,6-Dibromohexane을 반응시켜 4-(6-bromohexyloxy)benzoic acid를 합성하였다. 이것을 하이드로퀴논과 반응시켜 브롬 그룹을 갖는 새로운 mesogenic ester를 합성하였다. Mesogenic ester를 자외선에 민감한 coumarin과 반응시켜 새로운 형태의 광응답성 coumarin 화합물을 합성 하였다. 합성된 화합물의 구조는 FT-IR 및 $^1H$-NMR에 의해 확인 하였으며, 그들의 열적 상전이온도 및 안정성들은 DSC, 편광현미경 및 X-선 회절에 의해 조사 하였다. 한편 합성된 새로운 화합물은 광학 편광 현미경 관찰에 의해 스멕틱 및 네마틱 구조를 갖는 쌍방성 액정성을 보였다.

밀양 고알루미나 점토광상 다이아스포아 단괴내의 진동누대 전기석의 화학적 특징 (Chemical Characterization of Oscillatory Zoned Tourmaline from Diaspore Nodule, an Aluminum-rich Clay Deposit, Milyang, South Korea)

  • 밀양점토광상의 알루미늄이 풍부한 다이아스포아 단괴에서 열수변질 기원 전기석은 집합체나 미립으로 산출한다 대부분의 전기석 결정은 미세한 대구조가 특징적인데, 이는 열수변질 작용동안 개방계의 유체혼합과 같은 변동이 심한 환경에서 형성되었음을 지시한다. 본 전기석의 화학적 진동누대 구조의 양상은 결정축의 방향과는 무관하게 흡사한 특징을 보인다. Mg는 결정성장 초기, Fe는 후기 단계동안에 부화되었으며, Fe/Mg의 비는 규칙적으로 진동함을 보여 준다. 화학분석, 후방산란영상(BSE), X-선 화학분석도에 따르면 전기석내 진동누대구조는 Fe와 Mg 함량변화에 주로 제어되었으며 봉소함량의 기여도는 미미하다. 전기석이 다이아스포아와 딕카이트로 변질되는 것으로 볼 때 전기석은 B, Fe, Mg의 활동도가 감소하면서 이들 고알루미나 광물에 비하여 불안정해 진다. 그러므로 열수계내 알루미늄 활동도가 전기석의 안정성을 제어하는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

21 세기 패션에 표현된 에스닉 메이크업의 특징에 관한 고찰 (The Character of Ethnic Make up by Observation of 21's Century Fashion Trend)

  • The study has sought to explore how fashion emerges as a comprehensive tool of dress for increasing its brand appeal and express one's artistic sense and fashion by using everything from make-up to hair to trappings. Therefore, when it comes to fashion trends reflected in collections, the study is designed to improve understanding of make-up as one of the elements of total fashion and to help create diverse ideas in expressing creative and free make-up that can help perfect fashion concept in harmony with all the other elements. The study has pondered upon collection, trends and fashion make-up through literature study, and has gathered image data via the Internet. It also has conducted analysis of Ethnic style reconstructed combining past and the future, East and the West, and futurism style using asymmetrical forms without no defined patterns and hi-tech textures, which emerges as a result of post-modernism. The results of the study are as follows. Ethnic fashion that pursues strange and exotic beauty is characterized by its simple and idyllic images of traditional costume in Asia or primitive clothes in Africa. Make-up represent images of matt and pale skin, tanned yellow, glossy and thickly powered squeaky white skin. Point make-up highlighted eye lines, red chick, small and voluptuous red lips. Hair and accessory seeks diversity combining various ethnic styles together such as oriental, Indian, Islam and Africa. In addition, future-oriented fashion of the 21st century, twists in texture, various kinds of materials and changes in technique help give impressions of freedom and bizarreness.

저수지 준설대상 토양의 이화학적 특성 (Physicochemical Characteristics of Dredged Soils in Reservoirs)

  • This study was carried out to examine the physicochemical characteristics of dredged soils in reservoirs. Surveys and analyses of basic materials were made on 241 of 2,328 reservoirs in Chonbuk province through 2 years from December 1994 to November 1996. The results of this study are summarized as follows : 1. Soils were classified as 15 types according to physical properties, and some soils contain comparatively high percentage of sand and gravel. Considering only soil textures, useful and economical soils as aggregate are approximately 25% in all, and the other soils are arable for farm planting. 2. The results of chemical analyses of soils showed on the average 5.9 in pH, 1.lmmhos/cm in ECe, 14.6me/l00g in CEC, 460.0ppm in T-N, 119.0ppm in T-P, 264.9ppm in K, 134.2ppm in Na, l,335.0ppm in Ca, 575.9ppm in Mg, 486.Sppm in Fe, 57.7ppm in Mn, 3.3ppm in Cu, 21.9ppm in Zn, 0.49ppm in As, 0.34ppm in Cd, 0.O3ppm in Hg, 1.7% in OM, respectively. 3. General chemical components, heavy metals, organic matter contents were analyzed as similar to tlie mean values of common soils, therefore it was considered to be no significant effects on crop growth in the chemical properties. 4. Accodingly, the physicochemical characteristics of soils ought to be analyzed accurately before dredging for effective using of dredged soils. And it will be more effective, if the dredged soils are used with proper balance among each content of components with considering to the physicochemical properties of common soils.

한국(韓國) 병과류(餠菓類)의 조리학적(調理學的) 연구(硏究) -유과(油菓)를 중심(中心)으로- (A Study on Cookery Characteristise of Korean Cakes -On the Yugwa-)

  • In order to determine the optimal condition for making Yugwa (one of the Korean traditional cake) the textures in various conditions were studied by sensory test and texturometer. The changes of texture and fat content in the cake were measured along the period of storage. The results were as follows: (1) The cake were classified in 3 groups according to the leavening agent used in the procedure, namely refined rice wine (W), distilled liquor (L) and yeast group (Y). It was the refined rice wine group that had been 'the best' by sensory test. Its brittleness $(1.40{\pm}0.27)$ was higher than those of L and Y. (2) Crispness measured by bend test prior to soaking into syrup were 1.19, 1.23 and 1.63 in W, L, Y, respectively. (3) Chemical composition (%dry basis)) of Yugwa leavened with W included 9.3 of moisture, 1.3 crude protein, 6.7 crude lipid, 66.4 carbohydrate and 16.3 crude ash. (4) Brittleness decreased gradually along the period of storage while the rancidity increased. From the 40th days of storage, the change of brittleness and rancidity were marked as well as the scores of sensory test decreased significantly. (5) Content of linoleic acid in Yugwa decreased along the period of storage from 52.5% of total fatty acid on the first day to 10.9% on the 50th days Main fatty acids in Yugwa were oleic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid, all of which were also decreased in content along the period of storage. One remarkable change was the appearance of an unknown fatty acid with 19.54 of retention time, in 50% of total fatty acid, on the 50th day of storage.
