청소년의 진로준비행동에 관한 연구 : 진로태도, 직업가치관, 사회적지지 (The Influence of Adolescent's Career Attitude, Occupation Value, and Social Support on Career Preparation Behavior)

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate the effects of demographic, occupation value, career attitude, and social support on high school students' career preparation behavior. The data was collected from the Korean Survey on of the Career and occupation of Youth in 2009(N=3,499). Descriptive statistics, One-way ANOVA, T-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed on SPSS 17.0. The results of this study are as follows: first, career preparation behavior according to gender was much higher for female students than male students. There were statistically significant differences in career preparation behavior according to school years. The first year students' perception in of career preparation behavior was higher than the second, and third year students. The first year students' perception in of career preparation behavior was higher than second, and third year students. Second, career preparation behavior had a significant correlations with work value, career attitude, family support, and school support. Third, this study demonstrated that career decisiveness and family support was a strong factor in career preparation behavior. In addition, among all factors, the career decisiveness of career attitude was proved to be the most influential factor on career preparation behavior. The study discusses practical implications for career education programs.

직장여성과 여대생의 화장품 선호도 및 구매행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Cosmetic Preferences and Purchasing Behaviors in the Segmented Groups(Career Women vs Female College Students))

  • The purpose of this study was to determine cosmetic preferences and purchasing behavior of two segmented groups(career women vs. college females). We employed questionnaires and collected data from 443 people. Only 400 reliable questionnaires were used for a statistical analysis with SPSS program on the frequency, Chi-square test, and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. The amount of makeup, and the reason for makeup were statistically associated with the segmented groups which are career women and college females. Also we realized that there was a significant difference in 'sophisticated' and 'sexy' makeup images. Both images were more highly sought in career women. 2. The preference of lip colors & textures, types of eye liner, and types of foundation were associated with the segmented career/college female groups. Both groups favored more glossy lipstick. Career women preferred liquid eye liner and foundation, while college females like to use no foundation. 3. Both career women and college females acquired information about cosmetics from the friend's advice rather than TV or magazine. In purchasing, career women considered the most quality, while college females considered suitable cosmetics for their natural skin types.

경력개발시스템 경력단계별 수술실 간호사 업무수행능력 비교 (Comparison of Nursing Performance by Career Levels in a Nurse Career Ladder System)

  • Purpose: This study was to compare nursing performance by career levels in a career ladder system. Methods: This survey was conducted with 140 OR staff nurses. Ten unit managers evaluated their own staff with a performance evaluation tool composed of 51 items. Data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, one-way ANOVA, ${\chi}^2$-test, and ANCOVA. Results: In career level CN II, nursing performance showed differences by personal characteristics. However, there was no significant difference in level CN III. CN IIIs' nursing performance was significantly higher than CN IIs' in all domains. Nursing performance of CN III was significantly higher than CN IIs' in 5 to 10 years of clinical experience. Although there was no significant difference in other clinical experience groups, CN IIIs' scores were always higher than CN IIs' Conclusion: The results indicate that nursing performance improves with career ladder advancement. Organizations should encourage advancement to higher levels and eliminate obstacles.

대학생의 전공만족도와 부모의 진로지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Major satisfaction, Parents' career support on the Behavior of career preparation among University students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 전공만족도와 부모의 진로지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 대학생이 적극적인 진로준비행동을 할 수 있도록 교육과정편성과 비교과활동의 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시행하였다. 연구 대상자는 서울과 충청권 거주 대학생으로 2021년 4월 15일부터 5월 14일까지로 총 195부의 자료를 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient, Multiple regression analysis로 최종 분석하였다. 연구결과는 경제수준, 전공계열, 전공선택동기, 성적, 전공만족도 및 부모의 진로지지를 예측변수로 진로준비행동을 설명하는 선형회귀모형은 통계적으로 유의하였고(F=16.944, p<.001), 회귀모형의 설명력은 진로준비행동 총 변화량의 50.5%를 설명하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 대학생들의 좀 더 능동적인 진로준비행동을 위하여 전공만족도를 높이고 긍정적인 부모의 진로지지를 위해 다양한 교육프로그램의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

미혼모를 위한 진로교육 프로그램의 개발과 효과성 연구 (Development and Effectiveness of a Career Education Program for Unwed Mothers)

  • The objective of this study was to develop and verify the effectiveness of the career education program for unwed mothers to facilitate to consider their career plan and career orientation. The program of this study was based on the Super's developmental theory. The program was done twice a week totally 8 times. The subject of the program is unwed mothers from 16 to 25 years old. One-group pretest-posttest design was held. The quantitative and qualitative researches were carried out. In quantitative research, the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test was done with SPSS Window 10.0 to evaluate the effectiveness of the career education program. In qualitative research, the content of discussion in the course of group process, investigation, and the materials which were made from the group members were analysed to the objects of program. The results of this study was proven to develop career maturity, career decision level, and career identity. Finally, the meanings of this consequences were discussed.

남자 간호대학생의 진로장벽, 전공만족도 및 진로의사결정유형이 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Career Barrier, Satisfaction and Career Decision Making Pattern on Career Search Behavior in Male Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The study was conducted to investigate the effect of career barrier, satisfaction, and career decision making pattern on career search behaviors in male nursing students. Methods: Data were collected through structured questionnaires that included general characteristics, career barrier, satisfaction, career decision making pattern and career search behaviors and were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS/PC+ program. Results: The results of the research suggest the two aspects of career search behaviors as being self-exploration and environmental exploration. The rational pattern, among the types of satisfaction and career decision making pattern, was found to have a meaningful effect on self-expression. On the other hand, dependent pattern, among the satisfaction and career decision making pattern, was found to have an effect on career search patterns. Conclusion: It is considered that, based on the results of this study, diversified approaches that consider individual career decision making patterns such as rational pattern and dependent pattern as well as the methods to enhance the satisfaction of male nursing college students for career guidance are needed.

진로탐색을 강화한 수학과 자유학기제 통계 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Implementation of the Program for the Free Learning Semester Focused on Career Exploration)

  • This study was to investigate the effect of the statistics education program for the test-free semester. Two tests of questionnaires were used after revising some items for the subjects and statistical contents covered according to the purpose of the study during the 2nd semester, 2016. one was for finding students' attitude toward statistics and the other for understanding my career exploration. The statistics education program was developed for 5 lesson units and was applied to two classes with 53 students of one middle school in Gyeonggi-province. The results showed that students' understanding on career exploration was improved especially, in self understanding, perceiving career world related to statistics, and economical & educational understanding in statistical career. Also, the three areas such as interest, value, and effort among five areas about students' statistical attitude which was measured by the attitude test revised from the previous study, were improved with statistical significance. Moreover, we analyzed the degree of students' satisfaction over the program. Most of students were satisfied with the program saying that "I could not believe it is over now. The time has gone so fast." or "My mentor(a pre-service teacher) helped me a lot." Therefore, the program for the test-free semester should include the contents for exploring future-career and relating to real life.

직장남성의 패션행동 및 인상관리행동이 경력성공에 미치는 영향 -PLS 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여- (The Effects of Fashion Behaviors and Impression Management Behaviors on Career Success of Male Office Workers -Applying PLS Structural Equation Modeling-)

  • This study investigated the relationship between fashion behavior, impression management behavior, and career success. A conceptual model and hypotheses were established based on theoretical linkages between the constructs. Thereafter, empirical data were collected using a set of questionnaires. For this reason, the sample was taken from 720 office workers' who worked at 14's Korea Enterprise, 697 of which was used for an empirical analysis (sample: men over 30 years of age and more than three years continuous service). This study conducted an exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis for the validity test. Cronbach's alpha test is used for the reliability test. Moreover, PLS structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to test hypothesized relationships in the conceptual model (SPSS 20.0 window/Smart PLS 3.0). This study shows that the proposed model is reasonably fit to the actual data. The following results were obtained from the analyses. First, fashion behavior and impression management behavior is positively related to career success. The result shows that economics of the fashion behaviors sub-types were statistically more significant to influence career success. The self-focused of the impression management behavior sub-types were more than statistically significant to influence career success. This finding has great implications to understand self-management behavior and the career success of male office workers.

졸업예정 간호대학생의 전공선택동기와 전공만족도가 간호경력몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Motive for Major Selection, Major Satisfaction on Nursing Career Commitment of Senior Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 졸업예정 간호대학생의 전공선택동기와 전공만족도가 간호경력몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행되었다. 이를 위해 간호대학생 4학년 215명의 자료를 수집하였고, SPSS statistics로 t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficients, multiple regression을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 간호경력몰입은 전공선택동기(r=.41, p<.001) 및 전공만족도(r=.35, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 전공선택동기가 간호경력몰입의 영향요인으로 확인되었으며 설명력은 39.4%였다. 본 연구는 졸업예정 간호대학생의 간호경력몰입 영향요인을 확인하였고, 간호대학생을 위한 긍정적인 간호경력몰입 형성 교육프로그램 개발을 제언한다.

진로장벽탐색 집단상담이 여대생의 진로장벽 인식과 진로준비행동에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of 「The Career Barriers Exploration Counseling Program」 on the Perceived Career Barriers and the Career Preparation Behavior of Women's College Students)

  • 본 연구는 여대생들을 대상으로 진로장벽탐색 집단 상담을 실시하여 여대생들의 진로장벽인식을 완화하고 진로준비행동을 높이기 위해 진로장벽 집단상담의 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 프로그램은 국내에서 연구된 진로상담 프로그램들을 참고하고, 한국 여성개발원 및 직업능력 개발원의 진로자료를 참고하여 개발되었다. 또한 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관련 변인들을 연구한 선행연구 및 진로상담 관련 문헌들을 참고하였는데, 무엇보다 Gottfredson(1981)의 진로발달이론을 참고하여 프로그램의 내용을 재구성하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 여대생 10명을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시하였으며 프로그램 종료 직후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 자료를 분석하기 위하여 실험집단과 통제집단의 사후 검사 점수에 대한 차이를 확인하는 공분산 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 실험 집단은 통제집단에 비해 진로장벽 인식 전체에서 사후 검사 점수가 현저히 낮은 것을 볼 수 있었고, 진로준비행동은 통제집단에 비해 실험 집단이 사후 검사 점수가 현저히 높은 것을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 실시된 진로장벽탐색 집단상담은 여대생의 진로장벽수준을 완화하고, 진로준비행동 수준은 높이는데 효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
