지상무기체계 ILS 시험평가 개선방안 (A Study on the Improvement of ILS Test & Evaluation for Ground Weapon Systems)

  • Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) is a management and technical process whereby all the diverse elements needed to fully operate, maintain, and totally support a materiel system in the field are identified, developed, and deployed simultaneously and on an equal priority with the item of materiel being supported. The test and evaluation (T&E)of ILS act the important role of reduction of life-cycle cost and keeping of good performance for weapon system. In this article, we suggest the alternatives for improvement in the test and evaluation of ILS during weapon system acquisition. It is hoped that this research is valuable and beneficial to persons related weapon system acquisition, in order to maximize the efficiency of defense acquisition management by reducing the life-cycle cost and enhancing the quality of weapon system.

유도탄의 신뢰성 향상 방안 고찰 (A Study on the Reliability Improvement of Guided Missile)

  • Purpose: ASRP for the domestic development guided missiles requires not only for the reliability evaluation of the products in storage but also for the life cycle management of the products including development prototypes and initial production items. Methods: For this purpose, it should be performed to build a performance database before and after the accelerated aging test with shelf life items including development prototypes and initial production items, based on which the lifetime prediction should also be carried out. In addition, HILS must be applied for the acceptance test with the initial and follow-up production items, and also for ASRP for the long-term storage products in order to secure systematic quality assurance. Results: The results for the life cycle reliability Improving of domestic development of guided missiles are DB building of prescription Item performance, active application of HILS, Management associated with guided missiles life cycle and to Secure technology data about the introduction of foreign guided missiles. Conclusion: Furthermore, it is demanded that DTaQ, the managing agency of ASRP, actively take part in the process to maintain reliability engagement consistency over the life cycle of guided missiles.

  • In this study we desire to deduce implications for mathematics curriculum, teaching- learning, and evaluation from the data of Nation Assessment of Educational Achievement. For this, first we extracted the items written by the same achievement standard over two years from 2010 to 2012. Next we investigated whether the items are the representative items of a certain proficiency level and classified into the case of the items of the same proficiency level and the case of the items of different proficiency levels. Based on these we analysed learning characteristic of the each proficiency level. From the results of the above, we proposed what should be changed in mathematics curriculum, what should be considered in teaching-learning, and what should be paid attention to test item development.

Concordance Rate Between the Ratings of Clinician and Self Ratings of Worker on a Functional Capacity Evaluation

  • Background: Functional capacity evaluations (FCEs) are designed to systematically assess the capacity to perform work-related tasks and to determine worker's ability to return to the previous job following work-related injuries. These evaluations may be rated either by clinician or worker. There has been a lack of consensus between the two scoring methods. Objects: This study aimed: 1) to confirm if the data are fit to the Rasch rating scale model and 2) to investigate the item-level concordance rate between the ratings of clinician and injured worker of the FCE. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with a sample (n=124) of a rehabilitation program with the Occupational Rehabilitation Data Base for workers with low back pain. The functional capacity evaluation at admission and discharge was administered to clinicians and workers. The data were analyzed using both classical test theory-based Pearson's r and intra-class coefficient followed by item-level analysis with Rasch rating scale model. Results: All items of the FCE, except sitting items rated by clinician at admission and handling items rated by both clinician and worker throughout admission and discharge, were acceptable fit statistics with minor out of ranges for a misfit criterion. This may indicate that the items of the FCE overall fit to the Rasch rating scale model. Few problematic items responding differently to clinician and worker both at admission and discharge were detected with the differential item functioning analysis despite the excellent concordance rate using the two conventional statistics-sitting and handling items at admission and handling item at discharge. Conclusion: The item-level speculations using Rasch analysis of the FCE demonstrate that the ratings of clinician and self ratings of worker were psychometrically acceptable though there was an apparent discrepancy between the raters both at admission and discharge.

대학수학능력시험에서 화학 문항의 질 제고를 위한 일본 대학입시센터시험 문항 분석 (Item Analysis of Japanese NCTUA for the Quality Improvement of Chemistry Items of CSAT)

  • 대학수학능력시험(수능)이 1994학년도에 처음 시행된 이후 17년이 지나고 여러 번의 모의평가 출제로 인해 문항의 패턴화, 지식 중심의 출제라는 비판이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 문제에 대한 시사점을 얻기 위해 한국과 마찬가지로 국가 중심 교육과정이며 국가 수준에서 이루어지는 선다형 시험 유형을 가진 일본의 대학입시센터시험(센터시험) 문항을 분석하였다. 이 연구에서는 2009년 1월에 시행한 센터시험의 이과시험에서 화학 문항을 수능과 관련하여 내용 요소 및 행동 영역에 따라 분석하고, 문항 유형과 특이 사항을 분석하였다. 또한 한국 수험생의 관점에서 예상 정답률을 추정하여 수능의 화학 문항 출제에 주는 시사점을 도출하였다.

Student Responses to Smart Device-Based Test on Competency Evaluation in Dental Education

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate the possibility of utilizing smart device-based test (SBT) for competency evaluation in dental education and to analyze the student responses on overall competency evaluation using SBT method, in comparison to ubiquitous-based test (UBT). Materials and Methods: Questionnaire surveys have been conducted at Yonsei University College of Dentistry from 2015 to 2018 to obtain students' feedback on the application of SBT to competency evaluation. In addition, in order to supplement the competency evaluation procedure, considerations were explored by comparing the expected and actual difficulty of each item when preparing items for competency evaluation with SBT. Result: According to the survey results, student responses between the initial two years (2015 and 2016) differed from those in next two years (2017 and 2018). Students in 2017 and 2018 had more positive responses on competency evaluation with SBT. To determine the test validity, criterion-referenced evaluation was adopted to compare the data in 2017 and 2018 and slight differences in test difficulty in 2018 between the expected and actual difficulty of items were found. Conclusion: The results indicated that SBT was more appropriate for competency evaluation than UBT, based on four-year period of competency evaluation. The SBT was not affected by either the file size or the number of test-takers. Interestingly, students were not sensitive to test version of competency evaluation (paper-based test and SBT). This study suggests that the quality of the test items should be measured by continuous monitoring of the expected and actual difficulty of items for determining test validity. More detailed results and discussions of the findings are given for the development of test procedure and further potential research directions in dental education.

캐비닛 엑스선 검색장비 이미지품질평가 고도화 방안 연구 (Improving Imaging Quality Assessment of Cabinet X-Ray Security Systems)

  • Purpose: This study proposes methods and procedures for evaluating imaging security systems quality of cabinet x-ray screening system to enhance performance certification technology. Also, conducted a comparative analysis of the literature of test-kit for imaging security quality evaluation. Methods: Comparative analysis of the test-kits and related documents for image quality assessment of cabinet x-ray screening equipment. This allows assessment items were selected and the methods for each assessment item were proposed. In addition, the configuration method of the assessment team was established by applying the technology readiness assessment(TRA). Results: Four of the assessment items were selected when estimate image quality by a comparative analysis of literature. For each assessment item, the evaluation method and minimum level of availability were determined. Finally, this paper proposes an imaging quality assessment of cabinet X-ray imaging security systems. Conclusion: Development of imaging security systems evaluation procedures for cabinet X-ray screening systems can be help improve performance certification of aviation security equipment.

난이도 균일성을 고려한 유전자 알고리즘 기반 평가지 생성 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Genetic Test-Sheet-Generating Algorithm Considering Uniformity of Difficulty)

  • 원격교육 시스템의 평가 시스템에서 평가의 공정성을 위하여 매 평가 시 평가지의 난이도를 일정하게 유지할 수 있는 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 유전자 알고리즘 기반의 평가지 생성 알고리즘을 제안한다. 평가지의 각 문항에 대한 난이도가 제출자에 의해서 지정되는 기존의 방법과는 달리 제안한 알고리즘에서는 각 문항의 난이도가 학생들의 평가 결과에 따라 적응적으로 조절되고, 평가지의 평균 난이도를 일정한 수준으로 유지할 수 있다. 제안한 알고리즘에서는 평가지에 동일한 문항이 중복으로 포함되는 것을 배제하고, 이전 평가의 결과를 반영하여 적응적으로 난이도가 조절될 수 있는 새로운 형태의 유전 연산자를 설계하고 구현한다. 그리고 모의실험을 통해 기존의 임의선택 방법과 모의 담금질 방법에 비해 균일한 난이도를 갖는 평가지가 생성될 수 있음을 보인다.

리얼 테스트 환경 기반의 안티바이러스 소프트웨어의 품질평가 방법론 정립에 관한 연구 (A Study on Quality evaluation Methodology Establishment of Anti-Virus Software based on the Real Test Environment)

  • 소프트웨어 제품의 평가를 위해 국제표준 ISO/IEC 품질인증 시스템을 기반으로 국내 외 기관 및 연구소에서 품질에 대한 많은 방법론이 연구 및 적용되고 있으나, 복잡한 차원의 특수한 성질을 지닌 안티바이러스 소프트웨어를 평가하기에는 많은 문제를 동반한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 적정 수준 이상의 요건을 갖춘 안티바이러스 소프트웨어의 품질평가 방법론을 마련하고자 평가항목 도출을 위한 프로세스와 정량화 방안을 정립하였으며 각 요인간의 상대적 중요도를 분석함으로써 가중치 정보를 객관화하였다. 정의된 정보(평가 항목, 가중치)를 기반으로 포털 사이트에서 수집한 공개용 안티바이러스 소프트웨어 70종에 대하여 리얼 테스트 환경에서 품질평가를 수행하였으며, 사용자들의 오랜 시간동안의 경험을 이용한 실증분석 결과 본 논문에서 정의한 평가항목과 가중치에 대한 정당성을 마련할 수 있었다.

국가수준의 과학에 관련된 정의적 특성의 평가체제 개발 (National Assessment System Development of Science-Related Affective Domain)

  • 학생들의 과학적 소양을 기르는데에는 과학과 관련된 정의적 특성이 중요한 역할을 한다. 과학적 태도, 자연과 과학에 대한 가치, 호기심과 관심 등의 과학과 관련된 정의적 특성이 대부분의 과학교육 목표에 포함되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 과학과 관련된 정의적 특성의 평가체제와 문항을 개발하였다. 인식, 흥미와 과학적 태도의 세 개의 주범주와 16 개의 소범주로 평가체재가 구성되었다. 평가체제의 타당도는 10 명의 과학교육학자들에 의하여 검증되었다. 48 개의 평가 문항을 문항반응분석과 문항-검사 상관계수를 고려하여 총 64 문항 중에서 선정하였다. 크론바하 알파계수는 인식과 흥미에서 0.83 이고, 과학적 태도에서는 0.86 이었다. 검사의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학과 관련된 정의적 특성에서 남학생이 여학생보다 더 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 둘째, 초등학생이 중등학생보다 더 높은 과학과 관련된 특성 점수를 나타내었다. 마지막으로 도시지역의 학생이 시골지역의 학생보다 더 높은 과학과 관련된 특성 점수를 보여 주었다.
