Microprocessor-based software DDA interpolator is developed and applied to two axis contouring control of X-Y table. Developed assembly program is composed of feedrate, linear and circular DDA interpolation routines. Reference-pulse type of open-loop stepping motor control system in which the micro-computer produces a sequence of reference pulses for each axis of motion is adopted. To test performance of the developed program, X-Y table drive system based on stepping motor and shaft encoder is designed. Contouring error of the system in linear and circular path is within .+-.0.2 mm.

An adaptive active contour algorithm which shows stable object tracking performance under the moving or deformable environments, is proposed. In order to cope with local deformation of the object, an energy map is generated from the difference of the consecutive images and a new energy function based on the energy map is presented. The algorithm is evaluated on a set of artificial and real images to verify the efficiencies and test results show the stable tracking performance for the moving objects.

Network Analyzer study on the load current flow when one phase line of the feeder is out of seroice because of cutting. A.C. In this paper, we consider general Beta operators, which is a general sequence of integral type operators including Beta function. We study the King type Beta operators which preserves the third test function $x^2$. We obtain some approximation properties, which include rate of convergence and statistical convergence. Finally, we show how to reach best estimation by these operators.

This study provides a nonparametric procedure for the statistical inference of the parameters in stationary autoregressive processes. A confidence region and a hypothesis testing procedure based on a class of signed linear rank statistics are proposed and the asymptotic distributions of the test statistic both underthe null hypothesis and under a sequence of local alternatives are investigated. Some desirable asymptotic properties including the asymptotic relative efficiency are discussed for various score functions.

In this paper, CCF(Call Control Function), functional entity for basic call processing in SSP(Service Switching Point), is designed and implemented. This functional entity can provide the IN(Intelligent Network) services which are included in CCITT CS-1(Capability Set-1), near-term process for IN Architecture. UIO(Unique Input Output) method, one of the thest sequence generation methods for the finite state machine, is used for the implementation test of this functional entity.

A wire harness is an assembly cables and/or wires to transmit signals between electronic assemblies in automobiles and electronic appliances. Inspection of such a wire harness is to check the sequence of assembled cabled each of which is identified by its own color. This paper presents an automated visual inspection system for wire harnesses incorporating back-propagation neural network as a color identification device. The tests performed by using real test specimens show that the inspection system works well enough.

Applying five morphological parameters defined along the main sequence (MS), red giant branch (RGB) and horizontal branch (HB) in the C-M diagram (CMD), and the transition period-luminosity relation for RR Lyrae variables, some basic physical quantities such as helium abundance, age, mass and luminosity are determined for 21 well observed globular clusters with combination of evolutionary models and atmospheric models properly chosen by the numerical test. The dependences of these quantities on the age and chemical abundance are investigated.

프로토콜 적합성 시험은 프로토콜 명세에 내제되어 있는 애매성으로 인하여 벤더들이 구현한 프로토콜들이 상호운용되지 못하는 경우를 예방하기 위하여 시행하는 절차이다. 이 시험은 구현한 프로토콜이 프로토콜 명세에 적합하게 구현되어 있는지를 시험하는 것으로 ISO/IEC JTCI을 통해 국제 표준으로 제정되어 있다. 그러나 이 시험 방법은 고정적인 시험 시퀀스를 사용하기 때문에 정확한 시험 결과를 도출하지 못하는 경우가 종종발생한다. 이런 문제는 프로토콜 FSM을 구성하는 여러 트랜지션들이 시험시퀀스에 포함되어 시험 대상 트랜지션의 시험에 영향을 미치기 때문에 발생한다. 이 논문은 동적 적합성 시험방법을 제안하여 이런 문제를 해결하도록 한다. DCTM은 기존의 방법에서와 같은 고정적인 시험 시퀀스를 사용하는 것이 아니라 시험 중 동적으로 alternative 경로를 시험 시퀀스로 선택하는 방법으로 기존 적합성 시험 방법보다 fault coverage 면에서 향상된 결과를 나타낸다. 또한 제안한 DCTM이 기존 적합성 시험방법보다 fault coverage가 향상된다는 것을 보이기 위해 시험 도구를 개발하여 TCP 프로토콜에 적용하여 본다.
