With the increase in the risk of GPS jamming, the development and application of anti-jamming GPS techniques have been actively performed. As the objective performance verification of developed techniques is important, equipment development for verification and discussion on anti-jamming performance test method and procedure have also been conducted. However, most tests are related to the specification of equipment and therefore detailed procedure of the performance verification of an anti-jamming system needs to be developed. In this study, requirements for anti-jamming performance verification were described, and test configurations and performance evaluation items depending on three kinds of test methods (lab test, basic outdoor test, and chamber test) were suggested for anti-jamming performance verification.

This paper presents the efforts of the studies for improvement of spin characteristics of KTX-1 #02 through rotary balance test, forced oscillation test and spin mode analysis. During the full scale development design stage, we had fullfilled a lot of spin flight test, spin mode analysis. Based on all of the efforts, KTX-1 had been developed as a successful trainer with excellent spin characteristics.

This study was conducted to determine the serum antibodies against toxoplasma in bovine from gyeongnam district by latex agglutination(LA) test. LA test was carried out with Toxo-MT kit(Eikon chemical co). The result obtained were summerized as follow： 1. Positive rates of toxoplasma antibodies in 1,488 bovine sera was 5.0%(75 cases) by LA test. 2. The toxoplasma antibody detection rates against 823 korean cattle and 865 dairy cattle were 1.8%(11 cases) and 7.4%(64 cases) respectively. 3. In LA test serum antibody titers in 75 positive sera were shown as 54 cases(72.0% in 1：32, 9(12.0%) in 1：64, 7(9.4%) in 1：128, 3(3.40%) in 1：256, 1(1.3%) in 512 and 1(1.3%) in 1：2,048 respectively. 4. Positive rates of toxoplasma antibodies in cattls sera from each area were 0.2∼22.0%.

항우연에서는 복합재 소형항공기(KC-100)에 대하여 15가지 전기체 시험조건과 7개의 국부적 시험조건들에 대한 전기체 정적구조시험을 수행하였다. 시험요구도, 시험일정, 시험체 및 더미구조, 시험하중산출, 시험장치, 시험장비 등을 소개하였다. 수십개의 제어채널을 사용하는 전기체 구조시험의 하중제어의 정확도를 살펴보기 위하여 U1의 시험데이터를 분석하였다. 분석결과 각 채널별 데이터 획득된 하중값은 허용오차인 SNPE(Static null pacing error)값 이내에서 잘 유지하고 있음을 보였고 본 논문의 저자가 제안한 시험의 하중제어오차 크기 정의방법을 적용한 결과 U1 시험의 하중제어 오차값이 8.6N 이었고 나머지 전기체 시험조건들에 대한 시험데이터를 분석한 결과도 보였다. 마지막으로 U1시험에서 자세제어장치에서 측정된 반력들이 시험하중 증가와 함께 변하는 것을 보였고 전기체 구조시험에서 반력변화 발생의 요인들에 대하여 기술하였다.

To establish an agar-gel immunodiffusion (AGID) test for detection of antibodies to Aujeszky's disease virus(ADV) in swine, the precipitating antigens were prepared by four procedures using the Aujeszky's disease virus, NYJ-1-87 strain isolated from the affected piglets in Korea. The optimal condition for AGID test and the properties of the antigens were investigated. To determine the optimal concentration of antigens, four antigens were experimentally prepared by concentrating the viral fluids by 1/30 to 1/200. It was proved that the antigen precipitated with ammonium sulfate at concentration of 1/100 was the most efficient to detect ADV antibodies by AGID test. When the relationship between the concentration of the antigens and the size of precipitating in radial immunodiffusion test was investigated, a high correlation coefficiency at r=0.95 (y=0.23x+23.4) was estimated, In study on the effects of various buffered salt solutions and agars on the sensitivity of AGID test by using the experimental ADV antigens, it was found that 0.05M tris buffer without sodium chloride at pH 7.2 induced the most distinctive precipitating lines, and that there was no significant differences in the sensitivity between the agarose and Noble's special agar. When the efficiency of AGID test was compared with serum neutralization(SN) test, the sensitivity of AGID test was 100% in SN titer over 1 : 16, 91.7% in SN titer of 1 : 8 and 57.1% in SN titer of 1 : 4. The specificity of AGID test compared with the sera with SN titer under 1 : 2 was 98.4%. Protein analysis of the antigens by SDS-PAGE indicated that antigen I and antigen III showed a specific band of polypeptides with molecular weight of 116 K in comparison with the control antigen. Antigen IV, treated with tween-80 and ammonium sulfate, revealed specific polypeptides bands at the molecular weights 45K, 98K and 150 K.

A Serological test for Syphilis by VDRL Slide tests were made to find the degree of treponemal infection. For this study sera were collected from 5, 312 Prostitutes of Seoul, Inchun, Euijungbu, Yangzoo, Pajoo and Pyungtaig from November 27, to December 7, 1972 and were examined on the following items. 1. VDRL Slide Qualitative test. 2. VDRL Slide Quantitative test. As the results of this study the following Conclusions were obtained. 1) This test were obtained average reactive 5.92% for 5, 312 prostitutes in Seoul 7.87% for 254 prostitutes, in Iuchun 6.77% for 354 prostitutes, in Euijungbu 6.62% for 740 prostitutes, in Yangjoo 5.82% for 1, 958 prostitutes, in Pajoo 6.08% for 937 prostitutes and in Pyungtaig 4.82% for 1, 069 prostitutes respectively 2) The highest Reagin titer was 1: 32 serum dilution.

This research examines the power of bootstrap two-sample test, and compares it with the powers of two-sample t-test and Wilcoxon rank sum test, through simulation. For simulation work, a positively skewed and heavy tailed distribution was selected as a population distribution, the chi-square distributions with three degrees of freedom, χ²₃. For two independent samples, the fist sample was selected from χ²₃. The second sample was selected independently from the same χ²₃ as the first sample, and calculated d+ax for each sampled value x, a randomly selected value from χ²₃. The d in d+ax has from 0 to 5 by 0.5 interval, and the a has from 1.0 to 1.5 by 0.1 interval. The powers of three methods were evaluated for the sample sizes 10,20,30,40,50. The null hypothesis was the two population medians being equal for Bootstrap two-sample test and Wilcoxon rank sum test, and the two population means being equal for the two-sample t-test. The powers were obtained using r program language; wilcox.test() in r base package for Wilcoxon rank sum test, t.test() in r base package for the two-sample t-test, boot.two.bca() in r wBoot pacakge for the bootstrap two-sample test. Simulation results show that the power of Wilcoxon rank sum test is the best for all 330 (n,a,d) combinations and the power of two-sample t-test comes next, and the power of bootstrap two-sample comes last. As the results, it can be recommended to use the classic inference methods if there are widely accepted and used methods, in terms of time, costs, sometimes power.

This study presents technical description of the operating program development that operates the test bench for functional test of EECU. The test bench is capable of testing, simulation and adjustment of the EECU software using the operating program. The test bench is for the Development Project of the EECU platform for FADEC system. The operating program is consists of 3 modules which are the test bench operating module, cockpit simulator module and SILS module. The operating module mainly carries out the EECU test with manual operation and operating scenarios. Also that record and process the test data. The cockpit simulator module is capable of implementation of virtual cockpit control input and engine status display. The SILS module can simulate engine and EECU operation in software environment.

Allergy is conditions when a hypersensitivity reaction happens with a certain element, called as an allergen, which is commonly not reactive to ordinary individuals. Allergic diseases involve various organs or systems in the body. The purpose of allergy tests is to make a diagnosis of allergic diseases and to identify the affecting allergens. In vivo tests, more relevant in clinical situation, include skin test, patch test and provocation test. In in vitro tests, there are specific IgE test, histamine releasing assay, and lymphocyte activation test, safer and more objective than in vivo tests. In the view point of clinical practice, skin test, provocation test, total IgE test and specific IgE test were reviewed in depth.
