Propose: The expansion of the delivery market in franchise business is a positive means of advertising and promotion for franchisees and contributes to substantial sales growth for stores. However, unrestricted and uncontrolled delivery sales and business activity of franchisee directly lead to encroachment of business territory between franchisees, resulting in increased operating costs of franchisees and conflicts between franchisees over rights and interests on franchise business. Moreover, in relation to the restrictions on the opening of competitors, it is incapacitating the law intent of prohibiting unfair encroachment of business territory, in the issue of the Fair Franchise Act in regard to guarantee of exclusive sales and business activity rights of franchisee. This study aims to point out major problems arising out of franchisee's infinite competition on delivery sales and business activity that are not restricted or controlled and then suggest legal supplements, policy tasks, and practical implications for improvement on the issues. Literature Review: In franchising business transactions, vertical restraints are associated with the exclusive territory establishment, control of transaction area, restriction of intangible sales and business activity of franchisee. Therefore, in the franchise business, it is necessary to take positive interpretation and application on e-commerce, the area of e-commerce, and delivery trading area and find proper and practical ways, by virtue of constructive attitude of each actor, to reduce the encroachment of business territory and various conflicts caused by unrestricted delivery trading area. Conclusion and suggestion: The finding shows that unrestricted or uncontrolled delivery sales and business activity of franchisees cause encroachment of business territory and many conflicts among franchisees. And this matters also weaken the legislation of the law on the protection of the business territory and can be negative factors that disrupt the protection of identity and sound development of the franchise industry in the long run. Therefore, in the franchise business, it is necessary to take positive interpretation and application on e-commerce, the area of e-commerce, and delivery trading area and find proper and practical ways, by virtue of constructive attitude of each actor, to reduce the encroachment of business territory and various conflicts caused by unrestricted delivery trading area.

정보기술의 급속한 발달에 힘입어, 정보기술 선진국들과 일부 다국적 정보통신기업들은 현실공간과 사이버공간을 융합한 '사이버국토' 또는 '사이버도시', 나아가 '사이버지구촌' 건설에 투자를 확대하고 있다. 이처럼 국가간의 치열한 정보기술경쟁과 보이지 않는 사이버영토 확보경쟁에서 우리나라가 뒤지지 않기 위해서는 국가차원에서 사이버국토 건설을 위한 준비와 노력을 게을리할 수 없는 상황이다. 그래서 이 연 구는 머지않아 국가차원에서 추진하지 않을 수 없는 사이버국토 구축사업에 대비하 여, 사이버국토의 개념을 명확히 정립하고, 사이버국토 구축시 정부에서 갖추어야할 추진전략을 제시하였다. 사이버국토는 '사이버공간에 현실의 물리적 지형공간과 활동 (제1의 국토)을 체계적으로 최적 연계하여 융합한 초공간으로 무한한 활동주체가 서로 유기적으로 통합되어 다원적 차원에서 다양한 가치를 실현하는 역동적인 제2의국토 이다. 이를 쉽게 표현하면, '지상과 지하 그리고 바다를 포함한 국토전체를 디지털화 해놓은 가상현실에서 국토를 체계적으로 관리하고 공공기관의 행정업무와 대민 서비스 업무처리는 물론, 기업의 경제활동과 국민의 일상생활가지 담을 수 있는 하나의 시뮬레이션 공간'을 말한다. 이리한 사이버국토를 구축하기 위해서는 관련법률 과 제도를 정비하고, 관련기술과 산업을 국가발전의 핵심 엔진으로 육성하며, 대국민 홍보와 관계자 교육을 강화하는 전략이 필요하다.

For the young period, privacy is a crucial factor in establishing one's own identities, values and relationships. The capacity of residential environment to protect individual's privacy takes considerable part in influencing psychological and physiological development of adolescents. This study analyzed adolescents residential values and the elements of spatial plans for the passage and outdoor in Apartment Design Competition of Suwon A district in 2008. One hundred and ten middle and high school students living in Metropolitan area were selected and questionnaire was conducted during February 7 to February 15 in 2009. The data was analyzed by SPSS 11.0 program using one-way ANOVA and crosstab. The study results were summarized as follows; First, the adolescents valued 'safety' the most, regardless of their age and gender and the safety of adolescents commuting should be considered. Second, protecting their own private territories was next important element among other elements. Privacy can be protected by using movable walls, changing the doorway, dividing parents' and adolescents independent territory. Third, in terms of convenience, choosing location of children's room and walking way should be considered. Forth, from the survey, demand for indoors leisure activity was highly valued and required for aesthetic point of view. Considering the sculptures and facilities must satisfy the aesthetics and practicality. Fifth, in terms of social needs, 61.6% of people answered positively to the community facilities for social relationship. Residential environment affects enormous part of adolescents emotional and academic development. Therefore, designing residential areas for adolescents friendly should reflect the demands for safety, territory, convenience, aesthetic and social life.

The size of song repertoires mainly provides evidence for explaining sexual selection for female choice as well as male-male competition. We investigated the role of oriental great reed warbler songs (Acrocephalus orientalis) of breeding territorial males. Early arrived males possessed larger song repertoires, paired earlier, and tended to become polygynous. No correlation was found between arrival date and territory size, but polygynous males significantly occupied larger territories than non polygynous males. Song sharing was low among males and the degree of similarity did not relate with spatial distance. Our results suggest that song repertoire of the oriental great reed warbler males play a role in female choice, where territory quality may affect male pairing success.

본 연구에서는 지명연구 방법의 다양화를 위해 장소정체성과 스케일 정치 그리고 영역경합의 세 가지 개념을 사용하여 충주지역 지명의 특성을 밝혀보고자 하였다. 먼저 장소정체성과 관련하여 새로 바뀐 충주시 '수안보면'은 이전의 지명인 상모면보다 지역이 가지고 있는 천연자원인 온천의 속성을 크게 부각시킬 뿐만 아니라 정체성의 구성 조건인 '수적 유일성'과 '질적 동일성', 그리고 '자아 동일성'을 가지고 있어 이 지역의 장소정체성을 잘 드러내고 있다. 둘째, 지명을 통한 스케일 정치는 스케일의 상승과 하강으로 구분하여 살펴볼 수 있는데 지명 스케일 상승의 사례로는 충주시 이류면의 옛 지명인 이안면을 들 수 있고, 하강의 사례로는 조선시대 읍호승강제에 따른 충주의 읍호승강과 1917년 행정구역개편 때 충주군현 지명이 충주면으로 축소된 경우와 일본에 의한 월악산의 한자지명의 변경을 들 수 있다. 셋째, 지명 영역변화의 사례로는 지명 표기자가 지명 영역과 더불어 변화한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우가 있는데, 먼저 지명 표기자가 지명 영역과 함께 변화한 사례로는 충주시 용두동과 이류면 금곡리가 있다. 지명 표기자가 변하지 않으면서 지명 영역이 변화한 경우는 현재 충주시를 동서로 흐르는 달천을 들 수 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구결과는 지명이 장소정체성을 재현하고 구축하는데 활용될 수 있다는 점을 시사한다.

흰개미는 땅 아래 서식하면서 네트워크형태의 터널 구조물을 만들어 먹이자원을 획득한다. 종에 따라서는 지하 150m 깊이까지 터널을 형성하기도 하고, 목재의 섬유질을 찾기 위해 종종 지표면까지 이동하기도 하는데, 이로 인해 목재로 지어진 건축물 특히 가옥에 엄청난 피해를 끼친다. 지구 온난화에 의한 온도상승으로 흰개미가 활동하기에 적합한 고온 지역이 넓어지며 이와 같은 피해는 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이 피해규모는 흰개미 테리토리영역의 크기 및 그 분포와 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있다. 흰개미 본 연구에서는 흰개미 두 종(Coptotermes formosanus (Shiraki) 와 Reticulitermesflavipes (Kollar))에 대한 테리토리행동을 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 실험치 기반의 모델을 제안하였다. 모델은 콜로니별로 형성하는 터널네트워크의 성장부분과, 서로 다른 콜로니 사이의 터널교차를 고려한 영역성 부분, 이렇게 두 부분으로 구성된다. 본 모델을 이용하여 터널 성장확률에 따라 테리토리간 경쟁이 어떻게 변하는지에 대한 간단한 결과를 보여 주었다.

한국산 잔가시고기의 텃세 행동에 관한 특성을 연구하기 위해 1996년 3월 강원도 영동 지역의 사천천에서 본 종을 채집하였다. 채집된 개체는 아이스박스에 넣어 실험실로 운반하여 수조를 설치하고 사육하며 관찰하였다. 이들은 수조내 환경에 잘 적응하여 사육이 용이했다. 텃세권을 형성하기 전에는 보호색을 띠고 무리를 지어 이동하는 특성을 나타냈다. 그러나 생식기간에 도달하면 혼인색(흑색)을 띠고 수초를 중심으로 둥지를 짓고 텃세권을 형성했다. 이때 수초 구역과 수조의 바닥 쪽을 선호하는 경향을 나타냈다. 수컷들은 수초가 있는 장소를 확보하여 둥지를 짓기 위한 경쟁(싸움)이 치열했다. 개체의 전장이 클수록 텃세권의 확보가 우세했다. 생식기간에 수컷의 텃세권 변화는 치어의 부화와 확산에 따라 텃세권이 확장되었다. 이때 타개체에 대한 공격 성향이 절정에 이르며, 최대의 텃세권을 형성하였다.

A firm's competitive advantage generating from empowering its dynamic capabilities is very important for established companies and new business ventures in facing intense competition and in responding to unanticipated environmental changes. This study aims to investigate the relationship between dynamic capabilities of a new business venture and its competitive advantage and the effect of entrepreneurial creativity and ambidextrous innovation mediation on the relationship between dynamic capabilities and the competitive advantage of a new business venture. Data was collected using an online survey from 143 new Indonesian shipping agency companies that spread over two-thirds of Indonesia's territory and was analyzed using structural equations modeling (SEM). The results showed that the dynamic capabilities of new business ventures are positively associated with competitive advantage but not significantly. This result indicates that empowering a new business venture's dynamic capability is not sufficient to generate a competitive advantage. However, a new business venture's dynamic capability is significantly and positively associated with the competitive advantage when mediated by entrepreneurial creativity and ambidextrous innovation. The findings of this study suggest that the competitive advantage of a new business venture can be gained from empowering a firm's dynamic capabilities through mediating entrepreneurial creativity and ambidextrous innovation in facing intense competition and in responding to unanticipated environmental changes.

과학기술혁신은 행위자들의 활동을 전통적인 물리적 영토에서 사이버 영역으로 확장했다. 데이터 기반의 플랫폼 서비스와 시장은 사이버 공간의 주권에 대한 담론뿐 아니라 초국경 협력과 사이버 안보에 대한 새로운 논의를 진전시킨다. 이러한 변화는 미국과 중국의 패권 경쟁에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 특히 천연가스나 심해자원과 같은 주요 자원 수송로에 위치한 개도국에 대한 원조 경쟁이 치열하다. 아세안은 미·중의 강대국이 충돌하는 지정학적인 군사·안보의 요지일 뿐만 아니라 6억 명에 이르는 인구는 데이터 자원으로 인해 디지털 경제의 발전 가능성이 크다. 이에 이 논문은 국제개발협력에서 자유주의와 권위주의 담론을 데이터 규제 및 사이버안보와 연계하고, 이를 통해 아세안 통합에 대한 함의를 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구는 글로벌 거버넌스의 측면에서 빅데이터와 관련한 국제정치적 사안들을 연계하는 융합 연구의 의의가 있다.

최근 세계 시장은 기업 간의 경쟁이 격화됨에 따라 비즈니스의 전 영역을 지원할 수 있는 강력한 경영정보시스템을 필요로 하고 있다 이러한 추세에 따라 최근 ERP(전사적자원관리시스템) 패키지를 도입하여 경영정보시스템을 구축하는 기업이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ERP에 대한 이론적 고찰과 사례연구 등을 통해 해운기업에 맞는 ERP 모들 적용 방법을 제시하였다.
